Circuit court

Warrants are out on the following individuals: Shelby Keith Brigham, Shawn Patrick Cruise, Selina Renee Ford-Blackburn, Matthew David Griner, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Cheryl Kelley Hansen, Dustin Neal Herron, Dakotah Lane Hodson, Christopher Lee Hurt, Faron Walter Kennedy, Jay Boyd Marsh, Kasey Wayne Miller, Dustin James Phares, Joshua Joe Tallman and Darnell T. Wells.

Shelby Keith Brigham, 56, was charged Dec. 21 with driving while suspended and two counts of failure to report as a sex offender.
Charges of unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and harassment against Glenn Vernyl Coburn, 86, were dismissed without prejudice.
Alejandro Estrella, 31, was charged Dec. 19 with fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence.
The State’s Motion to Dismiss without prejudice charges of unlawful use of a weapon, menacing constituting domestic violence and second-degree criminal mischief against David Aaron Grandorff, 42, were allowed on Jan. 9.
A charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence against Dillon Lee Hashman, 26, was dismissed for the reason that it was not a true bill.
Dakotah Lane Hodson, 25, was charged Dec. 29 with giving false information to a police officer in connection with a warrant, unlawful possession of firearms and felon in possession of a firearm.
Isaiah Alan Ledford, 21, was charged Dec. 20 with two counts of first-degree burglary, three counts of first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a vehicle, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, fraudulent use of a credit card and three counts of identity theft. Security was set at $25,000.
Jeffrey Alexander McNees, 29, was sentenced Dec. 21 to 243 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision and revocation of a driver’s license for 12 years and 6 months based on no-contest pleas for the following cases: third-degree robbery. A failure to appear charge was dismissed; first-degree forgery. Charges of identity theft and second-degree criminal trespass were dismissed; unauthorized use of a vehicle and failure to appear. A charge of possession of a stolen vehicle was dismissed; unauthorized use of a vehicle and fleeing or attempting to elude. Charges of third-degree theft, first-degree criminal mischief and criminal driving while suspended were dismissed; unauthorized use of a vehicle; unauthorized use of a vehicle. A charge of criminal driving while suspended or revoked was dismissed; fleeing or attempting to elude and unauthorized use of a vehicle. A charge of criminal driving while suspended or revoked was dismissed; six counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle. A charge of giving false information was dismissed; unauthorized use of a vehicle. Charges of criminal driving while suspended or revoked and failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged were dismissed; second-degree burglary. A charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle was dismissed. Charges of third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass were dismissed.
Tyler James Nelson, 34, was charged Dec. 19 with DUII and aggravated harassment by allegedly propelling saliva at a police officer.
The court allowed charges of DUII and reckless driving against George Howard Newman, 55, to be dismissed per the State’s Motion to Dismiss on Jan. 2.
Miranda Ashley Oeder, 21, pleaded no contest to first-degree criminal mistreatment for causing physical injury to a child under 10 years old. She was sentenced Dec. 29 to 240 hours jail, 36 months supervised probation and a $200 fine. A charge of third-degree assault was dismissed.
Anthony Douglas Pool-Lara, 33, was charged Dec. 27 with strangulation, fourth-degree assault and menacing (all constituting domestic violence). He posted 10% of a $30,000 security.
Rafael Antonio Ramos, 20, was charged Dec. 19 with DUII, reckless driving, second-degree criminal mischief and failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged.
Jeffrey Duane Alan Richter, 33, was sentenced Dec. 15 to 22 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision and a $200 based on a no contest plea to aggravated harassment and third-degree escape. Charges of resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct.
Jon Julian Robertson, 51, was sentenced Dec. 28 to 15 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision and a $200 fine based on a no-contest plea to strangulation. Three counts of fourth-degree assault, first-degree burglary and harassment charges were dismissed.
Tezleigh Senter, 32, was sentenced Jan. 4 to suspension of a driver’s license for one year, 24 months bench probation, 120 hours jail and $2,250 in fines and fees based on a guilty plea to DUII with a .24% BAC. Charges of reckless driving and failure to appear were dismissed.
Kristen Nicole Sim, 36, was charged Dec. 19 with two counts of first-degree aggravated theft, two counts of first-degree theft and one count of identity theft for allegations of stealing more than $22,000 from Valley View Logging.
Dustan Michael Smith, 31, was placed in the diversion program for a DUII with a blood-alcohol content of .08%
Jordan Nicole Swanson, 32, was sentenced Dec. 21 to 18 months bench probation and $200 in fines based on a no-contest plea to identity theft and computer crime. In a separate case she was sentenced to 18 months bench probation and $200 in fines based on a no-contest plea to fraudulent use of a credit card and first-degree theft.

