Circuit court

Warrants are out on the following individuals: Shelby Keith Brigham, Shawn Patrick Cruise, Selina Renee Ford-Blackburn, Ethan Joel Goins, Julianna Marie Goins, Matthew David Griner, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Dustin Neal Herron, James Andrew Linder, Christopher Lee Hurt, Faron Walter Kennedy, Mikel Vincent Lizama, Jay Boyd Marsh, Kasey Wayne Miller, Dustin James Phares, Joshua Joe Tallman and Darnell T. Wells.

Todd Allen Altherr, 35, and Caden James Waskom, 22, were charged Feb. 3 with first-degree criminal mistreatment and third-degree assault for allegedly causing injury to a 1-year-old child who was under their care. Security for Waskom was set at $6,000, and at $100,000 for Altherr.
Taylor Randall Becker, 26, was charged Jan. 10 with DUII and reckless driving.
Eric Bruce Buckner, 19, was charged Jan. 19 with DUII.
Richard Ronald Leo Carrillo, 47, was charged Jan. 31 with second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, strangulation and DUII. He posted 10% of a $50,000 security.
Steven Michael Cooley, 30, was charged Jan. 19 with DUII, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, criminal driving while suspended or revoked, and failure to install an ignition interlock device.
Jordan Ethan Davis, 24, was charged Jan. 30 with second-degree escape. Court records indicate that Davis “used physical force to escape from custody of a peace officer.” Security was set at $5,000.
Bruce Alan Edwards, 50, was sentenced Jan. 20 to 18 months bench probation and a $100 fine for coercion constituting domestic violence on a plea of guilty. Charges of strangulation and fourth-degree assault were dismissed.
Corey Brandon Ford, 31, was sentenced Jan. 19 to 90 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 36 months post-prison supervision for first-degree robbery on a plea of no contest. He must also pay restitution in a joint liability with Anthony Holden in the amount of $13,240 to the owner of Cash 4 Gold.
Charges of unlawful use of a weapon and first-degree aggravated theft were dismissed. The court approved a motion to dismiss a charge of supplying contraband while in a correctional facility.
Matthew Garrett Fox, 30, was charged Jan. 24 with two counts of strangulation constituting domestic violence, fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, menacing and attempted assault on a public safety officer. Security was set at $50,000.
Ethan Joel Goins, 21, and Julianna Marie Goins, 20, were charged Jan. 31 with second-degree animal abuse and practicing veterinary medicine without a license for allegedly unlawfully and recklessly causing physical injury to a Husky dog.
Jeremy Cook Gross, 35, was charged Feb. 3 with second-degree theft, possession of a stolen vehicle and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Cheryl Kelley Hansen, 57, was charged Jan. 31 with two counts of DUII and two counts of reckless driving. Security was set at $15,000.
Dakotah Lane Hodson, 25, was charged Feb. 3 with fleeing or attempting to elude and two counts of reckless driving. Security was set at $5,000.
Colin Loch Kealey, 33, was sentenced Jan. 11 to revocation of a driver’s license for one year, 13 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 12 months post-prison supervision and a $200 fine based on a no contest plea to unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Charges of failure to appear were dismissed.
Mikel Vincent Lizama, 43, was charged Jan. 12 with DUII, reckless driving, failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged, driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to report as a sex offender.
Jeremiah Robert McGuigan, 23, was charged Feb. 7 with DUII.
Klarisa Dawn Miller, 19, was sentenced Jan. 20 to one year driver’s license suspension, 36 months bench probation, 240 hours jail, $1,455 in fines and fees, and $9,897 restitution to Crocker’s Cars based on a guilty plea to DUII with a .13% BAC and two counts of fourth-degree assault.
Charges of reckless driving and two counts of second-degree criminal mischief were dismissed.
Nathan Patric Miller, 19, was cited Feb. 5 by the Oregon State Police for allegedly driving 100 mph or more in a 65 mph zone on Interstate 5. Another driver from Salem was cited by the same officer for the same violation at the same location.
Lekisha Marie Modaff, 42, was placed in the diversion program for a DUII charge with a .17% BAC. She was also fined $265 for a careless driving charge on a no contest plea.
