10:26 p.m. – Caller reported trampoline being blown into road, 39100 River Drive.
Jan. 14
8:30 a.m. – Caller reported her cat had been shot, apparently with a BB gun, by an unknown person, 30500 block Ty Valley Road. Cat is expected to survive. Report taken.
Jan. 15
9:53 a.m. – Caller reported someone had tried to start a fire in a hand washing station, and found subjects camping at the Soup Kitchen, Grant Street.
1:27 p.m. – Report taken for theft of catalytic converter from bus, C Street.
2:39 p.m. – Johnathon Lee Clement, 32, cited for speeding, Park Street.
9:03 p.m. – Caller reported noise, 10th St. Officer located parties playing corn hole and noted the noise level was loud enough to constitute an ordinance violation.
Jan. 16
9:18 a.m. – Fraud reported in 32000 block Hidden Valley Road. Deputy told caller that the instructions to purchase a gift card were from a scammer and that she should never purchase a gift card for someone she does not know. Deputy remained on lookout for black car in area, but was unable to locate.
2:15 p.m. – Deputies took report of a motor vehicle-vs-cow crash in 36800 block KGAL Drive. Vehicle sustained minor damage. Cow was “stunned.” Animal was moved off the road after being struck.
4:18 p.m. – Report taken for apparent theft of stop sign, F St.
7:20 p.m. – Morgan Lumpkin cited for criminal trespass, Main St.
7:28 p.m. – Wyatt Michael Wilson, 18, cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, and defective lighting.
8:34 p.m. – Ashlie Elizabeth Cummings, 33, cited for driving uninsured, Grant St.
Jan. 17
12:52 a.m. – Caller reported a juvenile is harassing her daughter by sharing her phone number and house address to strangers on social media, and they have received a call from a male who wanted to come over.
11:01 a.m. – Tiffani Kendra Stubblefield, 32, cited on a Lebanon warrant for parole violation for theft II.
2:16 p.m. – Travis Lee McVicker, 33, cited for driving while suspended, and cited on a Lebanon warrant for probation violation.
11:06 p.m. – Vehicle stopped for distracted driving, terminated insurance. The operator, who was watching a movie on his cell phone, mounted to the dash, was educated on safer driving practices. 2800 block Stoltz Hill Road.

