Police cadets receive flags

Since graduating from the Lebanon Police Department’s inaugural cadet academy in June, the cadets were borrowing flags from the American Legion Santiam Post 51 Honor Guard. Recently, the honor guard purchased a set of American, state and MIA POW flags for the cadet program.
