April 11
12:46 a.m. – Timothy Middleton, 64, of Lebanon, was cited for failure to register vehicle, River/Perkins drives.
3:18 a.m. – Tiffany Stubblefield, 34, of Lebanon, a passenger in a vehicle stopped at E/7th streets, was cited on warrant. Report taken. Operator, whose name was not listed in Sheriff’s log, was cited for driving while suspended.
4:35 a.m. – Kusaudra Kelly, 35, of Lebanon, was cited on warrant, Denny School Road/Oak Street. Report taken.
12:43 p.m. – Aaron T. Hand, 41, of Albany, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after report of trespass on April 8 on Snow Peak Main Line. Cited and released. Report taken.
9:59 p.m. – Eduardo Ribas, 63, of Lebanon, was arrested on multiple warrants, 1900 block of S. Main St. Report taken.
11:40 p.m. – Trent Killgo, 36, of Lebanon, was cited and released on warrant and issued multiple traffic citations, which were not specified in Sheriff’s log. 1000 block of Park St. Report taken.
April 10
8:37 a.m. – Deputy investigated a report of a stolen vehicle in the 36200 block of Blueberry Drive. Further information unavailable. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
April 9
8:12 a.m. – Lebanon police received a call about five broken car windows, Weldwood Drive. Only an Oculus headset was reported missing from one of the cars. The case was related to another log entry that police did not turn over to Lebanon Local.
12:29 p.m. – Caller reported a truck bed lock box break-in and the theft of a Stihl saw, McKinney Lane. Loss valued between $800 and $1,000.
2:42 p.m. – Lebanon police responded to a crash involving a car and motorcyle, 6th St. The driver of the motorcycle was transported to a hospital. Report taken.
April 8
8:02 a.m. – Caller reported a former employee destroying property in a business on Santiam Hwy. The suspect was wearing a Jack in the Box shirt. Damien Christopher Taylor, 29, was cited for second-degree criminal mischief. Report taken.
6:42 p.m. – Caller reported a subject left with a vacuum hose attached to a vehicle, Main St. Damage valued at $200. Brad Paul Bourland, 35, was cited for an Albany Municipal Court warrant for second-degree criminal mischief, a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear for a criminal citation, an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation, a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for third-degree theft and a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for DUII. He was transported to a hospital for reasons not indicated in the report. Reports taken.
8:12 p.m. – An employee reported a repeat shoplifter, Walmart, 3290 S. Santiam Hwy. Samantha Deon Hoover, 35, was trespassed indefinitely from Walmarts in the U.S. and Mexico. She was also taken into custody for a Montgomery County (Texas) warrant for felony bond forfeiture on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a Harris County (Texas) warrant for possession with intent to deliver/manufacture PG1 under 4G. April 7
4:05 a.m. – Police responded to a call about a male parking his truck and walking down the street looking into cars with a flashlight, Franklin St. Charles Robison, 30, was cited for giving false information to police, identity theft, failure to carry and present, driving uninsured and no valid license. He was also cited for an Albany Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft.
10:40 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of license plates from buses, Sandridge Road. Surveillance video was given to police.
11:36 a.m. – Michael Wayne Halik, 39, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation third-degree theft.
11:34 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of tools from a work vehicle, Charlie Ave. Loss valued at $2,900. Report taken.
3:51 p.m. – Caller reported someone attempting to cash a fraudulent check, Grant St. Tylor James Setzer, 31, was cited for identity theft, first-degree forgery and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. He was also cited for a Clackamas County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of first-degree theft, an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft and Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failures to appear on original charges of second-degree theft (x3) and unauthorized use of a vehicle (x2). Setzer was transported to a hospital for possible fentanyl overdose. Reports taken.
April 6
2:33 a.m. – Lebanon police responded to a crash involving a motorcycle near Linn Lanes Bowling Center, 2250 S. Main Road. Shawn Luke Jayne, 33, was arrested for DUII following a field sobriety test and a reported BAC of .15%. The vehicle was entered into LEDS.
7:10 a.m. – Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in area of Stoltz Hill Road/Rock Hill Drive. Caller said vehicle was “acting broke down” in the bus stop area but left before bus arrived.
