Michael Little

Michael Brian Little, born on Jan. 22, 1958, passed away on July 6, 2026, at the age of 68 at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital.
Michael was born at Langmack Hospital in Sweet Home to Gilbert W. Little and Patricia Little McQueen. He grew up in Sweet Home and attended school there from first through 12th grade. He later attended college and spent many years living in Portland, where he remained committed to serving the community around him. In later years, he made his home in Lebanon, where he resided at the time of his passing.
Michael will be remembered for a life marked by warmth, dedication, and many talents. Over the years, he served as a restaurant service manager, worked as a jeweler, and shared his love of theater with those around him. His kindness, strength, and distinctive spirit touched the lives of family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He is survived by his partner of 48 years, Matthew Simpson; his brother, Rich Little of Sweet Home; his aunt, Lila McQueen of Sweet Home; and many extended family members and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert Little and Patricia Little McQueen; and his grandparents, Herbert and Evangeline Little, and Hugh and Donna McQueen.
