A Lebanon man has been charged with 11 counts of first-degree sex abuse involving a minor, Linn County Sheriff Michelle Duncan reported Friday, May 20.
Duncan said Sheriff’s detectives arrested John Roger Mullner Jr., 58, of Lebanon, on May 19 after an investigation into alleged sex abuse. The investigation began last month when a 13-year-old child reported they were sexually abused by Mullner over the last three years, Duncan said. The investigation was presented to a Linn County Grand Jury, which returned an indictment for 11 counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree.
Mullner Jr. was arrested at his residence without incident and lodged in the Linn County Jail.
