Lebanon Police Officer Zac McKinney was honored during a special presentation at the City Council meeting on July 9.
Police Chief Frank Stevenson explained that Lebanon Police received a call about an unconscious 32-year-old male on June 10. When McKinney arrived, he found the male unresponsive and purple in color.
