Lebanon police and circuit, Nov. 1 to Dec. 10, 2022

Circuit Court

Warrants are out on the following individuals: Shawn Patrick Cruise, Selina Renee Ford-Blackburn, Jessica Jo Gambee, Matthew David Griner, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Dustin Neal Herron, Devin Michael Houseman, Christopher Lee Hurt, Faron Walter Kennedy, Jay Boyd Marsh, Kenneth Charles McDaniel, Kasey Wayne Miller, George Howard Newman, Dustin James Phares, Joshua Joe Tallman and Darnell T. Wells.

Jesse James Baugus, 28, was placed in the diversion program on Nov. 21 for DUII and reckless driving charges.
Regina Deangela Bridges, 33, was sentenced Nov. 21 to 36 months supervised probation for third-degree assault on a guilty plea. A charge of fourth-degree assault was dismissed.
Brayden Gene Childress, 26, was sentenced Dec. 2 to 24 hours jail and 24 months bench probation based on a guilty plea to two counts of menacing. Two charges of unlawful use of a weapon were dismissed.
Christopher John Edgar, 33, was sentenced Nov. 16 to 24 months supervised probation and a $200 fine for third-degree robbery based on a no-contest plea. Charges of second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful entry into a vehicle and failure to appear were dismissed. On Nov. 23, the court dismissed with prejudice a first-degree theft charge due to a civil compromise.
Daniel Patrick Egan, 41, pleaded no contest Nov. 21 to refusal to take a test for intoxicants and was fined $650. He was placed in the diversion program for a DUII charge. Charges of reckless driving and open container were dismissed.
Willa Raie Harris, 51, was charged Nov. 23 to four counts of mail theft. Bail was set at $8,000.
Anthony Wade Holden, 33, was sentenced Dec. 5 to 50 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 36 months of post-prison supervision and $13,240 restitution to the victim based on a guilty plea to second-degree robbery at CashForGold that took place April 14. A charge of first-degree theft was dismissed.
Alyssa Rebecca Kingsberry, 31, pleaded no contest to unauthorized use of a vehicle Nov. 1 and was sentenced to one year suspension of a driver’s license, 18 months supervised probation, 240 hours jail. In a separate case, she pleaded no contest to first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault, interference with making a report and second-degree criminal mischief, for which she was sentenced to 36 months probation and 960 hours jail.
Isaiah Alan Ledford, 20, was charged Nov. 14 with first-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass in an alleged incident involving Buckmaster Plumbing.
Kenneth Charles McDaniel, 46, was charged Nov. 7 with first-degree theft, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespassing.
Lekisha Marie Modaff, 42, was charged Nov. 28 with DUII and reckless driving.
Samuel Armstrong Monroe, Jr., 45, was sentenced Nov. 22 to 32 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 24 months post-prison supervision based on a no contest plea to charges of felon in possession of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon. Charges of menacing and pointing a firearm at another were dismissed.
Charges against James Frank Newport, 33, of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, unlawful use of a weapon and menacing constituting domestic violence for allegations of injuring a female in the presence of a child on Sept. 8 were dismissed Oct. 13 as not a true bill. A jury trial is scheduled for Feb. 28, 2023, for charges of unlawful use of a weapon, recklessly endangering another person and second-degree disorderly conduct.
Kenneth Todd Smalley, 42, was charged Dec. 7 with unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle. Other pending charges include unlawful possession of methamphetamine, attempted unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, attempted unlawful delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, tampering with physical evidence, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.
Dustan Michael Smith, 31, was charged Nov. 21 with DUII.
Jeremy Wyatt Strawn, 26, was charged Dec. 13 with two counts of first-degree sodomy, strangulation and first-degree criminal mistreatment for allegations of oral sexual intercourse with a child under 12 years old and physical abuse to a separate individual who was under his care. Security was set at $150,000.
Tiffani Kendra Stubblefield, 24, was charged Nov. 29 with first-degree theft of merchandise from Coastal Farm in Albany.
Aundra Dawn Tillotson, 24, was sentenced Nov. 16 to 60 days jail, 36 months supervised probation and $400 in fines based on a plea of no contest to two counts of assaulting a public safety officer. A charge of resisting arrest was dismissed.
Mark Anthony Vidal, 57, was sentenced Nov. 10 to 24 months supervised probation and a $100 fine for a fourth-degree assault charge. A charge of strangulation was dismissed.