Zachary E. Pekar, 42, was sentenced Jan. 27 to 36 months supervised probation, five days jail and $400 in fines for unlawful use of a weapon and felon in possession of a firearm on a plea of no contest.
Michael Allen Perry, 34, was charged Jan. 12 with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Joshua Eino Pruitt, 27, was charged Jan. 26 with unauthorized use of a vehicle. Security was set at $10,000.
He was charged again on Feb. 7 with unauthorized use of a vehicle. Security was set at $10,000.
Joie Lynn Short-Vallin, 38, was charged Jan. 17 with first-degree theft for allegedly stealing merchandise valuing $1,000 or more from Target.
She was sentenced Feb. 1 to 18 months bench probation and $1,696.96 restitution to Target for second-degree theft on a plea of guilty.
Curtis Martin Sly, 36, was charged Jan. 17 with unlawful possession of methamphetamine, attempted unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, attempted unlawful manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and felon in possession of a firearm. He posted 10% of a $10,000 security Jan. 27.
Taniya Marie Thompson, 32, was charged Feb. 6 with DUII, to wit, psilocybin, and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Brant Flavel Ward, 72, was charged with DUII. Court records indicate he pled guilty and was placed in the diversion program.
Jessica Ashley Wynne, 29, was charged Feb. 6 with attempted unlawful delivery of methamphetamine.

Feb. 5
10:04 a.m. – Caller reported theft of vehicle, 6th St. The car was later recovered in the 1400 block of Santiam Hwy. and returned to owner.
10:18 a.m. – Theodore Shinall, 44, of Sweet Home, arrested for failing to register as sex offender. Also cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. Berlin/Waterloo roads. Report taken.
10:33 a.m. – Report taken for theft of wallet from unlocked car, 7th St.
2:36 p.m. – Jose Luis Cardenas Pulido, 53, was cited for a statewide felony warrant from Linn County Circuit Court for failure to appear on an original charge of identity theft.
3:08 p.m. – James Seiber, 59, of Sweet Home, cited and released on warrants from multiple courts following traffic stop in 2900 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
4:11 p.m. – Report taken for smashed-in sunroof and license plate ripped halfway off, Boulder Falls apartments. Damage valued at $800.
4:49 p.m. – Caller reported hit and run, possibly at Safeway, with damage to the front driver’s side and back passenger side.
7:51 p.m. – Devan Rashaad Paul Dickson, 26, was pulled over for careless driving and cited into Albany Municipal Court for driving while suspended.
8:50 p.m. – Justin Phillips, 42, cited and released on outstanding warrant, 39100 block Mt. Hope Dr. Report taken.
9:57 p.m. – Deborah Duffield, 64, of Lebanon, cited for operating vehicle without valid license, driving uninsured, 1900 S. Main St.
10:15 p.m. – Corey Chad Thompson, 33, of Albany, arrested on outstanding warrant, allegedly after attempting to elude on foot, 1700 block S. Main St. Report taken.
Feb. 4
8:05 a.m. – Caller reported hit and run, 2nd St. They found damage to their car’s rear quarter panel, rear bumper and tail light.
9:29 a.m. – Michael Jefferson, 32, of Lebanon, arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic). According to Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to report of a physical altercation between Jefferson and a female. The female had bruising on her body. Ongoing criminal investigation. 41700 block Upper Berlin Dr. Jefferson transported to Linn County Jail. Report taken.
11:09 a.m. – Caller reported two females were in Safeway for two hours putting items in their purse and cart and then going into the bathroom. One of the suspects agreed to empty her purse, return the stolen items and pay for a bag of Hostess Wafer minis she was consuming.
11:15 a.m – David Driskell, 62, of Lebanon, cited and released on warrant after being stopped for expired vehicle registration, 37800 block Middle Ridge Dr. Report taken.
12:56 p.m. – Caller reported a shopping cart on fire, Santiam Hwy. A male said he was barbecuing on the cart and was putting the fire out as the fire department arrived.
2:32 p.m. – Deputies responded to 200 block Gilbert St. after 33-year-old male refused to leave grandmother’s property. He was trespassed from residence and his items removed from property.
5:41 p.m. – Caller reported theft of three bags of cans from backyard, Milton St.
8:50 p.m. – Caller reported theft of pepperball gun from residence, 5th St.
