11:16 p.m. – Madeline Ann Frederick, 31, of Lebanon, arrested for fourth-degree felony domestic assault, third-degree assault, first-degree criminal mistreatment and tambpering with physical evidence after Sheriff’s Office responded to report of domestic disturbance in 29400 block Santiam Hwy. 2:13 a.m. – Theresa Alberts, 35, of Sweet Home, arrested on four outstanding warrants, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. McDowell Creek Drive/Fairview Road. Report taken.
1:32 p.m. – Deputy responded to 35900 block Polly Farm Lane, to ongoing trespassing issue. Trespassers were advised they would be arrested if they continue to trespass on neighbor’s property.
11:14 p.m. – Daniel Ferguson, 29, of Lebanon, cited for driving uninsured, driving while suspended. 2600 block S. Santiam Hwy.
11:53 p.m. – Michael Branton, 47, of Lebanon, cited and released on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant after deputies contacted two males trespassing in park closed after dark, 4000 block Weirich Drive. Both males left park when asked.

9:28 a.m. – Deputy contacted complainant who had been receiving threatening messages from a previous acquaintance of her brother. The caller was educated on the crime of phone harassment and the steps required to initiate prosecution.
8:34 p.m. – Season Bartley, 42, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 2400 block S. Santiam Hwy.
9:53 p.m. – Caller reported theft of trailer, about $1,800 worth of other items, 31900 block Berlin Road. Report taken.

11:26 a.m. – Caller reported citizens shooting on Cascade Timber Consulting land in 36200 block Middle Ridge Drive. Deputy contacted shooters, informed them they could not shoot firearms on CTC land.
12:39 p.m. – Deputies investigated illegal dump site on Weyerhaueuser property in 40700 block Snow Peak Drive.
2:59 p.m. – Stephanie Barnes, 56, of Lebanon, cited for failure to obey traffic control device, Main/Oak streets.
6:41 p.m. – Caller reported theft of $300 worth of planting pots and flowers from end of driveway, 38200 block Balm Drive. Report taken.

9:37 p.m. – Caller reported fireworks in 30300 block Butte Creek Road. Deputy responded, did not locate fireworks, but did locate party with disc jockey and light show.

8:44 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle damaged by fireworks, 400 block Oregon Street. Not interested in pursuing charges, but wanted documentation for insurance.

6:12 p.m. – Caller reported hit and run in 33400 block Brewster Road. According to Sheriff’s Office, food delivery driver got stuck in ditch while turning around. The driver got stuck on some rocks in the yard and damaged cement trying to get unstuck and drove off. Report taken.

Wynn cited and released, then was later cited for giving false information to a police officer and a warrant. Sly had Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation. 12:34 p.m. – Caller reported their 9-year-old daughter answered the door where a male had knocked, Weldwood Dr. As she tried to close the door while she retrieved her parents from the back room, the male pushed the door open. He ran when the father appeared.

2:57 p.m. – Rachelle Gandrud was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft.
3:13 p.m. – Officer documented information about a male allegedly harassing another male, E. Elmore St.

Caller reported over previous two weeks someone entered a shop on the property and stole three Harley Davidson 103 cubic inch motors still in shipping crates. 7:22 p.m. – Devin Michael Houseman, 36, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and improper display. He was also cited for a Linn County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender, and Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of giving false information.

10:03 p.m. – Stolen vehicle reported in 2800 block Parkway Street. According to Sheriff’s Office, silver 1999 Dodge Durango was stolen after the owner left the car in thrift store parking lot after it ran out of gas. The vehicle was recovered after it was dumped on the side of the road on Parkway. Report taken.

1:04 p.m. – Caller reported juveniles party at a school and leave trash, S. 7th St. Requested extra patrol of area.
4:46 p.m. – Deputies responded to report of burglary in 33900 block Tennessee Road. According to Sheriff’s Office, the owner was notified their unoccupied house, whicht was being worked on, had been broken into. Owner is working with the contractor to make a list of what was taken. 6:50 p.m. – Officer responded to call about a fight, 5th St. Caller’s son’s girlfriend was yelling and calling people names, so caller pushed a medical alarm.

8:06 a.m. – Chainsaws reported stolen from 37600 block Rock Hill Drive. Two Husqvarna chainsaws were taken from an outbuilding. Total value $800. Report taken.
9:58 a.m. – Joseph Castleman, 32, of Lebanon, cited on warrant, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 1200 block E. Grant Street. Report taken.

3:47 a.m. – Hunter Ringheimer, 29, of Lebanon, cited for warrants. Shauna Harden, 29, of Lebanon, arrested and transported to Linn County Jail for warrants, providing false information to police officer. 32900 block Berlin Road. Report taken.

1:40 a.m. – Officer responded to call about male on someone’s front porch and refusing to leave, Joy St. Male was given courtesy ride to Corvallis.
6:24 a.m. – Officer responded to subject with mental health problems, whom police have dealt with many times before.
9:14 a.m. – Caller reported injured crow in neighbor’s backyard and caller’s dog was digging up fence line to get to it, Sherman St. Officer contacted neighbor to remove crow.
9:40 a.m. – Caller reported subjects chasing each other with hammer and bat, W. Grant St.
10:02 a.m. – Shawna Harvey, 34, of Lebanon, cited for dog as public nuisance after, according to Sheriff’s Office, her husky and pit bull dogs came onto the caller’s property and killed three chickens and three ducks. 33800 block Brewster Road.
10:46 a.m. – Caller reported male rummaging through her things on patio, Cascade Dr.
10:47 a.m. – Domestic violence incident reported in 38700 block Lacomb Drive. According to Sheriff’s Office, daughter claimed father elbowed her in the chest a few days previously. Interviews were inconsistent with each other; case was sent to the DA to review for possible harassment charges. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

1:29 p.m. – Officer spoke to Italian female with limited English who was panhandling near Safeway. She moved on.
3:00 p.m. – Caller reported property manager for BiMart shopping center no longer emptying dumpsters, rats are becoming a problem.
3:16 p.m. – Deputy responded to report of unauthorized use of motor vehicle that had been involved in crash earlier in the day. According to Sheriff’s Office, 1998 Dodge 1500 pickup was located crashed on Brownsville Road with no one around at about 1 a.m. That truck was reported stolen about 12 hours later by the caller. Caller said the keys were left in the truck and its unknown who would have driven it. It was unoccupied and towed from 31000 block Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

5:44 p.m. – Caller requested neighbor be trespassed from their property, 7th St. Caller reported neighbor taking photos of fence in their yard and harassing them.
7:31 p.m. – George Earl Dunn, 21, of Lebanon, arrested for domestic violence – harassment, 30300 block Horseshoe Loop. According to Sheriff’s Office, this was a physical domestic between Dunn and a female. The female was injured in the altercation. Dunn was arrested and lodged in the Linn County Jail for harassment.