2:29 a.m. – Aimee Renee Godell, 47, was cited for failure to register a car, driving uninsured and while suspended, and a Lebanon Municipal warrant for probation violation, a Linn County Justice warrant for probation violation and an Albany Municipal warrant for contempt of court.
2:38 a.m. – Aaleijah Taylor Thomas, 27, was cited for Lebanon Municipal warrants for failures to appear, and Linn County Circuit warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear.
5:07 a.m. – Caller reported a male following her while walking, 2nd St. An officer gave her a courtesy ride.
11:28 a.m. – Caller reported theft of tools from car, Glenwood St. Loss valued at $250.
3:04 p.m. – Report taken for assault at BiMart.
4:13 p.m. – Caller reported being rear-ended at intersection of Berlin and Waterloo roads. When he pulled off the road to exchange information, the other vehicle sped away. Report taken.
5:36 p.m. – Stephen Wayne Johnson, 64, was taken into custody for DUII following a sobriety test, Airport Rd. An unidentified subject was taken to the hospital.
5:56 p.m. – Report taken for car crash, Park St.
9:54 p.m. – Caller said there appeared to be an arm and torso showing from under under a white tarp, Santiam Hwy. A responding officer found only garbage and insulation under the tarp.
11:57 p.m. – Natasha Funk, 43, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant. S. Main Rd./Big Brother Lane. Report taken.
Dec. 9
4:08 a.m. – Caller reported a male wearing all black and a mask was looking around a building, Stoltz Hill Rd.
5:09 a.m. – Caller reported a male digging in garbage cans at Oregon Veterans Home. An officer gave Richard Ogbin a courtesy ride and provided towels and Band-Aids for a bleeding hand.
5:53 a.m. – Caller reported theft of work keys from car, Ash St.
7:13 a.m. – Report taken for theft of tools from work truck, Village Loop. Loss valued at $8,000.
7:48 a.m. – Report taken for theft of car and property from an estate sale, Sherman St. During the night, someone stole a 2016 red Dodge Charger, two trays of jewelry, collectible framed half-dollars, Xbox Halo, silver stamp boxes, antiques, and old Sheriff badges.
9:08 a.m. – Caller provided video of a male dumping garbage at an office, taking his clothes off and rolling in the garbage, 5th St.
12:12 p.m. – Cesar Baez-Jimenez, 47, was cited for driving without a valid license, Grant St.
2:29 p.m. – Burglary reported in 30500 block West View St., Sodaville. Safe containing approximately $2,600, four titles for vehicles owned by caller, and financial records stolen. Report taken.
4:21 p.m. – Report taken for drilled gas tank and stolen gas at LBCC, Industrial Way. Video shows older male in reflective vest as suspect. Damage and loss valued at $1,000.
8:17 p.m. – Jerrod Martin Pierce, 42, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for driving while suspended.
8:25 p.m. – Morgan Walker, 25, cited for failure to renew registration. Gross/2nd streets.
9:54 p.m. – An officer responded with medics and LFD to a call about a 25-year-old overdosing after taking a marijuana edible, Maple St.
10:22 p.m. – Male crashed his vehicle into guy wire on Ridge Dr. in area of Sand Ridge Rd. No injuries or major damage sustained. Report taken.
10:23 p.m. – Rex Allan Babb was cited for driving while suspended, Milton St.

12:07 a.m. – Caller reported a male in an organge beanie was trying to get in the building and threatened to shoot the building up if they didn’t let him in, 5th St. An officer gave Richard L. Ogbin a courtesy ride.
2:05 a.m. – Sean M. Cassidy, 51, was cited for an Albany Municipal warrant for theft III.
7:55 a.m. – Caller reported theft of inflatable Grinch, Lupine St. Loss valued at $200.
8:56 a.m. – Caller reported theft of gas from car, 4th St. Video shows a male in a SUV syphoning her gas.
10:40 a.m. – Loyd Everett Patten, 56, was cited for an Albany Municipal warrant for contempt.
12:04 p.m. – Corey Elliott, 32, cited for speeding, 75/55, 5300 block Santiam Hwy.
12:09 p.m. – Elderly couple reported a subject wearing all black and a mask got out of a champagne Chevy Blazer, looked in their garage window, then ran when they saw them in the garage, Wassom St.
12:33 p.m. – Brittnay Elliott, 30, cited for no insurance, 30000 block Santiam Hwy.
1:41 p.m. – Report taken for theft of laptop and hard drives from home, C St. Victim believes her ex-husband may be involved.

