Wells
James Allen Bolman, 63, was charged Sept. 19 with unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, attempted assault of a police officer and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $25,000.
Glenn Vernyl Coburn, 86, was charged Sept. 16 with unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and harassment. He posted 10% of a $20,000 bail on Oct. 3.
On Sept. 14, Diane Lucille Deyulia, 43, was given two consecutive sentences of 30 days in jail, 36 months probation and a $200 fine based upon a no-contest plea to two counts of attempting to commit a Class A felony first-degree assault. Three counts of unlawful use of a weapon were dismissed.
Daniel Patrick Egan, 40, was charged Sept. 20 with DUII, reckless driving, open container and refusal to take a test for intoxicants. The charges on the citation were dismissed Oct. 3, but the mentioned charges are still pending.
Spencer Joseph Garcia, 23, was placed in the diversion program on Sept. 19 for a DUII charge with a .09% BAC.
Earl Albert Gillott Jr., 58, was charged Oct. 3 with two counts of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. He posted 10% of a $10,000 bail on Oct. 5.
Terran Dale Gluck, 26, was sentenced Aug. 10 to 13 months with the Oregon Department of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision and a $200 fine following a no-contest plea to a charge of strangulation constituting domestic violence. Charges of fourth-degree assault and interference with making a report were dismissed.
David Arron Grandorff, 42, was charged Sept. 20 with unlawful use of a weapon, menacing constituting domestic violence and second-degree criminal mischief. He posted 10% of a $20,000 bail on Sept. 22.
Jared Landon Hamer, 39, was sentenced Sept. 19 to 13 months with the Oregon Department of Corrections, 30 days with the Supervisory Authority, 24 months post-prison supervision and a $300 fine based on a no-contest plea to felon in possession of a firearm and failure to appear.
Dillon Lee Hashman, 26, was charged Sept. 19 with fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence in the presence of a minor. He posted 10% of a $5,000 bail on Sept. 19.
Robert Edward Hilliard, 52, was charged Oct. 3 with strangulation constituting domestic violence.
Katelyn Jo Horn, 34, was sentenced Sept. 30 to 12 months bench probation and a $100 fine based on a guilty plea of attempting to commit a Class C/unclassified felony – first-degree theft for stealing lumber from Kokanee Wood Products.
Bryan James Hortt, 40, was charged Oct. 3 with menacing and fourth-degree assault, both constituting domestic violence. The charges involve two victims as well as having taken place in the presence of a minor. Bail was set at $10,000.
Trelane Hugh Hunter, 46, was charged Oct. 6 with two counts of fourth-degree assault involving two victims.
Michelle Lena Johnson, 56, was charged Sept. 12 with DUII.
Zachary Christopher Kempton, 29, was charged Sept. 22 with first-degree burglary at a residence on 4th St. and second-degree theft. Bail was set at $10,000.
Alyssa Rebecca Kingsberry, 30, was charged Sept. 19 with first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault, interference with making a report and second-degree criminal mischief while allegedly entering a dwelling on 9th St. Bail was set at $20,000.
Steven Lanham, 66, was sentenced Sept. 21 to two consecutive sentences of 75 months with the Department of Corrections, 10 years post-prison supervision and a total of $650 in fines based upon a no-contest plea for two counts of first-degree sex abuse to a female under age 14 between 2011 and 2017. Two other counts of the same were dismissed.
Charges of third-degree theft and third-degree robbery against Veda Marie Lee, 46, were dismissed. She was sentenced to 30, 26 and 30 months (consecutive) with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision for first-degree forgery, first-degree theft and unauthorized use of a vehicle based on a no-contest plea. Other charges of first-degree theft, identity theft and possession of a stolen vehicle were dismissed.
Deborah Sue Long, 69, was removed from the diversion program for DUII because she failed to use an ignition interlock device.
Patrick James Mallory, 29, was sentenced Sept. 23 to 90 days in jail for third-degree theft, third-degree escape, resisting arrest, assaulting an officer, and failures to appear, of which the defendant pleaded no contest to each.
George Howard Newman, 54, was charged Sept. 15 with DUII and reckless driving.
Andrew William Pectol, 45, was sentenced Sept. 28 to five days compensatory service and a $100 fine for felon in possession of a firearm based on a guilty plea.
Dustin James Phares, 39, was charged Oct. 4 with unlawful possession of a controlled substance in substantial quantity. Court documents indicate the charge refers to possession of five grams or more of fentanyl or substance containing fentanyl.
Cynthia Louise Phelps, 47, was sentenced Sept. 28 to 30 days in jail, $2,255 in fines, one year suspension of driver’s license and 36 months bench probation based upon a guilty plea for DUII with a .22% BAC, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, and two counts of fourth-degree assault. Charges of reckless driving and refusal to test for intoxicants were dismissed.
Scott A. Phillips, 37, was sentenced Sept. 30 to 90 days suspension of a driver’s license, 18 months supervised probation, two consecutive terms of 240 hours in jail, and $400 in fines based on a no contest plea for fleeing, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. Another fleeing charge was dismissed.
On Sept. 14, Andrew Steven Poteet, 35, had his license revoked for one year, was fined $2,455 and sentenced to 14 days in jail and 24 months bench probation based on a guilty plea to DUII and no-contest pleas to two counts of second-degree criminal mischief. A charge of reckless driving was dismissed.
Morgan Rachael Rand, 32, was charged Sept. 29 with second-degree theft for allegedly stealing from Winco, third-degree robbery, harassment and fourth-degree attempted assault.
Teddi Lee Gladys Randall, 38, was charged Sept. 14 with first-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief.
Jeffrey Duane Alan Richter, 32, was charged Sept. 30 with aggravated harassment, third-degree escape, resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct. He allegedly spit at an officer. Bail was set at $5,000.
John Patrick Schulte, 72, was charged Oct. 4 with unlawful use of a weapon (firearm) and menacing.
Jason Andrew Scott, 35, was sentenced Sept. 16 to 19 months with the Oregon Department of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision and a $200 fine based on a no-contest plea to unlawful use of a weapon. Incarceration is consecutive to other sentences for first-degree criminal mischief and felon in possession of a firearm. Charges of attempting to commit any degree of murder/aggravated murder, first-degree robbery, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and felon in possession of a firearm were dismissed.
Stephen Galvan Tyman, 64, was sentenced Sept. 23 to lifetime revocation of a driver’s license, 15 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision, and $3,255 in fines based on a no-contest plea for DUII, driving while suspended or revoked, and second-degree criminal mischief. A charge of reckless driving was dismissed.
A DUII Diversion revocation has been filed on Sept. 20 for Maegen Veirs, 30.
Mark Anthony Vidal, 56, was charged Sept. 28 with strangulation and fourth-degree assault, both constituting domestic violence because the victim was family or a household member.
Robert Allen Whitley, 67, was charged Oct. 4 with first-degree theft.

