Dec. 26
3:34 a.m. – Deputy located a vehicle that had left road, flipped over and spun sometime during night in the 36700 block of Rock Hill Drive. Weather was a factor, according to Sheriff’s Office. Operator was identified and would be contacted later. Report taken.
9:33 a.m. – Motorist slid off the road due to snow in the 36600 block of W. Airport Drive. Further details unavailable.
1:41 p.m. – Richard Wade Arnold, 43, was cited for outstanding warrant, Santiam Highway. Report taken.
1:53 p.m. – Caller reported that a moving company picked up caller’s property on June 26, 2021, from Elmore Street address and was supposed to move it to Kansas. Property did not arrive in Kansas, and caller was contacted by a Portland Police detective later advising they were investigating a moving company scam and to contact law enforcement in Lebanon, where property was picked up. Under investigation by LPD.
4:04 p.m. – Jared M. Barrette, 36, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant, 4th St. Report taken.
7:25 p.m. – Tamera K. Krause was cited for driving while suspended, Santiam Hwy.
Dec. 27
12:35 a.m. – Donald Flanigan, 32, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 3100 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
1:07 a.m. – Carolyne Colgrove, 51, of Albany, was cited for driving while suspended, 2200 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
2:02 a.m. – Dianna Boullester, 58, of Portland, was cited on a warrant following traffic stop, 100 block of Walker Road.
2:57 a.m. – Savannah Milton, 21, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving uninsured, 2300 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
3:23 a.m. – Mark Bowers, 51, of Lebanon, was arrested and lodged at Linn County Jail on warrant following a traffic stop in the 2500 block of S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
4:43 a.m. – Isiah Ledford, 20, of Lebanon, was arrested on a warrant, 600 block of Cascade Drive. Report taken.
9:46 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of an electric bicycle outside Rite Aid, Oak Street. Caller said he was turning in cans and noticed his bike was gone when he came out. He said footprints in snow led to where a white car had been parked. Bike had been locked with a cable lock, which had been cut. Described as a black Jetson brand with marijuana-themed stickers, Value $400. Report taken.
10:54 a.m. – Police officer, checking storage units for which gate was stuck open on Airway Drive, discovered a unit with cut padlock. Its owner confirmed that items were missing. Under investigation. Report taken.
12:51 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a gray nylon bag with string ties and athletic logo that contained Apple watch and two cellphones on 10th St. in the area of Green Acres School. Report taken.
1:59 p.m. – Cassandra Kay Dillinger, 27, was cited and released on Benton County Circuit Court warrant, Main St.
6:08 p.m. – Two juveniles were caught by store employees concealing items in their pants. Their mother responded and store owners decided to let her handle discipline. The juveniles were trespassed. Suspects paid for items, valued at $3.59. Main St.
6:14 p.m. – Alicia Faye Jones, 42, was cited for multiple warrants, 2nd St. Report taken.
7:05 p.m.- Daniella Ena Thien, 35, was cited for second-degree trespass, Elmore St.
8:57 p.m. – Travis Graham, 29, of Salem, was cited for speeding, 70/55, 30900 block Santiam Hwy.
11:10 p.m. – Desiree Rose Suitter, 27, was cited for Lincoln County warrant, Airport Road. Report taken
Dec. 28
5:46 a.m. – Kash Lott, 24, of Roseburg, was cited for speeding, 40/25 on snow/ice, according to Sheriff’s Office. Also cited for driving while suspended. Airport Road/5th Street.
8:23 a.m. – Caller reported that someone stole five large bags of cans, went through carport on E St.
9:34 a.m. – Caller reported two people took bags of cans from driveway on 12th St.
10:50 a.m. – Chester Russell Elder, age not available, was cited for speeding, 55/30, Santiam Hwy./SLCH.
1:39 p.m. – Deputies took a report of fraud in the 31900 block of Moss St. Victim’s debit card was used for fraudulent online purchases. Total value $158.16.
3:47 p.m. – Christan Kole McCardy, 20, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 5th St. Vehicle towed.
6:40 p.m. – Deputies responded to a noninjury single-vehicle crash in Denny School Road/Oak St. According to Sheriff’s Office, driver Robert Villeneuve, 44, of Lebanon, was turning left onto Oak from Denny School when he became distracted and missed the turn, crashing his 2018 Hyundai Elantra into ditch. Dec. 29
9:19 a.m. – Caller reported tools stolen from work truck sometime between Dec. 22 and time of call. Loss valued at more than $2,000. Boulder Falls.
10:19 a.m. – Caller reported a fraud attempt, 30800 block of Ty Valley Road. No money taken. Documented.
