5:19 p.m. – Patrick Charles Hash, 35, was cited on a Lebanon Muncipal Court warrant. Hwy. 20/Knox Butte Road.
9:13 p.m. – Deputies responded to a house fire in the 37600 block of Rock Hill Drive. Lebanon Fire District responded and extinguished the fire and provided resources to the occupant. Cause under investigation. Report taken.
11:21 p.m. – Christina Watts, 33, of Lebanon, was arrested for fourth-degree misdemeanor assault after a report of domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Russell St.
Oct. 15
9:47 a.m. – Deputy conducting a welfare check on elderly female, who was ill, made entry to a residence in the 900 block of Lebanite Drive. The female was found in very poor health, on the floor. She was transported by medics for evaluation.
4:16 p.m. – Caller reported finding people taking wood from her property in the 35900 block of Rock Hill Drive. The people responsible were located and the wood was recovered, so the caller decided she did not want to press theft charges.
7:58 p.m. – Caller reported an individual standing on the fog line in the 37800 block of River Drive/Moss St., dressed in a Grim Reaper outfit. Sheriff’s Office responded, but was unable to locate the individual.
11:02 p.m. – Rebecca Duclos, 28, of Albany, was cited and released on Linn County Justice Court warrant and cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 32900 block of Berlin Road. Report taken.

2:21 a.m. – Joshua Welch, 32, of Lebanon, cited and released on a Sweet Home warrant, cited for driving while suspended, 2400 block of S. Main Road. Report taken.
10:43 a.m. – Caller reported Halloween décor stolen from lawn on Oak St. Dinosaur skeleton valued at $125 missing.
2:22 p.m. – Caller reported bicycle stolen from location on Main Street. “Fit Bike Co.” BMX-style dark red frame , aftermarket chrome handlebars, black rims with tan-walled 20-inch tires. Suspect thought to have left another bike behind when taking the caller’s.
8:47 p.m. – Caller reported a domestic disturbance. Sheriff’s Office responded to the 2200 block of May Lane/Russell Drive. Turned out to be two people riding a lawnmower down the sidewalk to return it.
8:45 p.m. – Melannie Leanne Ader, 32, cited for multiple warrants, Main St.
8:58 p.m. – Red Next Gauntlet bicycle found on Main St. Report taken.
11:32 p.m. – Casyah Thomas, 25, of Lebanon, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. Santiam Hwy./Ingram Road.

12:13 a.m. – Richard Walls, 51, of Lebanon, was cited and released on warrant, 300 block of J St./5th St. Report taken.
7:59 a.m. – Danielle Elaine Mancebo, 33, was cited for speeding, 40/30, Main St.
11:50 a.m. – Caller reported stolen Amazon package from porch on Airway St.
11:55 a.m. – Caller reported non-injury collision in 37100 block Gore Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, Calvin Dorgan, 36, of Lebanon, threw a temper tantrum and intentionally rammed his girlfriend’s Jeep into a BMW owned by another person at that location. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
1:02 p.m. – Robert Louis Zurcher, 65, was cited and released on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant after being stopped by a police officer doing a welfare check on 5th St. He was given a ride to his destination.
2:34 p.m. – Caller reported a dog barking incessantly in the 32900 block of Tennessee Road. Dog owner contacted. Barking ceased.
5:41 p.m. – Shaw Valentine, 31, of Lebanon, was arrested on probation violation warrant. Cited and released. 39400 block of Klum St. Report taken.

