3:21 a.m. – Report taken for a vehicular crash, Pine Street.
9:27 a.m. – Caller requested to trespass a female who refused to wear a mask in Walmart.
1:21 p.m. – Report taken for stolen property from a storage unit, Airport Road.
1:25 p.m. – Caller reported theft of water from a hydrant, Burdell Blvd. Franklin Lester Roles told officer he was told by a friend that the water was free for community use.
11:41 p.m. – Ryder Lucien Bruce, 20, was cited for driving uninsured, 5th Street.
Nov. 13
3:22 a.m. – Alexander Hamilton Burrell, 41, was cited for driving while suspended and failing to carry proof of insurance, and cited for a Lebanon warrant for a probation violation, Russell Street.
8:20 a.m. – Derrick Duane Gonda Jr, 34, was trespassed from Walmart for refusing to wear a mask.
8:29 a.m. – Report taken for theft of laptops from Walmart.
3:50 p.m. – Caller reported her caregiver stole from her, and said she will make a voodoo doll and take care of the situation instead of filing a report.
4:03 p.m. – Wesley Alan House, 37, was taken into custody for a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespass II. Isaac Alan House, 18, was taken into custody for a Maclaren Youth Authority warrant for robbery III.
5:14 p.m. – Rodney Franklin Snyder, 66, was arrested for reckless driving, disorderly conduct, and possession of cocaine, Main Street.
Nov. 15
11:05 a.m. – John Cole, 42, of Lebanon, arrested for driving while suspended and on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant, 33100 block Brewster Road.
7:02 p.m. – Caller reported she fell victim to scam, for $150. Wanted the incident documented and had questions about how she could protect her identity going forward. 3700 block S. Santiam Highway.
10:05 p.m. – Rachel A. Spencer, 34, was cited and released for theft III.
Nov. 16
8:35 a.m. – Report taken for theft of stainless steel standup radiant heater from the Veterans Home.
10:03 a.m. – Caller reported theft of chainsaw and climbing gear from vehicle, Main Street. Loss valued at $1200.
10:04 a.m. – Jeremiah Kish Coll- man, 41, cited on a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of tresspass II, River Park.
3:19 p.m. – Caller reported a lost cell phone and was tracking its movements from Walmart to Industrial Way, with intermittent stops. Officer recovered phone from a bus driver who reported a male found the phone at a bus stop and handed it to her for recovery.
3:48 p.m. – Report taken for theft of wallet from vehicle, 7th Street.
4:32 p.m. – Ryan Dylan Thompson, 32, was cited and released on Lebanon warrants for parole violation of theft III and failure to appear on an original charge of criminal citation, and a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, 9th Street.
4:47 p.m. – Sophia M. Adamson, 69, was cited for a dangerous left turn resulting in a vehicular crash, Main Street.
Nov. 17
7:58 p.m. – Deputies responded to a two-vehicle, one-deer crash. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. No injuries were reported. According to the Sheriff’s log, “the deer fled the scene on foot and was unavailable for questioning.” 34400 block Brewster Road/Shady Oak Lane. Report taken.

4:40 p.m. – Caller reported his vehicle key was taken from inside his vehicle, 30400 block Fairview Road. Deputy is investigating. Report taken.
Nov. 19
3:41 p.m. – Joseph Rodriguez, 36, of Albany, was arrested for being illegally in possession of 4¼ pounds of marijuana bud, felony possession of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal mischief and a number of violations, including driving without insurance, following a traffic stop. Deputies reported he had a stolen license plate on his vehicle. 400 block Market Street. Report taken.
Nov. 20
10:21 a.m. – Mason William Monroe, 27, was taken into custody for theft of a $300 battery, Main Street. Monroe has a Lebanon warrant for parole violation for theft II; a Benton County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft II; Linn County warrants for parole violations for theft I, criminal mischief II, failure to appear, parole violations for unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful entry of a moving vehicle, parole violation for unlawful possession of meth, failure to appear on an original charge of criminal citation, failure to appear II; and Sweet Home warrants for failures to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass II, and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.
