South 5th Street, between W. Sherman and W. Grant streets, is closed starting today, June 7, and is expected to last until Friday, June 10. Detours are in place, and residents in
the affected area will be afforded reasonable access but shall expect short periods of time
where access to individual driveways may not be possible in addition to delays and/or detours around the construction activities.