1:49 a.m. – Peggy Sue Pitts, 35, of Lebanon, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and operating without required lighting. Willow/Taylor streets.
5:49 a.m. – Justin Graber, 19, of Sweet Home, was cited and released on Lebanon Justice Court warrant, Santiam Hwy./Pony Road. Report taken.

9:24 a.m. – Mail theft reported in 33900 block Mt. Pleasant Road. Report taken.
3:31 p.m. – Deputies took a report of a frustrated parent yelling at a teacher, 30500 block of Mountain Home Road. No crimes.
Jan. 9
12:04 a.m. – Vincent Kaiser, 45, of Lebanon, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 7th St./Airport Road.
1:01 a.m. – Vehicle that had eluded Oregon State Police and Linn County Sheriff’s Office earlier in the evening was located in Lebanon. It had been reported stolen from Salem. 600 block of F St.
2:49 a.m. – Report taken for a pursuit involving a car reaching speeds of 90 mph on Hwy. 34 and I-5.
6:17 a.m. – Report taken for theft of a Milwaukee tool kit, vacuum and other tools from a work truck at Boulder Falls Inn, 505 Mullins Drive. Loss valued at $1,500.
7:56 a.m. – Caller reported that her grandson used her credit card for an unauthorized purchase while she was visiting for Christmas, 6th St. Loss valued at $39.99.
8:25 a.m. – Report taken for theft of an acoustic guitar and lotto tickets from a vehicle, Waters Edge Court. Loss valued between $500-$700.
8:29 a.m. – Report taken for theft of green mountain bike, Joy St. Loss valued at $1,500.
9:48 a.m. – Sofia Mendoza, 18, was trespassed from city parks for 30 days after driving off the roadway and onto the grass, causing damage, River Park. Mendoza said she was taking pictures of her car on the grass.
10:52 a.m. – Staff let a female in after she said she was being followed and harassed by people outside, Riverview School, 1011 Mountain River Drive. Video footage showed a blue sedan driving slowly in front of the school and through the parking lot, and a masked male on a bike rolling through the lot while apparently watching the female. Caller reported hearing someone in the car yell at the female.
11:39 a.m. – Caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the area of Brewster Road/Lacomb Drive. Deputy contacted its occupant, who said he had been parked at the location for two days while he waited for an unemployment check. After his conversation with the deputy, the occupant said he would park at a friend’s house.
11:48 a.m. – Caller reported a male in a red Honda Civic pointed a gun at him while he was walking, Grant St. Caleb Hoffman was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving without a license.
12:29 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a duffel bag, backpack, two pairs of shoes and other items from a vehicle, E St.
1:38 p.m. – Report taken for theft of packages from porch, 6th St. Loss valued at $200.
2:24 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a knife with an elk bone handle and a switchblade-style comb from an apartment, Dodge St. Loss valued at $100.
3:46 p.m. – Police responded to a custody dispute, Academy St.
4:03 p.m. – A female admitted to calling 911 several times and hung up because she wanted the police with her so her family would stop giving her a hard time, 3rd St. The calls were related to the 3:46 p.m. custody dispute call.
4:19 p.m. – A wheel fell from a vehicle, which was left partially blocking a lane of travel in the area of Sodaville Cutoff/Rock Hill drives. According to the Sheriff’s Office, its owners returned, re-secured the wheel and drove away.
Jan. 8
12:12 a.m. – Report taken for a domestic disturbance, Cascade Drive.
1:16 a.m. – Caller reported two females attempting to steal a motorcycle, Wheeler St.
4:57 a.m. – Officer responded to a domestic disturbance involving a male and female and the slashing of a car’s tires, Boulder Falls Drive.
7:11 a.m. – Caller reported theft of $10.10 worth of gasoline from Knothole Market & Gas, 2412 S. Santiam Hwy.
10:59 a.m. – Caller reported a male standing on the bridge in the same spot for over an hour, Grant St. Medics responded, reported low blood sugar and transported the male to the hospital.
10:59 a.m. – Kaleb Rivera, 24, of Lebanon, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Santiam Hwy./Russell Drive.
4:54 p.m. – Caller reported graffiti and a spray paint can in an alley near the former Merlin’s Bar & Grill, 45 W. Sherman St.
11:33 p.m. – Kenneth Rowe, 55, of Lebanon, was arrested on warrants and cited for driving uninsured, Santiam Hwy./Waterloo Road. Report taken.
11:39 p.m. – Jaycee McClurg, 35, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. 3600 block S. Santiam Hwy.
Jan. 7
2:49 a.m. – A single-vehicle, minor-injury crash was reported in the 35800 block of Bohlken Drive. According to the Sheriff’s Office, Benjamin McCrory, 32 of Albany, driving a 2015 BWM 428, told a deputy that he ran over loose gravel in the corner and slid into the ditch. Minor damage and minor injuries. The vehicle was towed from the ditch. Report taken.
5:20 p.m. – Joshua Davis, 31, of Aumsville, was cited for careless driving following a single-vehicle crash in the 31400 block of Berlin Road. Report taken.
11:59 p.m. – Amarylla Davis-Burrell, 47, of Medford, was arrested on outstanding warrants, 1700 block of S. Main St. Report taken.