Feb. 3
2:37 a.m. – Tessa Cavanaugh, 31, of Corvallis, cited for driving while suspended, Brewster Rd./Golden Valley Dr.
2:51 a.m. – Peggy Pitts, 35, of Lebanon, cited for driving uninsured and for warrant, Brewster Rd. /Mr. Hope Dr. Report taken.
6:01 a.m. – Report taken for stolen vehicle. The car was located an hour later and returned to the owner. Paul Lester Herzberg II, 35, was detained. Lerae Nicholle Ruck, 21, was cited for a Union County Circuit Court warrant for failures to appear.
9:51 a.m. – Caller reported hit and run, Main St. A witness left a note on the car indicating the suspects maybe have been intoxicated and hit the caller’s car, damaging the front bumper and license.
10:52 a.m. – Report taken for burglary, Kimber Ct. Caller reported a duplex was broken into. The front door of one duplex was damaged, and a propane tank and propane heater were stolen from the other duplex. Loss and damage valued at $500.
11:18 a.m. – Report taken for hit and run, 5th St. Caller reported a driver backed into her parked car and damaged the bumper. Damaged valued at $1,000.
11:53 a.m. – Caller reported theft of suitcase from back seat of truck, Kees St.
1:08 p.m. – Report taken for found watch, Main St.
3:50 p.m. – Andrew Windom, 48, of Sweet Home, cited and released on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant, 35400 block Spicer Dr. Report taken.
4:03 p.m. – Two callers reported people claiming to be a cleaning company were being oddly pushy to get into their residences, 10th St.
5:06 p.m. – Caller reported one day he found his tire had been slashed and another day he found what appeared to be grass stuffed into his gas tank, 11th St.
5:16 p.m. – Report taken for burglary I for theft of a bike from inside a residence, Morton St. It appeared the suspect broke in and had been living there.
6:08 p.m. – Burglary reported in 36100 block Airport Dr. Lock was broken and shop building entered, items missing. As of press time, missing items were a kayak and camping stove, but victim had not yet performed full inventory. Report taken.
6:15 p.m. – Lynne Cheryl Sjoberg, 75, was cited for following too close, which allegedly resulted in her rear-ending a driver, Main St.
7:19 p.m. – Jhenna Lance, 28, was cited for Linn County Circuit Court warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear on an original charge of assault IV.
Feb. 2
1:14 a.m. – Caller reported a friend stole $320 cash from her wallet, Cascade Dr.
7:49 a.m. – Caller reported their car was entered, nothing stolen, Grove St.
8:21 a.m. – Alexander H. Burrell, 43, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation theft III and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of burglary II.
8:37 a.m. – Sterling Daniel Sherbur, 22, was cited for theft II, Oak St.
9:16 a.m. – Report taken for a fence cut and entered at Dan’s Auto, Williams St. Damage valued at $1,000.
11:11 a.m. – Caller reported a neighbor feeding wild turkeys and attracting them to the neighborhood, causing a nuisance, Vine St. The neighbor said he was spreading seed on the ground to feed crows and squirrels. He was advised it is a violation to disperse seed on ground where turkeys could access it.
11:25 a.m. – Report taken for fake $50 bills being turned in at 76 Car Wash. Loss valued at $300.
2:15 p.m. – Levi Joe Newberg, 32, was cited driving while suspended and uninsured, and for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft III.
3:45 p.m. – “Stolen” vehicle recovered from 37500 block Tennessee School Rd. According to the Sheriff’s Office, an investigation determined that the vehicle was originally stolen from Portland and recovered in Portland. It was then sold to a Lebanon resident but the Portland Police Department neglected to remove it from LEDS/DMV as having been recovered. Deputy took courtesy report for new owner.
5:31 p.m. – Theft of drills reported from 1700 block Cascade Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, a male known to the victim asked to stay with the victim overnight. When the male left, the victim found two of his Dewalt drills were missing. Value $400 ($200 per drill). Report taken.
6:10 p.m. – Deputies investigated motor vehicle crash in area of Brewster Rd./Payne Dr. One operator was waiting to turn into driveway when struck from behind in what the Sheriff’s Office described as a “fender bender.” Both refused medical treatment. One vehicle was a Chevy Impala and the other vehicle was a Volkswagen Jetta. Names of operators not available. Report taken.
