Feb. 9
1:31 p.m. – Caller reported someone tried to break hinges off their shed, Cherry Court.
2:08 p.m. – Caller reported she met someone in an online dating app, and she gave him money and personal details that led to him attempting to get debit cards in his name, and he stole $7,600 from her accounts. She had also received two checks totaling about $20,000 from out of state that were identified by her bank as real, so she used the money to pay her bills. Scammer was mad she spent the money.
8:10 p.m. – Report taken for incident involving police officer hold on William Ray O’Neil, 42, who was intoxicated and hallucinating while attempting to enter a person’s residence, Maple St.
11:13 p.m. – William Ray O’Neil, 42, was taken into custody and charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct after refusing to leave Lebanon Community Hospital.
Feb. 10
7:00 a.m. – Jerald Lynn Chasteen, 39, was trespassed for life from the Lebanon Post Office for a history of sleeping, harassment, lighting mail on fire, and smearing feces.
10:01 a.m. – Caller reported former neighbor has been sending harassing text messages related to opposing political views, 3rd St. Information documented.
11:25 a.m. – Deanna Suzette Camarena, 50, was cited for driving while suspended and failure to wear a seatbelt, Main St.
11:41 a.m. – Marissa Margaret Eng, 34, was cited for using a cell phone while driving, Main St.
12:18 p.m. – Kyle Eugene McKenzie, 36, was cited for failure to wear a seatbelt, Main St.
12:56 p.m. – Nicholas Matthew Duncan, 34, was cited for failure to wear a seatbelt, Main St.
1:15 p.m. – Report taken for attempt of vehicle theft, Sherman Ave.
1:23 p.m. – Jeffrey David Bayless, 43, was cited for failure to wear a seatbelt, Milton St.
1:29 p.m. – Report taken for motor vehicle crash. Michael Eric Wiggins, 31, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, Oak St.
2:06 p.m. – Lisa Dee Medina-Brown, 59, was cited for using a cell phone while driving, Dewey Road.
4:25 p.m. – Willa R. Harris, 49, was cited for a Linn County warrant for parole violation and failure to appear.
Feb. 11
11:16 a.m. – Caller reported numerous animals being neglected in 34800 block of Santiam Highway. Deputy contacted animals’ owner and observed that they all appeared to be in good physical condition. “House cleaning and cleanliness were discussed.” Deputy will check back within a month.
11:27 a.m. – Rondel Allen Adams, 30, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for parole violation, a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of heroin, a Sweet Home warrant for criminal driving, and an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation.
12:55 pm. – Deputies assisted Albany Police Department in taking a suspected catalytic converter thief into custody. Name of suspect not available. 1800 S. Main St.
1:36 p.m. – Rick J. Maas, 41, was taken into custody and charged for possession of methamphetamine, and cited for Linn County warrants for failures to appear on original charges of possession of methamphetamine and criminal citations.
1:42 p.m. – Report taken for theft of catalytic converters, Williams St.
3:15 p.m. – Caller reported gas meter removed from residence in 700 block C Street. Cost of repair unknown. Report taken.
Feb. 12
7:41 a.m. – Deputies took report of baby lamb freezing to death in winter storm. 35500 block Spicer Drive.
9:12 a.m. – Report taken for theft of generator, chainsaw and tools from vehicle, valued at more than $2,000, Main St.
12:04 p.m. – Jessica M. Magee, 28, was cited for driving without an ignition interlocking device, Dewey St.
12:07 p.m. – Jeremiah Dean Boast, 19. was cited for speeding, Airport Road.
12:37 p.m. – Justin D. Welch, 40, was cited for speeding, Airport Road.
12:49 p.m. – Mark M. Flogstad, 71, was cited for speeding, Airport Road.

11:33 p.m. – Lani Lill, 48, of Lebanon, arrested on outstanding Lebanon Municipal Court warrant following traffic stop. Also cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, operation of vehicle with prohibited lighting and illegal display of license plate. 900 Scravel Hill Road SE/Highway 20. Report taken.
1:14 p.m. – Report taken for destruction of amp and speaker from unlocked vehicle, Sherman St. Damage valued at $350.
8:37 p.m. – John Thomas Gibbs, 43, was cited for driving while suspended, Main St.
Feb. 14
1:31 a.m. – Nicholas Gene Ford, 33, was cited for driving while suspended, possession of heroin and methamphetamine, and a Linn County warrant for probation violation.