1:47 p.m. – Christina Watts, 34, of Lebanon, arrested on warrants and for harassment domestic violence, 300 block Russell St. Report taken.
1:50 p.m. – Steven Koeching, 32, cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, 29300 block Santiam Hwy.
3:27 p.m. – Katrina Counts was cited for parking in a bike lane, Burdell Blvd.
3:50 p.m. – Juvenile, 17, cited for speeding, 75/55, 4900 block Santiam Hwy.
3:57 p.m. – Caller reported a suspect wearing all black and a mask stole cash and owner’s manual from car, 11th St. Loss valued at $50.
4:07 p.m. – Mason Fox, 20, cited for speeding, 80/55, 30200 block Santiam Hwy.
4:48 p.m. – Mason Davis, 20, cited for speeding, 74/55, 30200 block Santiam Hwy.
6:14 p.m. – Burglary reported in 38700 block First Creek Rd. Home was entered and items valued at estimated $2,450 taken, including two Ruger .22s. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
7:11 p.m. – Caller reported theft of inflatable snowman from yard, Foxglove St.

1:37 a.m. – Benjamin Hall, 43, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant, 31000 block 2nd St.
2:47 a.m. – Elisha Rowe, 19, cited for driving while suspended, cited and released on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant. 2400 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
4:15 a.m. – Randi Goodwin, 37, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and for Lebanon Municipal Court warrant, 000 block E. Airport Rd. Report taken.
4:43 a.m. – Phoebe Links, 19, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 79/55, Santiam Hwy./Horseshoe Loop.

7:07 a.m. – Caller reported a male in an orange beanie comes in every morning and steals a milk and asks for free donuts, Sugar Vibes. They would like the male identified and trespassed.
8:07 a.m. – Report taken for theft of package, Willow St. Loss valued at $110.
8:55 a.m. – Caller reported attempted theft of trailer battery, Wendell St. Damage valued at $100.
9:00 a.m. – Alison Jade Miller, 40, was cited for a Linn County Circuit warrant for giving false info, and driving while suspended and uninsured
10:32 a.m. – Report taken for theft of cans from a back storage room of a store, Oak St. Loss valued at $90.
11:16 a.m. – Caller reported a male in an orange reflective jacket knocked and tried to open the door, Bald Eagle Dr.
11:38 a.m. – Kevin Richard Nixon, 56, was cited for driving while suspended and failure to carry proof of insurance, 2nd St.
11:49 a.m. – Deputies responded to 911 hangup, which turned out to be child playing with disabled cellphone that could still call 911, 32900 block Brewster Rd.
12:51 p.m. – Joshua Roebuck, 35, of Sweet Home, cited and release don warrant, 400 block Cascade Dr. Report taken.
12:54 p.m. – Sam Retherford, 47, of Dallas, arrested for DUII, reckless driving and carrying concealed firearm, 100 block Taylor St. According to Sheriff’s Office, incident began as disturbance, from which Retherford left in a vehicle. He was located by Sheriff’s Office, arrested and released. Report taken.
1:32 p.m. – Codi Benjamen David Pearsall, 19, was cited for improper display, and driving while suspended and uninsured, A St.
2:20 p.m. – Dani R. Pace, 37, was cited for driving while suspended, failure to carry proof of insurance and improper display, Main St.
2:55 p.m. – Caller reported hit and run, 5th St.
2:57 p.m. – Report taken for theft of backpack and laptop from car, Acorn St. Loss valued at $1,300.
3:54 p.m. – Caller reported theft of a camo jacket from Walmart. Loss valued at $55.74.
4:45 p.m. – Two-vehicle crash reported in 32500 block Denny School Rd. According to Sheriff’s Office, Amy Richcreek, 33, of Corvallis, was driving a 2017 Ford Escape when she was rear-ended while slowing for a turn by Ricardo Holmes, 20, of Lebanon, driving a 2008 Dodge Avenger. Shortly after, Anthony Johnson, 20, of Lebanon, who was contacted as a witness to the crash, was arrested on multiple warrants out of Linn, Marion counties. Transported to Linn County Jail. 6:24 p.m. – Caller reported juveniles shooting BB guns at cars, 7th St. An officer contacted the mother about the incident.
8:34 p.m. – Caller reported a white Honda speeding through town and weaving between lanes, Santiam Hwy.
9:31 p.m. – Caller reported theft of bike, Cedar St. Loss valued at $98.
10:46 p.m. – Caller reported a male with an orange beanie looking through Lowe’s employee cars, Reeves Pkwy.

