1:31 p.m. – Two-vehicle crash, Mullins Drive. Megan Danielle Axe, 21, was cited for following too closely.
Oct. 15
3:40 a.m. – Veronica Sue Szuch, 24, was cited and released on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, Weirich Drive.
7:20 a.m. – Kenneth Michael Kelley, 35, was arrested for theft, on a Lebanon warrant for parole violation for third-degree theft, and a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft.
7:31 a.m. – Caller reported that at about 4 a.m. a male had come onto property and entered a locked trailer and stole tools. Caller was preparing a list of tools that were stolen. 37900 block Weirich Drive.
10:46 a.m. – Caller reported a silver four-door car of unknown make and model was headed east in 37900 block of Golden Valley Drive when it hit the caller’s mailbox and destroyed it. Cost estimated at $350. Report taken.
11:33 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a light bar from an unlocked vehicle, Tasha Way. Information documented.
12:31 p.m. – Report taken for theft of power and antique hand tools from shed, Elmore Street.
3:33 p.m. – Caller reported a shed was broken into, Oak Street. Information documented.
4:13 p.m. – Vincent Ezra Kaiser, 43, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Oak Street.
6:25 p.m. – Deputies recovered vehicle stolen out of Corvallis. Vehicle was unoccupied. Investigation ongoing. 35000 block Bond Road/Snow Peak Drive.
7:58 p.m. – Caller reported a dead deer with a cone on it in the middle of roadway, Mountain River Drive.
8:24 p.m. – Caller reported theft of a gas cap, Main Street. Information documented.
Oct. 16
12:36 p.m. – Caller reported a shed was broken into and a Stihl weed eater and three gallons of gas were stolen. Investigation ongoing. Report taken. 30300 block Fairview Road.
1:39 p.m. – Caller reported a sign in a window that read, “Help me,” Wheeler Street. Caller wasn’t sure if it was part of Halloween decorations. Officer unable to locate the sign.
7:19 p.m. – William David Alexander, 42, was cited on an Albany warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing, and cited for theft of services, 16th Street.
Oct. 17
1:50 p.m. – Callers reported a three-vehicle crash, Vine Street. Amber Rae Herring, 35, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device and driving uninsured.
1:53 p.m. – Caller reported theft of ATV ramps and bicycle, Grant Street. Incident documented. Loss valued at $150-200.
7:21 p.m. – Caller reported explosions, Cox Street. A neighbor was working on his truck and it made a large boom sound for unknown reasons when he started it.
9:03 p.m. – A male admitted shooting a .22 long rifle at a coyote, Grant Street. Officer counseled him on discharging a firearm within an urban growth boundary.

12:07 a.m. – Joni Kay Ringen, 38, was cited for driving while suspended, 2nd Street.
6:41 p.m. – Male was stopped while trespassing in 31200 block McCravens Lane, held until Sheriff’s deputy arrived. “No one wanted to be a victim.” No report.

6:22 a.m. – Caller reported theft of marijuana and supplies, Park Street. Loss valued at $200. Information documented.
9:38 a.m. – Cary Nathan Pedigo, 31, was cited and released for a Lebanon warrant for parole violation for fourth-degree assault, and a Linn County warrant for failure to report as a sex offender, Maple Street.
12:30 p.m. – Jessie Mae Milligan, 70, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, Stoltz Hill Road.
8:39 p.m. – Faith J. Hodge, 19, was cited for driving without a license, 10th Street.

7:19 a.m. – Deputies located a buck deer trapped in fencing in 2500 block Cascade Drive. Deputies were able to free the deer, which fled the area.
11:49 a.m. – Joseph Paul Pedigo, 49, was cited for driving uninsured and driving while suspended, Main Street.
1:40 p.m. – Kenneth Andrew Gatchet, 35, was cited for driving while suspended, E Street.
3:29 p.m. – Nathan James Skelton, 21, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of minor in possession, Sherman Street.
4:28 p.m. – Caller reported a dead pony that had been chewed on in his field, 30800 block Waterloo Road. Asked that it be documented.
9:49 p.m. – Shane Christopher McNeely, 22, was cited for theft, trespass, and a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on original charges of trespassing and theft.