8:44 a.m. – Report taken for theft of tools, roadside kit and seat covers from vehicle, Foxglove St.
11:22 a.m. – Report taken for broken car window and theft of wallet, Vaughan Lane. Credit cards in wallet have been used for $200-plus purchases in Keizer.
2:00 p.m. – Devin M. Houseman, 33, was cited for driving uninsured, no valid ops, and a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to report as a sex offender.
2:34 p.m. – Robert Wayne Green, 34, was taken into custody for driving with a BAC of .26, Isabella St.
5:08 p.m. – Montana Marie Smith, 42, of Lebanon, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass and offensive littering on Cascade Timber Consulting property in two locations, 34000 E. Lacomb Road and 38200 Middle Ridge Drive. Cited and released. Report taken.
6:54 p.m. – Robert Pollock, 47, of Crabtree was cited and released on outstanding warrant, and driving while suspended and driving uninsured. Report taken.
8:43 p.m. – Single-vehicle, non-injury crash reported 37100 block Rock Hill Drive/Ty Valley Road. Driver was given courtesy ride home.

4:40 a.m. – Robert Eugene Oar, 44, was cited for a Linn County warrant for parole violation.
8:08 a.m. – Report taken for a vehicle prowl, theft of change, Mazama Ave.
10:56 a.m. – Report taken for theft of a pressure washer, Sherman Ave.
1:15 p.m. – Zachary C. Kempton, 28, of Sweet Home, taken into custody for giving false information to a police officer. Also cited for driving while suspended and not having proof of insurance. 2400 block S. Santiam Hwy.
3:55 p.m. – Christopher P. Hansoneilers, 29, was cited for a Benton County warrant for fleeing or eluding police; a Clackamas County warrant for driving while suspended and reckless driving; and Linn County warrants for for parole violation for driving while suspended and failures to appear on original charges of possession of methamphetamine, driving suspended and reckless driving.

4:20 a.m. – Daniel Johnson, 21, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 79/55. 5600 block Santiam Highway.
4:42 a.m. – Blake A. Teigen, 20, was cited for operating a vehicle without required lighting equipment, Main St.
11:43 a.m. – Liang Chen, 65, of Salem, cited for failure to obey traffic control device. 30700 block Sodaville Road.
1:11 p.m. – Breanna Hainz, 26, of Coos Bay, cited for speeding, 44/25. 30500 block Sodaville Mountain Road/Saint Charles Street.
1:55 p.m. – A female was taken into custody after performing a field sobriety test for driving while under the influence, 2nd St.
5:25 p.m. – Report taken for criminal mischief, damage to a fence, Main St.
8:55 p.m. – Joni Tilson, 42, of Albany, taken into custody on active warrant and criminal suspension. Cited for driving uninsured and not having interlock ignition device. 000 block Reeves Parkway/Santiam Highway. Report taken.
Feb. 17
1:20 a.m. – Darrell Thompson, 64, of Albany, arrested on outstanding Benton County warrant. 34000 block Santiam Highway. Report taken.
3:27 a.m. – Isaiah A. Ledford, 19, was cited for driving without insurance, E St.
9:53 a.m. – Willa Raie Harris, 49, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for parole violation for disorderly conduct II.
10:12 a.m. – Marcia Joanne Daniels, 76, was cited for a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants.
10:30 a.m. – Caller reported dead horse in 34800 block of Santiam Highway had been there for more than a month. Glenn Harms, 78, charged with placing offensive substances on his property. Report taken.
5:42 p.m. – Ilay Chemishov, 29, of Woodburn, arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving. 38700 Weirich Drive/River Drive. Report taken.
9:28 p.m. – Caller reported three individuals trespassing on property in 37000 block Middle Ridge Drive, in which “unwanted individual” returned to location and started an altercation, according to Sheriff’s report. Deputies cited Anthony Darby, 32, of Lebanon on warrant for failure to appear on charge of possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine. Cited and released. Report taken.
Feb. 18
4:21 a.m. – Jeffrey Brian Daggett, 41, was taken into custody on a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation.
12:07 p.m. – Deputies responded to report of damage to property in 42800 block Fir Grove Lane. Large ruts were made in home build site. No monetary damage.
2:38 p.m. – Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 23, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass II, and a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of burglary II, and was taken into custody for theft of a vehicle.
4:17 p.m. – Jerald Lynn Chasteen, 39, was cited for a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine.