12:04 a.m. – Dennis Hamilton Borden, 41, was cited for criminal trespass, Milton St. Wesley Alan House, 39, was cited on a Linn County Sheriff’s warrant for parole violation and a Lebanon Municipal warrant for probation violation.
1:59 a.m. – Mary Colerick, 63, cited for speeding. Airport/7th St.
4:33 a.m. – Bryant Miszie, 25, cited for driving uninsured, failure to renew registration tags, 1200 block S. Main St.
5:05 a.m. – Report taken for burglary II, Santiam Hwy.
6:01 a.m. – Tara Stanley, 33, of Albany, cited and released on Albany Municipal Court warrant for theft. 1500 block S. Main St. Report taken.
7:40 a.m. – Report taken for car crash, Vine St.
8:17 a.m. – Caller reported a house they owned, but had not been to in a few weeks, had the back door broken into. Caller found a Red Craftsman mower valued at $1,000 and a $200 Toyota key fob missing from the house. Unknown what else was taken at time of report. 40000 block McDowell Creek Rd. Report taken.
10:14 a.m. – Caller reported car window broken into, Main St.
10:16 a.m. – Caller reported a male smoking drugs in a port-a-potty, Main St.
10:34 a.m. – Citizen is upset about a crosswalk signal at Main and Grant streets that is “off on timing.”
10:54 a.m. – Citizen reported being charged by multiple companies for one technician after having work done on their heater. Salem Police working on case. 36700 block Honey Sign Dr. Report taken.
2:36 p.m. – Stolen bike located and returned to owner, 5th St.
4:42 p.m. – Caller reported theft of packages from porch, Shannon Pl. Loss valued at $70.
4:55 p.m. – Report taken for theft of bike with electric motor from front yard, Morton St. Loss valued at $1,200.
4:59 p.m. – Austin D. King, 33, of Lebanon lodged at Lebanon jail after being arrested on outstanding warrant following traffic stop in area of Queen Ave./Ferry St. in Albany. Report taken.
5:17 p.m. – Austin David King, 33, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for probation violation driving while suspended.
7:09 p.m. – Haley M. Nicholson was cited for driving uninsured, 5th St.

10:37 a.m. – Caller reported a male trying to enter cars, Park St.

