2:36 p.m. – Scott Heinz, 45, cited and released on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant. Report taken. 2nd Street.
9:44 p.m. – Morgan Lumpkin cited for trespassing, Aric Simmons cited for warrant and for offensive littering and trespassing, Main Street, after caller reported transients in park and that they believed at least two had been trespassed, and they might have been smoking marijuana in the park.
9:59 p.m. – Caller reported theft of pop-up canopy from Main Street address at 2:56 a.m. that day. Video showed a truck pulling up in front of the caller’s utility trailer and someone getting out, then the truck driving away.
10:41 p.m. – James Deen Baird, 20, cited and released for second-degree disorderly conduct and interfering with police after caller reported man in middle of Main Street trying to get cars to stop. Taken to Lebanon Community Hospital on Police Officer Hold. Report taken.
Sept. 18
9:47 a.m. – Morgan Lumpkin and Wes House cited for second-degree criminal trespass after being found by officer at vacant house on Grant Street. Report taken.
12:03 p.m. – Caller reported that someone had been sleeping in chicken coop at Wilco and that someone had defecated on front step. Personal belongings found in chicken coop. Caller, a store employee, requested extra patrol and that subject responsible be trespassed if located.
10:44 p.m. – Nicklaus Glauser, 32, of Lebanon, arrested for fourth-degree domestic assault, 30900 block Pineway Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, Glauser struck his father. Report taken.
Sept. 19
1:36 a.m. – Isabella Ondesko, 23, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended. Santiam Highway/Walker Road.
11:36 a.m. – Kyle Kenneth Fuller, 31, trespassed indefinitely from Everyone’s Market, Grant Street, who, caller said, walked out with Rockstar worth $3.50, then threw the drink at the caller when she confronted him – missing her, according to police log.
3:19 p.m. – Jennie Lee Marie Eilers, 47, trespassed from Dollar Store, Santiam Hwy., after employees reported female in store with merchandise in her purse, according to police log.
3:30 p.m. – Large cottonwood fell cross power lines, roadway in 38800 block River Dr.
5:37 p.m. – Michael Klass, 41, cited on Marion County Warrant after caller reported man sleeping in front of business door at 696 S. Main St.
7:25 p.m. – Leia Larson, 20, cited for Lebanon Municipal Court warrant, 2nd Street.
Sept. 20
5:25 a.m. – Zachary Gerig, 35, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 92/55, careless driving, Highway 226/Gilkey Road.
8:41 a.m. – Caller reported theft or loss of firearm, 3rd Street. Missing gun is black Ruger LC9. Taken or lost sometime between Aug. 18-20.
1:02 p.m. – Caller reported theft of equipment from construction site on Franklin sometime over weekend. Missing was yellow-colored Voltec temporary power distribution center and 100-foot 50-amp black cord. Value $908. Report taken.
6:51 p.m. – Caller reported theft of $800 winning Lottery ticket about 20 minutes previously from unnamed business on Santiam Hwy. Caller said she was playing video poker inside the business, which was not identified, when she asked the woman next to her to watch her machine, which had approximately $806 worth of credits, while she called her husband. Upon returning, approximately three minutes later, an unknown woman was playing on the machine. Caller questioned the woman and was told that it was cashed out when the woman sat down to play it. The woman who had been asked to watch the machine was no longer in the business. Suspect described as “overweight female, approximately 50 years old, with ear-length brown hair and purple-colored lipstick,” according to police log. Investigation continuing. Report taken.
6:56 p.m. – Daniel E. Cuckler III, 32, cited for Lebanon Municipal Court warrant after report by caller that roommate’s son was threatening caller. Market Street.
9:56 p.m. – Vincent E. Kaiser, 44, cited for driving while suspended after caller reported vehicle unable to maintain lane, hitting brakes frequently and almost going into ditch southbound on Highway 20. Kaiser tested negative for DUII, according to police log.
Sept. 21
12:34 a.m. – Zachary Hunt, 23, of Lebanon, cited for driving uninsured, Airport Road/Russell Drive.
