April 8
4:39 p.m. – Cody Brock Anderson, 32, was arrested on a Linn County warrant for failure to comply, original charge possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine.
5:05 p.m. – Daisy Irene Plagmann Green, 42, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. She was cited and released.
April 7
1:12 a.m. – Keith Newsome, 33, was arrested for two counts of fourth-degree assault. He was released from the Lebanon jail. Lebanon Police officers responded to a 911 call for a fight in the rear of Duffy’s Irish Pub, 679 S. Main St.
7:23 a.m. – A caller reported her unlocked vehicle was entered sometime during the night in the 600 block of E. Isabella Street. Her wallet with credit cards and drivers license, Nike gym bag with Nike clothes and running shoes were taken. Loss value: $200. There was no damage to the vehicle. A report was taken.
9 a.m. – A caller said the tail light was taken out of his truck sometime overnight in the 2300 block of Mountain River Drive. Loss value: $100. A report was taken.
11:38 a.m. – Joshua Laub, 28, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
2:19 p.m. – Shawn Arden Hassenger, 36, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
6:12 p.m. – Heath Taylor Quinn Richards, 49, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and possession of alcohol in a city park. A caller reported a man drinking a beer in the men’s restroom, at River Park, 1235 E. Grant St. Officers responded and contacted Richards. He was cited and released. He was transported to Thriftway in Sweet Home at his request.
7:16 p.m. – Kevin Ashe, 25, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear. He was cited and released.
7:20 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 32500 block of Berlin Road. A verbal argument happened outside the house. A vehicle did hit the house in the course of the argument. Both parties left before deputies arrived.
April 6
12:49 p.m. – Jasen Franklin Roach, 37, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. He was cited and released.
12:56 p.m. – Jordan Eathan Davis, 20, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
2:54 p.m. – Kodi Lee Richardson, 19, was arrested on a Linn County warrant for failure to comply, original charge second-degree criminal mischief. He was released for time served.
5:04 p.m. – A caller reported that a man was making gestures and yelling at her because she did not pull over into the right-hand lane on Highway 34. An officer located the 33-year-old man based on the caller’s description. The man admitted he yelled at the woman because she was going 50 MPH in the left lane and backed up traffic. He was counseled. No report was taken.
8:02 p.m. – A caller reported the gas cap was missing and the tank on his vehicle had been drained sometime between April 3 and the time of the call in the 1900 block of S. Second Street. Total loss $30 for gas and cap. A report was taken.
April 5
9:41 a.m. – A red Manga brand bicycle was found near S. Eighth and W. Ash Streets. It was entered into LEDS/NCIC as recovered.
10:44 a.m. – Jeffrey Lee Crum, 49, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge driving while suspended violation. He also had a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for for probation violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
11:34 a.m. – A caller reported a firearm was stolen or missing from an apartment in the 1800 block of S. Ninth Street. A window was open. A full-size, black Smith & Wesson .40 cal. with a rubber grip, two full magazines, a Blackhawk open-carry nylon holster and Ozark Trail Walmart binoculars were taken. The gun was entered into LEDS/NCIC. A report was taken.
1:48 p.m. – A caller reported she was scammed by a man who called her using a number with a 202 area code. She said he had a “Middle-Eastern accent” and told her he was with the federal government. He said she was approved for a grant but needed to pay taxes first. The caller said he told her to buy iTunes cards and gift cards and to scratch off the film and take photos of the cards. The caller said she purchased $650 in iTunes and Google Play gift cards. She said American Express would reimburse her for $450 because of fraud. The caller only wanted the incident documented. No report was taken.
4:10 p.m. – A caller reported a campfire down by the river at 800 Milton Street. The caller reported an ongoing issue with transient camps at that location. An officer contacted a 40-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man. The woman left the area and the man was warned for camping on city property and packed up to move on. No report was taken.
5:22 p.m. – An 18-year-old man was warned for trespassing on the mill property, 800 Milton St.
April 4
12:26 a.m. – Lamar Lavonne Wilson, 28, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge second-degree disorderly conduct.
9:59 a.m. – A caller said a Giant brand mountain bike was left in his backyard overnight in the 1100 block of Hiatt Street. It was entered into LEDS/NCIC as recovered.