9:59 a.m. – Russell Gammon, 68, was cited for failure to purchase a dog license, 700 block E. Isabella St.
11:13 p.m. – Terry Dudley, 71, of Lebanon, was cited for failure to purchase a dog license, 43000 block of Snow Peak Drive.
12:04 p.m. – Fernando Gomez, 22, was cited for failure to purchase a dog license, 30300 block of Butte Creek Road.
4:42 p.m. – A motor-vehicle crash was reported in the area of Brewster Road/Eddings Lane. According to the Sheriff’s Office, Chaz Davenport, 26, of Lebanon, was driving a 2021 Jeep Renegade that rear-ended Jessica Nelson, 35, of Lebanon in a 2009 Kia, as they came to a stop for a bus. Davenport was cited for following too closely. No injuries were reported. Report taken.
6:54 p.m. – Caller reported online fraud, theft from a Walmart account, with goods shipped to Albany. Sheriff’s Office investigating. 33800 block of Tennessee Road. Report taken.

1:08 p.m. – David Trujillo, 36, of Sutherlin, was cited for speeding and failure to carry proof of insurance, 29300 block Santiam Hwy.
1:35 p.m. – Ryon McHuron, 55, of Albany, was cited for speeding, failure to carry proof of insurance and failure to carry vehicle registration, 30300 block of Santiam Hwy.

12:56 a.m. – Caller located his stolen vehicle in Sisters and contacted the Sheriff’s Office to have it removed as being stolen. 300 block of Sturtevant Road.
1:44 a.m. – Tosha Miskey, 31, of Lebanon, was cited on a warrant, 100 block of Alder St.
7:51 a.m. – Cody Peterson, 36, of Sweet Home, was cited and released on warrants, 500 block of Weldwood Drive. Report taken.
10:02 a.m. – Caller reported that a friend audio-recorded a sexual encounter between them, then sent the recording to the caller’s ex, 48100 block of Cascadia Drive. Sheriff’s Office investigating.
11:02 a.m. – Kelly Rydz, 48, of Scio, was cited and released on a warrant and cited for driving while suspended, 000 block of Big Brother Lane. Report taken.
3:32 p.m. – Ashlen Gove, 36, of Lebanon, was cited and released for a probation violation warrant after a report of a trespasser in the 1900 block of River Road. Report taken.
3:46 p.m. – Caller reported that his cell phone was missing from his truck when he returned from golfing in the rain at Mallard Creek Golf Course, 31900 block of Bellinger Scale Road. Report taken.

1:32 a.m. – Drexel Morgan, 36, of Lebanon, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, careless driving and failure to drive within lane following a single-vehicle injury crash in the 30600 block Berlin Road. Report taken.
9:28 a.m. – Theft reported from a vehicle in the 900 block of Glenwood St. A construction van on the property was entered, and multiple construction tools were found missing, including 14 Makita batteries. The caller estimated that roughly $3,500 in tools were stolen. Investigation continuing. Report taken.
8:27 p.m. – James Rochefort, 64, of Lebanon, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. 36300 block of Blueberry Drive. Report taken.

