Anthony Michael Tallon, 49, was charged Oct. 17 with two counts of third-degree assault, two counts of failure to perform the duties of a driver to injured persons, second-degree criminal mischief fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person and failure to perform the duties of a driver for property damage. Allegations suggest damage to property of and/or injury to three individuals. Bail was set at $25,000.

10:20 a.m – Larry Bergstrom, 59, was arrested for second degree theft. Booked, cited, and released.
11:01 a.m – Caller reports male stole money from step- mother’s purse. Report taken, valued loss $150.
12:25 p.m – Katherine Marie Berghoffer, 42, was arrested by Corvallis PD on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear for third degree theft.
2:33 p.m – Carissa Thompson, of Eugene, was cited for speeding.
11:02 p.m – Jamie Daniel Carpenter, 47, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for driving without a license.

5:52 a.m – Caller reports someone damaged his tire. Report taken, valued loss $40.
7:54 a.m – Caller reported an explosion. No evidence was found.
12:11 p.m – Haven Hansen, 28, was arrested for harassment, resisting arrest, third degree attempted escape and an undisclosed warrant.
7:05 p.m – Caller reports mountain bike being stolen from Edgewater RV Park. Report taken.

1:43 a.m – Thomas Elmer, 52, was cited in lieu of custody for failure to appear on undisclosed warrants.
9:45 a.m – Jason Michael Comer, 46, was arrested for a parole violation. Lodged at Linn County Jail.
12:34 p.m – Anthony Thomas Wynn, 32, was arrested by Linn County Sheriff’s Office on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for second degree disorderly conduct.
12:48 p.m – Jon Julian Robertson, 52, was arrested by Linn County Sheriff’s Office on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for harassment.
1:22 p.m – Caller reports his trailer was broken into. Officer responded, report taken for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second degree theft. Reported value $200.
1:45 p.m – Gordon Maxwell, 37, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving while suspended. 34600 block Hwy 228, Brownsville.
4:12 p.m – Angie Cline, 48, was arrested on an undisclosed Linn County felony warrant, and an undisclosed Sweet Home warrant. Lodged at Linn County Jail.
4:40 p.m – Austin Wayne Sater, 34, was arrested by Albany Pd on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for driving without a license.
9:27 p.m – Angie Kay Cline, 48, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree forgery.

11:58 p.m – Russell James Landis, 32, was arrested for driving while under the influence and reckless driving.