12:49 p.m. – Brittany Renee Duncan, 24, was arrested for unauthorized use of motor vehicle after caller reported a black 1999 Cherokee Jeep stolen from dealer on Sherman St. Employee spotted it on Santiam Hwy., headed toward Sweet Home through the Narrows. Vehicle was located in Sweet Home at a compound on Wiley Creek Drive, where, reportedly, vehicles are stripped.
1:41 p.m. – Josue Ramirez Nunez, 18, was cited for driving while suspended, Milton St.
1:50 p.m. – Aric Cavel Simmons, 32, was arrested on parole violation warrant after caller reported he was outside a Sherman Street establishment threatening people with knife, according to police log.
3:22 p.m. – Kristy Marlene Tallman Kent, 52, was cited for no valid operator’s license and failure to carry proof of insurance following a traffic stop on Airport Road.
3:52 p.m. – Thomas Eugene Nelson Jr., 55, was cited for using a cell phone while driving, Airport/Larson roads.
4:08 p.m. – Nicole Renee McClure, 40, was cited for using a cell phone while driving, 2nd St.
5:29 p.m. – Caller reported a package stolen off front porch on Walnut St. Male suspect was wearing black jeans, black jacket, brown shoes and had a mask covering his face. Value $30.
9:37 p.m. – Jason Hippe, 51, of Salem, was cited for driving uninsured, Airport Road/7th St.
10:59 p.m. – Christopher Hoff, 45, of Albany, was cited for speeding, 75/55, 31000 block of Santiam Hwy.
11:12 p.m. – Jeffery Comtois-Daggett, 42, of Lebanon, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant, 000 block of Market St. Report taken.
11:32 p.m. – Marilyn Crosiar, 59, of Lebanon, was arrested on a parole board warrant, transported to Linn County Jail. Also cited on multiple Lebanon and Sweet Home municipal court warrants. 3200 block of S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

12:02 a.m. – Micheal Smith, 60, of Lebanon, was cited for driving without valid license, May Lane/Russell Drive.
12:12 a.m. – Matthew Smith, 58, of Lebanon, was cited and released for probation violation, River Road/Streamside Way. Report taken.
12:13 a.m. – Brandy Lee Dozier, 36, of Lebanon, was lodged at Linn County Jail on four outstanding warrants following a traffic stop at Main/Elmore streets. Report taken.
1:02 a.m. – Wendy Garrison, 43, and Edward Allen, 53, both of Lebanon, were cited and released on warrants. 400 block of Weldwood Drive. Report taken.
1:16 a.m. – Adam Hawk, 51, of Lebanon, was cited on a warrant following a traffic stop, 37800 block of River Drive. Report taken.
1:41 a.m. – Michael Evan Matthews, 36, was cited for driving while suspended, 5th and Oak streets.
1:56 a.m. – Trent Killgo, 34, of Lebanon, was cited on warrant following a traffic stop, 2100 block of S. 2nd St. Report taken.
2:39 a.m. – Brenna Candler, 41, of Lebanon, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant, 38900 block of River Drive. Report taken.
2:55 a.m. – Joshua Warren, 39, of Lebanon, was cited on warrant following traffic stop, 1800 block of S. Main St. Report taken.
3:46 a.m. – Wren Wright, 42, of Lebanon, was cited and released on multiple warrants, 2400 block of S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
7:42 a.m. – Somer Ann Hotchkiss, 44, was cited for failure to obey traffic control device, Airport Road.
9:33 a.m. – Caller reported their mail was stolen, 32000 block of Hidden Valley Road. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
12:11 p.m. – Julie Rowe, 41, of Lebanon, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and unsafe passing on left after being involved in two-vehicle noninjury crash in the 38700 block of Lacomb Drive. According to Sheriff’s Office, Rowe, driving a 2007 Chrysler CRU, tried to pass a vehicle, not realizing a second vehicle was in front of the one she was passing. That second vehicle, a 2014 Ford F150 driven by Howard White, 66, of Lebanon, was turning, and Rowe’s vehicle struck the truck. Report taken.
1:32 p.m. – Caller reported theft of six large bags of cans, valued between $70 and $100, stolen during the night in the 29800 block of Fairview Road. Deputy investigating. Report taken.
3:31 p.m. – Theft reported of jacket from business on Santiam Hwy. Suspect walked out without paying. Value $129.99. Report taken.
