8:54 a.m. – Caller reported neighbor’s rabbits are damaging their property. 39900 block Crestview Lane.
11:17 a.m. – Caller called 9-1-1 after someone sprayed her with a squirt gun. 31300 block Berlin Road.
12:08 p.m. – Caller reported someone tried taking her laundry at the laundromat. When she confronted him, he said he thought it was his, but then he left without any laundry.
2:44 p.m. – Multiple vehicles were burglarized in Waterloo overnight. 31100 block 4th Street. Report taken.
2:46 p.m. – Jack Counts, 32, of Lebanon, arrested for parole violation after hit and run was reported in 31200 block 1st Street. Report taken.
3:01 p.m. – Cassidy Sullivan, 29, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended and for three warrants following two-vehicle, non-injury collision reported at intersection of Knox Butte and Scravel Hill roads. Cited and released. Report taken.

12:37 a.m. – Matthew Allan Daniels, 34, cited for a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original citation.

10:08 a.m. – Jack Eldon Thompson, 38, was taken into custody for a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of felon in possession of a firearm.
11:51 a.m. – Deputy responded to call regarding escaped cows. When deputy arrived, property owner said some younger men who came by had rounded up the cows and left, then returned and fixed the fence. 600 Central Ave.
1:34 p.m. – Report taken for theft of a wallet and backpack, Binshadler St.
3:14 p.m. – Tosha Miskey, 30, of Lebanon, arrested for failing to perform the duties of a driver after hit-and-run single-vehicle crash was reported in 30600 block Berlin Road. Miskey also cited for driving while suspended.
5:01 p.m. – Caller reported theft of bicycle, Milton St.
6:33 p.m. – Caller accidentally pocket-dialed 9-1-1 while play fighting with daughter, which made it sound like a disturbance was occurring. Deputies arrived and confirmed that was what was happening. 34800 block Bond Road.
6:09 p.m. – William Dale Read, 42, cited for driving while suspended and failure to install an interlock device, Santiam Hwy.
6:46 p.m. – Christian James Coleman, 22, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, and for a Lebanon warrant for parole violation criminal mischief.
7:14 p.m. – Jonathan Troy Rosene, 18, cited for driving while suspended, Airport Rd.

11:17 a.m. – Caller reported an arrow found shot through the side of his manufactured home, Main St. Caller said it might be due to his being vocal on social media about the mask mandate and insurrectionists.
2:19 p.m. – Caller reported theft of a Hart drill pack, kid floaties, a Mountain Dew, and possibly a tent or luggage, from Walmart.
5:08 p.m. – Charmain Doyle, 42, of Lebanon, cited for driving uninsured, issued warnings for moving violation and equipment violation, 700 block Burton Street, Harrisburg.
5:22 p.m. – Cole Lewis Row, 32, cited for using a cell phone while driving, 2nd St.
5:25 p.m. – Caller had questions about possible tombstone in 32100 block Bellinger Road. Resident heard about male who may have died and been buried on her property. Deputy checked, learned that male was alive.
5:38 p.m. – Caller reported vehicle burglary, 30400 block Fairview Road. Report taken.
6:44 p.m. – Draper James Tschoepe, 43, cited for failure to use a seat belt, Santiam Hwy.
7:09 p.m. – Report taken for possible theft of a LFD uniform with name badge. Caller said the shirt was in the back of his truck and may have been stolen, or just blew off while driving.
7:11 p.m. – Noah Warron Lutton, 20, cited for failure to use a seat belt, Main St.
7:43 p.m. – Michael Evan Matthews, 36, cited for driving uninsured and driving while suspended, Grant St.
8:04 p.m. – Caller said she got some rocks from someone a while back but she now thinks they might be human vertebrae. Officer identified them as rocks, and disposed of them.
9:13 p.m. – Christopher Sebastian Viveros Licea, 21, cited for driving uninsured, Sherman St.
11:57 p.m. – Christopher Hanson Eilers, 30, of Lebanon, arrested for driving with suspended license, other infractions, following traffic stop in 2000 block South 5th Street. Report taken.