7:05 a.m. – Sonny A. Agrelius, 24, detained on multiple warrants after caller reported people stealing catalytic converters at 7:05 a.m. on Park Street, and a two-toned pickup truck parked in Trinity Baptist Church parking lot was towed. At 5:42 p.m. caller reported male walking southbound on Main Street, yelling about his truck being towed. Officers responded and arrested Agrelius. Report taken.
10:57 a.m. – Rhiannon Lynn Martin, 39, cited for speeding, Williams Street.
2:44 p.m. – Levi Kyle Christian Johnson, 33, cited on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant following traffic stop on Mountain River Drive.
3:06 p.m. – Caller reported that her large collection of sports cards had been stolen. The cards had been for sale at location on Main Street and were stolen Sept. 17. There was video. The caller described the suspects as a male with one leg and a female with a “Tramp Stamp” that read “Creature.” Value $165. Report taken.
4:12 p.m. – Weezer Leviathan Ciccone, 46, cited and released on Clackamas County warrant after caller reported man who had been sleeping on property on Santiam Highway was seen urinating on the building.
4:14 p.m. – Jeremiah Lynn Chasteen, 20, cited after turning himself in for Lebanon Municipal Court warrant, Lebanon PD, 2nd Street. Report taken.
4:50 p.m. – Tina N. Miller, 35, cited for failure to carry proof of insurance following traffic stop on Santiam Hwy.
Sept. 22
7:56 a.m. – Lesa Dawn Cathcart, 59, cited for Lebanon Municipal Court warrant after report that she was revving her motor and spinning her tires at a Vaughn St. address. Report taken.
9:32 a.m. – Caller reported catalytic converter stolen from vehicle parked on Grant St. Reporting party said vehicle had been parked at location for previous three to five weeks. When starting up the vehicle that morning, discovered that the catalytic converter had been stolen. Report taken.
10:32 a.m. – Jeff Deibele, 64, of Lebanon, arrested for harassment; Les Deibele, 65, of Lebanon arrested on warrants, following domestic disturbance in 37600 block Rock Hill Dr. Report taken.
10:47 a.m. – Caller reported her wallet and keys were stolen from motorized shopping cart she was using at Safeway on Sept. 20. Report taken.
12:04 p.m. – Hailey Elizabeth Farrar, 31, cited for using cell phone while driving. E Street.
1:45 p.m. – Lizbeth Mendoza Lopez, 20, cited for speeding. Industrial.
2:22 p.m. – Darius Lewis Marion, 16, cited for using cell phone while driving, 5th Street.
4:27 p.m. – Steven Loy Kilgore, 43, cited for using cell phone while driving, Tangent St.
4:27 p.m. – Vandalism reported on Park Street. Red paint graffiti on building facing Oak Street. Damage valued at $300. Report taken.
4:41 p.m. – Elizabeth Anne Abbott, 42, cited for speeding, Tangent St.
6:50 p.m. – Deputy responded to report of marijuana plant growing in storm drain, 38100 block Weirich Dr.
Sept. 23
5:40 a.m. – Corina Anguiano, 40, of Salem, cited for speeding, 80/55, Hwy. 20/Honey Sign Road.
11:58 a.m. – Joseph R. Vargas, 37, cited on Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to perform the duties of a driver after a traffic stop on Oak St. Also cited for failure to obey traffic control device, driving while suspended and driving uninsured. Vehicle towed. Report taken.
1:23 p.m. – Caller reported two plastic blue flamingos were taken out of yard on Maple Street. Flamingos belong to Dala’s Blue Angels organization. Caller wanted it documented, said it was an ongoing problem. Report taken.
8:10 p.m. – Jamie Zurcher cited and released on charge of criminal mischief and multiple warrants after report from Hiatt Street resident that her tires were slashed.
10:29 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office responded to suspicious fire in 39600 block Mt. Hope Dr. 40-foot travel trailer burned to the ground. Owner left the area and the travel trailer caught on fire while he was gone. Neighbors did not see anyone in the area. No evidence of an intentionally set fire, but Sheriff’s Office still investigated it as an arson to ensure that was the case. Report taken.
Sept. 24
8:01 a.m. – Deputies arrested 13-year-old boy for assault after report of disturbance in 33700 block Santiam Hwy. Further details unavailable.