1:53 p.m. – Joseph Robert Vargas, 36, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and for a Lebanon warrant for parole violation for criminal trespass II. Vargas was taken into custody for Linn County warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of heroin and meth, felony possession of a restricted weapon, and failure to appear on an original charge of harassment, and a statewide felony Linn County warrant for parole violation for possession of meth.
3:04 p.m. – David Edward Steagall, 49, was cited for use of a cell phone while driving, Main Street.
3:25 p.m. – Eric Gordon Hansen, 52, was cited for speeding, Airport Road.
3:52 p.m. – Thomas Allen Streiff, 26, was cited for speeding, Airway Road.
4:03 p.m. – Christopher John Siewell, 26, was cited for failure to use a seatbelt, Sherman Street.
4:44 p.m. – Debbie Lynn Fixel, 65, was cited for failure to obey a stop light, Park Street.
10:54 p.m. – Austin Roy Carter, 27, was cited for driving while suspended, Santiam Hwy.

4:00 p.m. – Kyle S. Traxtle, 28, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for parole violation for theft III, Santiam Hwy.
6:41 p.m. – Lerae Nicholle Ruck, 19, was cited on Union County warrants for bail and for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal citations and failure to appear, Oak Street.
8:24 p.m. – A report was taken for a stolen bike, Mullens Drive. Loss valued at $2500.
11:51 a.m. – Caller reported that she was scammed out of $2,000 via an online scam. 30300 block Ty Valley Road. Report taken.
Nov. 22
8:14 a.m. – Vehicle collision reported in 34100 block Brewster Road. Operator drove through T intersection and struck road sign. Report taken.
3:32 p.m. – Robin Marie Barr-era, 20, was taken into custody for a Linn County warrant for FTC harassment, Airport Road.
3:58 p.m. – Report taken for theft of three chainsaws from a vehicle, Oak Terrace Drive. Loss valued at $970.
8:00 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle pulled into a private parking lot and when they looked into the vehicle nobody was inside the car, Mullins Drive. Caller thinks that somehow it drove itself there. Surveillance camera shows driver exited the car and walked opposite the direction the caller came from. Officer confirmed the car did not drive itself.

1:36 a.m. – Joseph A. Lafary, 32, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Market Street.
11:31 a.m. – Douglas Clifford Latham, 71, was cited for failing to use a seatbelt, Main Street.
11:47 a.m. – Favela Giovanna Margarita, 30, was cited for failing to use a seatbelt, Main Street.
12:04 p.m. – James A. Boehringer, 35, was cited for failing to use a seatbelt, Main Street.
1:06 p.m. – David L. Norman, 60, was cited for failing to use a seatbelt, Oak Street.
1:46 p.m. – Faith Hodge, 19, was taken into custody following a standard field sobriety test, Main Street.
1:47 p.m. – Teresa Dale Lee, 39, was cited for using a cell phone while driving, Oak Street.
3:23 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office performed welfare check on juveniles who were not attending online school. Mother of juveniles stated they don’t have wifi. 1800 block South 12th Street.
6:30 p.m. – Caller reported theft of fuel in 30900 block of 7th Street. Wanted information documented. Sheriff’s Office to conduct extra patrols in the area.

10:03 a.m. – Joshua Tonder, 35, of Camas, Wash., arrested and lodged at Linn County Jail on outstanding warrant for charge of felony attempt to elude. 000 block of Groshong Road.
Nov. 25
8:45 a.m. – KC Holt, 37, of Sweet Home, arrested on multiple outstanding warrants after deputies checked a suspicious vehicle plates that was parked at Cheadle Lake, 30400 block River Road. Cited and released. Report taken.
12:07 p.m. – Nathan Phillip Dickinson, 29, was cited for failing to use a seatbelt, Main Street.