11:54 a.m. – Caller said someone stretched fish line across the road between Maple St. and the canal to prevent people from walking by.
1:15 p.m. – Report taken for car break-in that resulted in theft of work computer, Kees St.
1:25 p.m. – Theft of firewood from 33700 block Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
1:32 p.m. – Male contacted deputy to report speeding violations on Sodaville-Mountain Home Road during school drop-off and pickup times. Extra patrols to be conducted.
4:04 p.m. – Deputies took report of stolen minibike, 2400 block Stoltz Hill Rd. Report taken.
8:07 p.m. – Jessa French, 28, cited for failure to renew registration stickers, 200 block Market St.
9:04 p.m. – Shaw Valentine, 33, arrested for multiple warrants, transported to Linn County Jail. Peggy Pitts, 35, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. 5500 block Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
9:42 p.m. – Caller reported theft of a 12-pack of Truly’s and the female he was with was yelling at people. Valerie Jay Palacios, 35, was cited for trespassing. Dennis Borden was cited for theft III and trespassing.
10:46 p.m. – Amber House, 35, of Lebanon, cited for driving uninsured, 3900 block S. Santiam Hwy.
11:07 p.m. – Tyler Alexander, 33, arrested on warrants. Kathrine Belcher, 49, cited on warrant after Sheriff’s deputy checked suspicious vehicle in 2500 block Division Way. Report taken.
11:43 p.m. – Nicklaus J. Glasser, 33, was cited for a Linn County Justice warrant for criminal trespass II.
Dec. 4
10:59 a.m. – David Driskell, 62, of Lebanon, cited for driving without privileges. Central Ave./Brooks St.
11:52 a.m. – Gabriel Buckner, 24, of Lebanon, cited on outstanding warrant. 1500 block S. Main St. Report taken.
12:10 p.m. – Caller reported a male atttempted to steal socks and shoes from a store by walking out while wearing them, Santiam Hwy. An officer had the male return the shoes, but the store let him keep the socks. In a boot box, he left behind trashed mail from the post office.
1:50 p.m. – Caller reported her neighbor was slamming doors, and stomping up and down the stairs, 9th St. An officer made contact with Maddison Namitz who “went off” and then became verbally aggressive to the caller. Namitz “removed her teeth” and approached the caller’s child to say the caller is a b**ch. She then pushed her backside into the caller’s doorway making twerking motions. The caller said the slamming had caused pictures to fall off the wall, to which Namitz replied, “I’m a single parent, b**ch.”
2:40 p.m. – Lawrence Paul, 65, of Albany, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and for warrants. 29500 block River Rd. Report taken.
4:16 p.m. – Caller reported theft of homemade utility trailer, Rose St. Loss valued between $100 to $1,000.
4:50 p.m. – Caller said he gets upset when the steam train sits at a nearby intersection and blows its whistle for over a minute, 2nd St. He said he has hearing issues and he whistling makes him lose balance. He said he called Rick Franklin about the problem and was given a “smart aleck response,” and now it seems the whistle blows longer.
10:04 p.m. – Caller reported cars spinning cookies in a church parking lot, 5th St. A subject admitted to the crime and was told to leave. A second caller said cars were revving engines and racing on Airport Rd. near the high school. The officer contacted a large group of teens who were visiting in the high school parking lot. They said a white four-door Sedan with loud exhaust was racing on Airport but was not associated with them. They were told to leave the lot.
11:49 p.m. – Dakotah Lane Hodson, 25, was charged with felon in possession of a weapon and cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for failure to appear, an Albany Municipal warrant for felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and a Linn County Circuit warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fleeing or attempting to elude.
Dec. 3
2:34 a.m. – Caller reported people associated with a gold Ford Ranger were looking in car windows, Cedar St. Juveniles ran north on Hemlock St. while an officer made contact with Johanna Katherine Von Ruden, 35, who was cited for an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation. The Ranger was identified as a stolen car from Albany. While officers were on-scene, someone tried to enter the caller’s back door.
4:54 a.m. – Report taken for attempted theft of gas from car, Williams St. The caller found three suspects prowling his property and tried breaking into a nearby business. He confronted the suspects who ran off and left behind backpacks with a gas can and siphoning hoses, and one hose was still in the tank.
12:11 p.m. – Travis Phillip Bennett, 29, was cited for failure to use a seatbelt, and driving while suspended and uninsured, H St.
12:41 p.m. – David Andrew Driskell, 62, was cited for driving with a license and failure to carry proof of insurance, Airport Rd.
1:26 p.m. – Jennifer Smith, 38, of Portland, cited for speeding, 91/55, Hwy. 34/Denny School Rd. Passenger John Miller, 50, cited and released on Multnomah County warrant for DUII. Report taken.
1:42 p.m. – Caller reported she was walking her dogs when a large dog escaped from the backyard of a house and attempted to bite her dogs, Glennwood St.
2:02 p.m. – Mark Vidal, 57, of Portland, arrested for contempt of court after allegedly violating restraining order, 35300 block Richardson Gap Rd. Report taken.
3:46 p.m. – Jadrien Dale Clugston, 20, was cited for violation of a basic speed rule, Berry St.
4:24 p.m. – Michael James Burkhart, 40, was cited for driving while suspended, failure to carry proof of insurance and a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for theft III.
5:00 p.m. – Exzavier Jamar Wright was cited for an Albany Municipal warrant for driving while suspended, and Casey Lee Davis was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for driving while suspended.
Dec. 2
9:43 a.m. – Report taken for theft of DeWalt power tool, Tangent St. Loss valued at $250. Kevin Michael Osberg, 35, was cited for a Linn County Circuit warrant for theft I.
9:51 a.m. – Caller reported about $450 worth of clothes racks taken from storage unit, 31500 block SW 5th St. Report taken.
12:43 p.m. – Caller reported theft of package from porch, Vine St.
2:29 p.m. – Caller reported theft of dog jacket and ax from store, Santiam Hwy. Loss valued at $99.
4:54 p.m. – Caller reported theft of wallet, backpack and clothes from car, Trillium Pl.
5:02 p.m. – Caller reported a male put a cover over their water spigot, and even the landlord doesn’t know why the person did this, 10th St. Video footage was made available.
6:39 p.m. – Non-injury single-vehicle crash reported in 38000 block River Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, Steven Iverson, 18, of Albany, was driving a 2013 Honda Accord and swerved to miss a deer in the road. He crashed into the ditch and was uninjured… and so was the deer. Report taken.
8:15 p.m. – Caller reported finding empty cash register drawer in ditch, covered with leaves, 31200 block Berlin Rd. Report taken.
Dec. 1
1:25 a.m. – Caller reported theft of bike and bike cart with rope lights attached from back porch, Park St.
4:23 a.m. – Dakota Volkers, 24, of Sweet Home, cited for running red light, 200 block Russell Dr.
4:44 a.m. – Jory Davis, 38, of Lebanon, cited and released on Linn County and Lebanon warrants, 2400 block S. Main Rd. Report taken.
7:59 a.m. – Report taken for criminal mischief II for a broken car window, Santiam Hwy. Video shows subjects stealing items from the car.
8:17 a.m. – Report taken for theft of red Honda Civic, Boulder Falls Dr.