7:43 a.m. – Lillian Renee Paetsch, 64, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, Elmore St.
10:13 p.m. – Matthew Steven Philbrick, 33, was cited for Lebanon warrants for failures to appear. Shyanne Nickole Church, 23, was cited for a Linn County warrant for a misdemeanor, and a Sweet Home warrant for attempted robbery III.
10:59 p.m. – Ashley Marie Coats, 34, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for probation violation, a Benton County warrant for second-degree theftI, and an Albany warrant for contempt of court.
Feb. 19
12:17 a.m. – Cassandra Maria Angulo, 32, was cited for driving while suspended and failure to provide proof of insurance, Main St.
1:21 a.m. – Caller reported hearing footsteps on her roof for 15 minutes, Filbert St. Officer was unable to locate anyone outside, and caller no longer heard the mysterious noise.
3:12 a.m. – Report taken for motor vehicle crash, Berlin Road. Driver swerved to avoid a deer and crashed into a ditch.
10:48 a.m. – Caller reported cans stolen out of backyard, Wheeler St. Information documented.
11:07 a.m. – Report taken for burglary II from a storage unit, Airway. Loss valued at $2,500 for stolen front loading washer, portable A/C unit, dresser, shelving and kitchen table. The lock was cut.
11:57 a.m. – Caller reported theft of merchandise from Lebanon Rock Castle in 39100 block River Drive between 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 18 and the time of call. Suspect opened window and reached inside building. Itemized list of items taken and their value under way. Approximate loss estimated at $1,645. Investigation continuing. Report taken.
12:16 p.m. – Report taken for theft of a stereo amp and cell phone from two vehicles, Cherry Blossom Lane. Total loss valued at $210.
1:32 p.m. – Caller reported finding license plate in 33500 block Bellinger Scale Road. Caller reported seeing a vehicle hit a deer the previous day at the location and said the plate belonged to that vehicle. Deputy returned plate to rightful owner.
5:34 p.m. – Caller reported the driver of a Lebanon Towing truck ran a red light and almost hit her. She called the business to advise of the complaint, and the driver became belligerent and defensive, and threatened her.
Feb. 20
5:10 a.m. – Thomas Barrows, 27, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 80/55 in 29700 block Highway 20/Santiam Terrace Road.
9:33 a.m. – Christian Boatwright, 27, of Lebanon, cited on Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and also for driving while suspended. Warned for moving violation. 37700 River Drive. Report taken.
11:53 a.m. – Regino Sandoval, 39, of Portland, arrested on Yamhill County warrant for felon in possession of weapon following traffic stop in 30900 block Highway 20. Report taken.
12:44 p.m. – Tammy Evert, 44, of Lebanon, arrested for giving false information to police officer, failure to carry/present driver’s license, and on a fugitive warrant from Montana, after traffic stop in 32200 block Highway 34. Lodged at Linn County Jail. Report taken.
8:22 p.m. – Caller reported theft of a bottle of wine from the store, Santiam Hwy. Loss valued at $3.
Feb. 21
7:57 a.m. – Caller reported a male looking in their daughter’s bedroom window at around 1 a.m., 7th St. When the caller went outside to investigate, they heard someone jump the chain link fence. Information documented.
10:10 a.m. – Caller reported theft of vacuum hose from car wash business, Main St.
7:36 p.m. – Report taken for theft of generator from the back of a pickup, Santiam Hwy. Loss valued at $800.
Feb. 22
9:28 a.m. – Daniel Keith Follett, 29, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for failures to appear on an original charge of criminal citation or contempt of court, and driving while suspended.
9:52 a.m. – Report taken for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief, Grant St.
1:42 p.m. – Justin G. Griesbach, 44, was cited on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicants.
2:42 p.m. – Caller reported that neighbor’s two llamas were at large on their property, 41300 block Baptist Church Drive. Wished to pursue charges for livestock at large.
3:59 p.m. – Report taken for possibly fraudulent check activity at Walmart.
4:49 p.m. – Caller reported theft of beach cruiser, pressure washer and leaf blower from shed, E St. Loss valued at $500. Information documented.
5:09 p.m. – Caller reported someone mowed a symbol in her yard and left the pile of grass, 11th St.
8:36 p.m. – Deputy checked motor home broken down on private property in 34400 block Brewster Road. Deputy called number on note in window. Motor home had not been registered in nine years.