12:19 p.m. – Bryan Prather, of Lebanon, was cited for careless driving, improper left turn after, according to Sheriff’s Office, driving the wrong way on South Main Road, 3700 block, from Rock Hill Road.
12:45 p.m. – Marjorie L. Schmidt, 58, was arrested for fourth-degree assault after a caller reported Schmidt attacked her, 2nd St. Caller had scratches but did not need medics, according to police. Report taken.
1:01 p.m. – Seth A. Grace, 26, was arrested on multiple warrants following a report of a fight on Elmore St. Report taken.
1:08 p.m. – Caller reported theft after she parked her Honda Accord along 7th St. on the east side of the gravel strip, facing north. Someone took a Kenwood radio, valued at $150, a gray and black Disney Villains wallet, valued at $60, and a credit card and cash valued at $50. Caller said she parked the vehicle at about 10 p.m. on Oct. 13 and noticed the radio missing at 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 14. Caller also reported a jumper cable and tire jack missing from the trunk. 1:11 p.m. – Officer found a vehicle in a parking lot on 7th St. with its rear passenger window on the driver’s side broken out. Will contact the owner.
2:25 p.m. – Caller reported lock damaged at apartment on Elmore St.
5:10 p.m. – Caller reported a doll hanging from a post, 39800 block of Golden Valley Drive/Mt. Hope Drive. Information documented but no crime committed.
6:44 p.m. – Levi Sloan, 25, of Lebanon, was arrested for burglary, menacing, unlawful use of a weapon and criminal trespass after, according to Sheriff’s Office, he attempted to break into a house in the 38900 block of River Drive. Report taken.
10:12 p.m. – Michael Demerski, 55, of Lebanon, was arrested for, according to Sheriff’s Office, intentionally slamming a residential door into a deputy’s back. He was transported to Linn County Jail on harassment charges. Investigation continues. 31200 block of SW 5th St. Report taken.
Oct. 19
6:51 a.m. – Caller and witnesses reported an “older male” who was not named and who was not wearing pants, had climbed into the wheel well of a bus while it was parked at a bus shelter on Santiam Hwy., preparing to depart. Man had tried to get on the bus, but the driver would not let him, so, according to the police report, he climbed into the front passenger wheel well to get some engine heat. Driver was unable to see that, according to the police report. Caller, who was already on the phone with police, got the driver’s attention, and the bus stopped before the man was injured. The man refused to come out from under the bus and had to be dragged out by the driver and two witnesses. Transported to LCH by medics.
11:07 a.m. – Caller reported that a state employee had trespassed on her property to check for water rights compliance, 35300 Ede Road. Report taken.
6:16 p.m. – Deputies responded to an attempted suicide in the 40000 block of Lacomb Drive. Subject was transported by medical staff in stable condition. Report taken.
3:45 p.m. – Caller reported a white male walking towards River Road on Franklin, carrying a sign that used to be a stop sign, at the southeast corner of Milton and Franklin. Witness lost sight of the suspect. Report taken.

1:52 a.m. – Cheryl Lynn Lindner, 42, was arrested on Linn County Justice Court warrant, Santiam Hwy. Cited and released.
6:55 a.m. – Caller reported a bike was taken at 4:20 a.m. by a male in dark clothing, wearing a backpack. Santiam Hwy. Valued at $400. No description. Report taken.
11:55 a.m. – Dani Rena Pace, 36, was cited for using a cell phone while driving, failure to carry proof of insurance. Warned for switched plates. Santiam Hwy.
12:18 p.m. – Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 24, was cited and released for criminal trespass after the caller reported three people had broken into a Grant Street location. Report taken.
1:25 p.m. – Monte Dale Lee, 50, was arrested for two warrants, Santiam Hwy. Cited and released after being given warning for panhandling. Caller had reported that Lee was asking for gas money.
2:40 p.m. – Caller reported a black male in a black sedan shoplifted $150 worth of items from Santiam Hwy. location. Report taken.
2:56 p.m. – Willium Wyane Johnson-Davis, 17, was cited for speeding in a school zone, improper display of stickers, after a traffic stop at Cascade School.

5:15 p.m. – Caller reported daughter’s cellphone, a Samsung Galaxy S9 in a white and gray marble case, was stolen from Main Street dog park after she left it sitting on a bench. Valued at $200. Report taken.