5:50 p.m. – Vehicle crash reported in area of KGAL Drive/Tallman Road. Owner, who lived around the corner, had it removed by the time law enforcement arrived. No injuries or reported damage.
8:08 p.m. – Allison Bailey, 60, of Lebanon, was cited for dog as public nuisance, 400 block of Cascade Drive. Report taken.

2:37 a.m. – Leonard Duane Foreman Jr., 29, was charged for second-degree criminal trespass and a Coos County Circuit warrant for parole violation.
3:19 a.m. – Caller reported people loading items into a U-Haul. Isaiah Alan Ledford, 20, Kenneth Charles McDaniel, 46, and Tyler J. Alexander, 32, were charged with first-degree theft I, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass for stealing a 325-gallon water tank, several hoses and other items from Buckmaster. Ledford was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for probation violation and a Lebanon Justice warrant for contempt of court. McDaniel was cited for an Albany Municipal warrant for contempt of court, a Lebanon Municipal warrant for probation violation, and a Lebanon Justice warrant for probation violation – second-degree theft.
10:12 a.m. – Caller reported items stolen from a construction site in the 33000 block of Berlin Road. Report taken.
2:35 p.m. – Neva Blake, 57, of Lebanon, was arrested on warrants, 300 block of Russell Drive. Report taken.
10:18 p.m. – Vehicle hit a calf in the road in the 29600 block of Fairview Road and did not stop. Owner indicated the injured calf would be put down.

