8:03 a.m. – Deputy contacted occupants of vehicle illegally parked in 2200 block Willow Street. Told them this was not their personal parking lot and to stop leaving vehicles parked there.
8:06 a.m. – Chainsaws reported stolen from 37600 block Rock Hill Drive. Two Husqvarna chainsaws were taken from an outbuilding. Total value $800. Report taken.

9:14 a.m. – Caller reported injured crow in neighbor’s backyard and caller’s dog was digging up fence line to get to it, Sherman St. Officer contacted neighbor to remove crow.

10:02 a.m. – Shawna Harvey, 34, of Lebanon, cited for dog as public nuisance after, according to Sheriff’s Office, her husky and pit bull dogs came onto the caller’s property and killed three chickens and three ducks. 33800 block Brewster Road.
10:46 a.m. – Caller reported male rummaging through her things on patio, Cascade Dr.
10:47 a.m. – Domestic violence incident reported in 38700 block Lacomb Drive. According to Sheriff’s Office, daughter claimed father elbowed her in the chest a few days previously. Interviews were inconsistent with each other; case was sent to the DA to review for possible harassment charges. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

3:16 p.m. – Deputy responded to report of unauthorized use of motor vehicle that had been involved in crash earlier in the day. According to Sheriff’s Office, 1998 Dodge 1500 pickup was located crashed on Brownsville Road with no one around at about 1 a.m. That truck was reported stolen about 12 hours later by the caller. Caller said the keys were left in the truck and its unknown who would have driven it. It was unoccupied and towed from 31000 block Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

5:44 p.m. – Caller requested neighbor be trespassed from their property, 7th St. Caller reported neighbor taking photos of fence in their yard and harassing them.
7:31 p.m. – George Earl Dunn, 21, of Lebanon, arrested for domestic violence – harassment, 30300 block Horseshoe Loop. According to Sheriff’s Office, this was a physical domestic between Dunn and a female. The female was injured in the altercation. Dunn was arrested and lodged in the Linn County Jail for harassment.