9:37 a.m. – Caller reported theft of Apple iPhone 6S valued at $26.89 from vehicle in the 37200 block of Meredith Loop. Report taken.
10:11 a.m. – Adria Ann Harter, 16, was cited for speeding, 60/35, Airport Road.
10:17 a.m. – Caller reported theft of a garden wagon full of tools from her front porch, Binshadler St. Report taken.
10:44 a.m. – Linn County Parks staff found a stripped Honda street bike on the river trail from site 26A at Waterloo County Park. It did not return stolen and appeared to have been abandoned by a park guest. Park staff to handle the removal process.
12:26 p.m. – Caller reported identity theft, 30700 block of Butte Creek Road. Someone opened an account for power in Texas in their name. Report taken.
2:33 p.m. – Taylor Renae Burnett, 22, cited for failure to carry proof of insurance after traffic stop for defective brake lights, 4th St.
4:29 p.m. – Jay Boyd Marsh, 57, was arrested for Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant. E Street. Report taken.

8:18 a.m. – Caller reported a red Honda 3000-watt generator, valued at approximately $2,500, stolen during the night from his pickup parked on Robbins Way. Generator had been secured by cable, which had been cut.
8:25 a.m. – Caller reported a red 2005 Honda CMX motorcycle stolen from a driveway on McKinney Lane. Motorcycle was later located and delivered to the Justice Center, minus a license plate. Report taken.
9:49 a.m. – Caller reported a motorized beach cruiser bike stolen from 2nd St. location. Tan with black tires. Valued at $400. Second caller then reported that his Odyssey brand tires were missing from his DK dirt bike. Valued at $300. Report taken.
8:49 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of GPS from an unlocked vehicle. 30800 block of Pineway Drive.
2:50 p.m. – Neighborhood dispute over marijuana grow in the 32500 block of Hayden Road. Deputies spoke with both parties and learned the grow was to be cut over the weekend.
3:51 p.m. – Caller reported a lamb running in the road, Denny School/Sand Ridge roads. Deputies located the lamb and got it home with the help of a citizen.
11:19 p.m. – Dale Edward Damewood, 33, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, Isabella St.

2:29 a.m. – Tyler Matthew Dellinger, 27, was arrested on parole violation warrant following traffic stop on McKinney Lane. Report taken.
8:05 a.m. – Deputy responded to a livestock-at-large call and found 10 cows running down the road in the 30000 block of Fairview Road. They were escorted home. Owner was advised on the law.
12:28 p.m. – Caller reported 1999 Nissan Frontier stolen from C Street location. Linn County Sheriff’s Office located it at Crowfoot/Central Avenue. Returned to its owner, who reported that personal items were missing from the cab. Report taken.
3:51 p.m. – Darrin David Hill, 28, was cited on multiple warrants after a report of a trespasser at Santiam Hwy. store location. Hill had been previously trespassed from the store. Report taken.
3:52 p.m. – Antonio Plancarte-Orozc, 43, was cited and released after a caller reported a vehicle swerving into oncoming traffic, erratic speeds and braking. Main St. Report taken.

2:39 p.m. – Richard Ramsey, 50, of Lebanon, was arrested for violation of court’s stalking protective order. 39600 block of Mt. Hope Drive. Report taken.
6:11 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a tip jar containing approximately $200 from Sherman Street location. Suspects drove white pickup. Report taken.
7:55 p.m. – Caller reported Harbor Freight air compressor, flannel jacket and Black Spirit outdoor camping blanket taken by suspect who rode up on kids bicycle, wearing hat and bandanna. Occurred approximately 3:30 a.m. Jennings St. Report taken.
8:15 p.m. – Michael Lee Evans, 56, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured after a traffic stop on Park Street. Vehicle towed.
8:51 p.m. – Sonny Allen Agrelius, 24, was arrested on multiple warrants after an officer spotted him walking into a market on Grant St. Report taken.