2:35 a.m. – Callers reported loud explosion noises, Foxglove Street and Charlie Avenue.
12:13 p.m. – Ashley Elizabeth Smith, 31, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, Main Street.
12:24 p.m. – Thomas Charles Trotts, 46, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of littering, an Albany warrant for sleeping in a vehicle, and two Linn County warrants for failure to appear.
2:20 p.m. – Katherine Eva Stark, 46, was cited for driving uninsured, Ash Street.
3:38 p.m. – Caller reported possible scam via computer. Subjects funneled money into her account for her to buy 30 $500 gift cards. She was counseled on how to disconnect herself from the situation.
10:10 p.m. – Michael Douglas Barnes, Jr., 39, was cited for driving while suspended, 2nd Street.

6:55 a.m. – Natasha Monique Taylor, 32, was cited for driving while suspended and for an Albany warrant for contempt of court, Oak Street.
9:26 a.m. – Caller reported that a trespasser had shot a goose from a corn field owned by the caller in 41400 block of Baptist Church Drive. Male passenger exited vehicle and went 150 feet into the field to retrieve the goose, but left the bird in the field after the caller went outside and yelled at him. Caller was unable to see a license plate on the vehicle.
10:32 a.m. – Caller reported a suspicious male in a black pickup circling her and her child at the park, 10th Street.
10:58 a.m. – Report taken for theft of batteries and gas from customer vehicles, Main Street. Loss valued at $120.
10:59 a.m. – Report taken for theft of white box utility trailer with tools and equipment, Main Street. Loss valued at $1,500.
2:18 p.m. – Justin G. Griesbach, 44, was cited for a Linn County warrant. Wesley A. House, 37, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for parole violation for trespassing.
3:19 p.m. – William L. McRae, 54, was cited for driving while suspended, Grant Street.

10:07 a.m. – Caller reported a log splitter stolen from a woodshed at a residence in 41400 block Lacomb Drive between Oct. 23 and Oct. 25. Described as an orange and black Power Max 25 ton with a 208 cc engine. Valued at $1,000. Report taken.
10:37 a.m. – Caller reported theft of hunting pack from vehicle, Fuji Lane. Loss valued at $1,000.
11:07 a.m. – Report taken for theft of fuel from church van, Airport Road. Video surveillance shows a white truck at scene, and its driver cutting the fuel line and siphoning the gas.
2:59 p.m. – Caller reported theft of CDs and keys from vehicle, Fuji Lane. Information documented.

1:02 a.m. – Kaitlyn Carol Tibbs, 23, was cited on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge, and Linn County warrants for failure to appear on original charges of possession of narcotics, first-degree theft, second-degree theft, third-degree theft, first-degree trespass, and manufacture or deliverance of a controlled substance.
Parker Del Mowdy, 24, was cited for driving while suspended, and cited on a Marion County warrant for second-degree theft.
7:56 a.m. – Caller reported a smoldering cardboard box found, Main Street. Video surveillance reveals a male sitting next to the building who appears to be trying to stay warm.
8:44 a.m. – Caller reported burglary in 39000 block of Plagman Drive. $3,000 to $4,000 worth of tools taken from a locked container. Report taken.
8:47 a.m. – Caller reported theft of RV propane tank from trailer, Jennings Street. Loss valued at $75.
3:11 p.m. – Caller reported two-vehicle crash at storage facility gate in 29800 block of Santiam Highway. One vehicle backed into second vehicle. Information exchanged. No report.
7:59 p.m. – Caller reported fraud in 30300 block of Fairview Road. Daniel Collins, 26, of Lebanon, arrested for identity theft, first-degree theft. Addam Reel, 41, of Lebanon, arrested for multiple warrants, identity theft and first-degree theft. Approximately $2,000 worth of items recovered. Report taken.
8:59 p.m. – Trevor J. Hudson was cited and released for second-degree theft at Safeway and trespassing on private property, Cedar Drive.
11:06 p.m. – Caller reported a small fire near Peppers Deli, Main Street. The fire department found and extinguished a possible warming fire enclosed in cinder blocks.