3:37 p.m. – Single-vehicle noninjury crash reported in the 33800 block of Brewster Road. According to Sheriff’s Office, Andrew Moseley, 33, of Lebanon, was driving a 2017 Ram 2500 pulling a flatbed trailer when the trailer brakes locked up and pulled the truck to the right and into the ditch. 2:20 a.m. – Michael Perry, 33, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 2400 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
2:21 a.m. – Larae Ruck, of Lebanon, was cited and released on multiple warrants, 3200 block of S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
10:12 a.m. – Delanie R. Attebery, 34, was cited for speed-racing, Main St.
10:41 a.m. – Lori Ann Prine, 60, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and failure to register vehicle, plus multiple warrants. Milton St.
11:23 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a snowboard and boots from vehicle during the previous evening on Robbins St. The snowboard was described as a Solomon brand, with black bottom with wolf’s head and wood-grain top, with black Union bindings. Snowboard boots are black with white stripe, Vans brand. Total value $889. Investigation continuing.
1:57 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of Leopold binoculars from vehicle at 2:04 a.m. on Gleanns. A second vehicle was entered, but nothing was missing.
5:32 p.m. – Connor James McCown, 28, was cited and released for unauthorized use of motor vehicle, driving while suspended and driving uninsured Seven Mile Lane/Hwy. 34. Caller reported red Honda CRV missing from car lot on Sherman St., last seen when Jeep was allegedly stolen on Dec. 29. Caller later spotted the vehicle at Walmart, and Linn County Sheriff’s deputy stopped it on Hwy. 34. The vehicle was released to its owner. Report taken.
9:36 p.m. – Hunter Gomez, 38, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and multiple warrants following traffic stop on Santiam Hwy.
Jan. 1
1:12 a.m. – Lamar Wilson, 32, was cited for warrants. Weldwood Drive.
9:38 a.m. – Edward Eugene Allen Jr., 53, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. Santiam Hwy.
9:51 a.m. – Kaytlin Danielle Goforth, 18, was cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, Airport Road.
12:08 p.m. – Deputies spoke with a caller about having nails placed on road, 30900 block of Echo Hills Terrace.
3:58 p.m. – Caller reported a dog that looked lost. Deputy investigated. Turned out the dog did indeed know where he was, as he was on his own property. Santiam Highway/Sturtevant Road.
4:05 p.m. – Shaw Jerred Valentine, 32, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 31000 block of Stoltz Hill Road. Vehicle impounded.
4:38 p.m. – Justin G. Griesbach, 45, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant. Main St.
Jan. 2
8:36 a.m. – Caller reported a burglary on Grove St. Back door window was broken, two gift bags stolen, each containing $50 and a $10 Safeway gift card. Occurred between 5 p.m. on previous night and time of call.
9:30 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a business cell phone, which had been stolen by juvenile who continues to steal from family members. The phone was recovered and Sheriff’s Office provided resources to family. 200 block of View Lane.
9:53 a.m. – Caller reported a 2004 Volkswagen Passat broke into break-in on Hiatt St. between 6:30 p.m. the previous night and time of call. Missing were black Clark Clogs shoes in box, valued at $60, check book, Dewalt 3/8-inch lithium drill.
10:02 a.m. – John Charles Garron, 63, was cited for driving while suspended, failure to carry proof of insurance and failure to install ignition interlock device, as well as multiple warrants. Franklin St.
10:04 a.m. – Caller reported a horse trailer stolen from an 8th St. address. It was described as a white 1981 Brawley two-horse with a wood floor, new paint, locked tack compartment on passenger side containing black and brown leather saddles and other horse tack. Washington license plate 8594TD. Report taken.
10:14 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of firearms, 1400 block of Cascade Drive. Reported missing were a Remington 7 mag rifle with gray stock (4-12 scope), a black Remington 12 gauge shotgun, and a black 12 gauge with a wood stock, make and model unknown. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
12:04 p.m. – Deputy helped a cow birth her calf. 33900 Mt. Pleasant Road. A neighbor called, saying the cow was having troubles giving birth. Deputies were able to contact the owner, who said they were in Montana. Owners contacted someone to help, but they needed additional hands to pull the calf out. A deputy remained to help pull the calf.
12:34 p.m. – Aaron Roy Welch, 30, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to install ignition interlock device. Vehicle towed. Main St.
12:38 p.m. – Deputy spoke to residents about riding motorcycles/ATV/UTVs on Cascade Timber Consulting property in the 30300 block of Butte Creek Road. Residents were told to cease this activity.
1:05 p.m. – Caller reported a battery stolen from RV. Value $175. Oak St.
3:20 p.m. – Robert Edward Hilliard, 52, was cited for multiple warrants. Vehicle towed. 2nd St.
5:13 p.m. – Johnny Walker Jr., 39, of Lebanon, was arrested on three counts of felon in possession of a firearm, 1400 Cascade Drive. Investigation ongoing.