10:50 a.m. – Caller reported several large bags of pop cans taken from vacant house on Vine Street. Lock on garage door was taken, caller said.
5:09 p.m. – Randi Jo Goodwin, 36, cited on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant after traffic stop on 5th Street. Vehicle towed. Report taken.
Sept. 25
2:05 p.m. – Vehicle reported having hit business in 39300 block Gross St. Vehicle hit exterior wall of business causing some damage. Unknown if driver was aware of it. Report taken for insurance.
2:40 p.m. – Brad P. Borland, 33, arrested on probation violation, Linn County Circuit Court warrant, cited for driving while suspended following traffic stop on Main Street.
5:02 p.m. – Caller reported $300 worth of cans stolen from address on Vine Street. Investigation continuing.
Sept. 26
2:01 a.m. – Will Ellis, age not available, arrested for second-degree criminal mischief, trespassed from ex-wife’s room they were staying in on Main St. , after she reported he had vandalized her car, threw beer on her. Report taken.
10:57 a.m. – Caller reported fraud. Fraudulent use of a bank account. Investigation continuing.Total loss $450. 40700 block Peoples Dr.
1:33 p.m. – Tina Ann Rood, 44, arrested on outstanding Lebanon Municipal Court warrant after investigation report of theft at Safeway. However Rood was not the suspect in the theft, according to LPD.
1:36 p.m. – Vincent Holt Jr., 50, of Lebanon, arrested for trespassing, menacing and a warrant, after report of disturbance in 30100 block Horseshoe Loop. Taken to Linn County Jail. Report taken.
5:56 p.m. – Caller reported music from nearby park was so loud it was shaking his house on Harrison St. Officer responded, contacted juveniles sitting at picnic table with small boom box. They agreed to turn down music.
10:54 p.m. – Barbara Martin, 31, of Sweet Home, cited for driving uninsured, 29400 block Santiam Hwy.
Sept. 27
2:18 p.m. – Caller reported property, tool box and crate with personal belongings, found stashed in field. 39800 block Mt. Hope Dr.
4:55 p.m. – Daniel Gregory, 24, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 75/55, 30100 block Santiam Hwy.
1:48 p.m. – Caller reported theft by male from store on Main Street. Further details unavailable. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
5:43 p.m. – Eric Steven York, 36, trespassed, cited and released on multiple warrants following complaint from caller that individual who had been asked multiple times to stay off property was there again, Mullins Drive. Report taken.
8:24 p.m. – Tony Roebuck, 26, of Sweet Home, arrested for trespass and theft after, according to Sheriff’s log, being caught on construction site in 29900 block Santiam Hwy. He allegedly took a bucket from the site. Report taken.
11:34 p.m. – Felisia Pecue, 30, of Lebanon, arrested on multiple warrants. Cited and released. 3000 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
Sept. 28
1:51 a.m. – Large oak tree fell in roadway Mt. Hope/Payne drives, blocking both lanes. County Road Department responded to clear road.
10:05 a.m. – Caller stated she had multiple firearms that she had brought to the Justice Center, 2nd St., to give to the police chief. She said they belonged to felon. Police Department received them for safekeeping for 30 days. Report taken.
10:24 a.m. – Frank Joe Whitton, 41, cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrant after he turned himself in at Justice Center, 2nd St.
5:11 p.m. – Caller reported theft of gas from vehicle, Honeysuckle Street.
6:50 p.m. – Caller reported theft of two motorcycles from 39000 block Griggs Dr. sometime in previous month. Both dirt bikes were stolen out of a barn within the last month. One was white and one was green. 2019 Husqvarna valued at $5,000, 2005 Kawasaki 250 valued at $2,000. Report taken.
Sept. 29
8:26 a.m. – Deputies took report of COVID-19 unemployment fraud, 38900 block Sodaville Waterloo Dr. Someone may have used victim’s name to apply for COVID benefits in another state. Report taken.
2:30 p.m. – Caller reported blow torch stolen from location on Santiam Hwy. Value $69. LPD took surveillance shots into evidence.
2:38 p.m. – Caller reported catalytic converter stolen off van parked on 5th Avenue.