6:15 a.m. – Report taken for domestic disturbance, A St. A female said a male was at the location throwing items, using drugs and not letting her sleep. She was taken into custody because the male had a restraining order against her.

10:20 a.m. – Caller reported a male spit in an employee’s face at a business, Santiam Hwy.
10:39 a.m. – Caller reported someone threw liquid on a car, Isabella St.

12:38 p.m. – An employee at a group home said a client was threatening employees with a knife or other utensil and threatening to hurt himself. The client was released to hospital staff. Report taken.
7:07 p.m. – Caller reported a female having a medical problem, Santiam Hwy. It was a drug overdose, and a passerby intervened with Narcan. She was transported to the hospital.

4:16 a.m. – Nicholas Ford, 35, of Lebanon, was arrested on warrants, transported to Linn County Jail. 000 block of E. Airport Road. Report taken.
8:32 p.m. – Deputy stopped a vehicle on suspicion of DUII, but discovered that the 90-year-old male driver was simply having issues driving at night. After a long discussion, the driver admitted that he should stop driving at night. Fairview Road/McDowell Creek Drive.
11:10 p.m. – Zachery Helgeson, 21, of Lebanon, was arrested for domestic harassment and probation violation after allegedly pushing his girlfriend, 300 block of Vaughn Lane. Lodged at Linn County Jail. Report taken.

1:28 p.m. – Single-vehicle crash reported in the 32100 block of Berlin Road. According to the Sheriff’s Office, Sheila Blaise, 70, of Lebanon, was driving a 2017 Ram pickup and woke up in the ditch along the road. She told the Sheriff’s Office she remembered slowing down, then woke up in the ditch. She was transported to Lebanon Hospital for evaluation. Report taken.