2:48 p.m. – Report taken for theft of a quad, 2nd Street.
4:33 p.m. – Paul Lester Herzbergii, 33, was cited for speeding, Airport Road.
11:17 p.m. – Isaac Jonathon James, 23, was cited for driving while suspended and for an Albany warrant for failing to appear on an original charge of keeping junk, 5th Street.

12:16 a.m. – Matthew Alexander Taylor, 28, of Lebanon, arrested on multiple outstanding warrants. 30500 block West View St. Report taken.
2:47 p.m. – Ryan Luke Beeson, 35, was cited for speeding, Park Street.
Nov. 27
8:55 a.m. – Caller reported $1,400 worth of cordless tools stolen. 200 block View Lane. Report taken.
10:26 a.m. – Caller reported gun, knife and flashlight stolen from vehicle in 30000 block Sodaville Mountain Road. Report taken.
12:22 p.m. – Report taken for vehicle damage to car window, 2nd Street. Video surveillance will be reviewed.
12:26 p.m. – Caller reported theft of full propane tank, Elmore Street. Loss valued at $150. Information documented.
12:48 p.m. – Curtis M. Portlock, 22, was cited for speeding, Airport Road.
3:14 p.m. – Charles Bernard Dooney, 60, was cited for cell phone use while driving, Park Street.
4:31 p.m. – Delanie Raymond Attebery, 33, was cited for operating a vehicle with nonstandard lighting.
7:04 p.m. – Report taken for theft of propane tanks and bicycle, Boulder Falls.
10:09 p.m. – Report taken for slashed tires, Ash Street.
Nov. 28
10:50 a.m. – Cary Nathan Pedigo, 31, was cited and released for a driving while suspended violation, and on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to report as a sex offender, and cited.
12:24 p.m. – Caller reported theft of a red and black mountain bike from 3300 block Dorothy Lane. No serial number or brand listed.
6:03 p.m. – Will Nathan Lewis III, 22, was was cited for driving without a valid operator’s license, and on a Lebanon warrant for contempt of court, 2nd Street.
6:47 p.m. – Juveniles attempted to elude deputy on attempted traffic stop, 41000 block Lacomb Drive. Names were not listed in Sheriff’s log. Parents were contacted. Report taken.
7:32 p.m. – Caller requested a male be trespassed from Walmart for refusing to wear a mask. Male spit on the caller and left.
7:39 p.m. – Micah Evan Walter, 44, was taken into custody for DUII, Hwy 34.
Nov. 29
4:13 p.m. – Ryan Sechrest, 34, Sweet Home, cited and released for failure to appear on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant and driving while suspended. Cited for driving 93 mph in a 55 zone, no insurance, failure to renew registration and operation of an unsafe vehicle. 38700 block Green Drive. Report taken.
11:40 p.m. – Caller reported stolen vehicle, a black 2013 Chrysler 200, 33000 block Berlin Road/Grant Street. Report taken.
Nov. 30
10:48 a.m. – Caller reported property stolen from porch in 38000 block River Drive. Missing items included Yamaha 9.9 hp outboard motor and Warn winch. Report taken.
3:29 p.m. – Deputy responded to report of stolen four-wheeler, a red and white 1995 Honda TRX300 valued at around $600, 35600 block Cold Springs Road. Further details not specified in Sheriff’s Log. Report taken.
4:47 p.m. – Caller reported possible meteor strike four to 10 miles west of his location in 30100 block Horseshoe Loop. Deputy tried to make contact to get more details, but caller did not respond.
5:59 p.m. – Caller reported vehicle stolen on 5th Street. Described as 1993 black Honda Civic two-door with manual transmission. Driver’s side window down because it is broken. Report taken.
9:42 p.m. – Tyrone Perrine, 31, of Eugene cited and released on outstanding warrants, possession of controlled substance – meth and heroin, possession of burglar tools, driving while suspended and driving uninsured. 2800 block Truman Street/Gilbert Street. Report taken.