12:41 a.m. – Julianne Nicole Phillips, 27, cited on Linn County warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine and four criminal citations.
2:37 a.m. – Morgan Lumpkin cited for criminal trespass II.
11:27 a.m. – Caller reported theft of Lowe’s badge, four dollars and a “vintage” skateboard from vehicle, River Drive.
1:44 p.m. – Richard Taylor, 29, of Lebanon, cited for warrant after caller reported verbal disturbance in 600 block of B Street. Cited and released. Report taken.
Jan. 19
10:02 a.m. – Caller reported theft of four trees at Nova Urgent Care, Cooperative Way. Information documented.
11:11 a.m. – Caller reported a male was exposing himself, with pants below his waist, Weldwood Drive.
1:35 p.m. – Caller reported theft of package from porch, 8th St.
Jan. 20
5:50 p.m. – Sheriff’s deputy checked vehicle in 35100 block Brewster Road/Cold Springs Road that had its hazard lights on. Vehicle had stopped for injured lamb. Deputy contacted owner of lamb, who responded and took lamb home for rehabilitation.
Jan. 21
2:11 p.m. – Joseph Dunham, 42, of Sweet Home, arrested on multiple warrants and issued traffic citations after Sheriff’s deputies responded to single-vehicle crash in 31200 block 1st Street. Further details unavailable in Sheriff’s log. Report taken.
Jan. 22
4:34 a.m. – Michael Lynn Smith, 59, cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, switched license plates and failure to register vehicle.
9:59 a.m. – Report taken for two-vehicle motor crash, Oak St. No injuries.
11:50 a.m. – Caller reported screaming goats in 38200 block River Drive. Sheriff’s deputy contacted owner and viewed the goats, which scream because they want to get out of their pen “to play.” Goats appeared to be in good health. No crimes.
2:16 p.m. – Patty Dianne McRae, 64, cited on a Linn County statewide felony warrant for parole violation for driving while suspended.
2:54 p.m. – Caller reported $500 worth of instruments taken from his residence during previous three weeks. Asked that information be documented. 3700 block South Santiam Highway.
3:39 p.m. – Daniel Raymond Nofziger, 38, of Lebanon, arrested for multiple warrants after caller reported trespasser in 1900 block 9th Street. He was cited and released, warned for trespassing and told not to return after caller declined to press trespass charges. Report taken.
3:44 p.m. – Tyson Matthew Rash, 16, cited for making a dangerous left turn which had resulted in a motor vehicle crash, Santiam Highway.
6:46 p.m. – Caller reported car in front of him slammed on brakes, causing rear-end crash, and demanded $100.
7:21 p.m. – Michael Flanigan, 26, of Lebanon, arrested on warrants and transported to Linn County Jail, 31400 block SW 5th St. Report taken.
Jan. 23
8:05 a.m. – Caller reported theft of catalytic converter from truck, Oak St. Loss valued at $1200. Information documented.
8:41 a.m. – Report taken for theft of catalytic converter from truck, Grant St.
3:44 p.m. – Caller reported finding firearm in forest, 30700 block Sodaville Road. Firearm placed into evidence.
3:49 p.m. – Joshua Ames, 40, of Lebanon arrested for fourth-degree assault after a domestic disturbance was reported in 42100 block Clark Smith Drive. Report taken.
6:13 p.m. – Report taken for theft of package from porch, F St.
10:57 p.m. – Report taken for robbery, Santiam Highway.
Jan. 24
5:08 a.m. – White Tacoma pickup in ditch on its side. No injuries, or property damage. Vehicle towed. 39100 block Mt. Hope Drive.
1:43 p.m. – Report taken for theft of carpet cleaner machine from store, Santiam Highway. Loss valued at $89.
9:57 p.m. – Christopher Walter, 40, of Waterloo, arrested for domestic harassment, probation violation and interfering with a police officer. 31100 block Kay Street. Transported to Linn County Jail. Report taken.
Jan. 25
12:09 p.m. – Children returned from a walk to find the front door of their house open. Deputies cleared the house but did not find anyone inside. Their father, who was not on the scene, requested that a deputy walk through the house with the children to determine if anything was missing. Nothing was found missing. How the door was opened is unknown. 32700 block Sand Ridge Road.
3:35 p.m. – Caller reported hit and run in 31100 block of 2nd Street. Damage to two fence posts and 20 feet of wire fencing was estimated at $500. No suspects. Report taken.
4:24 p.m. – Someone crashed into a stop sign in 000 block of Sodaville Road/Highway 20. The perpetrator was gone by the time law enforcement arrived. Report taken.
4:25 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported in 30600 block Townsend Road. Deputies seized drugs and impounded vehicle as hazard. Report taken.
Jan. 26
4:00 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported at intersection of Lacomb Drive/Brewster Road. When deputies investigated, they found driver who had stopped for a nap before continuing on to Lacomb because he was falling asleep at the wheel.
4:27 a.m. – Parker Mowdy, 25, of Newport, cited and released on outstanding warrant, 38100 block Weirich Drive. Report taken.
9:32 a.m. – A citizen reported elk and deer carcasses left near a logging gate in 37000 block of Middle Ridge Drive/Canyon View Drive. Deputy located carcasses and forwarded information to OSP Fish and Game.
11:54 a.m. – Caller reported finding a laptop case containing a laptop computer and several cell phones in the creek behind her house in 34100 block Kowitz Road. Report taken.
Jan. 27
8:06 a.m. – Report taken for theft purse from vehicle, 8th St. Loss valued at $350.
9:01 a.m. – Caller reported catalytic converter stolen from vehicle in 600 block Vaughn Lane. Estimated replacement cost “several hundred dollars,” according to Sheriff’s log.
1:59 p.m. – Logan Timothy Wallace, 32, of Albany, was stopped by deputies after he allegedly drove in a careless manner through a motor vehicle crash scene, had a brake light out and had expired tags on his vehicle. Wallace also had two arrest warrants and driving status was suspended. Issued criminal citations on warrants and driving status, cited for operating motor vehicle without required ignition interlock device. 35900 block Rock Hill Drive. Report taken.
10:58 p.m. – Robert Gerold Hunter, 30, cited on a Lebanon warrant for parole violation for criminal mischief II, and a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine.
11:00 p.m. – Vehicle reported stolen out of Sweet Home located in 2300 block Fuller Lane. Vehicle plates had been removed. Report taken.

3:54 a.m. – Jeffrey Alexander McNees, 28, cited on Linn County warrants for failures to appear on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine and criminal citation trespass II.
7:08 a.m. – Caller reported complaints about litter and bathroom vandalism at Ralston Park.
8:05 a.m. – Jack Eldon Thompson, 38, cited on a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft II, and a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original citation charge.
2:22 p.m. – Travis Hummer, 35, of Lebanon, arrested for probation violation. 30500 block Merry Lane.

