Kelvin Edwin Attebery, 34, was charged Aug. 26 with two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. Bail was set at $10,000.
Kristopher Lee Boeder, 37, was sentenced Aug. 22 to 16 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to domestic violence strangulation. A fourth degree assault charge was dismissed.
Bradley Allen Bowman, 28, was charged Aug. 12 with second degree theft and first degree theft after allegedly stealing a Blackstone griddle from Walmart.
Jody J. Burland, 24, was placed in the diversion program after pleading no contest to DUII (cannabis). She was also sentenced Aug. 9 to 90 days suspension of a driver’s license, six days jail, 12 months bench probation and $200 in fines after pleading no contest to recklessly endangering another person and second degree criminal mischief. Charges of reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person were dismissed.
Jennifer Rae Burton, 52, was sentenced on Aug. 27 to 45 days jail, 36 months supervised probation and a $100 fine after pleading guilty to third degree sexual abuse. A charge of second degree online sexual corruption of a child was dismissed. Read more in our separate story.
Ashley Nichole Campo, 31, was charged Aug. 1 with DUII (liquor), recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving.
Cory Blaine Caudle, 50, was charged Aug. 28 with two counts of first degree sexual abuse from allegations involving two females under the age of 14. Bail was set at $100,000.
Brayden Gene Childress, 27, was charged Aug. 19 with DUII (controlled substances), reckless driving, second degree criminal mischief and two counts of recklessly endangering another person.
Shelly Lee Cox, 53, was charged Aug. 12 with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Shawn Patrick Cruise, 43, was sentenced Aug. 14 to four months jail and $200 in fines after pleading guilty to failure to report as a sex offender and failure to appear. A charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle was dismissed.
Antonio Cruz-Ruiz, 32, was charged Aug. 26 with domestic violence fourth degree assault and domestic violence strangulation. He posted 10% of a $15,000 bail.
Michael David DeChellis, 57, was charged Aug. 22 with 10 counts of first degree aggravated theft and five counts of first degree theft following allegations involving valuable comic books. Read our separate story about this. Bail was set at $60,000.
Brittney Renee Duncan, 27, was charged Aug. 15 with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. Bail was set at $5,000. She was sentenced Aug. 28 to suspension of a driver’s license for 90 days, 10 days jail and 18 months supervised probation after pleading no contest.
George Earl Scott Dunn Jr., 22, was sentenced Aug. 19 to one year revocation of a driver’s license, 240 hours jail, 18 months supervised probation and a $200 fine following a no contest plea to unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was charged Aug. 2.
Kelee Joan Gatliff, 59, was acquitted of charges of criminal mistreatment, forgery and aggravated theft. Read our separate story about this.
Matthew David Griner, 63, was sentenced Aug. 22 to 18 months supervised probation and a $200 fine after pleading guilty to first degree forgery. In a separate case he was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation and a $100 fine on a guilty plea to domestic violence fourth degree assault, with a second degree criminal mischief charge dismissed. In a separate case, a first degree theft charge was dismissed.
Jason Tyler Andrew Gustus, 34, was charged Aug. 19 with DUII (liquor), reckless driving and second degree disorderly conduct.
Devin Michael Houseman, 37, was sentenced Aug. 8 to 90 days suspension of a driver’s license, one year revocation of a driver’s license, 18 months and 10 days with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision and $726.59 restitution after pleading guilty to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Another charge of fleeing or attempting to elude and reckless driving were dismissed. He was charged June 3.
Joseph Clyde Hugus, 73, was charged Aug. 28 with menacing and unlawful use of a weapon. Bail was set at $2,500.
In three separate cases, Christopher Lee Hurt, 35, was sentenced June 10 to suspension of a driver’s license for 270 days, six months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 12 months post-prison supervision after pleading no contest to three counts of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and first degree failure to appear. Another count of fleeing or attempting to elude and two additional counts of reckless driving were dismissed.