12:03 a.m. – Christopher Paul Hanson-Eilers, 29, was taken into custody for a Lebanon warrant for probation violation.
5:55 a.m. – Report taken for damage and about $7,000 in stolen tools from five vehicles, D St.
7:44 a.m. – Caller reported a male creptup on her at the park. Caller said she has a baby face, so she thinks the male was looking to snatch an underage girl, Rose St.
10:02 a.m. – Deputies took report of vehicle burglary. Nothing was taken. 39300 block Card Street.
10:56 a.m. – Joey Vargas arrested for a Lebanon warrant for parole violation, a Benton County warrant for identification theft and unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and a Linn County warrant for parole violation for possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of a restricted weapon.
12:12 p.m. – Monte Dale Lee, 49, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Santiam Hwy.
12:51 p.m. – Allison Catherine Rice, 30, cited for driving without a valid operator’s license, Main St.
2:11 p.m. – Ralph Richard Kleinschmit II, 50, cited for failure to use a seat belt, 2nd St.
2:51 p.m. – Lisa Marie Magers, 40, cited for a Lebanon warrant for parole violation theft II.
2:57 p.m. – Toby James Gue, 48, cited for failure to use a seat belt, Santiam Hwy.
4:13 p.m. – Report taken for harassment, Main St. Two females got into a physical altercation over pop can ownership.
6:34 p.m. – Caller fell victim to internet scam through gaming website. $1,300 stolen before victim realized it was a scam. Suspect likely outside U.S. Report taken. 42200 block Green Mountain Drive.
6:45 p.m. – Report taken for theft of kayak from back of truck, Rose St. Loss valued at $288.
8:46 p.m. – Henry Spurling, 73, was charged with DUII (0.14 BAC). Michael Dwayne Hawkins, 59, cited for failure to maintain lane. The two were involved in a crash.
8:51 p.m. – Caller reported theft of a case of Mikes Hard Lemonade by juveniles, Tangent St. Loss valued at $19.99.
10:30 p.m. – Ryan Wilson, 32, of Lebanon, arrested for violating restraining order, 200 block Gilbert Street. Report taken.

11:49 a.m. – Caller reported someone scratching tailgate of their pickup, causing $500 damage. 100 block Crowfoot Road. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

7:19 a.m. – Martin P. Stock, 22, cited for trespass II and for an Albany warrant for criminal trespass.
8:16 a.m. – Caller reported someone used her personal information to file for unemployment benefits, 39300 block Golden Valley Drive. Report taken.
10:39 a.m. – Deputy responded to report of possible recovered stolen vehicle in 800 block 6th Avenue, Sweet Home. Vehicle was confirmed to be stolen out of driveway on Santiam Terrace, Lebanon. Registered owner Tony Martinez, of Lebanon, arrived and took possession. Several items found inside were not owner’s, so deputy transported them to Sheriff’s Office, lodged them in evidence.

3:12 p.m. – Caller reported his vehicle was taken by a one-armed priest in Florida about four years ago.

10:18 a.m. – Dale Restau, 51, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 51/35, 900 block N. Main Street, Brownsville.

12:20 p.m. – Caller reported a male inside a business was using profanity and talking about the universe, time travel, and being enveloped in fire. He was otherwise friendly with the officer, and left, Cooperative Way.

9:27 p.m. – Skyler Lee Stuckey cited for failure to obey a traffic control device and driving uninsured, Oak St.
May 22
9:46 p.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated woman opened her front door and walked into her living room in 200 block View Lane. When ordered to leave, intruder did so. Deputy checked area but was unable to locate the trespasser.
May 23
10:08 a.m. – Caller reported theft of catalytic converter, Harden Dr. Damage valued at $1,100.
12:11 p.m. – Frances T. Magnus, 45, cited for driving while suspended, failure to carry proof of insurance, and failure to obey a traffic control device, Main St.
3:25 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor driving a souped-up Toyota, revving the motor, and driving it up and down the road, Filbert St. Caller said, “He is disrupting what is supposed to be a peaceful Sunday afternoon.”