10:06 a.m. – Report taken for theft of portable oxyacetylene torch, 9th Street. Loss valued at $350.
1:18 p.m. – Caller reported neighbor dog caught killing sheep, 34900 block Meridian Road.
3:14 p.m. – John Clark Cole, 42, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Center Street.
4:21 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident reported in 37800 block Sodaville Cutoff Drive. Vehicle slid out of control into power pole, then rolled over. Driver was Crystal Barnes, 52, of Lebanon. Report taken.
9:12 p.m. – Jordan Brendle, 31, of Lebanon, arrested for multiple warrants, 38100 block Weirich Drive. Report taken.
Oct. 28
10:35 a.m. – Caller reported theft of propane tank from RV, Pine Street. Loss valued at $40. Information documented.
3:56 p.m. – Richard Allen McIntire, Jr., 44, was cited for driving uninsured, Park Street.
4:21 p.m. – Caller reported shoppers refused to wear masks at Walmart. Management was advised trespass orders can be issued, but police cannot enforce store rules.
10:42 p.m. – Gunshots were reported, Acorn Street.

4:42 a.m. – Caller reported chasing off two subjects who were going through his roommate’s car, 10th Street.
12:12 p.m. – Aaron Michael Barger, 35, was arrested for a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing, and Linn County warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance, and failure to appear on multiple original crime citations. Ashley Waters was cited for a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing, and a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing, second-degree theft, possession of a controlled substance.
12:23 p.m. – Caller reported theft of Amazon packages from porches, F Street. Caller and Amazon driver identified a red and white pickup as a suspect vehicle in the theft.
4:09 p.m. – Jasmin L. Diaz, 44, was cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, Maple Street.
7:39 a.m. – Sheriff’s deputies responded to trespass in 2000 block of Mill Street. Bryan Lee Schmitt, 41, of Scio, arrested on outstanding warrant, also charged with possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine. Property owner did not want to pursue charges for criminal trespass. Report taken.

9:43 a.m. – Caller reported fake $20 bill passed. 39300 block Gross Street.

8:20 a.m – Jeffery McNees, 27, of Lebanon. cited on two warrants, 36400 block Rock Hill Drive. Report taken.
8:35 a.m. – Christa Lynn Hoskinson, 29, was cited and released for a Lebanon warrant for probation violation for failure to perform driving duties, and Linn County warrants for failure to appear on original charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment, third-degree assault, possession of burglary tools, possession of a controlled substance, second-degree theft, unlawful use of a weapon, third-degree robbery, third-degree theft, and computer crime.
4:29 p.m. – Robert Peterson, 43, of Albany, cited for driving while suspended. Amber Lacy, 45, of Lebanon, arrested for warrant. 35100 block Brewster Road/Griggs Drive. Report taken.