Feb. 23
5:00 a.m. – Report taken for a rock thrown through the window of a business, Santiam Hwy. Loss valued at $3,5000.
7:34 a.m. – Jason Andrew Scott, 33, arrested for outstanding parole board warrants and possession of 1.2 grams cocaine, .8 grams heroin. Also cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. Lodged at Linn County Jail, 2900 block Truman Street/Center Street.
7:38 a.m. – Report taken for theft of tools from garage and purse from vehicle, 7th St. Loss valued at $5,000.
3:17 p.m. – Chancellor Dwayne Wise, 30, was taken into custody on a police officer hold, and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle (a golf cart) and disorderly conduct, 5th St. He was also issued reporting instructions for an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation, and was left in admittance at Lebanon Community Hospital.
9:38 p.m. – Steven Blackwell. 34, of Lebanon, cited and released for driving while suspended following single-vehicle crash 36200 block Rock Hill Drive. Report taken.
10:20 p.m. – Caller reported a complaint of teens jumping on a trampoline and screaming, Park St.
Feb. 24
11:53 a.m. – Caller reported package stolen from caller’s mailbox sometime within past week, 700 block East Isabella Street. Value of miscellaneous contents $50. Report taken.
1:17 p.m. – Liu Jinhui, 28, of Vancouver, Wash., cited for unsignaled turn and failure to carry vehicle registration, 2600 block S. Main Road.
8:29 p.m. – Caller said they believe someone is going into their backyard and turning their barbecue propane tanks on, Acorn Street. Information documented.
11:09 p.m. – Jason Beasly, 47, of Lebanon, arrested on Linn County Justice Court warrant. 300 block S. 13th Street. Cited and released. Report taken.
Feb. 25
8:44 a.m. – Caller reported someone was operating a chainsaw on the property at 6:30 a.m. Suspect confirmed it was true, and was counseled on noise ordinances.
9:48 a.m. – Aaron P. Kepler, 28, was cited for trespassing; sleeping on the porch of a vacant residence, Grant St.
2:04 p.m. – Caller reported a male banged on a window at the Veterans Home and asked a female visitor if she “wanted some lovin’.” William Coke was trespassed from the Veterans Home.
4:04 p.m. – Nicholas Adams Ames, 31, was cited and taken into custody for a Sweet Home warrant for criminal mischief.
7:22 p.m. – Rebecca Lane, 63, of Cottage Grove, cited for driving without insurance after crashing her car in 36000 block Highway 34/Denny School Road. No injuries. Report taken.
Feb. 26
12:20 a.m. – Victoria Woody, 47, of Sweet Home, cited for driving while suspended, warned for failure to drive right, 30300 block Santiam Highway.
10:00 a.m. – Caller reported a male was with dogs that were off leash. The caller asked the male if the dogs were friendly, and the subject started yelling and calling him names. An officer counseled the male’s wife regarding leash laws.
12:35 p.m. – Report taken for theft of a catalytic converter, Oak St.
12:45 p.m. – Rita M. Kizer, 35, was cited for second-degree theft, Santiam Hwy.
1:02 p.m. – Nikki T.R. Conner, 24, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. Donald R. Nollen, 41, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, giving false information to police and two outstanding warrants. 35100 block Brewster Road/Cold Springs Road. According to sheriff’s report, suspects were trespassing on farmer’s property and got their rental vehicle stuck. Vehicle towed at rental company’s request. Report taken.
1:20 p.m. – Caller reported a driver parked their car in a parking stall next to hers that went over the line into her stall. To avoid damage, the caller backed out to readjust her space, and the driver of the other car yelled at her for moving while he was getting out of the vehicle.
1:58 p.m. – Caller reported an older male stopped his vehicle in the middle of an intersection and stared at the caller as she passed. After she used the gym, the male was parked next to her car and stared at her, then followed her to the grocery store and stared at her.
4:32 p.m. – Ken Thompson, 57, of Stayton, cited for driving while suspended, 2900 block S. Santiam Highway.
4:47 p.m. – Andrew Kaiser, 23, of Sweet Home, cited and released on warrant, 2100 block S. Santiam Highway. Report taken.
5:08 p.m. – Steven Schunk, 30, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 81/55. 30100 block Santiam Highway.
8:42 p.m. – Tyler Stephen Griffin, 26, and Savannah Haley Griffin, 24, were cited for second-degree theft and trespassed from WalMart.