7:51 a.m. – Unlocked vehicles in 30800 block Ty Valley Road were entered overnight. Report taken.
8:19 a.m. – Leroy Freeman and Morgan Lumpkin were cited for trespassing in the park, Park St.

4:31 a.m. – Dalaine Dotson, 19, of Lebanon, cited for minor in possession of alcohol, driving uninsured and failure to register vehicle, after traffic stop in Highway 34/Red Bridge Road. Report taken.
7:49 a.m. – James Keith Mortensen, 21, cited for failure to use a seat belt, Santiam Hwy.
8:01 a.m. – Richard Lee Elliott, 73, cited for failure to use a seat belt, S. Main St.

10:05 a.m. – Joseph S. Ware, 44, cited for failure to use a seat belt, Santiam Hwy.
10:57 a.m. – Caller reported theft of a purse at the Spin City laundromat. Video surveillance revealed a male took the purse, pulled something out of it, then put the purse inside a laundry machine and left. The owner said $20 was missing.
11:10 a.m. – Morgan Lumpkin was taken into custody and transported to the Justice Center for court.
11:38 a.m. – Lisa Patterson, 55, of Springfield, cited for failure to obey traffic control device. 1000 block South Main Street.
1:44 p.m. – Caller reported that someone damaged bus at East Linn Christian Academy, 36800 block Victory Drive, during the night. Report taken.
May 26
1:34 a.m. – Brent Bowers, 23, of Lebanon, arrested on warrants from Linn County Circuit Court, Linn County Justice Court, Lebanon Municipal Court. 2400 block South Santiam Highway. Cited and released. Report taken.
4:17 a.m. – Joshua Shoat, 51, of Lebanon, arrested on warrant, 3100 block Burdell Boulevard. Report taken.
5:12 a.m. – Richard Wall, 50, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, River Drive/Perkins Drive.
7:46 a.m. – Conan Dehut, 30, arrested on warrant from Santiam Correctional Institution, after disturbance reported in 2100 block Mill Street. Deputies located Dehut and he fled, according to Sheriff’s report. A Linn County K9 deputy deployed Thunder, a Sheriff’s Office canine, who located Dehut approximately 150 yards from where he’d been spotted by deputies, hiding in some brush. He was taken into custody and transported to Linn County Jail. Report taken.
2:45 p.m. – Ross Allen Scott, 27, of Lebanon, arrested on two warrants, 41600 block Cut-Off Drive. Report taken.

8:49 a.m. – Brynn Lloyd, 28, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 52/35, North Main Street/Depot Avenue, Brownsville.
9:57 a.m. – Teresa Pollock, 59, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 61/35, Main Street/Hausman Avenue, Brownsville.
11:04 a.m. – Sandra McCardy, 41, of Waterloo, arrested on warrants after domestic disturbance was reported in 30800 block 7th Street. Cause for arrest unrelated to disturbance. Report taken.
1:43 p.m. – Sara Guerin Jensen, 31, cited for driving while suspended and failure to carry proof of insurance, Williams St.
2:59 p.m. – Caller reported theft of bicycle, Maple St. Loss valued at $200.
3:15 p.m. – Report taken for theft of compound bow and another unidentified item from BiMart. Loss valued at more than $250.
4:59 p.m. – Caller reported his barn was entered by unknown individual. Nothing reported stolen. 30000 block Ingram Road.
10:48 p.m. – Deputies attempted to stop motorcycle clocked at 103 mph in 55 zone. Motorcyclist did not stop and deputies called off pursuit per department policy. 29700 block Santiam Highway.
May 28
2:00 a.m. – Deputies responded to report of strong-arm robbery in which vehicle was stolen. Parties were known to each other and there was no ongoing risk to public. 500 block Oregon Street. Report taken.
6:39 a.m. – Caller reported damage to vehicle, 2nd St. Steering column damaged, and a machete was found inside.
8:45 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle in middle of Groshong Road, near Highway 20. Turned out to be stolen vehicle. Recovered. Report taken.

