The Linn County Crisis Center opened Monday, Sept. 21, at 1050 7th Avenue SW, across from Samaritan Albany General Hospital.
The Crisis Center will initially be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with plans to expand hours eventually to 24/7 when funding is available and need is established, according to Linn County Mental Health Manager Dr. Sandy Minta.
