The Lebanon Police Department is investigating a non-lethal stabbing that occurred at about 1:45 a.m. on Sept. 16.
Officers responded to a reported stabbing on the corner of S. Main and Sherman Streets, according to an LPD news release.
Lebanon Fire Department treated Daniel Garcia, 27, for two cuts to his left leg. Neither injury appeared to be life threatening at the time.
As a result of the incident, the alley way between Sherman and Ash Streets on the west side of S. Main, was shut down while officers conducted their investigation.
It was determined that a physical altercation took place between Garcia and another individual. Garcia was subsequently treated at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital and later released. The investigation is on-going.