3:33 p.m. – Caller reported that several students at COMP-NW had received anonymous emails, which contained threatening/harassing content, which were sent during a 30-minute span on Sept. 20. Recipients had no idea who had sent them. They had been routed through a server in Iceland and the sender was untraceable. Information documented.
5:46 p.m. – Aundra Dawn Tillotson, 23, of Albany, arrested on warrants after report of trespass on residential property in 40000 block of McDowell Creek Dr. Report taken.
6:40 p.m. – Kayla Steinbrink, 23, of Albany, cited for driving too close, 34400 block Santiam Hwy.
Sept. 30
8:22 a.m. – Earl Spaulding Jr. cited for Lebanon Municipal Court warrant after caller complained that he was camping on church property on 2nd St. He was trespassed and given courtesy ride to Helping Hands.
10:02 a.m. – Caller reported that bag of garbage containing clothing and, possibly, mail was stolen from garbage can on street on Oak Terrace.
10:32 a.m. – William McDaniel, 55, cited for Lebanon Municipal Court warrant. River Road. Report taken.
6:25 p.m. – Deputies investigated non-injury crash in 36500 block Spicer Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, Joel Roth, 23, of Lebanon, was turning into a driveway when Ashley Henderson, 28, of Lebanon, tried passing him and hit him as he turned. Henderson cited for careless driving. Report taken.
7:00 p.m. – Caller reported that two females, one described as having long, blond hair, stole a feed bucket filled with items from a store on Santiam Hwy. Their vehicle was described as a homemade 14- or 16-foot flatbed trailer. Report taken.
8:16 p.m. – Candice Gutierrez, 41, of Lebanon, arrested for harassment, 2400 block Fuller Lane. Cited and released. Report taken.
10:30 p.m. – Aaron Harrelson, 40, of Albany, cited for driving uninsured, Santiam Hwy./Reeves Parkway.
11:22 p.m. – Joseph Vargas, 37, of Lebanon, cited and released on felony warrant, 400 block Cascade Dr. Report taken.
11:25 p.m. – Jason Lowe, 49, of Albany, cited for speeding, 71/55, 35900 block Hwy. 34.
Oct. 1
10:34 a.m. – Caller reported that vehicle had been broken into sometime during previous two weeks and approximately $2,100 worth of items were stolen. 32200 block Berlin Ridge Road. Report taken.
11:29 a.m. – Deputies responded to call about suspicious male who was riding a Segway and pointing a crossbow at random things. Unable to locate individual. No additional calls regarding the situation. Butte Creek Road/Rock Hill Dr.
2:52 p.m. – Caller reported drivers unlawfully passing school buses in area of 3800 block S. Santiam Hwy.
3:25 p.m. – Caller reported that unknown male wearing blue jeans, blue denim coat, stole bag of garbage from inside carport on Elmore.
5:02 p.m. – Caller reported her child’s bike was stolen from bike rack in front of apartment on Sand Ridge. It was not locked. She said she was at Ma’s Restaurant and spotted a male riding by on the bicycle, a light blue Road Master mountain bike with a Wheel Lab sticker on the front wheel, as it was built by the youth at the Boys and Girls Club. She then spotted it again in the parking lot at Shari’s. An officer confronted the suspect and advised him that the bike was stolen. Victim did not want to pursue charges.
5:30 p.m. – Gabriel Gonzalez arrested on Linn County Justice Court warrant, transported to Linn County Jail. Santiam Highway/Pineway Drive. Report taken.
Oct. 2
9:12 a.m. – Nicklaus Glasser, 32, cited on warrants following call about individual in bushes behind business, Airport Road. Report taken.
8:11 a.m. – Caller reported that within past week and half both license plates had been stolen off caller’s vehicle, 2300 block Fuller Lane. Report taken.
11:04 a.m. – Candice Gutierrez, 41, of Lebanon, arrested for probation violation, transported to Linn County Jail. 2400 block Fuller Lane. Report taken.
5:32 p.m. – Caller reported theft of fuel on Main Street. Said newer large blue Ford diesel pickup pulled up and individual started pumping fuel. Attendant checked computer, which indicated a credit card had been authorized, but when vehicle left attendant realized he did not actually pay. Described as white male in 30s, dark hair, skinny, average height. Loss value $73.52.