10:07 p.m. – Seth Floro, 41, of Lebanon, arrested on multiple outstanding warrants. 3400 block S. Santiam Highway. Report taken.
Feb. 27
8:57 a.m. – Jack Thompson, 38, of Lebanon, issued two citations to appear on warrants, warned for trespassing after being located on old Cheadle Lake mill site. 3100 block Burdell BoulevaRoad
9:40 a.m. – Stephenie Whisman, 41, of Lebanon, cited for failure to obey traffic control device (stop sign), 39300 block Gross Street.
10:02 a.m. – Eric Ellefson, 29, of Bend, cited for speeding, 84/55. 30600 block Santiam Highway.
1:02 p.m. – Guiqia Chen, 33, of Portland, cited for failure to carry current proof of insurance after being stopped for improper use of turn signal, 29800 block Santiam Highway.
1:57 p.m. – Juvenile driver, name not listed, cited for speeding, 78/55. 29700 block Santiam Highway.
5:08 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor cut a tree and its limb damaged her fence, 12th St. Officer told her it was not a crime, but she could take the case to court for payment of damages if she wanted. The caller was unhappy with his advice and hung up.
Feb. 28
3:14 p.m. – Caller reported a driver was driving dangerously. Officer found the driver at a residence working on the car. The driver said she was having trouble with the front passenger wheel.
March 1
12:09 a.m. – Rachell Ann Gandrud, 40, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Jennings St.
3:39 a.m. – Chelsea Serenity Morford, 46, was cited for driving uninsured and improper display of a switched sticker. Mark Aaron Lamb, 43, was cited for a Sweet Home warrant for contempt of court and reckless driving.
7:01 a.m. – Kenneth Keith Muskevitsch, 36, was cited for a Polk County warrant for post-prison supervision violation.
9:07 a.m. – Report taken for theft of tools from a house under construction, Willow St.
10:32 a.m. – Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 23, was cited for criminal trespass II, and for a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal citation, disorderly conduct and contempt of court.
2:49 p.m. – Report taken for theft of a bicycle, Main St. Sonny A. Agrelius, 23, was cited for second-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree trespassing. Bike was returned to owner.
3:26 p.m. – Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 23, was cited for trespass II, Park St.
5:09 p.m. – Caller reported her 8-year-old son was knocked off his bike by two teens who bullied him and tried to steal the bike, Jennings St.
March 2
3:30 a.m. – Annie Avery, 27, city of residence not available, cited for driving without a license, 29000 block Santiam Highway/Fairview Road.
12:02 p.m. – Deputies checked on an older dump truck that had been left at cemetery, 30500 block Berlin Road. It was determined that the truck was likely taken from a location in Lebanon area and abandoned here. The person responsible for the truck was not interested in reporting it stolen and only wanted to retrieve it.
1:22 p.m. – Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 23, was cited for trespassing. She was reportedly bathing in the park canal and has multiple trespasses from city parks.
7:00 p.m. – Brandon Lease, 28, of Lebanon, arrested and lodged at Linn County Jail on Parole Board warrant. Lease later arrested for felony failure to report as sex offender. Amanda Toeli, 44, of Lebanon, arrested on outstanding Municipal Court warrant. Report taken. 32600 block Denny School Road.
March 3
1:02 a.m. – Melissa Ann Martinez, 51, was taken into custody for reckless driving and driving under the influence of an intoxicant, Airport Road.
4:04 a.m. – Kayla Kriewitz, 30, arrested for fourth-degree assault-domestic, 38000 block River Drive, Report taken.
7:08 a.m. – Vehicle abandoned in 36600 block of Highway 20/Honey Sign Drive was towed as a hazard by Linn County Sheriff’s Office after dealership and owner disagreed on who was responsible for it. Report taken.
8:01 a.m. – Caroline Johnson, 68, of Sweet Home, crashed her vehicle into a ditch after becoming disoriented in fog, 40100 block Baptist Church Drive/Kowitz Road. Minor injuries reported. Property damage estimated at roughly $250. Damage to vehicle’s undercarriage estimated to be under $2,500. Report taken.
10:34 a.m. – Caller reported burglary in 31800 block of Berlin Road. Tools valued at about $2,100 were taken. Report taken.
10:40 a.m. – Dana Joann McCollum, 58, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, Grant St.
11:38 a.m. – Austin Carter was cited for second-degree theft, Santiam Hwy.