6:14 p.m. – Joshua Roebuck, 34, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving uninsured, driving while suspended following traffic stop for inoperable taillights, 2600 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
8:13 p.m. – Christy R. Pedigo, 29, was trespassed from a Main St. store, where she allegedly stole two Truly seltzer drinks, and was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant.
9:12 p.m. – Sarah Smith, 23, of Corvallis, was arrested for DUII, 35300 block East Lacomb Road. Report taken.
Jan. 3
8:48 a.m. – Stephanie Irene Starkweather, was cited for an Albany Municipal Court warrant, Oak St. Report taken.
12:54 p.m. – Allan Hewitt Fleming, 69, was cited for use of a cell phone while driving. Airport Road.
4:10 p.m. – Deputies delivered a lost license plate to the owner of vehicle to which it was registered, 41200 block of Keel Mountain Drive.
5:42 p.m. – Cesar Olvera, 46, of Albany, was cited for failure to maintain lane. 32700 block of Berlin Road.
6:03 p.m. – Patrick Laverty, 38, of Albany, was arrested on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant and probable cause for domestic harassment, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, resisting arrest and interfering. Lodged at Linn County Jail. Report taken. 400 block of Gilbert St.
2:41 p.m. – Cassandra Scott, 30, of Lebanon, was arrested and lodged at Linn County Jail on a parole violation warrant, 1800 block of S. 2nd St. Report taken.
8:11 p.m. – Caller reported that she’d lost her gun in Walmart parking lot. It was described as Taurus .38 revolver. Valued at $450.
10:29 p.m. – Cassey Rose Schwindt, 21, was cited for multiple warrants, 6th St.
Jan. 4
10:08 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of items from their business in the 4100 block of Santiam Hwy. Missing items included a Coleman canopy (13×13), rubber mat, light bulbs and propane, which were stolen from a locked portable toilet placed on the site. Report taken.
11:45 a.m. – Marvin Edward Samson III, 43, was cited for multiple warrants. Mullins Drive.
3:55 p.m. – Kendria M. Wright, 30, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and for multiple warrants following traffic stop on Gilbert St. Report taken.
Jan. 5
7:34 a.m. – Carlos Rodriguez-Villagomez, 26, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured. Vehicle towed. Airport Road. Report taken.
11:25 a.m. – Joshua Joe Tallman, 31, was cited for warrants and trespassed from Chevron station, Santiam Hwy.
12:14 p.m. – Caller reported horses with long hooves in the 1700 block of Cascade Drive. Deputy who stopped by to check things out found that that a farrier had trimmed the horses’ hooves a couple of days previously. No crimes.
2:50 p.m. – Frank Timber reported that 2,400 Douglas fir seedlings (20 bags of 120 seedlings each) had been stolen from their property off Ingram Road. Total value $1,200. Report taken.
4:51 p.m. – Joseph Tallman, 31, was arrested for third-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespass after a caller reported a package stolen from address on Market St. Tyrel Atteberry, 41, was trespassed for life from location.
Jan. 6
9:48 a.m. – Shaylie Annemarie Gibbons, 34, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, Walker Road.
10:26 a.m. – Caller reported cattle in pasture with no shelter. Deputy responded. Cattle in question appeared to be in good physical condition, so no shelter is required. 38600 block Mt. Hope Drive.
2:25 p.m. – Police, medics responded to a call regarding man who was threatening to jump into river off Grant Street bridge. He was detained on a police officer hold and transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. Report.
2:33 p.m. – Quentin Quadros, 24, of Lebanon, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured. Santiam Highway/Waterloo Road.
3:53 p.m. – Frank Joseph Coelho, 66, was cited and released for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and no plates, and on multiple warrants, following a traffic stop on Santiam Hwy. Vehicle towed. Report taken.
5:49 p.m. – Caller reported a garbage can stolen from B St. address.
Jan. 7
1:09 p.m. – Caller reported that her wallet was stolen in Stayton on Thanksgiving and that one of her credit cards was used twice at the Walmart in Lebanon and once at McDonald’s. Total loss reported just over $800. Caller’s bank instructed her to report it to police.
4:03 p.m. – Soft-sided fishing tackle box decorated with topography lines and orange trim found on Park Sreeet. Report taken for found property.
4:12 p.m. – Ring camera reported stolen from porch on Market Street. Value $150. Report taken.
10:29 p.m. – Christopher Travis, 43, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, Central Ave./Minnesota St.
11:25 p.m. – Joshua Hughes, 19, of Sweet Home, cited for driving while suspended and for a warrant. 3400 block S. Santiam Hwy.