3:02 p.m. – Report taken for theft of firearm from car or house, Vine St. Loss valued at $480.
7:44 p.m. – Caller reported a juvenile male in her yard who cussed at her when she asked him to leave, Isabella St. She contacted the boy’s guardian, and the boy returned to apologize, but then said something about scratching her car as he left. Report taken for second-degree criminal mischief.
8:53 p.m. – Robert Christian Smith, 59, Dean Edward Baird, 55, and Joshua Thomas, 34, were all arrested for third-degree criminal trespass, 32800 block of Brewster Road. Report taken.
11:15 p.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated female without pants breaking items,Water’s Edge Court. A responding officer drove the female to a hotel.
Oct. 5
12:07 a.m. – Caller reported a male pulling up bushes, Santiam Hwy. Michael Andrew Carlson, 32, told an officer he was coming down from being high. The caller reported an hour later that the male was still in the area, yanking on the door and throwing dirt against the building. The male was transported to Walmart.
7:12 a.m. – Caller reported a male tearing up trees, Santiam Hwy. The man said he was looking for a bag, Michael Andrew Carlson, 32, was given a ride to Albany.
11:44 a.m. – An apartment manager asked police to observe items left from an evicted tenant, 12th St. There was believed to be a significant amount of blood on the mattress, blankets, children’s clothing and bouncers. The officer found the child’s chair and blanket were “extremely dirty with old food and drinks crusted to them.” The substance was unknown, although it resembled “some type of dried soda-type liquid.”
2:10 p.m. – Caller reported people doing yoga stretches on the sidewalk near the fence, Berry St. Two subjects were there for a couple hours, but the male had left. Their behavior disturbed the caller. Valerie Palacios, 34, was advised of the complaint and reminded to stay off private property.
3:03 p.m. – Caller reported a female smoking meth in a car, Tangent St. The female entered the store, but exited when an officer arrived. Caller said she had a large abcess on her jaw and was complaining of tooth pain, and said she’d just gotten out of the hospital.
4:38 a.m. – Steven Sanders, 44, of Sweet Home, was cited for speeding, 79/55, in dark and fog, 3000 S. Santiam Hwy.
5:09 p.m. – Caller reported a male on a bike took a bag of cans from a driveway in the 900 block of Kees St. Male then passed the bag to a second male, who cashed them in at a local store.
5:37 p.m. – Caller reported a female in a rainbow tutu screaming in a bathroom and beating a cooler with a stick, Porter St.
10:24 p.m. – Caller reported a screaming female saying she’d lost her crack pipe, 2nd St. An officer contacted Valerie Palacios, who said she didn’t need any help.
11:05 p.m. – Caller reported a tan sedan speeding up the road and doing cookies, Ash St. An officer located the car, parked, but a subject near the car went into a residence when he saw the officer.
Oct. 4
6:26 a.m. – Report taken for the theft of a Honda Accord, Mountain River Dr. The car was found several hours later in Marion County.
6:56 a.m. – Report taken for theft of tools and other work-related items from a van, Koi Lane. Loss valued at $850. Video showed that the subjects who’d stolen the Honda on Mountain River Drive were involved in this theft.
11:32 a.m. – Report taken for theft of six pairs of jeans from a store, Santiam Hwy. Loss valued at $309.94.
12:01 p.m. – James Cripe, 52, of Lebanon, was arrested on a warrant, 30500 block of Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
12:35 p.m. – Report taken for the theft of $3,000 cash and damage to car window, F St.
1:43 p.m. – Caller reported a customer screaming at employees because gravy had spilled in his car, Cascade Drive.
2:27 p.m. – Latrisha McManus, 32, of Lebanon, was cited for failure to license dog, 300 block of E. Isabella St.
3 p.m. – Caller said she was staring at a man in Safeway and he got upset, yelled, pointed at her and chased her behind a counter. Safeway did not turn video over to police, so there wasn’t much the police could do.
3:32 p.m. – Jenipher Larsen, 33, of Lebanon, was cited for failure to license a dog, 39800 block of McDowell Creek Drive.
4:23 p.m. – Deputy performed a welfare check on sisters in the 30600 block of Old Santiam Hwy. Both appeared to be suffering from mental illness. Followup by Linn County Mental Health requested.
4:25 p.m. – Report taken for the theft of a rototiller from Wilco. Robert Carl Robison, 45, was taken into custody. Loss valued at $879.
4:59 p.m. – Robert Carl Robison, 45, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation driving while suspended, a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation attempting to elude police, and an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation. Shain Nicholas Hersey, 47, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation – first-degree criminal trespass.
5:48 p.m. – Caller reported loud bass coming from a nearby parked car, Hobbs St. Caller asked them to turn it down because it was making the titanium rods in her back vibrate, but they turned it up instead.
6:09 p.m. – Caller reported a male standing in the back of the fence looking in the back of the house for 20 minutes, Carroll St. Male left before an officer arrived.