2:45 p.m. – Caller reported house and car were egged overnight, Hemlock Street

1:50 a.m. – Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle, which eluded law enforcement and crashed into a ditch. Suspect fled on foot and an extensive search was conducted. Suspect was not located. Investigation ongoing. 39400 block Gross Street.
8:15 a.m. – Met Albany Police at Highway 20 and Knox Butte for a prisoner exchange. Christopher Paul Hanson-Eilers, 29, cited on a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Posted bail and released.
9:40 a.m. – Caller found her vehicle on blocks, Main. Report taken.
11:43 a.m. – Glass pipe with likely meth residue and a firearm found in hotel room, Mullins. Report taken.
12:43 p.m. – Caller reported custom built AR15 .223 rifle stolen. Believed it was taken by a friend. Value $1,500. 36300 block Rock Hill Drive.
2:55 p.m. – Ranae Leigh Conley, 28, served on a Clackamas county warrant for driving while suspended, a Linn County felony warrant for driving while suspended, taken into custody.
3:52 p.m. – Cy Eugene Marsh, 22, of Lebanon arrested for “numerous outstanding warrants,” according to police report, including driving while suspended and driving uninsured, following traffic stop in 2500 block of South Santiam Highway.
5:09 p.m. – Caller reported a power washer taken from a locked shed, lock cut with bolt cutters, 5th. Report taken from criminal mischief and theft, loss valued at $1,000 to $3,000.
9:16 p.m. – Single-vehicle, non-injury crash in 38600 block Mt. Hope Drive/Payne Drive.
Nov. 3
8:26 a.m. – Caller reported theft from driveway earlier in the morning in 33000 block of Wheeler Loop. Missing were a blue five-gallon and a red two-gallon gas can. Value of cans and stolen gas estimated at $100.
8:54 a.m. – Caller reported door kicked in and tools stolen, Sherman. Report taken, no leads on suspects at this time.
9:45 a.m. – James Culbert, 72, cited for failure to maintain lane, 2nd.
12:34 p.m. – Caller asked to make a runaway report as their daughter has not returned home since staying the night with a friend on Halloween, River. Daughter said she needed a break and was not coming home. Report taken.
12:37 p.m. – Caller reported a female walking around her house and trying to get in, Sherman. Officer responded, Morgan Lumpkin detained and transported to justice center.
1:18 p.m. – Caller reported her vehicle stolen with all her things in it, including wallet and money, as she’s moving, Weldwood. Officer responded, report taken, vehicle located by Oregon State Police at 7:53 p.m. on Nov. 9.
2:06 p.m. – Report taken for stolen vehicle, a white Ford Fiesta, Mark Slough Trails.
2:53 p.m. – Report taken for theft. A teenager stayed with the caller while her mother was out of town and took jewelry and other items from the caller, Main. Items since recovered.
3:10 p.m. – Isiah Burns, 19, cited for driving uninsured after a motor vehicle crash caused by a wheel coming off a vehicle, Santiam. Other driver, Sean Lee Hagen, 40, cited on a Molalla warrant for failure to carry proof of insurance.
4:53 p.m. – Caller reported a hit and run in 1100 block of Vaughan Lane. Single vehicle crashed through ditch on Stoltz Hill Road, then left the yard, crashing through a ditch along Vaughan Lane. The vehicle was reported to be a newer-style white Ford truck, either a regular cab or crew cab. Damage to grass was estimated at $200. Operator failed to provide information to property owner. 11:33 p.m. – Traffic stop for driver sobriety test, vehicle has new damage on front end, Main. Power pole on Main/Elmore broken off at base and held up by a powerline, two other signs were also hit. Pacific Power advised, vehicle towed.

