April 29

12:38 p.m. – Brandon Kyle Alexander, 31, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of heroin, an Albany Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft, and a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for attempt to elude. A report was also made for theft of packages from a porch, Rose St.

2:45 p.m. – William R. O’Neil, 64, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

9:02 p.m. – Report taken for a hit and run; white SUV hit a parked work vehicle, 2nd St.

April 30

12:48 a.m. – Report taken for burglary at Seeds Italian Bistro.

9:23 a.m. – Caller reported theft of a shed full of bagged empty cans at The Oaks.

10:18 a.m. – Joseph Paul Pedigo, 51, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.

2:21 p.m. – Donna Louise Ross, 61, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for DUII.

7:23 p.m. – Sarah Kalina was taken into custody following a report about a female punching someone in the face after an altercation in a drive-through, Santiam.

May 1

3:00 a.m. – Taton Andrew McEuen, 18, was cited for failure to obey a red light, Airport. Report taken for motor vehicle crash.

12:51 p.m. – Caller reported an ongoing dispute with a neighbor who threatened to shoot them, and exposed his rear end and said, “suck my junk,” Wendell St. Officer informed caller about how to obtain a stalking order.

1:35 p.m. – Caller reported theft of sawzall and other tools from garage, Wheeler St.

6:50 p.m. – Caller reported juveniles doing burnouts and driving on sidewalk, 5th St. Officer warned them about reckless driving.

7:58 p.m. – Caller reported subjects smoking marijuana and drinking beer at the skate park.

9:45 p.m. – Korie Ann Hagan, 58, was cited for spinning tires and doing doughnuts, Santiam.

10:56 p.m. – Jerald Chasteen was taken into custody on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal mischief.

May 2

7:11 a.m. – Kayla Rene Spence, 33, was cited for following too close and driving uninsured, Santiam. Report taken for motor vehicle crash.

11:26 a.m. – Report taken for theft of galvanized gate, Santiam. Loss valued at $269.

2:28 p.m. – Caller reported a male kicking and punching a dog, and dragging it inside by its neck, Milton St. The unidentified male denied the allegation.

4:25 p.m. – Report taken for theft of Pixel phone from Lowe’s Distribution. Loss valued at $800.

May 3

7:42 a.m. – Ryan Gray, 36, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, driving without insurance, failure to install ignition interlock device, 31200 block 1st St.

8:58 a.m. – Caller reported two catalytic converters stolen off RV in 36500 block Rock Hill Dr. Value estimated at $1,000. Report taken.

10:05 a.m. – Minor crash reported in 31100 block Bellinger Rd. $30 damage to mailbox. Owner declined to pursue charges. No citations.

10:23 a.m. – Caller reported a male in an orange and white jump suit running down the train tracks, Olive St. Officers responded and took Kasey Miller into custody; report for second-degree escape.

11:53 a.m. – Elderly person with dementia entered neighbor’s home in 33500 block Lucky Way. Request for assistance made to Senior Services by Sheriff’s Office.

1:17 p.m. – Shawn Pritchett, 28, of Washington, arrested for DUII after crashing into ditch in area of Sand Ridge/Steckley roads. Report taken.

2:52 p.m. – Report taken for juvenile smashing a camera at 7-11 with a skateboard. Loss valued at $250.

2:55 p.m. – Shain Hersey, 46, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended following single-vehicle crash on South Main Road near Oak Creek Way. No injuries reported. Report taken.

2:59 p.m. – Shain Nicholas Hersey, 46, was taken into custody for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for criminal trespassing.

4:22 p.m. – Sheriff’s deputies responded to 32000 block Bellinger Scale Rd., where female believed she was getting married on someone else’s property. She left her vehicle at neighboring residence while she waited for her “soon-to-be husband.” Deputies told her to go home, which she did of her own accord. She was advised to seek help.

6:41 p.m. – Cheryl Hanson was lodged at Lebanon Municipal Jail and Daniel Hanson was transported to Linn County Jail for violating their corrections conditions to not have contact with each other, Red Arrow Dr.

7:07 p.m. – Caller reported home was burglarized while family was on vacation. More than $1,000 worth of property missing and fraudulent charges made on credit card. Investigation ongoing. 4500 block Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

May 4

6:27 a.m. – Report taken for theft from and damage to vehicle, 12th St. A car door was pried open and items were removed. Total loss and damage valued at $2,700.

6:38 a.m. – Report taken for theft from and damage to vehicle, Mullins Dr. A car window was broken and tools were removed. Loss for tools valued at $65.

7:11 a.m. – Information documented about theft of sunglasses and cash from work vans, Mullins Dr. Loss valued at $210.

9:41 a.m. – Charmain Doyle, 43, cited for speeding, 72/45, and driving while suspended, 33400 Brewster Rd.

12:15 p.m. – Report taken for motor vehicle crash, Park St. Driver Emmalee Paige Lyman said she was swatting at a bee in her car and veered off the street and into a pole.

3:53 p.m. – Vincent Lee Holt, 51, was cited for a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of disorderly conduct II, a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine, a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for disorderly conduct II, and a Philomath Municipal Court warrant for resisting arrest.

5:19 p.m. – Frankie Ray Vandehei, 24, was charged with driving while suspended, Cascade Dr.

7:57 p.m. – David Jonathan Kepler, 38, was cited for a Yamhill County Department of Community Justice warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

May 5

8:58 a.m. – Caller reported two catalytic converters stolen off RV in 36500 block Rock Hill Dr. Value estimated at $1,000. Report taken.

9:59 a.m. – Report taken for harassment, 2nd St. Female caller reported another female grabbed and shoved her, and threatened her with a knife.

3:52 p.m. – Caller reported a possible puppy mill with malnourished and abused dogs, Sherman St. Owner of dogs was “very hesitant” to allow officer to see her puppies. She did not answer when officer arrived. Four hours later she let the officer see the puppies, and he said they appeared healthy and there was food and water.

4:44 p.m. – A driver only identified as Santich was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, Williams St.

6:14 p.m. – Tyler James Clapp, 31, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.

7:26 p.m. – Report taken for theft of alcohol by juveniles from Safeway. Juvenile was cited for minor in possession.

8:20 p.m. – Report taken for disorderly conduct, recklessly endangering another person and fourth-degree assault, Stoltz Hill Rd. Female admitted to throwing a rock at another female.