7:13 p.m. – Caller reported a driver driving recklessly. The driver was followed for half an hour until the car was spiked. Dakotah Hodson was taken into custody, Weldwood Dr.
7:55 p.m. – Caller complained about dog barking in 400 block Cascade Dr. Dog barked three out of 21 minutes deputy was in the area, which does not qualify as public nuisance.
9:59 p.m. – Caller reported a couple fighting all day, Main St. Shawn Patrick Richardson, 31, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of DUII.
Feb. 1
4:41 a.m. – Rachell Ann Gandrud, 42, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle and a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft III.
7:30 a.m. – Report taken for found property left behind by a male on a bike, Airport Rd. Items included two cell phones, pressure washer, hatchet, sickle, knife and backpack.
3:19 p.m. – Caller reported someone has been sleeping in one of his Mercedes and storing food in another car, Sherman St.
9:57 p.m. – A Walmart asset protection employee reported a female attempted to steal items from the store and requested police trespass her.
10:19 p.m. – Sara Collins, 48, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, Central Ave./Rock Hill Dr.
Jan. 31
9:12 a.m. – Caller reported someone drove into a parking lot and slashed tires on a parked car, Oak St. The driver of the parked car had been told they cannot leave their car their, but they did anyway. An officer found switched plates on the parked car and seized them.
9:20 a.m. – Report taken for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and theft I, Santiam Hwy. Caller reported theft of a motorcycle tuner and cash from saddle bags. Loss valued at $1,700.
10:57 a.m. – Stephen Zehr, 49, of Madras, cited for speeding, 60/40, 33700 block Santiam Hwy. (Near Yuvi’s Market).
11:08 a.m. – Caller reported entry into their car and nothing taken, but there was left behind a cell phone, 5th St.
11:10 a.m. – Caller reported theft of child’s backpack from car, 10th St.
11:45 a.m. – Caller reported someone attempted to enter a house they are fixing up, Wheeler St. Damage was done to the door and lock.
11:59 a.m. – Michael Lugo, 33, of Lebanon, arrested for six active warrants, giving false information to police officer and identity theft. 600 block S. Main St. Report taken.
12:14 p.m. – Caller reported to theft of purse and car keys from unlocked car, Main St.
12:39 p.m. – Caller reported car was entered, nothing taken, Grant St.
12:43 p.m. – Caller reported a female was honking her car horn at a location from which she was trespassed, 2nd St. The caller is in the process of getting a stalking order.
1:51 p.m. – A person identified only as Dolly was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, Santiam Hwy. A report was taken for a two-car crash.
2:00 p.m. – Report taken for criminal mischief for an RV fuel line cut at a storage facility, Hansard Ave. Damage and loss valued at $900.
3:17 p.m. – Anthony Scott, 38 of Sweet Home, cited for driving uninsured, South Main/Walker Rd.
5:49 p.m. – Caller reported people were using a bra wire to get free washes at Spin City Laundromat. The people were also seen via video stealing clothes. The caller would like to trespass the people.
Jan. 30
3:20 a.m. – Caller reported their vehicle rear-ended a log truck in area of Denny School Rd./Oak St. Caller attempted driver exchange, but log truck left scene. Report taken.
7:34 a.m. – Report taken for car crash, Airport Rd. Medics responded to a report of an unconscious male who later awoke. Russell Lee Warren, 61, was cited for failure to stop.
9:13 a.m. – Report taken for theft of cash and Beats Studio Buds from a locker room, 5th St. Loss valued at $300.
10:46 a.m. – Jerald Chasteen, 41, of Lebanon, arrested for felon in possession of certain weapons, carrying of concealed weapons and Linn County warrant. Cited for Lebanon Municipal Court warrant. Transported to Linn County Jail. 36900 block KGAL Dr. Report taken.
11:54 a.m. – Caller reported theft of bike from outside a church, Milton St.
12:29 p.m. – Caller reported theft of bike that was stashed in some bushes, Rose St.
4:26 p.m. – Caller complained about trespasser in 37700 block River Dr. Suspect contacted was suffering from mental illness, but was warned about trespassing.
9:34 p.m. – Daryl Mullenix was cited for an Albany Municipal Court warrant for criminal trespass II.