9:34 a.m. – Paula Skyles-Lutzi, 50, was cited for Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failures to appear on original charges of identity theft, second-degree theft and possession of heroin.
9:38 a.m. – Pryanshu Ansal, 20, of Bend, was cited for illegal window-tinting, 1500 block of W. Airport Road. 4% TLT.
10:31 a.m. – Joshua Welch, 34, of Lebanon was cited for driving while suspended, Cascade/Weldwood drives.
1:36 p.m. – Deputies responded to an injury crash in the 36200 block of Rock Hill Drive. Ashleigh Hageman, 19, of Lebanon, was cited for failure to yield to oncoming traffic. According to the Sheriff’s Office, Hageman was turning east from a private driveway in a 2000 Plymouth Voyager when her vehicle was struck by a 2016 Dodge Dart operated by Charles Banker, who was traveling west on Rock Hill. Hageman was not injured, but Banker was transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Both vehicles were towed by AA Towing in Lebanon. Hageman was cited for failure to yield to oncoming traffic. Report taken.
1:38 p.m. – Caller reported never receiving a check from a business for services rendered, then learned that the check had been cashed, 37600 block of Kathleen Court.
3:25 p.m. – Caller had Sheriff’s Office retrieve firearm left behind by his son. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the caller reported he had a restraining order served on his son earlier in the day. After deputies served the younger man and removed him from a shed, the caller found a pistol on the work bench. The firearm was listed as stolen in LCSO records, will be sent to Oregon State Police crime lab for analysis. 3700 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
April 5
5:16 a.m. – Lebanon police responded to alarms and noticed evidence of forced entry into Ma’s Restaurant, 2416 S. Santiam Hwy. Officers could hear banging inside. Jose Lenus-Lopez, 45, was taken into custody. Report taken. See Circuit Court listings for more information.
5:28 a.m. – Sheriff’s Office K-9 assisted Lebanon police following the forced-entry burglary reported at Ma’s Restaurant.
7:53 a.m. – Deputy responded to a report of suspicious person in area of Alder/Porter streets. Was unable to locate individual.
8:21 a.m. – Officer responded to a call about a crash involving a car and RV, Grant St. Brian Kieth Siegmund, 52, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured. Jennifer Rose Totland, 41, was cited for careless driving. Report taken.
4:47 p.m. – Caller requested extra patrols in area of Alder/Porter streets during school times after report of suspicious person in area. Caller said parents would be present with children during pickup times and would call Sheriff’s Office back if problems continue or escalate.
6:59 p.m. – Ethan Goins, 21, and Julianna Goins, 20, of Lebanon, were cited for outstanding warrants, 40900 block of Lacomb Drive. Report taken.
April 4
1:15 a.m. – Deputy located and extinguished a small fire near intersection of Berlin/Bellinger roads.
3:04 a.m. – A single-vehicle motor vehicle crash was reported in area of Richardson Gap Road/Fish Hatchery Drive. Rachelle Reed, 32, of Lebanon, was arrested for DUII, booked into Linn County Jail. Report taken.
5:21 a.m. – Report taken for third-degree theft following a report of theft of drinks, food and pills from an unidentified location on Main St. Loss valued at about $50.
10:19 a.m. – Axl Lee Gallagher, 32, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespassing.
10:23 a.m. – Caller reported burglary on a farm in the 35500 block of Spicer Drive. Equipment valued at $6,483 was taken during the weekend. This burglary occurred at a small farm shop. A Miller Matic 35 light blue wire welder ($5200), Miller 250 amp AC/DC welder ($800), Makita 3-inch teal grinder ($184), three 6-inch Husky C clamps ($15 each), three 8-inch Husky C clamps ($18 each), black welder helmet ($100), and some grinder blades ($100). Report taken.
7:39 p.m. – Caller requested extra patrol in the 39400 block of Klum Street following theft.
April 3
12:54 a.m. – Jamie Zurcher, 40, of Lebanon, was cited on warrants. Willow/Taylor streets.
1:06 a.m. – Nicklaus Glasser, 33, of Lebanon, was cited on warrants. Primrose/Alder streets.
1:15 a.m. – Vincent Kaiser, 45 of Lebanon, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. Russell Drive/Franklin Street.
