2:08 p.m. – Caller reported she met someone in an online dating app, and she gave him money and personal details that led to him attempting to get debit cards in his name, and he stole $7,600 from her accounts. She had also received two checks totaling about $20,000 from out of state that were identified by her bank as real, so she used the money to pay her bills. Scammer was mad she spent the money.
8:10 p.m. – Report taken for incident involving police officer hold on William Ray O’Neil, 42, who was intoxicated and hallucinating while attempting to enter a person’s residence, Maple St.
11:13 p.m. – William Ray O’Neil, 42, was taken into custody and charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct after refusing to leave Lebanon Community Hospital.

7:00 a.m. – Jerald Lynn Chasteen, 39, was trespassed for life from the Lebanon Post Office for a history of sleeping, harassment, lighting mail on fire, and smearing feces.

10:00 a.m. – Caller reported a male was with dogs that were off leash. The caller asked the male if the dogs were friendly, and the subject started yelling and calling him names. An officer counseled the male’s wife regarding leash laws.

1:02 p.m. – Nikki T.R. Conner, 24, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. Donald R. Nollen, 41, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, giving false information to police and two outstanding warrants. 35100 block Brewster Road/Cold Springs Road. 1:20 p.m. – Caller reported a driver parked their car in a parking stall next to hers that went over the line into her stall. To avoid damage, the caller backed out to readjust her space, and the driver of the other car yelled at her for moving while he was getting out of the vehicle.
1:58 p.m. – Caller reported an older male stopped his vehicle in the middle of an intersection and stared at the caller as she passed. After she used the gym, the male was parked next to her car and stared at her, then followed her to the grocery store and stared at her.

The person responsible for the truck was not interested in reporting it stolen and only wanted to retrieve it.
1:22 p.m. – Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 23, was cited for trespassing. She was reportedly bathing in the park canal and has multiple trespasses from city parks.

11:05 a.m. – Caller reported his roommate altered the view of a security camera that was aimed at the driveway and he pointed it toward the sky, Cedar St.
12:14 p.m. – Caller reported a male subject wearing a clown mask in Shaggy’s Den was harassing customers. Subject was trespassed from the business.
1:59 p.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated male approached her child and babysitter, and asked the babysitter for her phone number, 5th St. The male admitted he was trying to get a date, and agreed to stay away.
5:29 p.m. – Caller was concerned about what might be in a plastic bag that was sitting outside the Nazarene Church for two days, D Street. Officer found clothes in the bag, and decided to leave the bag there.
6:58 p.m. – Caller reported a possible drug deal out of a car, Weldwood Drive. Officer found the vehicle unoccupied and left a note that read, “Someone is under the impression you are selling dope out of here. I hope that’s not true.”
8:32 p.m. – Kimberley Christeene Gomez, 52, was cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, Santiam Hwy.

8:53 a.m. – Deputies responded to single-vehicle crash in 32500 block Berlin Road. Driver Roy Hudson, 33, of Albany, arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. No injuries reported. Report taken.
3:10 p.m. – A male who said he was upset a package did not get delivered was in the restricted back part of the post office and refused to leave.
7:17 p.m. – Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 23, was cited for second-degree theftI, for stealing tips out of a drive-thru tip jar, Main St.

9:57 a.m. – Christopher Hanson, 29, of Lebanon, arrested for attempt to elude, driving while suspended and reckless driving, 31700 block Headgate Road/Perkins Drive. Report taken.
10:23 a.m. – Caller reported theft of cigarettes from front porch, Park St. The thief left cookies on the banister.
11:38 a.m. – Sonny Allen Agrelius, 23, was cited for a Linn County warrant for parole violation escape II, and was transported to Lebanon Community Hospital.
3:10 p.m. – Male juvenile driver cited for careless driving after non-injury crash, 38400 block River Drive/Perkins Drive. Driver’s name unavailable. Report taken.
3:46 p.m. – Caller reported a large group of cars in a parking lot that left together at a high rate of speed, 5th St. Caller was concerned it was a street racing group.
March 8
11:00 a.m. – Dispute between neighbors about cats. Deputy arrived to investigate what turned out to be a civil matter. Parties agreed to leave each other alone. 2200 block Fuller Lane.
4:24 p.m. – Report taken for theft of car, stamp collection, coin collection, cash, furniture, jewelry, tools and more, 4th St.
5:19 p.m. – Caller reported someone took a letter out of their mailbox, 32300 block Berlin Road.
5:27 p.m. – Customer dropped his wallet in store, and clerk turned it over to Sheriff’s Office. Deputy returned it to owner. 800 block Sunflower Lane.

7:51 p.m. – Caller reported that the mother of her best friend is telling people she has COVID, which she does not. This is because they are not getting along and the caller blocked her number. Caller was advised this isn’t a criminal matter, but she could apply for a stalking order or seek remedy in civil court. 37200 block Meredith Drive.
8:24 p.m. – Ryken Buck, 24, of Lebanon, cited for speeding 66/40, 34500 block Santiam Highway/Spicer Drive.
9:47 p.m. – Jeni Dicklich, 48, of Lebanon, stopped and cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to renew vehicle registration, as well as Lebanon Municipal Court criminal warrant for contempt of court.
10:23 p.m. – Kimberly Earhart, 55, of Lebanon, arrested for DUII and reckless driving after DUII report, 36900 block Edgemont Drive. Breath test administered at Linn County Jail indicated blood alcohol level of .13%, according to Sheriff’s log. Cited and released. Report taken.