3:59 a.m. – Christopher Paul Hanson-Eilers, 19, cited and released for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Santiam.
5:22 p.m. – Three vehicle crash on 5th, Danielle Lee Slupe, 32, cited for following too closely.
Nov. 5
6:30 a.m. – Caller reported power cords and power box stolen from construction site, Laredo. Report taken for theft, loss valued at $1,000.
12:10 p.m. – Logan Wren Wright III, 42, cited for panhandling, Weldwood near Walmart.
4:36 p.m. – Officers responded to assist with search warrant, Porter. Christopher Allan Smith, 41, cited on a Lebanon warrant for a parole violation and an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for Parole Violation fraud, no bail. Report taken.
4:54 p.m. – Caller reported a man called the store and said he was headed to the location in ten minutes to punch them in the mouth for refusing to serve his wife for not wearing a mask.
Nov. 6
5:19 a.m. – Caller reported theft from vehicle, Glenwood. Report taken.
6:53 a.m. – Caller reported work van was broken into, power tools stolen, Filbert. Report taken for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and theft, loss valued at $800.
8:17 a.m. – Road rage incident turned into a crash, Main. Driver warned, damage to vehicles under $2,500, no report for now.
8:37 a.m. – Caller reported that someone entered area where new subdivision is being constructed in 37600 block River Road in the 12-hour span between 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 5 and 5:30 a.m. and broke a sewer pipe while riding a four-wheeler, 37600 block River Road. $500 damage. Report taken.
9:59 a.m. – Deputy responded to disturbance in 33800 block Totem Pole Road. Contractors had agreed on a 10 mph limit for shared driveway, and an individual had placed 3-inch diameter poles across the roadway after a contractor had “sped up the driveway at what the suspect believes to be 40 mph,” according to Sheriff’s log. Poles had been removed by the time deputy arrived and the roadway was marked by contractor for 10 mph.
10:30 a.m. – Caller reported male went through two unlocked vehicles on Mountain View Drive, off 2000 block River Road. Nothing of value taken.
12:17 p.m. – Report taken for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, some items taken, Main.
12:24 p.m. – Angelina Summer Cronen, 18, cited for failure to obey a traffic control device after a motor vehicle crash on 12th.
3:34 p.m. – Motor vehicle crash on Carolina, medics responded. Kenneth Edward Sherwood, 50, cited for driving while suspended and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.
4:31 p.m. – Caller reported theft of her moving boxes while moving in, Market. Report taken, loss valued at around $500, stolen items included hand tools, shelving unit, and three custom-made Christmas wise man figurines, each 18 inches tall.
7:31 p.m. – Motor vehicle crash on 2nd, Ezekiel Warren Major, 19, cited for careless driving, report taken.
8:41 p.m. – Collision between two motor vehicles traveling in opposite directions on McDowell Creek Road, near Fairview Road. One driver, Sierra Hughes, 23, of Lebanon, was taken to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital, for treatment. Both vehicles were a total loss. The other driver, whose name was not available at press time because a report was not available, told a deputy he was having problems with his brakes. Report under way.
11:15 p.m. – Robin Ann Raz, 58, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Grant.
Nov. 7
1:23 a.m. – Deputies spotted two individuals walking in the dark, 31100 block Main Road. Deputies were told that the two had been camping and heard a cougar, so they wanted to return home. Deputy gave them a courtesy ride home.
7:45 a.m. – Caller reported theft of tools from work van, Chelsea. Report taken for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and theft. Reports taken for two other vehicles also unlawfully entered on Chelsea.
10:27 a.m. – Caller reported 20-foot flatbed trailer stolen from 30100 block Santiam Highway. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
10:56 a.m. – Caller reported a male stole a Dewalt brand leaf blower out of a pickup parked in 3300 block Dorothy Drive. Theft occurred at approximately 1:41 a.m. Valued at $275. Report taken.
12:57 p.m. – Caller reported male wearing light-colored pants and black and white sweatshirt/jacket stole car battery charger out of unlocked vehicle in 3300 block of Dorothy Drive. Value about $300. Report taken.
12:59 p.m. – A discharged patient refused to leave, Santiam. Officer responded, Amanda Stafford, cited on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.
3:41 p.m. – Morgan Lumpkin, 23, cited on an Albany warrant for criminal trespass, 10th. Wesley Allen House, 37, cited on Linn County warrants for failure to appear on original charges of meth possession and theft, as well as a parole violation. Cited and released.