1:18 a.m. – Damage to County Parks property reported, 39500 block of Gross St., Waterloo. Two males cut a hole, approximately 3 feet wide, in the chain link fence. The act was caught on camera. Report taken.
2:24 p.m. – Katherine Price, 49, of Lebanon, was arrested for harassment – domestic, 300 block of Russell St. Report taken.

1:39 a.m. – Austin Murphree, 20, of Sweet Home, was cited for speeding, 81/55, 29300 block Santiam Hwy.
11:27 a.m. – David Ewing, 48, of Tualatin, was cited for driving while suspended, Russell Drive/Porter St.
10:09 p.m. – A sheriff’s deputy located a 14-year-old Lebanon runaway on Old Salem Road, Albany. The runaway was transported to Samaritan Albany General Hospital by medical personnel and released to parents. Report taken.

9:12 a.m. – Christina Cowart, 39, of Albany, was cited for driving without privileges. Kagen Cowart, 19, of Albany, was cited and released for harassment. Hwy. 20/Fir Lane.
11:20 a.m. – Caller reported criminal mischief in the 31400 block of Victory Lane. Caller did not know when or where this occurred, but found a large dent in the side of his door. Estimated cost of repair $2,000. Deputy took a report of damage to a vehicle. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
10:29 p.m. – David Ewing, 48, of Tualatin, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 5500 block Santiam Hwy.

8:46 a.m. – Kelvin Atterbery, 34, was cited and released on a warrant. 300 block W. Ash St. Report taken.
7:22 p.m. – Jeffery Collins- Bacorn, 25, was cited for failure to renew vehicle registration, Cox/2nd streets.
7:40 p.m. – Joshua Schwarzter, 26, was arrested for DUII and reckless driving and cited for failure to use ignition interlock device, 36700 block of Hwy. 34. Cited and released. Report taken.

4:16 a.m. – Deputy pulled two fir trees out of the road in the 35600 block of Gore Drive, which were blocking the eastbound lane of travel.
8:52 a.m. – A tree fell on a camp trailer during a storm, injuring a woman’s arm, 700 block of E. Isabella St. A deputy stood by with the patient until medics arrived. Further information unavailable.
9:19 a.m. – Tree fell across railroad tracks, 5200 block of Santiam Hwy. Railroad company to handle.
9:45 a.m. – Lauraina Dearden, 34, of Sisters, was arrested on warrants, 31100 block 1st St., Waterloo. Report taken.
10:30 a.m. – Tree reported across the road, 39300 block of Plagman Drive. Removed by County Road Dept.
11:11 a.m. – Tree and power lines reported down across a private driveway, 30800 block of Ty Valley Road.
12:55 a.m. – Cory Marker, 34, of Lebanon, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Payne/Mt. Hope drives. Report taken.
1:41 p.m. – Peyton Suitor, 19, of Albany, was cited for careless driving after a non-injury single-vehicle crash in the 700 block of Russell Drive. Report taken.
3:40 p.m. – Wendy Cunningham, 39, was cited and released for DUII after parking in the wrong driveway, 2300 block of Porter St. Report taken.
5:32 p.m. – High water was reported on the roadway, Balm Drive/Cold Springs Road. County Road Dept. responded with sign- age.
9:32 p.m. – Mindie Moore, 42, was arrested for DUII, 100 block Central Ave. Report taken.

12:21 a.m. – Blanca Monico Nolasco, 32, of Albany, was arrested for contempt of court following a traffic stop, 4000 block of Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
1:56 a.m. – Jamie Carpenter, 46, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant, 35900 block of Hwy. 34. Report taken.
4:02 a.m. – Deputy assisted a mail carrier who had gotten a flat tire and did not have an appropriate jack. 38800 block of Buck Hill Lane.
9:57 a.m. – Deputies responded to reports of mail theft from five different residences in the 900 block of Lebanite Drive. Report taken.
10:09 a.m – Deputy took a report of a stolen vehicle, 4700 block of Santiam Hwy. The car was reported as a 2005 Hyundi XG. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the reporting person was “not cooperative” and unsure where he parked it when it was stolen, or what day it was stolen.
1:42 p.m. – Caller reported a hit-and-run on a mailbox in the 39300 block of Card St. Report taken.
3:37 p.m. – A single-vehicle, non-injury crash was reported in the area of Berlin/Waterloo roads. Report taken.
3:56 p.m. – Billie McRae, 90, of Lebanon, was cited for failure to drive within lane, Airport/Airway roads.
11:45 p.m. – Patrick Sundberg, 32, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, Truman/Gilbert streets.