12:33 p.m. – Serenity Douglas, 22, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 76/55, Highway 34 near Agan Road.
2:36 p.m. – Amy Smith was taken into police officer hold, W Ash St. Smith was judged to be entering backyards without concern for consequence or her own safety.
4:45 p.m. – Victoria Santich, 22, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 79/55. 29700 block Santiam Highway/Santiam Terrace Road.
5:21 p.m. – Christian James Coleman, 22, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for probation violation.
6:53 p.m. – Robin Troy Looney, 66, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device. Virlea Marni Mays, 72, was cited for driving without a valid operator’s license.
March 4
4:14 a.m. – David Arroyo-Sandoval, 40, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for parole violation of second-degree theft, and a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine and felon in possession of a weapon.

11:05 a.m. – Caller reported his roommate altered the view of a security camera that was aimed at the driveway and he pointed it toward the sky, Cedar St.
12:14 p.m. – Caller reported a male subject wearing a clown mask in Shaggy’s Den was harassing customers. Subject was trespassed from the business.
1:59 p.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated male approached her child and babysitter, and asked the babysitter for her phone number, 5th St. The male admitted he was trying to get a date, and agreed to stay away.
5:29 p.m. – Caller was concerned about what might be in a plastic bag that was sitting outside the Nazarene Church for two days, D Street. Officer found clothes in the bag, and decided to leave the bag there.
6:58 p.m. – Caller reported a possible drug deal out of a car, Weldwood Drive. Officer found the vehicle unoccupied and left a note that read, “Someone is under the impression you are selling dope out of here. I hope that’s not true.”
8:32 p.m. – Kimberley Christeene Gomez, 52, was cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, Santiam Hwy.

8:53 a.m. – Deputies responded to single-vehicle crash in 32500 block Berlin Road. Driver Roy Hudson, 33, of Albany, arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. No injuries reported. Report taken.
3:10 p.m. – A male who said he was upset a package did not get delivered was in the restricted back part of the post office and refused to leave.
7:17 p.m. – Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 23, was cited for second-degree theftI, for stealing tips out of a drive-thru tip jar, Main St.

9:57 a.m. – Christopher Hanson, 29, of Lebanon, arrested for attempt to elude, driving while suspended and reckless driving, 31700 block Headgate Road/Perkins Drive. Report taken.
10:23 a.m. – Caller reported theft of cigarettes from front porch, Park St. The thief left cookies on the banister.
11:38 a.m. – Sonny Allen Agrelius, 23, was cited for a Linn County warrant for parole violation escape II, and was transported to Lebanon Community Hospital.
3:10 p.m. – Male juvenile driver cited for careless driving after non-injury crash, 38400 block River Drive/Perkins Drive. Driver’s name unavailable. Report taken.
3:46 p.m. – Caller reported a large group of cars in a parking lot that left together at a high rate of speed, 5th St. Caller was concerned it was a street racing group.
March 8
11:00 a.m. – Dispute between neighbors about cats. Deputy arrived to investigate what turned out to be a civil matter. Parties agreed to leave each other alone. 2200 block Fuller Lane.
4:24 p.m. – Report taken for theft of car, stamp collection, coin collection, cash, furniture, jewelry, tools and more, 4th St.
5:19 p.m. – Caller reported someone took a letter out of their mailbox, 32300 block Berlin Road.
5:27 p.m. – Customer dropped his wallet in store, and clerk turned it over to Sheriff’s Office. Deputy returned it to owner. 800 block Sunflower Lane.

7:51 p.m. – Caller reported that the mother of her best friend is telling people she has COVID, which she does not. This is because they are not getting along and the caller blocked her number. Caller was advised this isn’t a criminal matter, but she could apply for a stalking order or seek remedy in civil court. 37200 block Meredith Drive.
8:24 p.m. – Ryken Buck, 24, of Lebanon, cited for speeding 66/40, 34500 block Santiam Highway/Spicer Drive.
9:47 p.m. – Jeni Dicklich, 48, of Lebanon, stopped and cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to renew vehicle registration, as well as Lebanon Municipal Court criminal warrant for contempt of court.
10:23 p.m. – Kimberly Earhart, 55, of Lebanon, arrested for DUII and reckless driving after DUII report, 36900 block Edgemont Drive. Breath test administered at Linn County Jail indicated blood alcohol level of .13%, according to Sheriff’s log. Cited and released. Report taken.