Jesse Wayne Ice, 36, was sentenced July 23 to 15 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post prison supervision and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to unlawful use of a weapon. Charges of menacing, second degree disorderly conduct and fourth degree assault were dismissed.
Kirk La Neil Jackson, 67, was sentenced June 28 to suspension of a driver’s license for one year, 72 hours jail, 36 months bench probation, and $2,355 in fines and fees after pleading no contest to DUII with a .26% BAC and reckless driving. A charge of recklessly endangering another person was dismissed. He refused to sign documents related to reporting for jail time, acknowledging the notice of license suspension and ignition interlock driver form.
Stacy Russell Jenkins, 22, was charged June 25 with third degree theft, first degree robbery and second degree assault. She posted 10% of a $25,000 bail.
Tyler James Laack, 18, was charged June 17 with third degree assault. Allegations involve a child 10 years old or younger.
Colton James Lacy, 22, was sentenced Aug. 7 to one year’s suspension of a driver’s license, revocation of a driver’s license for five years, 12 days jail, 36 months supervised probation and $5,532.51 in fines and restitution after pleading no contest to DUII with a .101% BAC and third degree assault DUII. Charges of reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, operating a vehicle without driving privileges and driving uninsured were dismissed.
Jason Allen Lampe, 51, was charged Aug. 19 with DUII (liquor).
Brady Richard Lawrence, 57, was sentenced Aug. 9 to one day jail and a $100 fine after a no contest plea to second degree criminal trespass. A first degree theft charge was dismissed.
Isaiah Alan Ledford, 23, was charged Aug. 16 with two counts of second degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $20,000.
James Andrew Linder, 35, was sentenced June 7 to 15 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 12 months post-prison supervision after pleading guilty to first degree criminal mischief. Charges of second degree criminal mischief, second degree theft and failure to appear were dismissed.
Christopher James Lloyd, 52, was charged July 10 with third degree assault.
Sarah Ann Loeks, 33, was sentenced July 24 to 10 days jail, 60 months supervised probation and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to first degree burglary. Charges of harassment and second degree disorderly conduct were dismissed.
A jury, on Aug. 15, found Hector Miguel Lopez-Nunez, 39, not guilty on charges of first degree unlawful sexual penetration and four counts of first degree sexual abuse.
A second degree burglary charge against Michael Alexander Lugo, 34, was deferred while he participates in the Linn County Drug Court program. He is placed on 24 months supervised probation.
Jairo J Lule-Juarez, 29, was charged July 23 with DUII (alcohol and marijuana) and reckless driving. On July 31 he was sentenced to one year suspension of a driver’s license, three days jail, three days compensatory service, 24 months bench probation and $1,255 in fees and fines after pleading guilty to DUII with a .13% BAC. The reckless driving charge was dismissed.
Jonathan Michael Martin, 32, was issued a citation by Oregon State Police on June 12 for speeding 112/65 on Interstate 5. On June 24 he was found guilty and fined $1,150. His license was suspended for 60 days.
Robert Harold Mayfield, 39, was sentenced June 27 to 90 days jail and 36 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to domestic violence unlawful use of a weapon. A menacing charge was dismissed.
Andrew Dwayne McCullom, 43, was sentenced July 23 to 60 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post prison supervision and $400 in fines after pleading no contest to domestic violence strangulation and domestic violence fourth degree assault. A fourth degree assault charge is dismissed.
Heather Dawn Meeks, 35, was charged Aug. 20 with second degree criminal trespass, second degree disorderly conduct, attempted assaulting a public safety officer and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $10,000.
Jeremy Allen Moore, 47, was charged July 3 with failure to report as a sex offender.
Garrett Leonard Morrison, 18, was charged June 20 with DUII (liquor), failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged, reckless driving, unlawful possession of marijuana by a person under age 21, and possession of alcoholic beverages by a person under age of 21. He was placed in the diversion program after pleading no contest for a .15% BAC. Morrison pleaded no contest to the charges of failure to perform the duties of a driver and reckless driving, receiving a sentence of 90 days driver’s license suspension, 10 days jail and 18 months bench probation. The other charges were dismissed.
