A Lebanon man has been arrested after allegedly sending a threatening email to the Oregon Lottery headquarters in Salem.
According to Oregon State Police, at 9:01 a.m. Tuesday, July 10, an email was sent to the Oregon Lottery headquarters containing “an imminent threat to shoot and kill people at the Lottery Office.”
OSP Gaming Enforcement detectives, along with Major Crimes detectives, began investigating the threat.
OSP Major Crimes detectives arrested
, 42, of Lebanon, for menacing.
Ouellette was lodged at the Marion County Jail without incident.