7:13 p.m. – Darrell Gene Mullenix, 48, was cited for Corvallis Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of open container. He was also cited for two counts of probation violation.
10:40 p.m. – Dianna Boullester, 59, of Portland, was cited for driving while suspended, River Road/Mountain River Drive.
10:57 p.m. – Michael Carlson, 32, of Albany, was cited and released on a warrant, 000 block of E. Airport Road. Report taken.
11:49 p.m. – Brett McLaughlin, 50, of Albany, was cited for driving while suspended, failure to use an ignition interlock device, after he hit deer on his motorcycle in the 31100 block of Berlin Road. According to the Sheriff’s Office, McLaughlin was operating his Harley in the fog when he struck a deer. He was treated at the hospital for minor injuries. A female passenger was taken to the hospital with a broken leg. Report taken.
Oct. 3
7:48 a.m. – Caller reported a driver almost hit a child in a crosswalk near the high school. A license plate was noted and an officer attempted to contact the driver.
11:47 a.m. – Tina Ann Rood, 45, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for probation violation – third-degree theft.
11:48 a.m. – Caller said they found their stolen bike at the high school bike racks and could prove it was their bike. An officer would try to identify the person who left the bike there.
11:55 a.m. – An officer counseled Kevin Michael Osberg regarding rules to ride a motor scooter on highways, Santiam Hwy.
12:07 p.m. – Report taken for a found purse with drugs and paraphernalia, 3rd St.
1:23 p.m. – Caller reported that a driver in a tan Trailblazer with a broken back window cut him off and flipped him off, Airport Road.
3:10 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of electrical wiring from the 37800 block of Middle Ridge Drive. Talked with deputy, requested extra patrol. According to the Sheriff’s Office, this was new construction in which someone cut and stole wiring that had been installed in the walls. Waiting for the electrical contractor to give an estimate of the damage and what was stolen.
6:53 p.m. – Report taken for theft of phone from a bag at soccer practice, 5th St. Loss valued at $500.
Oct. 2
12:08 a.m. – An officer noticed that Sheri Bower was on a property he’d told her to vacate the previous day, Santiam Hwy. She was to be cited for trespassing, but he realized she was “camped on public property and (the officer) cannot enforce camping municipal codes.”
2:15 a.m. – Mason Paul Flaherty, 28, was cited for no operator’s license, Oak St.
8:33 a.m. – Deputy responded to Scott Creek Main Line gate to a report of an illegal camp. Found hunters who had arrived at 4 a.m. and were sleeping inside and outside the vehicle after hiking in to hunt. They were preparing to leave. Upper Berlin Drive/Crockett Lane.
10:36 a.m. – Caller reported an elderly female crying and lost, Cherry Blossom Lane. It was determined the woman has onset dementia and had wandered a block from home.
3:18 p.m. – An employee (presumably from a marijuana shop) reported a male on the sidewalk telling customers “there is mold in the weed,” Main St. An officer informed the caller that the male could not be trespassed from a sidewalk.
3:23 p.m. – Jessica Jones was cited for trespassing, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, Sherman St.
4:07 p.m. – Caller reported a male sitting in her backyard, Grant St. He knocked on the back door and lay on the deck. The male later said he was with his friend, who said it was his house.
5:15 p.m. – Deputy contacted two individuals at a transient camp in the 2600 block of S. Santiam Hwy. Issued warnings to clean up and vacate premises.
6:19 p.m. – Caller reported a male lying on a sidewalk with bloody arms, Downing Dr. It was discovered that the blood was, in fact, made by a red marker.
7:03 p.m. – Caller reported a male had entered a neighbor’s backyard, but left when the caller confronted him, Grove St.
9:29 p.m. – Caller reported a car leaking a large amount of gas, Stoltz Hill Rd. The car was towed away.
11:40 p.m. – Caller reported a chair theft from a sidewalk, Elmore St. The caller wanted the police to look for it and check the trash. She was unhappy that an officer was not responding that evening to find her chair.
Oct. 1
2:06 a.m. – Caller reported a female yelling and attempting to open his door because her boyfriend had been arrested earlier, Airport Road. An officer found the female burning a pile of her clothes.
2:38 a.m. – Monte Dale Lee, 50, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation.
9:21 a.m. – Caller reported a subject with a tent, barbecue and bike on the old mill property. Dennis Borden and Valerie Palacios were cited for trespassing. Palacios, 34, was cited for a Linn County Circuit warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of first-degree trespassing.
10:04 a.m. – Callers reported a car crash in the Safeway parking lot. One of the drivers was pregnant and requested medics.
2:00 p.m. – Report taken for car crash, Oak St. Sharon Lynn Nicholson was cited for failure to obey a stop sign and driving while suspended – medical reason.
3:29 p.m. – Officer responded to a three-vehicle crash, Santiam Hwy. It was reported that the vehicles had stopped due to a pedestrian crossing the roadway. A Dodge Ram struck one of the cars, which lurched forward and rear-ended another.