2:12 a.m. – Sarah Kalina, 42, of Lebanon, was cited and released on an outstanding warrant, 2400 block of S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
2:17 a.m. – Timothy Hawkins, 58, of Lebanon, was cited on warrants, cited for driving uninsured, 2400 block of S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
3:17 a.m. – Caller reported an attempted car theft, Ash St. The suspect broke the driver’s side window, but a steering-wheel club prevented the theft. A responding officer located the suspect, RC Jakob Harley Phillips, 29, who ran into Lebanon Community Hospital with a hammer and yelled that he was attacked. Phillips was cited for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree trespass.
3:42 p.m. – Caller reported fraud after clicking a link in a text message to purchase vehicle report, 39000 block of River Drive. The caller purchased two $50 reports from a website, then discovered that the site was only a week old. The text message had directed the caller to thetitlereport.com, where the caller was told to fill out the information. This site also asked for credit card and other personal information. The victim paid and received nothing.
4:46 p.m. – Caller reported stolen mail dumped into a ditch, 37300 block of Fawn Drive. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
8:16 p.m. – Caller reported barking dogs in the 400 block of Cascadia Drive, a location of frequent dog-activity complaints in Sheriff’s log. Deputy responded and heard “sporadic” barking at location, but it did not constitute dog as public nuisance. Will continue to monitor.
8:22 p.m. – Corey Hollaway, 35, of Albany, was cited for outstanding warrants, 700 of block E. Isabella Street. Lodged at Linn County Jail. Report taken.
April 2
3:01 p.m. – Ryan King, 39, of Lebanon, was arrested for DUII, reckless driving, Hwy. 34/Langmack Road. Report taken.
4:57 a.m. – Jesse Langdon, 41, of Lebanon, was cited and released on outstanding warrant, 2600 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
3:13 p.m. – Gregory Nohrenberg, 44, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 900 block of Crowfoot Road.
April 1
1:32 a.m. – Sheriff’s Office had an abandoned trailer towed from the middle of the road, Rock Hill Drive/South Main Road. Report taken.
7:31 a.m. – A vehicle theft was reported in the 30900 block of Victory Drive. A 2018 Chevy Duramax pickup was reported stolen March 31 from the Lebanon area. A caller saw the truck driving on Marks Ridge Road in Sweet Home on Saturday morning, April 1. The caller said the truck came back down the road at a high rate of speed. The caller tried to block the road and stop the truck, when the stolen truck rammed his truck multiple times. Deputies searched the area and deployed a drone. The stolen truck was located unoccupied on a property in 29600 block of Berlin Road. Snap On tool box with tools was missing. Vehicle returned to owner. Sheriff’s Office is investigating and following up on leads. Report taken.
10:11 a.m. – Caller reported a motel room on Main Street was destroyed by a tenant. Trash was reported everywhere, plus wall holes, destroyed furniture and light fixtures torn from the walls. Report taken for first-degree criminal mischief. The caller later reported the suspect had returned. Michael Andrew Carlson, 32, was cited for first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft. He was also cited for an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failures to appear on original charges of harassment and second-degree criminal mischief, and an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation burglary.
3:28 p.m. – Andrew Lacount, 58, of Sweet Home, was cited for failure to renew vehicle registration. 3300 block of Burdell Blvd.
4:!2 p.m. – Kevin Terwilliger, 60, of Albany, was arrested on an outstanding warrant, 100 block of Russell Drive. Report taken.
6:21 p.m. – Nicholas Brady, 35, of Lebanon, was cited for failure to display plates, excessive noise and illegal window tinting. Santiam Hwy./Fir Lane.
7:26 p.m. – Dakotah Hannon, 22, of Lebanon, was cited for failure to renew vehicle registration. S. Main Road/Redwood Ave.
8:47 p.m. – Trevor Clark, 35, of Lebanon, was cited and released on warrant and cited for driving while suspended, S. Main and Walker roads. Report taken.
March 31
1:57 a.m. – Loyd E. Patten, 56, of Lebanon, was cited and released on an outstanding warrant after Sheriff’s Office checked suspicious vehicle parked after-hours at Cheadle Lake, 4000 block of Weirich Drive. Report taken.