Jan. 8
10:21 a.m. – Caller reported 2011 Dodge 3500 pickup had been stolen sometime between Jan. 6 and shortly before time of call. 30100 Ingram Road. Investigation continuing. Report taken.
12:56 p.m. – Several motorcycles crashed during a funeral procession. One individual sustained minor injuries. No citations. Richardson Gap Road/Almen Drive. Report taken.
3:47 p.m. – Caller reported mailed check was stolen on Nov. 18, 2021, cashed on Nov. 19. Check amount $500. Investigation ongoing. Report taken. 37800 block Grant St.
6:54 p.m. – Jett Allan McConnell, 23, of Lebanon, cited for unsafe pass on left after two-vehicle non-injury crash reported in 31300 block Stoltz Hill Road. According to Sheriff’s Office, Kristoffer Lewis, 43, of Lebanon, was stopped in a 2019 Honda CRV and turning left into a driveway on Stoltz Hill when McConnell, driving a 2017 Ford Mustang, started to pass on the left and the two vehicles collided. 8:15 p.m. – Brandon Dale Kliewer, 34, cited for reckless driving, Grove St. Report taken.
11:50 p.m. – Dax Bellinger, 20, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 76/55, 30900 block Santiam Hwy.

12:01 a.m. – Micheal Jerald James Tucker, 23, of Lebanon, cited for driving uninsured, 100 block Market St.
12:11 a.m. – Amber Dawn Lacy, 46, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 2100 block S. Santiam Hwy.
3:44 a.m. – Fred Trisdale, 52, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 34200 block Hwy. 34.
4:14 a.m. – Kaelen Stansbury, 19, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 95/55, driving while suspended. Vehicle towed because passenger’s license was suspended and “licensed driver” who came to scene also had suspended license. 33600 block Hwy. 34. Report taken.
12:46 p.m. – Sarah Lee Clark, 27, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and operating unsafe vehicle after, according to Sheriff’s Office, crashing through metal gate and fence in 29600 block Fairview Road. Vehicle was removed by family and arrangements made to pay for fence repairs. According to Sheriff’s Office, “weather conditions, speed and bald tires contributed to the crash.” Report taken.
3:46 p.m. – Theft of services reported on Weldwood Dr. Suspect in silver extra-cab pickup placed 10 bags of garbage in condominium complex garbage receptacle. Investigation ongoing.
Jan. 10
12:23 a.m. – Caller reported theft of 30-pack of Busch beer by suspect who left in “loud” silver Honda. Suspect described as wearing black mask, having black hair, estimated 18-22 in age, wearing ripped dark-colored jeans with blue/red/black belt, with red leggings underneath. Caller saw vehicle pull into McDonalds, where suspect allegedly flipped caller off. Investigation ongoing. Santiam Hwy.
1:27 a.m. – Benjamin Munger, 25, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 101/55, 34900 block Hwy. 34.
1:28 a.m. – Daniel E. Senecal, 43, cited for warrants. Report taken. Main St.
1:52 a.m. – Dayne Havens, 25, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 35000 block Hwy. 34.
7:18 a.m. – Caller reported 2008 Chevy Silverado pickup truck stolen, with his cellphone in it. Santiam Hwy. Vehicle located two hours later in alley on east side of 600 block Main St.
3:03 p.m. – Hans Hendrik Schallig Jr., 61, cited for using cellphone while driving, Santiam Hwy.
Jan. 11
7:49 a.m. – Matthew Allen Pitts, 33, cited for warrant after caller reported male in shorts and T-shirt lying on bark mulch in River Center parking lot, Santiam Hwy.
8:27 a.m. – Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 24, cited for warrants. Wesley Alan House, 38, given 30-day exclusion for being in city park after allegedly violating probation by begin in park. Main St.
8:53 a.m. – Andre Logan Davis-Tucker, 21, cited on warrant after turning himself in at Justice Center, 2nd St.
11:15 a.m. – Austin Conner Ghere, 27, arrested after allegedly violating a restraining order, following a pursuit through town, starting on 5th St., ending on Red Bridge.
1:08 p.m. – Caller reported seeing male dump trash in driveway in 33100 block Brewster Road. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
3:13 p.m. – Caller reported half a pickup load of garbage dumped in vacant lot, Stoltz Hill Road. Investigation ongoing.

6:44 p.m. – Daniel Aceves, 36, of Lebanon, cited for outstanding warrants, 500 block Oregon St.
7:48 p.m. – Stephanie Ohls, 32, of Albany, cited for speeding, 79/55, 35500 block Hwy. 34.
