10:44 p.m. – Nicklaus Glauser, 32, of Lebanon, arrested for fourth-degree domestic assault, 30900 block Pineway Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, Glauser struck his father. Report taken.

11:36 a.m. – Kyle Kenneth Fuller, 31, trespassed indefinitely from Everyone’s Market, Grant Street, who, caller said, walked out with Rockstar worth $3.50, then threw the drink at the caller when she confronted him – missing her, according to police log.
3:19 p.m. – Jennie Lee Marie Eilers, 47, trespassed from Dollar Store, Santiam Hwy., after employees reported female in store with merchandise in her purse, according to police log.

5:25 a.m. – Zachary Gerig, 35, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 92/55, careless driving, Highway 226/Gilkey Road.
8:41 a.m. – Caller reported theft or loss of firearm, 3rd Street. Missing gun is black Ruger LC9. Taken or lost sometime between Aug. 18-20.
1:02 p.m. – Caller reported theft of equipment from construction site on Franklin sometime over weekend. Missing was yellow-colored Voltec temporary power distribution center and 100-foot 50-amp black cord. Value $908. Report taken.
6:51 p.m. – Caller reported theft of $800 winning Lottery ticket about 20 minutes previously from unnamed business on Santiam Hwy. Caller said she was playing video poker inside the business, which was not identified, when she asked the woman next to her to watch her machine, which had approximately $806 worth of credits, while she called her husband. Upon returning, approximately three minutes later, an unknown woman was playing on the machine. Caller questioned the woman and was told that it was cashed out when the woman sat down to play it. The woman who had been asked to watch the machine was no longer in the business. Suspect described as “overweight female, approximately 50 years old, with ear-length brown hair and purple-colored lipstick,” according to police log. Investigation continuing. Report taken.

9:56 p.m. – Vincent E. Kaiser, 44, cited for driving while suspended after caller reported vehicle unable to maintain lane, hitting brakes frequently and almost going into ditch southbound on Highway 20. Kaiser tested negative for DUII, according to police log.

7:05 a.m. – Sonny A. Agrelius, 24, detained on multiple warrants after caller reported people stealing catalytic converters at 7:05 a.m. on Park Street, and a two-toned pickup truck parked in Trinity Baptist Church parking lot was towed. At 5:42 p.m. caller reported male walking southbound on Main Street, yelling about his truck being towed. Officers responded and arrested Agrelius. Report taken.

10:29 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office responded to suspicious fire in 39600 block Mt. Hope Dr. 40-foot travel trailer burned to the ground. Owner left the area and the travel trailer caught on fire while he was gone. Neighbors did not see anyone in the area. 1:36 p.m. – Vincent Holt Jr., 50, of Lebanon, arrested for trespassing, menacing and a warrant, after report of disturbance in 30100 block Horseshoe Loop. Taken to Linn County Jail. Report taken.

10:05 a.m. – Caller stated she had multiple firearms that she had brought to the Justice Center, 2nd St., to give to the police chief. She said they belonged to felon. Police Department received them for safekeeping for 30 days. Report taken.

2:30 p.m. – Caller reported blow torch stolen from location on Santiam Hwy. Value $69. LPD took surveillance shots into evidence.
2:38 p.m. – Caller reported catalytic converter stolen off van parked on 5th Avenue.
3:33 p.m. – Caller reported that several students at COMP-NW had received anonymous emails, which contained threatening/harassing content, which were sent during a 30-minute span on Sept. 20. Recipients had no idea who had sent them. They had been routed through a server in Iceland and the sender was untraceable. Information documented.

3:25 p.m. – Caller reported that unknown male wearing blue jeans, blue denim coat, stole bag of garbage from inside carport on Elmore.
5:02 p.m. – Caller reported her child’s bike was stolen from bike rack in front of apartment on Sand Ridge. It was not locked. She said she was at Ma’s Restaurant and spotted a male riding by on the bicycle, a light blue Road Master mountain bike with a Wheel Lab sticker on the front wheel, as it was built by the youth at the Boys and Girls Club. She then spotted it again in the parking lot at Shari’s. An officer confronted the suspect and advised him that the bike was stolen. Victim did not want to pursue charges.

9:57 p.m. – Caller reported another patron punched him and broke his glass of beer in establishment on Sherman St. Investigating officer was told that the caller had sat down next to another man’s wife and refused to get up when asked to. 11:55 a.m. – Caller reported theft involving counterfeit money. Caller said male came into store on Weldwood Dr. previous evening around 7 p.m. and reached over a cabinet and accidentally broke two meth pipes valued at $40. The customer offered to pay for the damaged pipes with a fake $100, which was accepted by a “brand new, stressed-out” employee, who gave the male $60 in change. Suspect is white male estimated to be in his 30s, 5-8 to 6-0 in height, estimated 200 to 230 pounds, with blond hair. Report taken for property seized.

6:23 p.m. – Two-vehicle crash reported, Denny School Road/Oak Street. No serious injuries. According to the Sheriff’s Office, Chris Fletcher, 53, of Lebanon, was driving a Ford F150 westbound on Oak Street and drove through the intersection, striking a vehicle driven by Dianna Bagenski, 52, from Lebanon. Fletcher was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device (stop sign).

9:24 p.m. – Earl Moffet, 30, of Lebanon, arrested for probation violation, 30500 block River Road. Cited and released. Report taken.
1:55 p.m. – Caller reported that four brand new tires were stolen out of the back of her pickup on 2nd St. between the hours of 4 and 4:30 a.m. She said she had purchased the tires for $2,800. She said she woke up when she heard a diesel pickup outside her bedroom window and observed the suspect vehicle, described as a gray Ford F250 4×4, leaving the complex. Tires described as Radar Renegade R7 37-1350-22. She said landlord had video footage. Report taken.

10:04 p.m. – Caller reported theft of multiple packs of e-cigarettes from store on Tangent St. Reported that male subject, wearing black hoodie, mask and gray sweatpants, entered store at about 9:03 p.m. and stole box of 10 e-cigs, valued at $30. Subject then returned to store at around 9:15 and is believed to have stolen two more boxes. Subject re-entered store at 9:24 p.m. but didn’t realize caller was standing behind counter, and fled store when he did. Caller said he believed the subject is a juvenile and said he wanted to reach out to kid’s mother, who is regular customer. Officer will follow up.