10:17 p.m. – Michael Luckini, 25, of Scio, cited for driving without insurance, driving without lights. Mt. Hope Drive/Brewster Road.
Oct. 3
5:34 p.m. – Vehicle abandoned in lane of travel, Airport Drive/Denny School Road. No hazard lights. As it was causing traffic congestion, it was towed. Report taken.
9:57 p.m. – Caller reported another patron punched him and broke his glass of beer in establishment on Sherman St. Investigating officer was told that the caller had sat down next to another man’s wife and refused to get up when asked to. Both were kicked out and caller indicated he wanted to pursue charges. Report taken.
10:30 p.m. – Linda Kennedy, 30, of Lebanon, cited and released on multiple warrants, Elmore/Hiatt streets. Report taken.
Oct. 4
1:44 a.m. – Kayla Sherwood, 28, of Sweet Home, cited for driving uninsured, driving while suspended. She had a warrant but County Jail refused to take custody and wiped the warrant. Santiam Hwy./Burdell Blvd.
7:07 a.m. – Bethany Hughes, 26, of Albany, arrested for DUI after, according to Sheriff’s Office, she registered 20% on a blood alcohol breath test. She was the lone occupant when her vehicle rolled in a single-vehicle crash at Santiam Highway and Spicer Drive. Cited and released. Report taken.
9:25 a.m. – Jasen King, 47, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant after turning himself in at Justice Center, 2nd St. Report taken.
10:04 a.m. – Caller reported tools and supplies were taken from apartment he was working on, 5th St. Caller was repairman working on unoccupied residence. Said building was accessed over weekend and miscellaneous tools were missing. Wanted it documented.
4:47 p.m. – Deputies responded to two-vehicle head-on crash. Further details unavailable. Minor injuries reported. A Chevrolet pickup was southbound on Brewster Road when it crossed the centerline and struck a Ford pickup that was northbound. Drivers’ names were not available. Report taken.
Oct. 5
7:28 a.m. – Noah Lutton, 21, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, following too close, after non-injury motor vehicle accident, Hwy. 34/Denny School Road. Lutton’s vehicle rear-ended one operated by Gabriel Villegas Montes, 29, of Lebanon. Report taken.
7:44 a.m. – Theft of cans and cameras reported, believed to have occurred at about 4:45 a.m. in 36300 block Rock Hill Dr. Value estimated at $280. Report taken.
11:24 a.m. – Graffiti reported in 36800 block Victory Dr.
3:56 p.m. – Deputies dispatched to kill wounded deer, 31200 block Berlin Road. When they arrived, the deer departed hurriedly; deputies did not have to shoot it.
5:58 p.m. – Caller reported stolen vehicle, 38100 block Vine St. Investigation ongoing. Vehicle described as 2005 Ford F350, stolen from driveway. Report taken.
6:38 p.m. – Caller reported bicycle stolen from high school between 8:10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Described as dark gray Jamis Trail 16-speed mountain bike, valued at $600. Was not locked. Report taken.
9:06 p.m. – Jeremiah Kish Collman, 42, arrested on multiple warrants, Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
11:47 p.m. – Joshua Swiercz, 30, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, driving without insurance. 38400 block River Dr.
Oct. 6
7:41 a.m. – Caller reported criminal mischief, Franklin St. Caller said he left truck at location the previous afternoon and returned at 7 a.m. to find the front and rear tires on the driver’s side slashed. Report taken.
11:55 a.m. – Caller reported theft involving counterfeit money. Caller said male came into store on Weldwood Dr. previous evening around 7 p.m. and reached over a cabinet and accidentally broke two meth pipes valued at $40. The customer offered to pay for the damaged pipes with a fake $100, which was accepted by a “brand new, stressed-out” employee, who gave the male $60 in change. Suspect is white male estimated to be in his 30s, 5-8 to 6-0 in height, estimated 200 to 230 pounds, with blond hair. Report taken for property seized.
12:52 p.m. – Caller reported his bag stolen from shopping cart at Safeway. Theft occurred in produce department. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
1:03 p.m. – Caller reported theft of bike at Wal-Mart. Caller parked bike at store at 12:16 p.m. and suspect rode bike eastbound out of parking lot and out of view of cameras. Bike described as black 21-speed Mongoose mountain bike, with “Mongoose” written in pink.
