Kenneth E. Tibbetts was born Dec. 6, 1946, and passed on Jan. 15, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arva Tebbetts; mother Myra Tebbetts; and brother Paul Tebbetts.
He is survived by brothers Bruce Tebbetts of Silverton, and Gary Tebbetts of Independence; and sister Debbie Opperman of Newberg, Ind.
He served in the 173rd Airborne Brigade during the Vietnam War.
Services were held Feb. 8 at Willamette National Cemetery, in Portland.