4:12 p.m. – Deputy spoke to caller who said she had discovered jewelry missing from trailer in 2400 block Fuller Lane. Her husband had been living in the trailer while she was working in eastern Oregon. Several pieces of jewelry stolen. Value estimated at $3,000. Report taken.
7:25 p.m. – Two vehicle crash on Weldwood, one driver, Kylee Rae Bronson, 24, transported by medics.
Nov. 8
1:24 a.m. – Mark Knaust II, 23, of Portland, cited for DUII and open container, 36900 block Tennessee School Road.
5:12 a.m. – Joseph Lafary, 32, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Russell.
7:20 a.m. – Deputy stopped driver who was reportedly doing 68 in a 45 zone, 33600 block Brewster Road/Payne Drive. Operator, whose name wasn’t included in Sheriff’s log, stated he was late for a bowling tournament in Corvallis. He was cited.
8:13 a.m. – Caller reported burglary that occurred previous night, 38300 block Maple St. New home owner arrived home at 8 p.m. on Nov. 7 and saw shadow of person exiting the rear door of the residence. Undisclosed amount of money stolen. Report taken.
2:08 p.m. – Caller reported a shoplift, Burdell. Report taken.
5:00 p.m. – Two vehicle crash on 5th, driver Shari Ridings, 60, cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
5:26 p.m. – Report taken for theft of a bottle of wine, Main. Loss valued between $9 and $50.
9:23 p.m. – Caller reported suspect walked out of store wearing stolen boots, having placed his old shoes in the box. Report taken for trespass and theft, loss valued at $74.87.
Nov. 9
5:43 p.m. – Gabriel Redick, 23, of Sweet Home, cited and released on warrant. Report taken. 31100 block Santiam Highway.
7:13 a.m. – Caller reported their vehicle was entered and items stolen, Park. Stereo equipment and tools taken, loss valued at $600, report taken.
4:09 p.m. On a traffic stop, Timothy Shehan, 26, was cited on a Linn County warrant for contempt of court, a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, also given a driving while suspended violation, Santiam.
9:29 p.m. – Caller reported her tires were slashed while she was at the Shari’s on Santiam. Report taken for criminal mischief, damage valued at $150.
Nov. 10
8:58 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a jewelry box from a back porch in the 900 block of E. Isabella St. approximately two weeks previously. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
9:07 a.m. – Caller reported an attempt to pass a fake $20 bill in 39300 block Gross St. No loss to store. Report taken.
10:00 a.m. – Caller reported a female on his property, wants to pursue charges, Wheeler. Officer responded, Leona Nulene Ellingsen, 31, cited on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal citation for driving while suspended, and a Linn County warrant for a parole violation. Trespassed from location.
10:52 a.m. – Caller reported a firearm taken from their unlocked vehicle sometime since last Tuesday, Market. Shotgun was found and returned to owner.
12:22 p.m. – Brent Bowers, 23, of Lebanon, cited and released on arrest warrant after traffic stop, 31100 block Old Santiam Highway. Report taken.
4:47 p.m. – Caller reported leaving their wallet on the counter at the post office on Walker and it was stolen. Contained social security cards, $300 cash, credit and debit cards. Report taken.
4:51 p.m. – Caller reported finding drug paraphernalia and garbage behind building, Oak. Officer responded, located syringe and empty purse, both disposed off appropriately.

7:35 p.m. – Caller reported their phone and keys were stolen from work at Lowes, 1001 Reeves. Report taken for theft, loss valued at $150.

8:19 a.m. – Caller reported finding a bag of what they believe to be meth in a parking lot on Main. Officer responded, white powdery substance in a bag seized for destruction.
10:42 a.m. – Taylor Munson, 26, of Albany, arrested for “multiple crimes” stemming from an elude with the Albany Police Department early in the morning; 1400 block South Main Street. Report taken.
5:51 p.m. – Caller reported theft of fuel on Santiam, loss valued at $19.21, unable to locate suspect, report taken.
6:26 p.m. – Jay Boyd Marsh, 56, turned himself in to the police department on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on an original charges of theft and criminal trespassing, and a Lebanon warrant for a parole violation.
12:34 p.m. – Caller reported people dumping trash at cemetery in 30500 block Berlin Road. Extra night patrols requested.
11:27 p.m. – Caller reported her white Ford Sinstar van was stolen sometime after 10 p.m., taken from driveway on Mountain River. Has a Schmiza Pizza sticker and Youth Optimist sticker on rear bumper, also had a beige wallet with credit cards and $20. Report taken.