6:25 p.m. – Bryan Hortt, 39, was arrested on two counts fourth-degree domestic assault, and for domestic menacing and second-degree criminal mischief, following a report of domestic disturbance in the 37200 block of Gore Drive. According to the Sheriff’s Office, Hortt was in a domestic disturbance with family members before leaving the location. He was continuing to cause a disturbance as he was walking down the road, prompting multiple calls. Report taken.
7:22 p.m. – Caller reported a truck without lights not maintaining its lane. An officer stopped the driver, Darrel Loren Schilling, 54, who consented to a search of his car. Schilling was taken to the Justice Center.

7:26 p.m. – Caller was concerned a social media poster would hurt someone as he moved farm equipment through town. The poster was mad that someone illegally passed him that morning, and said he might end up running into a driver if it happens again.

7:52 p.m. – Report taken for a hit and run that led to a sobriety test, Rose St. Witnesses reported a silver Chrysler hit a parked car and drove on. The driver was apparently located and a field sobriety test was given. The driver was cited and given a courtesy ride somewhere.
8:55 p.m. – Officer responded to a call about yelling coming from a house, Wassom St. Subject at that house said there was nothing going on but the neighbor calls the cops about everything due to ongoing issues with her. The officer spoke to the caller who indicated she wanted the neighbor evicted and she feels unsafe because his sons were arrested.
10:51 p.m. – Officer attempted to pull over a driver near BiMart who did not stop, and officer clocked them at 70 MPH. Officer followed driver to Rock Hill Dr. where the driver backed into the officer’s car. The car seemed to have mechanical issues and was going 5 MPH, then came to a stop on Sodaville Cutoff Dr. Three at gunpoint. 8:37 a.m. – Report taken for theft of bike, trespassing and found property, Milton St. A pink bike was missing while a blue bike was abandoned there. Later in the day, the pink bike was found inside Walmart doors. As the owner went to pick it up, a female started to take the bike, but then saw the involved people and said they could take it because her husband gave it to her.

2:02 a.m. – Jeffrey Brian Comtois Daggett, 43, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, driving while suspended and uninsured, and for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for parole violation driving while suspended and uninsured, Oak St.
3:19 a.m. – Officer responded to a call about subjects “casing” the neighborhood, Tasha Way. Savannah Haley Griffin, 26, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for parole violation theft II. 9:25 a.m. – Officer responded to a call about a subject threatening people with a crowbar in the Walmart parking lot. He determined a female was annoyed by a car’s alarm that kept going off, so she yelled at a male who was sitting in his car. He was frightened by her, so he went into the store. She was trespassed from the property and advised to find someone else to remove her cars.

12:51 p.m. – David Grandorff, 42, of Lebanon, arrested for menacing and first-degree criminal mischief after a domestic disturbance was reported in 31400 block Berlin Rd. According to Sheriff’s Office, Grandorff dented victim’s car and broke the windshield during an argument, and threatened the victim. Transported to Linn County Jail. Report taken.

5:28 p.m. – Caller reported animal abuse at a location he lived in for a couple months, Elmore St., but did not give enough information to help police pursue the case.

10:15 p.m. – Caller reported someone siphoning gas at Aamco. They ran off when she pulled in to the business. Officer located a red plastic can with one gallon of gas in it, and a stain on the pavement.