10:12 a.m. – Julie Rowe, 40, of Lebanon, cited for speed of 78/55 zone and failure to register vehicle. 34400 block Bellinger Scale Road/Lacomb Drive.
11:21 a.m. – Corinna De Olus,51, of Albany cited for speed 71/45 zone. 33400 block Eddings Lane/Brewster Road.
11:28 a.m. – Lavern Bailey, 52, of Lebanon, cited for second-degree theft, 1000 block Cascade Drive. Report taken.
1:19 p.m. – Velma Jo Brammer, 53, cited for theft of a cell phone.
4:14 p.m. – Caller reported ongoing issues of rotten food and cigarette butts being tossed outside, Elmore St.
4:16 p.m. – Darrell Loughmiller, 59, of Albany, arrested for Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear. 31200 block Stoltz Hill Road/Rock Hill Drive. Report taken.
9:44 p.m. – Sammy Raymond Hughes, 20, cited for a Sweet Home warrant for theft II, and also cited for driving without a valid operators license, Santiam Hwy.
Jan. 30
9:17 a.m. – Caller reported female black Lab mix was running at large and killed one of caller’s rabbits, 200 block Sodaville Road. Dog was able to evade capture and was last seen in area of Weirich Drive and Weirich Cutoff Road. Report taken.
1:38 p.m. – Caller reported someone attempted to break into their shed, Main St. Information documented.
8:35 p.m. – Ryan Vanderyacht, 23, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 67/45. 33000 block Brewster Road/Mt. Hope Drive.
11:22 p.m. – Monte Brian Morehouse, 41, was taken into custody for driving under the influence, Airport Road.

5:27 a.m. – Crystal Finster, 29, of Albany, cited for speeding, 75/55. 35900 block Hwy. 34.
8:34 a.m. – Kolby Morgan, 21, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 81/55. 29600 block Santiam Highway/Santiam Terrace Road.
8:52 a.m. – Isaiah Ledford, 19, and Donald Fanigan, 31, both of Lebanon, cited for second-degree criminal trespass , 31100 block Sodaville Road. Report taken.
11:09 a.m. – Deputy contacted five individuals at Middle Ridge 500 Gate who were walking past the gate to shoot in the area. Deputy explained the no shooting restriction and they left without incident. 37600 block Middle Ridge Drive.
12:11 a.m. – Report taken for assault and theft of a cane and wallet, Santiam Hwy.
2:14 p.m. – Caller reported that someone had damaged the door on a vehicle in 38300 block River Drive at around 12:45 p.m. Damage estimated at $600. Report taken and investigation continued.
3:06 p.m. – Report taken for theft of PayPal funds.
4:47 p.m. – Daniel Raymond Nofziger, 38, cited for trespassing.
6:39 p.m. – Report taken for security cameras being spray-painted, Airway.

1:11 p.m. – Caller reported he was hit by a pickup in the Safeway parking lot and knocked to the ground last month. He thought he was fine at the time, but has since learned his hip was broken by the impact.
1:30 p.m. – Lee Glenn Bernard, 58, cited for driving without a valid operators license and driving uninsured, Oak St.
1:42 p.m. – Rachell Ann Gandrud, 40, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Berlin Road.

3:12 a.m. – Dylan Studer, 21, of Lebanon, cited for traveling 84 mph in 55 zone on Highway 34 near Seven Mile Lane.
8:59 a.m. – Angela B. Jansen, 43, cited for speeding, Airport Road.10:08 a.m. – Tara Denise Jackson, 42, cited for speeding, Stoltz Hill Road.
12:33 p.m. – Stephen Pechar, 68, of Lebanon cited for speed of 52 mph in 35 mph. 300 E. Bishop Way/Faust St., Brownsville.
1:35 p.m. – Timothy Cantrell, 45, of Albany, arrested on multiple warrants by Sheriff’s deputies after after caller reported suspicious person walking along road, 31700 block SW 5th St. Cited and released.
3:04 p.m. – Richard Ray Botts II, 59, was taken into custody on a Lebanon warrant for parole violation for theft II.
Feb. 3
7:48 p.m. – Report taken for theft of bicycle, Sand Ridge. Loss valued at $1,000.
Feb. 4
11:17 a.m. – Report taken for theft of a Chromebook, Santiam Hwy.
3:09 p.m. – Service worker reported plans for a commercial marijuana grow in a residential location, Crowfoot Road. Worker was later informed the owner changed their mind and decided to grow tomatoes instead. Regardless, the family was advised crops must be located in an industrial zone, not residential.
8:10 p.m. – Sheriff’s deputy contacted male in a parked RV on a pullout in 38200 block Lacomb Drive. Advised him to move on as camping is not permitted at that location.
8:31 p.m. – Driver stopped in 3800 block S. Santiam Highway told deputy she was speeding due to possible burglary of her residence, reported by a neighbor. She was educated.
10:54 p.m. – Brenda Elaine Die-trich, 34, cited for driving while uninsured and driving while suspended, Main St.