3:42 a.m. – Single-vehicle rollover non-injury crash reported in the 32900 block of Sand Ridge Road. Owner was to remove the vehicle at a later time.
3:50 a.m. – Donald L. Simmons, 37, was charged with three counts harassment, strangulation after a caller reported he had been drinking, and spit and urinated on her. 16th St. Report taken.
1:48 p.m. – Crystal Dawn Villapando, 45, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, warned for driving while using a cellphone. Cascade Drive.
2:51 p.m. – Ashley Schooley, 36, and Jerrod Schooley, 47, both of Lebanon, were arrested for first-degree trespass after they were reported to have been on a railroad car and were then walking on the tracks, Old Santiam Hwy./Waterloo Road. Report taken.
5:49 p.m. – Caller reported theft from a store on Main Street. Two 12-packs of Truly missing, valued at $47.98. Suspect, described as white male, approximately 20 years old, with curly black hair and wearing blue jeans with holes in knees, black sweatshirt with green picture or writing, left in green Honda four-door. 6:58 p.m. – Caller reported they had found a large animal figurine, made of brass, in a ditch in the area of Middle Ridge/Brownsville roads. Report taken.

8:19 a.m. – Shelby Brigham, 55, of Lebanon, was cited on a Lebanon warrant, 2400 block South Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
2:36 p.m. – Adrianna Merlen Garcia, 18, was cited for speeding, 44/25, Grant St.
8:29 p.m. – Caller reported a bike left by the back door of a church on F Street. Described as black and white Dinocraft Blade BMX with red rims and red pegs. Report taken.
8:32 p.m. – Deputy spoke to a caller who had reported seeing a drone fly over their property in the 37100 block of Dogwood Drive. Caller was advised of rights, told to keep eye out and report violations to law enforcement. It was unknown who was flying the drone or for what purpose. It could have been a neighbor, private citizen or real estate company, who are more often using drone footage. This would all be legal.

1:58 a.m. – Heather Lee Elmer, 28, was cited on multiple warrants after a traffic stop on 6th St. Report taken.
9:00 a.m. – Caller reported someone painted “Slow Down” on Olive Street. Investigation continuing. Report taken for criminal mischief.
9:40 a.m. – Emily Rose Mittmann, 26, was cited for speeding, 39/25, 5th St.
9:53 p.m. – William Wayne McFate, 39, was cited for speeding, 40/25, failure to carry proof of insurance, Tangent St.
10:21 a.m. – Caller reported that someone at Walmart had switched a price tag on an electronic device, substituting a homemade tag. Loss approximately $329. Report taken for theft.
10:18 a.m. – Emma Kate Martin, 25, was cited for failure to obey traffic control device, Williams St.
10:55 a.m. – Caller from Aaron’s store reported that he’d been at a customer’s house the previous night for a “collections matter,” and the resident pointed a firearm at the caller’s face and told the caller if he returned, he would kill him. Caller wanted the incident documented in case there were future incidents.
6:48 p.m. – Caller reported speeding vehicles at all hours of the day, going to a “drug house” in the 400 block of Oregon St. Deputy patrolled area, saw no suspicious activity, but extra patrols to be conducted.
7:40 p.m. – Caller reported finding a bicycle at liquor store, wanted to know if there had been any reports of a stolen bicycle. Described as a 15-speed Magna mountain bike. Report taken.

11:01 a.m. – Summer Rose Moore, 21, was cited for Lebanon Municipal Court warrant after a report of domestic disturbance on Elmore St. Report taken.
1:00 p.m. – Brittney Renee Duncan, 24, was cited for Lebanon Municipal Court warrant after a report of disturbance at Oak Street Market. Report taken.

6:10 p.m. – Caller reported a bicycle stolen from a rack on Main St. about 5 p.m. Its lock was cut. A description was not available. Report taken.
Oct. 30
9:12 a.m. – Caller reported two wheels and tires stolen from a vehicle in his lot the previous night. Also, an ignition on a vehicle was damaged. Tires described as Hankook Optimo 8724 worth approximately $900. Sherman St.
3:13 p.m. – Daniel Salo, age unavailable, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant following a report of a fight on Eddie Street. Report taken.