Jan. 29
12:07 a.m. – Sarah Clark, 28, of Sweet Home, cited and released on warrant. 500 block Weldwood Dr. Report taken.
1:09 a.m. – Caller reported a group of juveniles behind the school, 5th St.
2:29 a.m. – Capriona Rodriguez, 35, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, Oak/3rd streets.
2:41 a.m. – Hali Mentzer, 28, of Lebanon, arrested on warrants, transported to Linn County Jail, following traffic stop in area of 2nd/A streets. Kelvin Attebery, 34, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended.
3:01 a.m. – Caller reported several cars on school property and people throwing empty beer cans around, 7th St. An officer spoke with a group of teenagers at the location and advised them they were trespassing. None took ownership of the beer cans.
7:20 a.m. – Report taken for stolen vehicle, Ash St. The vehicle was later located and recovered by Benton County Sheriff’s Office.
9:37 a.m. – Caller reported their car was pushed into the street and was prowled and damaged, Sherman St. Damage valued at $350.
10:06 a.m. – Caller reported theft of Gucci sunglasses Oakley sunglasses from car, 10th St. Loss valued at $720.
10:09 a.m. – Caller reported theft of personal documents and prescription medication from car, 10th St.
10:19 a.m. – Caller reported their house and car were egged, Isabella St. Report taken for criminal mischief.
11:51 a.m. – Hit and run reported in 34100 block Bond Rd. Investigation continuing. Vehicle ran through a fence, damaging approximately 40 feet of fencing. Driver then fled in vehicle, did not leave contact information. Report taken.
12:24 p.m. – Caller reported they saw a male take a package off a porch, Milton St. They confronted the suspect who then threw the package down and took off at Queen Anne Apartments.
2:20 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor picked up their dog by the leash, slammed the dog on the ground and beat the dog in the head, 9th St.
3:13 p.m. – Report taken for theft of iPad, knives, red insulated bag and a coat containing a car key from cars and garage, Ash St. A tool box was also taken and then left behind, and the fuse box on a car was opened and now the car won’t start.
3:36 p.m. – Caller reported her ex-husband is reportedly showing photographs of her private parts to people.
3:51 p.m. – Caller reported a female in a travel trailer was washing her dishes and the gray water was draining into the parking lot, Main St.
4:24 p.m. – Caller reported an older male whistled at two juvenile boys and tried to pick a fight with them, Main St.
4:27 p.m. – Caller reported theft of items from store, Santiam Hwy. Loss valued at $105.54.
5:19 p.m. – Caller reported a driver swerved to the edge of the road and is now passed out in the car, Vaughan Ln. James Patrick Short, 60, was cited for driving while suspended and for a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for fugitive from justice.
5:38 p.m. – Samuel Vinson, 23, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 75/55, 34700 block Santiam Hwy.
7:53 p.m. – Report taken for criminal mischief, Park St. Caller reported “child killer” was spray painted on their car. She believes it was done in retaliation for kicking an individual out of her home.
8:22 p.m. – Caller reported a female put ice cream in her purse and then went into a restroom, Santiam Hwy. She left the ice cream in the restroom.
9:36 p.m. – Report taken for a car driven through bushes and into a cart corral in the Walmart parking lot. An individual identified as Rylee said she lost control of her car. She was cited for driving while suspended and driving without insurance.
10:32 p.m. – Jerred Roebuck, 26, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, arrested on warrants, transported to Linn County Jail. 1900 block S. Main St. Report taken.
Jan. 28
2:48 a.m. – Justin Hugley, 45, of Lacomb, cited for driving while suspended, 38300 block Gross St.
3:49 a.m. – Report taken for burglary. Three suspects attempted to steal an ATM at Everyone’s Market and left behind a vehicle.
4:02 a.m. – Caller reported a subject attempted to steal a collapsible wagon from their porch, but tossed it when they heard the camera go off and the resident opened the door, Grove St.
4:56 a.m. – Susan Waters, 57, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 79/55, 34500 block Santiam Hwy.
8:02 a.m. – Bowers was cited for a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for theft III.
8:54 p.m. – Report taken for found box of cigarettes valued at $180, Williams St.
10:36 a.m. – Olson was cited for driving while suspended, failure to obey a traffic control device, driving uninsured and improper display of a plate.