3:45 p.m. – Kayla Virginia Rosa, 33, cited for using a cell phone while driving, Airport Rd.
4:01 p.m. – Shannon Denae Moulder, 44, cited for using a cell phone while driving, Airport Rd.
4:22 p.m. – Report taken for fraudulent use of stolen checks, Waters Edge Ct.
4:32 p.m. – Kaylee Cecelia Vernetti, 28, cited for using a cell phone while driving, 2nd St.
5:03 p.m. – Caller reported a male was being confrontational with customers for wearing masks in the store, and was refusing to leave, Main St.

5:30 a.m. – Hunter Grant, 20, of Lebanon, cited for driving uninsured, 2800 block Truman Street.
9:14 a.m. – Report taken for stolen vehicle, C St.
9:21 a.m. – Deputy reponded to non-injury crash on Waterloo Bridge, 31200 block Waterloo Road. According to Sheriff’s report, driver Richard Stephens, 50, of Lebanon, left area and called Sheriff’s dispatch, advising that he would attempt to remove vehicle himself. According to report, driver knew he was wanted by U.S. Marshal’s Service. After failed attempt to contact Stephens, vehicle was towed as hazard and driver was left a voicemail advising him of that.
12:14 p.m. – Deputies responded to report of an overdose of anxiety medication in 37100 block Gore Road. Individual, who was not named in report, was located in back yard, upright and conversing. Over course of contact, she began to lose consciousness. She went inside to get a drink and did not return. Deputy found her asleep with cigarette still in her hand. Medics woke her up and transported her to hospital.
6:28 p.m. – Cainen Perkins, 20, Albany, cited for failure to yield after, according to Sheriff’s report, he cut off oncoming traffic while leaving Wilco parking lot, 300 Market Street.
8:56 p.m. – Amie Conner, 42, of Lebanon, cited for dog as public nuisance, 400 block Cascade Drive.
May 30
12:07 a.m. – Micah Schulte, 40, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, no operator’s license, 30900 block Klum Street/6th Street.
12:23 a.m. – Caller reported homemade trailer was stolen from his property by known suspect. Value estimated at $2,000. 38900 block Griggs Drive. Report taken.
12:24 a.m. – Julie Brendle, 48, of Lebanon, cited for multiple warrants. 2900 block South Santiam Highway. Report taken.
1:16 a.m. – Jonathan Echeverria, 25, of Corvallis, cited for driving while suspended after vehicle was stopped for no brake light, no headlight. 300 block West Airport Road/5th Street.

4:28 a.m. – John Johnstone, 30, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 76/55, Santiam Highway/Weldwood Drive.
5:14 a.m. – James Stephen Jewett, 19, cited for driving without an operator’s license, driving uninsured, and failure to renew registration, Main St. Also warned for speeding, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to carry registration, and parking in a handicap space.
11:25 a.m. – Mary Alice Nelson, 47, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Grant St.
1:53 p.m. – Caller reported headstones stolen from family cemetery in 31500 block Bellinger Scale/Berlin Road. Estimated four to five missing, valued at $800 each. Report taken.

3:14 p.m. – Caller reported fraudulent charges on her bitcoin account, Rooster Ln. Loss valued at $2,246.

2:55 p.m. – Deputies responded to report of a crashed motorcycle, with nobody around, in the 39500 block of Mt. Hope Drive. Investigation revealed that the motorcycle had been stolen out of Marion County a year earlier. Appropriate parties were notified and the motorcycle was towed. Investigation continuing. Report taken.

1:43 p.m. – Deputy contacted Shelley Valentine, who had parked RV in upper parking lot at Waterloo Park. Valentine informed park staff she was going to remove her personal belongings and allow the RV to be towed away. Deputy explained that she would be cited for abandoning a vehicle and would be responsible for tow bill.