9:22 a.m. – Caller reported a revolver stolen from a vehicle on Mickie Drive. Described as a 10-mm 1871 Cattleman Ubreti revolver. Report taken.
9:46 a.m. – Caller reported she left her purse in her vehicle for five minutes while she went into a store on Santiam Hwy. and it was gone when she returned. Vehicle was unlocked. Purse described as small black backpack style containing bank cards, her driver’s license, $60 in cash, a pink plastic container with a double leaf Black Hills gold necklace and a pair of heart-shaped opal earrings with a gold Celtic knot design. Approximate value $400.
10:07 p.m. – Caller reported items had fallen in the roadway in front of Raceway Mini Storage, 1600 block W. Airport Road. By the time a deputy arrived, “items had already been driven over multiple times and were no longer a hazard or intact,” according to the Sheriff’s log.

1:54 a.m. – Deputy contacted juveniles who were found to have consumed alcoholic beverages, 000 block of Big Brother Lane. Several – an exact number was unavailable – were cited and referred to the Juvenile Department.
10:41 a.m. – Individual, whose name was not available at press time, cited for dog trespassing on private property, 31000 block of Old Santiam Hwy.
2:18 p.m. – Caller reported forged check. Amount of loss $1,275. 34500 block of Bond Road.
11:29 p.m. – Driver, whose name was not avaialble at press time, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. Cascade Drive/Cedar Way.

1:56 p.m. – Caller reported that a known person had stolen a pickup from a family member, 39300 block of Gross St. Report taken.
8:57 p.m. – Jason Dearborn, 35, of Sweet Home, was cited for speeding, 94/55, Hwy. 20/Pineway Drive.

8:07 a.m. – Sheriff’s Office responded to a non-injury motor vehicle crash in the 37900 block of Golden Valley Dr. Driver, who was not identified, slid off the wet roadway and hit a mailbox. Report taken.

10:34 a.m. – Caller reported a burglary in the 41000 block of Baptist Church Drive. Approximately $1,950 worth of tools reported missing from a shop, including painting supplies, saws, compressors, hoses, drills, sockets and sanders. Report taken.
Nov. 5
3:38 a.m. – A single-vehicle crash was reported in the area of Tallman Road/Spicer Drive. According to Sheriff’s Office, Gavin Rose, 22, of Lebanon, lost control when negotiating corner, rolling vehicle. No injuries reported.
5:18 a.m. – Kyle Metzger, 31, of Lebanon, was arrested after a traffic stop, for outstanding warrants. Osprey Road/River Drive. Report taken.
10:54 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of tools in the 5200 block of McCormack Lane. Valued at “couple hundred dollars.” Tools were later recovered from a pawn shop in Albany. Investigation continuing. Report taken.
12:23 p.m. – Caller reported a burglary in the 39100 block of Plagman Dr. Front door to home was kicked in. Minimal items missing. Report taken.
Nov. 6
1:40 p.m. – A stolen vehicle was recovered by Lebanon police and Linn County Sheriff’s Office. 2nd/Wendell streets. Vehicle was located unoccupied near Lebanon Bowling Alley. It was reported missing from Waterloo on Nov. 2.
Nov. 8
4:47 a.m. – Vehicle crashed into a field, taking out portion of fence in the area of Steckley/Sand Ridge roads. Driver fled. Report taken.
2:31 p.m. – Deputies assisted an elderly woman who had her power shut off for non-payment. Sheriff’s Office was able to get a technician to her home so she could make the payment and get power restored. 3300 block of Dorothy Drive.
Nov. 9
10:38 a.m. – Deputies responded to report of a single-vehicle crash in the 35900 block of Rock Hill Drive. According to Sheriff’s Office, Taylor Olson, 39, of Sweet Home, fell asleep at the wheel and left the roadway in 1998 Toyota Tacoma. No injuries, but a small section of fencing was destroyed.
3:01 p.m. – Aimee Godell, 46, and Jeni Dicklich, 49, both of Lebanon, were arrested on warrants. Godell was also cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. 30900 block of Waterloo Road. Both were transported to Lebanon jail. Report taken.
10:52 p.m. – Caller reported a possible domestic disturbance at neighbor’s home. Neighbor was simply yelling while packing up his belongings, according to Sheriff’s Office following an investigation.