12:26 a.m. – A male was issued a warning for walking in the middle of a lane of travel, 2300 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
12:38 a.m. – Peggy Pitts, 35, of Lebanon, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 000 block of E. Airport Road.
2:01 a.m. – Meagan Veirs, 31, of Lebanon, was arrested for driving while suspended, 1600 block of S. Main St. Cited for failure to install ignition interlock device. Report taken.
3:03 a.m. – Michael Perry, 34, of Sweet Home, was cited on warrants and for driving while suspended, 4000 block of Weirich Drive. Report taken.
3:34 a.m. – Dewey Sowell, 58, was cited for driving while suspended, 3200 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
4 a.m. – Robert Hunter, 32, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant and cited for driving uninsured, 2600 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
4:38 a.m. – Caller reported a crash from the previous day’s ice storm at Bellinger/Berlin roads.
5:40 p.m. – Caller reported a crash from the ice storm in the area of Brewster Rd./Mt. Hope Drive. Already tagged.
7:18 p.m. – John Bone Jr., 31, of Lacomb, was arrested for strangulation and harassment – domestic violence, following a physical altercation between male and female, 34100 block of East Lacomb Road. Report taken.
8:21 p.m. – Brian Johnson, 38, of Albany, was cited on a warrant and for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 2600 block of S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
9:40 p.m. – Stolen Gator recovered in the 31900 block of Sand Ridge Road. This was a John Deere Gator that was previously stolen from the Tangent area and appeared to be hidden at the location where it was found. Report taken.
9:42 p.m. – Daniel Cuckler, 33, of Lebanon, was cited for driving while suspended, 1700 block of S. Main St.
Dec. 23
2:25 a.m. – Multiple vehicles reported to have slid off the road in the 32600 block of Denny School Road due to icy conditions. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the intersection was a sheet of ice. By the end of the day, some 27 vehicles had slid off the road near this intersection. LCSO was there most of the day trying to stop cars, but they would slide off the road in different areas. No vehicles suffered any major damage; they just needed to be thawed out and pulled from ditches.
7:01 a.m. – Caller reported multiple vehicles in a ditch due to icy conditions, 33000 block of Brewster Road.
9:05 a.m. – Deputy reported the northbound lane of Brewster Road at Berlin intersection was blocked by five vehicles in the road and ditch. A deputy was able to free them so the road could be sanded.
10:50 a.m. – A non-injury motor vehicle crash was reported at Santiam Hwy./Pony Road. Further details were unavailable.
11:57 a.m. – A deputy checked vehicles in a ditch in the 35300 block of Spicer Drive for occupants. All were unoccupied and the roadway was not blocked.
12:16 p.m. – Deputy located and checked an overturned vehicle in a ditch at Berlin/Waterloo roads. The vehicle was unoccupied and there was no surrounding property damage. Report taken.
12:23 p.m. – Unoccupied vehicle in a ditch, 31500 block of Sand Ridge Road.
12:25 p.m. – Deputy pulled a vehicle from a ditch, 31300 block of Sand Ridge Road.
12:34 p.m. – Deputy checked an unoccupied vehicle in a ditch, Rock Hill Drive/S. Main Road.
12:39 p.m. – Multiple vehicles in a ditch were reported in the 30600 block of Sand Ridge Road.
4:27 p.m. – Deputies conducted traffic control for a vehicle stuck on the roadside, Brewster Road/Golden Valley Drive.
7:05 p.m. – Deputies investigated an abandoned car, Santiam Hwy./KGAL Dr.
10:52 p.m. – Deputies assisted a stranded motorist in the 3000 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
11:08 p.m. – Blake Peterson, 32, was cited for driving uninsured and failure to renew vehicle registration. 3300 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
11:34 p.m. – Abraham Bonney, 48, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant and cited for driving uninsured, 3200 block of S. Santiam Hwy. Transported to Linn County Jail.
11:46 p.m. – A vehicle was reported in a ditch at Rock Hill Drive/Brownsville Road. No injuries, no property damage.
11:58 p.m. – A vehicle crash was reported in the 36300 block of Rock Hill Drive. No injuries, no property damage.
Dec. 22
2:26 p.m. – Christopher Walter, 42, was arrested for domestic violence-harassment, third-degree criminal mischief, probation violation and resisting arrest after allegedly pushing a female and damaging her property. 31100 block of Kay St. Report taken.
Dec. 21
9:44 a.m. – Matthew Garcia, 34, of Lebanon, was arrested on a warrant after deputies responded to a report of an armed disturbance in the 39000 block of Griggs Drive. According to the Sheriff’s Office, this was a verbal disturbance stemming from an eviction; during the original call, the reporting party thought it heard a gunshot but didn’t see it. Deputies did not find a gun or evidence of a shot being fired. Garcia was transported to Linn County Jail.