2:55 a.m. – Deputy contacted female parked overnight in bike lane in 3200 block Burdell Blvd.
3:08 a.m. – Barry William Page, 42, of Lebanon, cited and released on warrant 3300 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
7:25 a.m. – Report taken for theft of ammo from bed of truck, Mullins Dr.
8:56 a.m. – Caller reported a male and female sleeping in a storage room off Airport. An officer made contact with Michael Vangundy, 45, who was then trespassed from the property.
10:43 a.m. – Report taken for theft of a generator from a garage, Jadon Dr. Loss valued at $850.
12:09 p.m. – Caller reported theft of gas, 12th St. The caller said he found three drill holes in his gas tank.
2:30 p.m. – Caller reported theft of car registration and work keys from car, 7th St.
3:36 p.m. – Hit and run reported at Mallard Creek golf course 31900 block Bellinger Scale Rd. Male, 52, parked vehicle in parking lot, later returned to find scrape damage, apparently from a golf cart. Report taken.
4:06 p.m. – Deputies reponded to downed aircraft in field in 36600 block W. Airport Rd. Pilot was experiencing power loss, landed plane safely in nearest field. Pilot Ronald Tangsrud, age not available, put the plane down after experiencing problems on takeoff, according to Sheriff’s Office. Plane was fixed with some hand tools and took off.
4:36 p.m. – Caller reported two teen females attempted to steal gas from her car, 10th St.
5:58 p.m. – Austin Blain Bronowski, 26, of Corvallis, cited for driving uninsured. 400 W. Airport Rd.
7:00 p.m. – Officer responded to a call about a dog killing a cat, and that a male said he was going to break the dog’s neck, Birch St. The officer was told the male had rescued a cat six years ago and found it dead, believing the family’s new dog killed it. The dog was no longer at the residence and the male was not forthcoming with information and was very upset about the cat.
10:40 p.m. – Report taken for dog at large, Water’s Edge Ct.
10:56 p.m. – Officer responded to a call about a male doing cookies around a car and acting aggressive. Brad P. Bourland, 34, was trespassed from GameTime. An employee said Bourland has been told to leave and keeps causing issues with other customers. Bourland said he was threatened by a customer at GameTime.
11:30 p.m. – Valerie Palacios, 34, was cited for a Linn County Circuit warrant for failure to appear.
Sept. 17
1:01 a.m. – A nude male was reported in the middle of Tangent Street holding a metal pole. Linn County Sheriff’s Office and Oregon State Police assisted Lebanon police during the 42-minute ordeal. It was identified the male also had a knife and was “saying his last goodbye.” James Allen Bolman, 63, was taken into custody and pending transport to Linn County Jail. He was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, attempted assault on a police officer, menacing and disorderly conduct II.
7:40 a.m. – Deputies responded to single-vehicle crash in 38600 block Mt. Hope Dr. Vehicle driven by John McDonald, 28, of Lebanon, left roadway, drove through fence into field. Further details unavailable.
10:11 a.m. – Caller reported a male yelled at the caller “I’m going to shoot you” as the caller was getting into their car, Santiam Hwy.
10:17 a.m. – Report taken for theft of an iPad and gun from a car, Fuji Ln. An officer was able to locate a ping off the iPad at a residence on Taylor St. The house resident allowed the officer to search the premises, but the officer was not able to gain access to several trailers and cars in the backyard.
10:29 a.m. – Caller reported theft of bow and arrows from car, Elmore St.
10:33 a.m. – Caller reported an 8-year-old male driving a dirt bike fast, Jennings St. The family was contacted and they apologised for the incident.
1:51 p.m. – Caller reported theft of sunglasses and reusable shopping bags from unlocked car, Isabella St.
2:00 p.m. – Caller reported older boar pig has been roaming area of 32900 block Bellinger Scale Rd. for more than a week. Neighbors have no idea who owner is.

7:46 p.m. – Caller reported a male and female were yelling at each other and the male kicked out the driver’s rear window, Main St. About 40 minutes later, a male called to report someone broke the driver rear window of his/his girlfriend’s car, but attempts to contact the male went unanswered.

9:22 p.m. – Caller reported someone broke into their shed, placed property from the shed in a cart and pushed it to the sidewalk, Airport Rd. The caller said there was a male on a bike riding around.

