A Lebanon man was arrested Sept. 13 on multiple sex-related charges.
According to the Lebanon Police Department, a report of sexual abuse was made on Aug. 17 involving a minor female and an adult male relative between 2019 and 2020.
During the investigation, additional victims were identified and interviewed, according to a Police Department statement. A disclosure was made by an adult female regarding an incident in 2017; and another adult female disclosed an incident that occurred in 2020 while she was a juvenile.
Jeremy Scott Rowan, 39, the suspect, was arrested without incident and lodged at the Linn County Jail on charges of second-degree rape, second-degree unlawful sexual penetration, two counts of first-degree sex abuse, and luring a minor.
Rowan had no previous criminal contacts with the Lebanon Police Department.