4:48 p.m. – Theodore Shinall, 44, of Lebanon, was cited on a warrant and cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured following a three-vehicle non-injury crash in the 40100 block of Lacomb Drive. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the vehicles involved were a 2008 Toyota Camry, a 1992 Dodge Dakota and a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep was driving east on Lacomb Drive and came upon a disabled vehicle stopped in the road with no lights. The Jeep hit the other vehicle, pushing it in front of the third vehicle, which was headed westbound. Further details were unavailable.

4:57 a.m. – Deputy located a vehicle that had been reported stolen to Lebanon Police, 37600 block of River Road. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the deputy found the 2010 Toyota Camry on the side of the road and called the owner, who was in the middle of reporting it stolen to Lebanon Police.

7:33 p.m. – Emily Rood, 28, of Lebanon, was arrested for fourth-degree assault – domestic, 37200 block of Meredith Drive. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the disturbance occurred between Rood and a family member. During a struggle, the victim was injured and taken to Lebanon Samaritan Community Hospital for evaluation. Rood was arrested and taken to jail. Report taken.

11:16 p.m. – Jimmy Donaldson, 18, of Brownsville, was cited for driving uninsured, 200 block of Central Ave.
11:44 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office responded to a fire in the 30900 block of Berlin Road. The fire accidentally started in the caller’s trash cart while it was stored in her garage. The caller and a friend were able to get the cart outside and extinguish the fire. It appeared that ash from a wood stove was the likely cause.

9:19 a.m. – A male, 17, crashed a vehicle in the area of Rock Hill Drive/Butte Creek Road. The driver was uninjured. No property damage. Report taken.
11:21 a.m. – Deputies performed a welfare check on an 82-year-old female who had not been seen for three days, 30900 block of Old Santiam Hwy. Deputies forced entry into the home and found she had fallen about 5 p.m. on Dec. 16, and was unable to get up. Medics responded and transported her to the emergency room for evaluation. 8:22 a.m. – Caller reported a traffic hazard arising from a plethora of peacocks in the 37900 block of Golden Valley Drive. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the caller reported peacocks in the road. “Deputies located bird sanctuary at the location. The driveway gate was open and there were chickens and peacocks as far as the eye could see. There were birds in the yard, on top of buildings, and there was a dead standing tree that had so many peacocks you would have sworn it was a zoo exhibit. Property owner said she feeds them but doesn’t own any of them. She was asked to help keep them out of the road.”

10:31 a.m. – Caller reported losing $14,000 to a fraud call, 37700 block of River Drive. According to the Sheriff’s Office, an unknown caller posed as a lawyer and stated that the caller needed to send the money to free a nephew from jail. Report taken.

1:27 a.m. – Caller reported a male at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital refusing to leave and reportedly threatening someone with a knife earlier in the evening. An officer was on-hand as the male voluntarily committed himself. Staff said that the male had made a comment about stabbing a security guard the previous day.
11:23 a.m. – Caller reported that a female with a wagon, which reportedly contained a firearm, was looking in cars, Franklin St. An officer located the subject and discovered that the firearm was a replica.
2:40 p.m. – Report taken for second-degree burglary after a victim reported his tools were stolen from a locked metal job box, Russell St. Missing items include a DeWalt power tool set, batteries and chargers. Some of the items may have been marked with the initials “JLR.” Loss valued at $2,500.