3:23 a.m. – Robert Grant Hodson, 27, and Keely M. Gomez, 18, were stopped while riding bicycles and warned for traffic violations which included riding down the middle of the road and crossing over into the oncoming lane. Hodson was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft.
6:04 p.m. – Lebanon Police, Linn County Sheriff and fire/medics responded to a three-vehicle crash near U.S. Bank and Chevron on Santiam Hwy. The drivers of the involved Volkswagen and Kia told officers that the driver of a Nissan entered the highway from Porter Street. The Volkswagen, heading west, struck the Nissan, which then struck an eastbound Kia. The Nissan driver was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis. No names were immediately available.
March 30
8:12 a.m. – Heather Meeks, 34, and Jonathan Trisdale IV, 42, were arrested after allegedly trespassing on vacant property in the 33000 block of Tennessee Road. Meeks was also arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on various charges. Both were transported to Linn County Jail. Report taken.
8:41 a.m. – Caller reported a neighbor possibly speeding in the 100 block of Central Ave. during nighttime hours. An extra patrol was to be conducted.
9:37 a.m. – Caller reported a female dumping a duffel bag in a parking lot, Park St. Fawn Marie Burleson, 38, was cited for a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for fraudulent use of a credit card.
10:05 a.m. – Michaela McCormack, 30, was cited for speeding, 81/55, Denny School Road/Hwy. 34.
11:06 a.m. – Burglary reported in the 31700 block of Berlin Road. Owner reported burglary of a house under construction. Suspects found keys to the house in an outbuilding that was broken into. Owner said about 12 power tools and five-gallon bucket full of hand tools were taken, estimated $1,500 value. Report taken.
11:38 a.m. – Aimee Pettengill, 35, of Waterloo, was cited for numerous dog violations, 39400 block of Card St. According to Sheriff’s Office, a German shepherd, which had been involved in the previous day’s incident that resulted in a separate citation, got loose and attacked the caller’s dog while she was walking along Card Street. The caller’s dog was injured and taken to the vet. Pettengill was cited for dog as a public nuisance (potentially dangerous dog).
1:49 p.m. – Katherine Violette, 58, of Lebanon, was cited for driving without a license, driving without insurance and failure to obey a traffic control device (stop sign), Berlin Road/Binegar Lane.
3:35 p.m. – Caller reported attempted fraud in the 36800 block of Edgemont Drive. Someone attempted to fraudulently obtain a credit card, but the would-be victim stopped the process. Caller reported receiving a Bank of America credit card in the mail that he didn’t order. Caller canceled the card and notified the credit agencies. Caller learned that a post office in Los Angeles, Calif., had received a change of address slip to try and divert the mail. The issue was corrected with the U.S. Postal Service. Investigation continuing. Report taken.
4:53 p.m. – Michael Scott Branton Jr., 47, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and improper display of registration. He was also cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation driving while suspended.
6:26 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a cart full of items, Main St. Asset Protections detained the suspect. Manuel Santana Jr. admitted to the theft and was booked, cited and released for first-degree theft. Theft value: $1,209.61.
9:11 p.m. – Report taken for theft of wallet and cell phone from cart at Safeway, and use of the owner’s debit card at a 7-Eleven. Two female suspects have been identified.
11:10 p.m. – Devon Clement, 21, of Lebanon, was arrested for outstanding warrants and lodged at Linn County Jail. 39300 block of Davis St. Report taken.
11:46 p.m. – Savannah Haley Griffin, 27, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation third-degree theft.
March 29
4:18 a.m. – Caller said she needed someone removed from a trailer and then hung up. Logs indicate that the female was able to get away and was at a bowling alley. Ryan Matthew Scott Sr., 38, taken into custody for strangulation and harassment. He was also cited for a Marion County felony warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of DUII, a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of DUII, a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and three counts of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of felon in possession of a weapon.
8:14 a.m. – Caller reported squatters in an empty apartment unit, 12th St. Robert Louis Zur-cher, 66, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation second-degree criminal trespass. Jhenna Marie Lynn Lance was cited for Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failures to appear on original charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment, and failure to appear on an original charge of contempt of court.