9:03 a.m. – Caller reported theft of package delivery of air compressor from front porch, Koi Ln. Loss valued at $350. Video surveillance was turned over to police.
9:19 a.m. – Caller reported a female screaming for help, Strawberry Ln. An unidentified male was charged with fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence.
10:37 a.m. – Report taken for found property behind Riverview School. Recovered were a Winchester spotting scope and DeWalt drill bit set.
10:55 a.m. – Caller reported a female defecating in an alleyway off Main St. Jessica Jones was trespassed for life from the location and warned about urinating in public.
2:35 p.m. – Caller said an older male with gray beard asked when the kids get out (of school, presumably), 10th St. He “acted weird” when he was asked if he had a child at the school. There was a male passenger in his 20s in the car with him.
2:59 p.m. – Caller reported a dog hopped a fence and bit a child and the caller, Harrison St. Both parties were uninjured and the owner said they would make sure it doesn’t happen again.
3:04 p.m. – Lebanon Fire Department was dispatched to a brush fire, Milton St. Dennis Borden said he was grilling chicken on a shopping cart. Borden was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for failure to appear, and Linn County Circuit warrants for failures to appear on original charges of criminal trespass I. He was also cited for reckless burning and trespass II. Valerie Palacios was cited for criminal trespass II.
3:35 p.m. – Caller reported he lost a magazine from his Glock handgun either at Safeway or Walmart.

1:01 a.m. – Caller reported Pam Smith took milk from the business and wanted her trespassed, Main St. Smith told an officer she believed it was a miscommunication, and she would talk with the manager.
7:52 a.m. – Caller reported theft of phone from unlocked car parked in front of UPS store.
8:07 a.m. – Caller reported subjects put bags in a recycle bin late at night, and five hours later a person came and retrieved the bags. Unknown what was in them.
10:53 a.m. – Female employee reported a male commented on her looks, asked her age and unzipped his pants, stating he was at the location for a good time, Santiam Hwy. She wants him located and trespassed.
11:32 a.m. – Caller reported two motorcycles speeding down 5th St. and doing wheelies.
11:40 a.m. – Sheriff’s Office assisted in getting emu back to its home, 33300 block Mt. Pleasant Rd.
12:05 p.m. – Glenn Colburn, 86, of Lebanon, arrested and lodged at Linn County Jail for menacing and harassment after allegedly threatening and pushing female, 39200 block Mountain Home Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, Colburn threatened the use of a gun. Report taken.
12:32 p.m. – Officer responded to a call about a non-stop barking dog, Snow Peak Pl. He left contact information to discuss ordinance violation.
12:51 p.m. – Caller from Southside Church reported two males on the property. Carlton J. Eatherton, 28, and Michael James Van Gundy, 45, told an officer they were not given permission to stay in the shed but had nowhere else to go.
3:29 p.m. – A car was listed as missing but not stolen after an officer determined a lack of communication caused the whereabouts of the car to be unknown. A male could not afford repairs to his car, so he asked the lienholder (bank) to repossess it. Records show Primasing Motors ordered a private tow package for the car, but the tow company has no record of the tow.
4:28 p.m. – Caller reported hit and run when she found her car had scuffing in Walmart parking lot. Cameras show a driver parking next to the car took a photo of the damage, but left no note.
4:02 p.m. – Caller expressed concern about cars driving on the pedestrian path from Walmart to the trailer park.
6:11 p.m. – Caller reported a Suzuki speeding and running red lights, Main St.

9:12 p.m. – Caller reported a male transient was yelling at female employees, Main St. Employees said James Allen Bolman, 63, was banging on the window and asking the girls where they live, and grabbed one of their hands. He was trespassed for life.

7:28 a.m. – Caller reported a male transient was leaving drawings and signs with sayings around the building, Santiam Hwy. Responding officer asked the male to leave, which he agreed to after “he provided a brief free kung-foo lesson.”
8:49 a.m. – Female reported she was scammed out of $2,500 online. Investigation ongoing. 39000 block Mountain Man Land. Report taken.
9:03 a.m. – Report taken for theft of chainsaw and transponder from bed of work truck, Sand Ridge Ct.