3:45 p.m. – Horse medicine stolen from porch in 32100 block Sand Ridge Rd. According to Sheriff’s Office, unknown male walked up to porch and replaced a package with three gallons of horse medicine with little glass spice jars and a pregnancy test. Suspect had a collapsible rectangular carry bag that looks similar to what Amazon workers are using; appeared to be pretending to be a delivery man. 1:55 p.m. – Caller reported four juvenile teenagers were throwing a large rock at the restroom doors under the stadium at the high school football field.
2:53 p.m. – Three-vehicle crash reported at Rock Hill/Sodaville Cutoff drives. According to Sheriff’s Office, Tovah Mantell, 21, of Lebanon, was driving 1997 silver Dodge Neon, and was having trouble with gear shifter. Mantell braked and 2001 maroon Dodge Caravan operated by Rod Nelson, 70, of Lebanon was unable to slow in time and collided with Neon. 2017 black Dodge 1500 operated by Charisse Erickson, 43, of Montana, came around corner and although Erickson saw crash, she was unable to stop in time and struck back of Caravan. No citations were issued. All vehicles driven from scene. One elderly female transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital for evaluation. Report taken.
2:20 p.m. – Caller reported four teenagers walking down Kees St. threw something at the caller’s truck. The caller’s father-in-law got out and confronted the juveniles who threatened to fight him and showed a knife. A responding officer was not available at the time, but later checked the area and found three cars with teenagers parked at the Cascade school lot. The officer told them they had to leave because the school grounds were closed.
3:04 p.m. – Caller reported juveniles at the skate park slashed his son’s bike tires and broke the pegs. A responding officer determined the son hit a girl at the park and his bike was then destroyed by others because of that.

10:00 p.m. – Caller reported a male throwing rocks at cars, and was getting in a female’s face, Santiam Hwy. They said the female was wearing a “Bedazzled” tee. 11:56 a.m. – Parker Fletcher, 24, of Lebanon, lodged at Linn County Jail for menacing domestic and harassment domestic, 30600 block Berlin Rd. According to Sheriff’s Office, Fletcher, who lives in trailer at the location, got into a physical confrontation with the victim and threatened them verbally before running back to the trailer. Deputies took Parker into custody without incident and he was lodged at Linn County Jail for menacing domestic and harassment domestic.
1:40 p.m. – Bobcat Mini Excavator, painted green with Sunbelt Rental logos on it, reported stolen from orchard in area of Highway 226/Cold Springs Rd. The machine was purchased from Sunbelt, but was still stickered. Value $32,000. Report taken.

11:28 a.m. – Deputies investigated burglary reported in 30800 block Ty Valley Rd. According to Sheriff’s Office, caller reported someone entered their house while they were inside. They caller thought it was a family member, and went to see who it was. Caller said they saw a white male wearing a black hoodie, who ran out the door and off the property. According to Sheriff’s Office, Shane Wells, 46, of Lebanon was riding a Suzuki SV motorcycle at a high rate of speed and struck a 2008 Honda Civic, operated by Jennifer Herb, 39 of Lebanon, which turned into road.