1:38 a.m. – Report taken for theft of bicycle, Hiatt St. Loss valued at $200.
2:35 a.m. – Officer responded to a motor vehicle crash and took Exzavier J. Wright, 21, into custody for driving under the influence of an intoxicant. Others were taken into custody for minor in possession, Main St.
11:50 a.m. – Cynthia Lee Young, 55, cited for failure to properly use a seat belt, Oak St.
12:24 p.m. – Michael Casey Lee Jarvis, 35, cited for failure to use a seat belt, Main St.
12:51 p.m. – Single-vehicle accident reported in 38600 block Mt. Hope Drive/Wildflower Drive. Vehicle driven by Jesse Horton, 76, of Mill City, left roadway on corner and struck a tree. No citations. Report taken.
12:55 p.m. – Alanna Nicole Partin, 40, cited for driving while suspended and use of a cell phone while driving, Airport Road.
1:40 p.m. – Lawrence Eugene Fisher, 60, cited for failure to use a seat belt, Main St.

8:39 a.m. – Hit and run reported in 34400 block Brewster Road. Suspect crashed through caller’s fence. Estimated damage $1,000. Investigation continuing. Report taken.

2:47 p.m. – Report taken for fraudulent use of a debit card, Main St.
10:45 p.m. – Ambyr Dawson, 34, of Sweet Home, and Brian Montgomery, 63, of Lebanon, arrested on outstanding warrants after deputies checked on report of suspicious vehicle in 39600 block Santiam Highway. Report taken.

2:14 a.m. – Report taken for criminal mischief, a broken window, Tangent St. Loss valued at $400.
5:06 a.m. – Season Bartley, 39, of Lebanon, cited for Lebanon warrant, and for speeding 84/55 and driving while suspended, 33900 block Highway 34. Report taken.
Feb. 8
2:36 a.m. – Ryan Sechrest, 34, of Sweet Home, cited for warrant and driving while suspended, driving uninsured. Warned for failure to renew vehicle registration. 2300 block S. Santiam Highway. Report taken.
8:34 a.m. – Report taken for theft of tools from a work truck, 2nd St.
9:18 a.m. – Matthew Allen Pitts, 32, was taken into custody on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation.
10:33 a.m. – Caller reported 35-gallon garbage can stolen from end of driveway. 30800 block Pineway Drive. Approximate value $100. Report taken.
11:40 a.m. – Lawrence A. Wahl, 73, cited for use of a cell phone while driving, Main St.
12:28 p.m. – James Vernie Seiber, 57, cited for driving uninsured and cited on a Lebanon warrant for parole violation on criminal trespassing, an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation, and a Linn County warrant for providing false information. Wendy R. Vincent, 49, was taken into custody for a Lebanon warrant for parole violation of theft III, and an Albany warrant for theft II.

Feb. 10
11:35 a.m. – Deputies responded to report of a non-injury motor vehicle crash in 32600 block Berlin Road/Hill Creek Lane. Involved parties were in verbal altercation, but when deputies arrived, situation was de-escalated and both parties, who were not identified in Sheriff’s log, cleared the scene without issue.
12:18 p.m. – Kyle Eugene Mc-Kenzie, 35, cited for failure to use seat belt, Main Street.
12:56 p.m. – Nicholas Matthew Duncan, 34, cited for failure to use seat belt, Main Street.
1:15 p.m. – Jeffrey David Bayless, 44, cited for failure to use seat belt, warned for cell phone use.
1:29 p.m. – Crash reported on Oak Street. Jeep Cherokee and Mercedes. No injuries reported. Michael Eric Wiggins, 31, driver of Cherokee, cited for failure to obey traffic control device (stop sign).
3:01 p.m. – Two-vehicle crash reported on Main Street. Gray Toyota Corolla and black Ford Ranger. Information exchanged. No injuries reported.
3:33 p.m. – Nathaniel John Mendoza, 43, of Lebanon, cited for speeding 75/45, failure to obey traffic control device, and driving while suspended, after deputy observed him allegedly failing to obey traffic control device in 38200 block Lacomb Drive/Brewster Road. Deputy turned around and clocked Mendoza at 75 mph, according to Sheriff’s report.
6:44 p.m. – Non-injury crash reported Main Street. Gray Toyota Rav 4 sideswiped by white Ford Fusion, per police report. Information exchanged. No citations.