12:22 p.m. – Caller reported two children alone in a car for an unknown amount of time, and said they appeared to be an infant and another about 2 years old, Park St.
An officer found two kids in a car that were about 7 years old and older than 10 years old. The owner of the car said he was doing his taxes in an office about 15 feet away and the car alarm would go off if the car door was opened.
3:38 p.m. – York was cited for trespass II and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation.
4:53 p.m. – Caller reported someone wrote “China” on the hood of their car, Market St. Lesa Dawn Cathcart, 60, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation, and Linn County Circuit court warrants for failures to appear on original charges of criminal driving while suspended or revoked, offensive littering, DUII and failures to appear.
5:07 p.m. – Troy Steven Williamson, 21, was cited for interfering, Main St.
9:00 p.m. – Caller reported theft of six cases of water, Santiam Hwy. Loss valued at $56.68. Caller said the suspect has stolen these cases before, empties the bottles and turns them in for the recycling cash.
10:52 p.m. – An unidentified person was cited for driving without a valid operator’s license, Main St.
Jan. 27
3:26 a.m. – Dakotah Lane Hodson, 25, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of felon in possession of a firearm, an Albany Municipal Court warrant for felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft III.
7:12 a.m. – Caller reported theft of personal documents and cigarette case from two cars, 10th St.
7:12 a.m. – Single-vehicle non-injury crash reported in area of Rock Hill Dr./Central Ave. According to Sheriff’s Office, juvenile male driver, 16, drove 2003 Suzuki into a ditch after losing control around a corner. No citations.
7:59 a.m. – Roslyn Smith, 26, of Lebanon, cited for failing to stop for school bus with safety lights displayed, 4500 block Santiam Hwy.
8:27 a.m. – Axl Gallagher was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass II.
9:51 a.m. – Report taken for fraud. Caller reported someone attempted to open credit in their name.
10:45 a.m. – Deputy investigated offensive littering complaint, area of Rock Hill Dr./Central Ave. Report taken.
11:25 a.m. – Report taken for found router, Ash St.
11:52 a.m. – Rocky Montigue, 69, of Lebanon, cited for failure to purchase dog license, 200 block Taylor St.

1:38 p.m. – Caller reported a truck pulling a travel trailer with someone in it. The person was yelling for help and throwing things out of the trailer. Ryan Andrew Wilson, 34, told police he was staying in a trailer on a private, vacant lot at Russell and Franklin streets. The trailer was tagged for tow in December. The owner or caretaker of the property contacted Wilson and some yelling back and forth ensued. The caretaker returned an hour later and started towing the trailer while Wilson was in it. He apparently took the trailer to Cheadle Lake and was told he needs to remove it from city property. Wilson was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.

4:03 p.m. – Caller reported she was staying in a hotel and had been threatened by an ex that he would send people after her. She found her room trashed, items broken and food stolen. She believes a certain female told hotel staff she had permission to enter the room and proceeded to trash it. Kendria Mae Wright, 31, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation possession of methamphetamine.
4:56 p.m. – Caller reported a driver swerving, speeding, not using headlights, driving into oncoming traffic and onto a sidewalk before parking. An officer located the suspect asleep in his car in a parking lot and performed a sobriety test, and found no evidence to file a charge.

4:24 p.m. – Caller reported theft of his walking cane while shopping at Super Thrift. It was discovered through video surveillance the suspect pulled the cane out of a shopping cart and paid for it at the register. It’s believed the suspect thought it was an item waiting to be stocked on the shelf. An officer is attempting to contact the identified suspect to retrieve the cane.

3:27 a.m. – An officer responded to a call about an intoxicated man who was driving and peed on the side of a building near BiMart.

8:40 a.m. – Caller reported fraudulent use of her debit card. She saw charges on her account that she did not authorize for an escort service, perfume and DoorDash. Loss valued at $50.
9:10 a.m. – A 911 call came from a female who, according to dispatch, was “impaired on meth and not clear on reality.” The female yelled about a gypsie joker killing her and was talking to a male in the background. She said, “I will punch myself in the head, your honor. I will cut out my own tongue, your honor. Honor is all I know. I hate that dog,” and so on. She was advised to only use 911 for emergencies.