1:41 p.m. – Caller reported theft of Danner boots, valued at $200. Santiam Hwy. Further details unavailable. Report taken.
3:56 p.m. – Lerae Nicholle Ruck, 20, cited and released on Union County warrants following call reporting transients camping on private property, Milton St. 2:38 p.m. – Deputy responded to call about washing machine hanging over fog line in 32400 block Hidden Valley Road. When deputy arrived, machine was on gravel shoulder; not a traffic hazard.
10:16 p.m. – Luang Saechao, 29, of Lebanon, arrested on multiple warrants and cited for driving while suspended following traffic stop at Olmart Way/Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
11:26 p.m. – Clint Moore, 52, of Corvallis, cited for driving without insurance, no valid operator’s license, Williams/Milton streets.

1:29 a.m. – Alex Levitzky, 37, of Lebanon, cited for driving without insurance, no valid operator’s license, Main/Elmore streets.
1:59 a.m. – Shelby Brigham, 55, of Lebanon, cited on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant. 2800 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
5:07 a.m. – Sharidan Dillon, 31, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 78/55, Weirich Drive/Santiam Hwy.
12:15 p.m. – Caller reported theft of mountain bikes from location on 5th St. One identified as North Rock, black with brown tires, valued at $200. The other was a black Nimbus, valued at $600. Report taken.
5:01 p.m. – Caller reported theft of his cellphone in sales transaction. Caller told police he posted his black iPhone 12 Pro on Facebook Marketplace for $850 and was supposed to receive payment after sending tracking number and shipping receipt, which he did via Zelle. He was told by Zelle that the confirmation he received was not sent from an actual Zelle account. Rose St. Report taken.
8:01 p.m. – Caller reported that a male took an item from caller’s RV and when caller confronted him, pushed caller and then almost ran over him, heading towards town in white four-door car, license number 755NWD. Caller had injury to hand but declined medics. Grant St. Report taken.
10:59 p.m. – Daniel Senecal, 43, of Lebanon, cited for driving driving uninsured, 1800 block S. Main St.
11:26 p.m. – Robert Lafollette, 39, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 800 block Park St.
Oct. 8
12:26 a.m. – Dale Page, 54, of Lebanon, arrested and transported to Linn County Jail on warrants, cited for driving with no insurance following traffic stop in 2900 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
2:49 p.m. – Caller reported that someone removed all of his items from his room at City Center Motel, Main St. Suspects it was acquaintance. Report taken.
5:16 p.m. – Caller reported a male who gave him a ride to a location on Main St. took his phone and bag. Report taken.
6:23 p.m. – Two-vehicle crash reported, Denny School Road/Oak Street. No serious injuries. According to the Sheriff’s Office, Chris Fletcher, 53, of Lebanon, was driving a Ford F150 westbound on Oak Street and drove through the intersection, striking a vehicle driven by Dianna Bagenski, 52, from Lebanon. Fletcher was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device (stop sign).
Oct. 9
9:24 p.m. – Earl Moffet, 30, of Lebanon, arrested for probation violation, 30500 block River Road. Cited and released. Report taken.
1:55 p.m. – Caller reported that four brand new tires were stolen out of the back of her pickup on 2nd St. between the hours of 4 and 4:30 a.m. She said she had purchased the tires for $2,800. She said she woke up when she heard a diesel pickup outside her bedroom window and observed the suspect vehicle, described as a gray Ford F250 4×4, leaving the complex. Tires described as Radar Renegade R7 37-1350-22. She said landlord had video footage. Report taken.

10:04 p.m. – Caller reported theft of multiple packs of e-cigarettes from store on Tangent St. Reported that male subject, wearing black hoodie, mask and gray sweatpants, entered store at about 9:03 p.m. and stole box of 10 e-cigs, valued at $30. Subject then returned to store at around 9:15 and is believed to have stolen two more boxes. Subject re-entered store at 9:24 p.m. but didn’t realize caller was standing behind counter, and fled store when he did. Caller said he believed the subject is a juvenile and said he wanted to reach out to kid’s mother, who is regular customer. Officer will follow up.