8:34 a.m. – A noninjury motor vehicle crash was reported in the 33200 block of Bellinger Scale Road. James Howe, 42, of Sweet Home, was driving a 2012 Chevy Camaro and swerved to avoid a deer. The Camaro left the roadway and rolled upside down. Howe was not injured, and the car was towed. No citations issued. Report taken.
9:13 a.m. – Caller reported damage to fence and theft of lumber, Market St. Damage and loss valued at $350. Video surveillance evidence was given to police.
9:41 a.m. – Aimee Pattengill, 35, of Waterloo, was cited for multiple dog offenses, 39300 block of Davis St. According to Sheriff’s Office, two dogs were reported running loose at different times that day. There were also complaints about dogs barking continually. The dogs were also seen chasing a neighbor’s cat, and found to be unregistered with the county. Citations were for dog at large and failure to license the two dogs. Report taken.
1:01 p.m. – Jason Smith, 32, of Lebanon, arrested for harassment-domestic violence, 38700 block Finndrew Lane. According to Sheriff’s Office, harassment charge was due to alleged unwanted physical contact, following heated argument and the throwing of items in the house. Smith transported to Linn County Jail. Report taken.
4:05 p.m. – Whitney Reen Montgomery, 36, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation second-degree criminal mischief, a Linn County Justice Court warrant for probation violation contempt of court, and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft.
5:51 p.m. – Officers and medics responded to a two-vehicle crash on 12th St. Motorcycle driver Paul Michael Jara, 58, was cited for driving while suspended and failure to obey a stop sign.
9:37 p.m. – Amos Guerrero, 27, of Lebanon, cited for failure to drive within lane, arrested on outstanding probation violation warrant, following non-injury crash reported in 35700 block Rock Hill Road. According to Sheriff’s Office, Guerrero was driving 1993 Mercedes when he reached for his phone and left the roadway, hitting a tree. The car was towed. Transported to Linn County Jail. Report taken.
March 28

9:38 a.m. – Deputy warned occupants of RV camped on side of road near intersection of Kingsbury Road/Mountain Home Drive. Warned them about laws relating to overnight stays.
3:50 p.m. – Tiffany Bray, 33, of Sweet Home, cited for failure to renew vehicle registration, 5800 block Santiam Hwy.
6:18 p.m. – Benjamin R. Jones, 23, of Lebanon, arrested on outstanding warrant, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. Old Santiam Hwy./Waterloo Road. Report taken.
9:11 p.m. – Kasha Carper, 35, of Sweet Home, arrested on outstanding warrant, 31200 block 1st Street, Waterloo. Report taken.
9:52 p.m. – Eric Velarde, 37, of Springfield, cited for operating a semi truck with more than a dozen bright green LED lights attached. 30600 block Santiam Hwy.
March 27
3:39 a.m. – Eithan Rush, 21, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 83/55, Santiam Hwy./Old Santiam Hwy.
10:09 a.m. – Jonathan Trisdale was cited for Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for two counts of reckless endangerment and failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, and a Florence Municipal Court warrant for second-degree criminal mischief.
10:59 a.m. – Deputy responded to noise complaint regarding chickens in 39400 block Golden Valley Dr. Caller wondered if roosters were allowed in county, said neighbor’s were making a lot of noise, and the coop is near the property line.
12:11 p.m. – William Henderson, 42, of Corvallis, taken into custody for multiple outstanding warrants, cited for driving without a valid license. 1200 block S. Main St. Report taken.
12:18 p.m. – Report taken for damage to electric meters at a construction site, Russell St. Caller reported someone entered the buildings and cut multiple wires to eight units resulting in thousands of dollars worth of damage.
3:10 p.m. – Caller reported a male and female walking back and forth on a fence, crossing over the fence and trying to pass a duffel bag under the fence, Airway Road. The subjects said they had permission to be in the storage facility but didn’t remember the code to get out. Aaleija Taylor Thomas, 28, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of providing false information to an officer and four counts of criminal citations, a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of child neglect, and a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for contempt of court.
7:09 p.m. – Deputies responded to domestic disturbance in 32000 block Berlin Road. Report taken.
10:08 p.m. – Scott Coberly, 69, of Lebanon, cited and released on warrant, 2200 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
10:55 p.m. – Tia Miller, 36, of Lebanon, cited for driving uninsured, driving while suspended and failure to renew vehicle registration. 2400 block S. Santiam Hwy.