10:04 a.m. – Caller reported a college student was sent an email about the winter schedule and a reply was sent to the dean stating the male student would rather send nude photos than go back to school. The student told an officer his email was hacked and he could not log in.

7:38 a.m. – Caller reported hit and run, 11th St. Caller saw driver hit a parked car, inspect the damage and leave. The driver told the caller he was in a hurry and would deal with it later.
9:34 a.m. – Emmanuel Peters, 26, cited on two Linn County Circuit Court warrants, 39700 block Lacomb Dr. Report taken.
11:52 a.m. – Tywon White, 32, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, failure to maintain lane following non-injury, single-vehicle crash in front yard of residence in 36500 block Rock Hill Dr. Vehicle was 1992 Honda Accord. Report taken.
12:13 p.m. – Caller reported her vehicle stolen, then recalled that it had been left overnight at a location other than her residence. Vehicle was located. Not stolen. 37200 block Rock Hill Dr.
2:41 p.m. – Officer responded to an argument over a parking space, Airport Rd. A driver parked his large truck to pay a bill and was partially blocking a handicapped parking space due to narrow spaces. A male was upset about that.
4:47 p.m. – Roberta Lee Griffiths, 52, was cited for a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft II.
5:12 p.m. – Caller threatened to kill his neighbors with a pipe and use a truck to dispose of the bodies, Main St. The issue surrounded concerns about tools being stolen.
7:46 p.m. – Caller reported handgun stolen from residence in 30000 block Horseshoe Loop. Alleged thief is friend of caller who was allowed to stay the night. Value approximately $400. Report taken.
10:15 p.m. – Caller reported an older male with a cane fired two shots from a revolver into the air in the Safeway parking lot. The suspect said he was upset over a couple incidents involving juveniles who stole beer from the store.

2:53 a.m. – Male reported his female neighbor is throwing garbage on his property, and she had previously reported the same thing about him. Officer reported this has been an ongoing issue since one of the neighbors called police for the other spraying her and her dog with a hose, 7th St.
7:27 a.m. – A Chevron employee reported a male was trying to pay for his $32 fuel with a fake $100 bill that read “For motion picture use only” on it. The male said he found it at Safeway. Robert Earl Sutton, 51, was unable to pay and was cited for theft III and possession of a forged instrument.
9:43 a.m. – Dennis Hamilton Borden, 41, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespass II.
10:39 a.m. – Multiple people reported thefts from their cars while parked at the high school. Some of the missing items included a small metal toolbox, sweater, bluetooth speaker and cash. One student reported he thinks he found a car at Walmart with the stolen items. An officer located the car but was unable to make contact with the car owner. Report taken for theft II and UEMV.
11:39 a.m. – A citation was issued for improper position of a car parked on the opposite side of the street, 10th St.
11:45 a.m. – Michael James Mansell, 24, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of DUII.
2:14 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office requested K9 Taz for a traffic stop, Tennessee Rd. Taz alerted to exposed clothing. The suspect admitted to swallowing “powder” drugs, and a loaded syringe was found on him.
3:26 p.m. – Caller reported she had her property surveyed and her neighbor keeps moving the survey lines and yelling at her to move the fence off her property, Downing Dr.
3:38 p.m. – Caller reported hit and run when they noticed $1,000 worth of damage to their car, Main St.
4:27 p.m. – Caller reported two juveniles shot something at their car, Mazama Ave. One of the boys denied shooting anything, but his brother said he in fact did shoot water ball Orbeez at cars. The boys were counseled.
5:10 p.m. – Tina Nicole Miller, 36, was cited for driving while suspended and without insurance, and for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to carry proof of insurance.
5:47 p.m. – Mary Blossom Meer, 41, was cited for driving without a license or insurance, 5th St.

2:34 a.m. – Durrell Monroe Borden Jr., 42, was cited for a Linn County Circuit warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass I.
2:49 p.m. – Report taken for theft of bike and cans from shed, and attempted theft of cart, Santiam Hwy.
3:12 p.m. – Caller reported theft of Nike bag, clothing and cash from an unlocked car at the high school .
3:25 p.m. – Rebecca Bickmore was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass II. Katrina Counts was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for probation violation driving while suspended and uninsured.
9:35 p.m. – Jessica Jones was taken into custody for refusing to leave a restroom from where she was trespassed, Santiam Hwy.