Johnny Ray Mowdy, 59, was charged Aug. 22 with two counts of failure to report as a sex offender.
Judy Ann Perry, 50, was charged July 31 with first degree theft, second degree criminal mischief and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $10,000. She was given the same charges on Aug. 1 for a separate incident involving a separate alleged victim. On Aug. 19 she was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and first degree burglary, with bail set at $20,000.
Jacob Allan Ralston-Gillette, 28, was placed in the diversion program after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .14% BAC.
Derrek Leo Reynolds, 55: The court on June 28 approved a motion to dismiss without prejudice charges of conspiracy to commit tampering with a witness and conspiracy to commit tampering with physical evidence against.
Jesse Dale Roberts, 69, was charged Aug. 6 with DUII (liquor and/or cannabis).
Jeremy James Roe, 42, was charged July 25 with domestic violence strangulation, domestic violence fourth degree assault and interference with making a report. He posted 10% of a $20,000 bail.
Keely Scott Reynolds, 45, was charged June 18 with two counts of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. Bail was set at $25,000.
Angela Diane Schuster, 26, was charged July 5 with DUII (liquor) and reckless driving.
Madison Alexandria Setzer, 32, was charged July 8 with first degree forgery, first degree theft, first degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and identity theft. Her charges were deferred as she was placed into the Drug Treatment Court Program with 24 months supervised probation.
Donald Shane Simmons, 53, was charged July 2 with DUII (liquor) and reckless driving.
Timothy Christopher Sloat, 37, was charged July 1 with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving.
Michael Devon Stokesbary, 37, was placed in the diversion program after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor and/or cannabis). He was exempted from installing an ignition interlock device because he submitted to testing and his BAC was found to be below .08%.
Justin Dean Surplus, 39, was charged July 18 with unauthorized use of a vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon. Bail was set at $5,000. He was sentenced July 31 to one year suspension of a driver’s license, 10 days jail, 18 months supervised probation and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to the vehicle charge, with the weapon charge dismissed.
Harlee Ann Tetzlaff, 26, was charged June 4 with DUII (liquor) and reckless driving.
Casyah Taelour Thomas, 28, was charged July 9 with second degree burglary, second degree theft, two counts of identity theft and two counts of computer crime.
Bryer Abram Thompson, 33, was charged July 18 with second degree theft, first degree theft, two counts of second degree criminal mischief and third degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $15,000. On Aug. 8 he was sentenced to 25 days jail, 18 months supervised probation and $300 in fines following a no contest plea to the first degree theft and a second degree criminal mischief charges. The other charges were dismissed.
Austin Davis Todd, 20, was charged June 12 with unlawful use of a weapon and menacing. On Aug. 16 he was sentenced to 15 days jail and 24 months bench probation after pleading guilty to the charges.
Jonathan Hugh Trisdale IV, 43, was charged Aug. 12 with third degree robbery and fourth degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000.
Kailey Jade Tubbs, 25, was sentenced July 24 to five days jail, 18 supervised probation and $1,443.82 in restitution after pleading no contest to identify theft. Other charges of identity theft and first degree theft were dismissed.
Rosemary Natasi Turnwall, 58, was charged June 4 with DUII (liquor).
Adam Jacob Walls, 46, was sentenced July 10 to 45 days jail and 24 months bench probation after pleading no contest to first degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Charges of harassment and attempting to commit a Class B felony was dismissed. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 15 days jail and 24 months bench probation after pleading no contest to second degree criminal mischief. Charges of failure to appear and second degree criminal mischief were dismissed.
Lester Harry Wiebe, 30, was charged Aug. 9 with DUII (liquor), reckless driving, and operating a vehicle without driving privileges or in violation of license restrictions.
Ryan Andrew Wilson, 36, was sentenced June 24 to 100 days jail and 36 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to second degree theft and unlawful use of a weapon. Charges of second degree criminal trespass, menacing and attempt to commit a Class B Felony were dismissed.