Dec. 1
7:19 a.m. – Hyper brand Urban model bike found on Milton Street property. Value $30. Report taken.
8:53 a.m. – Robert Francis Mitchell Thomas, 33, cited and released on warrants after leaving his cellphone plugged into back of building on Maple Street. Report taken.
9:58 a.m. – Hit and run, 4100 block Santiam Highway. Vehicle reportedly hit a power pole, a fence and yard sign during evening of Nov. 30. No suspect information. Report taken.
Dec. 2
12:11 a.m. – Caller reported motor vehicle accident in 31700 block Berlin Road. Operator Bernt-Yng Nicklasson, 84, of Sweet Home, failed to stop at stop sign in heavy fog and ran into ditch. He and wife Alice Nicklasson, 78, were transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital for check due to their age.
3:53 a.m. – Caller reported two vehicle break-ins in 30500 block Merry Lane. $200 in cash taken from one vehicle. Report taken.
7:21 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle was entered. Nothing taken. 31700 block Headgate Road.
10:38 a.m. – Crash reported on Main Street. A 2006 Honda Odyssey van, operated by Mildred Pearl Cordell, 88, was reportedly changing lanes when it collided with a 1994 Pontiac Grand Am operated by Christopher Lee Wenderoth, 19, on Main Street. Parties exchanged information. Non-injury.
12:02 p.m. – Caller reported vacant house was vandalized in 1700 block of South 7th Street.
6:05 p.m. – Caller reported stopping a shopper who was leaving store with shopping cart that included a Kitchen-Aid mixer, king bed sheet set, 45-piece screw driver set, 116-piece tool set, wifi baby monitor, GoTrax black scooter and other items. Estimated value $640. Female suspect, who is blonde, around 5-5 and appeared to be in her 20s, had paid for food items, but not for rest of items in cart. Caller stopped her outside store doors and told her she had not paid for all the merchandise. She said she did, but abandoned the cart and left in a dark black or blue Jeep Liberty. Report taken for second-degree theft.
6:17 p.m. – Single-vehicle non-injury crash turned into two-vehicle non-injury crash, 32700 block Denny School Road. One vehicle towed from scene due to damage. Details on drivers were not included in Sheriff’s log. Report taken.
7:17: Owen Wayne Winters, 45, cited and released on warrant after caller reported people living in motor home at location on Main Street.
Dec. 3
9:29 a.m. – Caller reported 1995 Honda Accord tires were slashed and two 10½-inch ONN brand tablets were stolen. Main Street. Report taken.
10:08 a.m. – Caller reported sprinkler system was vandalized, 9th Street. Officer noted that wires were cut.
1:05 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident reported at Oak and Williams. One car was T-boned by the other, which was driving north on Williams and ran stop sign at Oak. Full names were not listed in police log.
4:04 p.m. – Cameron Doramus, 55, arrested for DUII. Doramus was contacted by deputy after backing his 2002 Mercedes into ditch in 34800 block of Webber Drive/Sand Ridge Road. Deputy conducted DUII investigation and made arrest. Report taken.
5:16 p.m. – Caller reported property stolen from his bedroom in 30000 block Ingram Road. Sheriff’s log did not include details. Report taken.
Dec. 5
9:45 p.m. – Sheriff’s Deputy Dave Francis spotted a vehicle on fire in back yard of home in 29800 block of Santiam Terrace. No one was at home, so deputy grabbed a hose and prevented flames from the burning 1994 Acura Integra spreading to another vehicle and a pole barn. Lebanon Fire District personnel responded to put the fire out. Arson is suspected. Investigation in progress. Report taken.

4:32 p.m. – Christa Lynn Hoskinson, 20, of Lebanon, arrested for two counts of third-degree criminal mischief after a caller reported a trespasser in 31900 block Sand Ridge Road. Cited and released. Report taken.