March 26
10:22 a.m. – Sheriff’s Office responded to pole barn fire in 2300 block Porter St. LCSO detectives were called in to assist with investigation due to “suspicious nature” of fire. Report taken.
3:45 p.m. – Summer Rose Poff, 27, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for possession of burglary tools.
4:08 p.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor was shooting their cows with pellet guns in 31600 block SW 5th St. According to Sheriff’s Office, which responded, neighbor believed cows were harassing his horses.
4:49 p.m. – Non-injury motor vehicle crash reported in area of Island Inn Drive/east Lacomb Road. According to Sheriff’s Office, Carleen Gidden, 20, of Lebanon, and a passenger, her sister, were traveling west on Island Inn when a heavy snow/hailstorm hit and dumped hail on the road. Gidden, who was doing about 40 mph, attempted to brake for stop sign and skidded through intersection, striking telephone pole and breaking it off. Vehicle towed. Pacific Power arrived to replace pole. No citations issued. Report taken.
7:48 p.m. – Jacqueline O’Ferrell, 31, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 75/55, 32100 block Berlin Road.
11:13 p.m. – Sean Michael Cassidy, 51, was cited for an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft.
March 25

12:18 a.m. – Male, 48, overdosed on Fentanyl in 300 block Russell Dr. Residents administered two doses of NARCAN. Deputy arrived and administered third dose and took over CPR. Male refused medical attention when medics arrived. According to Sheriff’s Office, this is not the first Fentanyl overdose experienced by this individual.
8:30 a.m. – Report taken for theft of car registration, insurance card, house keys, car keys, tools, radio, switch panels, flashlight, wires and license plate from an unlocked car, Park St.
9:48 a.m. – Isaac Jonathon James, 25, was cited for driving while suspended, and for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for driving while suspended and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of keeping junk.
10:03 a.m. – Caller reported theft of pride flag and pole from backyard, Rose St. Loss valued at $27.
4:06 p.m. – Report taken for theft of backpack with Chromebook from car, 6th St. A bike was also stolen from the side of their house. Loss valued at $260.

8:35 a.m. – Caller reported criminal mischief in 1600 block S. 9th St. Caller heard dogs start barking and found a rock had been thrown through the front window of the house. Damage is about $1,000. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
4:04 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office conducted welfare check on numerous horses in 35300 block Ede Rd. Open investigation. This case has been working its way through the courts for a few years, regarding multiple horses living in deep mud and water. 4:10 p.m. – Deputies investigated report of theft in 000 block E. Maple St. A deputy noticed a woman taking flowers out of the pots from businesses and the city planters. They had a conversation about not stealing flowers that belong to someone else.

10:31 p.m. – Injury crash reported in 40100 block Lacomb Dr., but when deputies and medics arrived, nobody was inside vehicle. Suzuki ARO was left in the ditch. The car was towed, and Sheriff’s Office is working to identify the driver. Report taken.

2:55 p.m. – Non-injury crash reported at Green/Pineway drives. According to Sheriff’s Office, David Looney, 83, of Lebanon, was turning around on the road in a 1994 Chevrolet S10 and got stuck in the ditch.
5:53 p.m. – Caller reported a male was threatening others with a knife at a church, Milton St. Justin Guy Griesbach, 46, was cited for disorderly conduct. The log indicates Griesbach was “extremely intoxicated” and said he was upset that people were bringing heroin to his church.Witnesses said he chased them around the church with a knife, unprovoked.
8:41 p.m. – Cary Pedigo, 34, of Lebanon, arrested and lodged at Linn County Jail on warrants. Also cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. 7th/F streets. Report taken.
9:38 p.m. – Derrek Leo Reynolds, 54, arrested for first-degree assault after allegedly stabbing another man in the chest in 400 block Gilbert St. during a shoving match. Victim, 64, was transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital with serious injuries. According to Sheriff’s Office, a fight occurred between two males (one an ex-boyfriend and the other a current boyfriend of an involved female). An altercation ensued and the victim was stabbed in the chest. Report taken.

11:24 a.m. – Caller reported they saw a male on a motorcycle ride up to a car, possible cut the car’s tires, and used their helmet to break the car windows, Maple St. A female identified her ex-boyfriend as the motorcycle driver. She was also cited for an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation, a Linn County Justice Court warrant for second-degree theft, and Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and failures to appear on original charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, first-degree criminal trespass, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, reckless burning and third-degree theft.

7:25 p.m. – Deputies investigated fatal motor vehicle crash involving a single vehicle in 32400 block Denny School Rd. According to Sheriff’s Office, Jasmine Kimball, 21, of Albany, was driving a 2017 jeep southbound on Denny School when the Jeep left the roadway in the corner and rolled multiple times. 9:03 a.m. – An officer responded to a request to trespass subjects from property owned by an unidentified business, Santiam Hwy. The manager told the subjects (who had a trailer and two cars on the property) the previous day to leave, and one of the subjects said she was afraid because the manager was spotlighting and screaming at her. They did not move the vehicles, and the officer advised them that if the manager proceeds to trespass them from the property, they will not be allowed to access their belongings. The officer returned later and found they had moved.
9:28 a.m. – Deputies responded to “armed disturbance” in 100 block Central Ave. According to Sheriff’s Office, this was a physical fight between two people in the parking lot. Reportedly, punches were thrown and both parties threatened each other with large flashlights. The two left the scene before deputies arrived. No injuries. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

11:30 p.m. – Single-vehicle non-injury crash reported in 30900 block Pineway Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, 1998 Dodge Ram 3500 was found crashed into a tree on the 3rd hole at Pineway Golf Course. No one was located with the vehicle. The owner of the truck was contacted and was not cooperative. LCSO is continuing to investigate and gather video to identify the driver. Report taken.

7:05 a.m. – Deputy responded to loose pig in 35000 block Ede Rd. Pig was contained and was awaiting owner to show up and recover it.
8:46 a.m. – Alexis Morgan Bowers, 22, was cited for Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for third-degree theft and failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree trespass.
1:33 p.m. – Nicholas Ford was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for probation violation driving while suspended and a statewide felony warrant for probation violation impersonating an officer.
1:34 p.m. – Deputy recovered vehicle reported stolen from 300 block Russell St. on March 6. According to Sheriff’s Office, vehicle was a 2002 green Ford F150, reported stolen from the location, suspect is an ex-spouse. The caller later located the vehicle parked on Rose Street in Lebanon, drove it back home and called to say it was recovered. The truck was not damaged, nothing was missing, and the keys were in the ignition when it was found.

3:14 p.m. – Christeene Anne Smith, 42, was cited for careless driving, Hansard Ave. She told officers she fell asleep while driving, drove across a curb, through a yard for about 60 ft., across another curb and onto a sidewalk before hitting a street pole and sign. She damaged a city utility box that had “hot” power to it and loose lines.
5:03 p.m. – Christopher Allan Jackson, 29, of Lebanon, arrested for unlawful use of weapon, second-degree criminal trespass, 31000 block Blueberry Hill Rd. According to Sheriff’s Office, Jackson was advised he was under arrest for trespass; he disagreed, and refused to stop walking. He was walking along the shoulder of the road which had a steep 20-foot-deep embankment to a field. A deputy attempted to take Jackson into custody, to which Jackson resisted, and both he and the deputy ended up rolling down the hill together. Jackson eventually was placed in handcuffs after brief resistance. Neither he nor the deputy were injured. Report taken.
11:53 p.m. – Caller reported a female being choked and yelling for help, F St. Residents in the building denied any disturbances. Timothy Christopher Sloat, 36, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation driving while suspended and a statewide felony warrant for parole violation.

1:56 a.m. – Deputies checked area of 1800 block of Carroll St. after female reported hearing voices. No one was found in vicinity. Mental health resources were offered.
8:47 a.m. – Ivan Robinson, 26, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, 1900 block S. Main St.
11:30 a.m. – Elizabeth Walker, 42, of Lebanon, cited for failure to license dog, 34100 block Tallman Rd.
12:02 p.m. – Clarrissa Groff, 44, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, cited for warrant, 2600 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.
12:52 p.m. – Cody Hildebrandt, 31, of Lebanon, arrested for giving false information to police and resisting arrest, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, failing to renew vehicle registration and switched licensed plates.