10:35 a.m. – A caller said his garage was gone through and miscellaneous items were missing in the 900 block of Walker Road. An orange 50CC PocketBike, generator and battery were missing from a camper trailer. A report was taken.
12:49 p.m. – Richard Leroy Ogbin, 58, was arrested on a Benton County warrant for failure to appear, original charge second-degree criminal mischief.
1:16 p.m. – Joseph Robert Vargas, 33, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree theft. He also had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
1:19 p.m. – A caller reported her teal 1994 Acura Integra was stolen in the 1900 block of S. Second Street. The vehicle was entered into LEDS/NCIC. A report was taken.
1:22 p.m. – Josiah Andrew Bybee, 18, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear.
April 3
3:00 a.m. – Ember Ann McAlpin, 35, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
8:26 a.m. – A caller reported her purse, which contained her drivers license, debit card, and her iPhone 8 car charger were taken from her unlocked vehicle in the 3100 block of Galena Loop. A report for third-degree theft and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle was taken.
12:14 p.m. – Nathan Daniel Parker, 25, turned himself in on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office for failure to comply.
2:28 p.m. – A caller reported his backpack full of fishing gear was taken from his unlocked car in the 2600 block of S. Eighth Street. Loss value: $370. A report was taken.
7:58 p.m. – A caller reported issues with transients camping on their property and damaging their unattended buildings and belongings in the 33100 block of Brewster Road. No additional report was taken.
10:14 p.m. – Robert Duane McElroy, 48, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
11:46 p.m. – Nathan Michael Clark, 22, was arrested and charged with four counts of second-degree assault. A caller said a man assaulted several people with a propane torch. The caller said a man in the house had a split forehead. The caller said three other people were holding the suspect down. Clark was transported to Linn County Jail.
April 2
3:17 a.m. – Korey Joe Conway, 50, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. Conway also was charged with felony elude, second-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, hit and run (property), driving while suspended, driving uninsured.
6:42 a.m. – A caller reported approximately three gallons of gas was stolen from her vehicle in the 700 block of Glenwood Street. She noticed the gas cap was missing off her truck. A report for third-degree theft was taken.
7:58 a.m. – A caller reported transients on a vacant county lot in the 2100 block of Mill Street. Deputies searched the area but were unable to locate anyone or they were gone on arrival. No additional report was taken.
2:11 p.m. – Dakotah Lane Hodson, 20, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He was cited and released.
2:55 p.m. – A caller reported two males lighting a pair of underwear on fire in the covered play area at Cascades Elementary School, 2163 S. Seventh St. They were seen headed toward Kees Street. They left when they saw the caller walking toward them. Black marks were left on the wall and the cement from where it occurred. The school resource officer will do follow up. A report was taken.
7:54 p.m. – A caller reported a shed by the baseball field was broken into at Lebanon High School, 1700 S. Fifth St. An old three-wheeler was taken. A report was taken.
10:09 p.m. – Kevin Ray Porter, 47, was arrested on a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for failure to comply, original charge second-degree trespass. He was cited for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
April 1
5:02 a.m. – Alexander Hamilton Burrell, 38, was arrested on a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant, original charge probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
11:42 a.m. – Phoenix Blaze Barker, 23, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge littering. He was cited and released.
1:08 p.m. – A caller said a “vagrant” came at him because he wouldn’t give him any money near the UPS store, 20 E. Airport Rd. Nothing physical occurred. A 60-year-old man was cited for drinking in public. He collected his belongings and moved on. A report was taken.
7:55 p.m. – Patrick John Garriga, 43, was arrested on a Lane County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge contempt of court.
11:49 p.m. – Eino Pruitt, 46, was arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He was transported to Linn County Jail.
March 31
7:56 a.m. – Zachary Shane Stegner, 32, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant.
8:51 a.m. – Katrina Marie Tenbusch, 38, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
10:52 a.m. – A caller reported approximately $400 in miscellaneous tools and work clothes were stolen from his unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of Grant Street. A report was taken.
6:33 p.m. – Douglas William Treisch, 31, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court.
March 29
7:33 a.m. – A caller reported medication and necklaces were taken overnight from an unlocked vehicle in the 2000 block of S. Seventh Street. No damage. Loss value: $175. A report was taken.
4:14 p.m. – A caller reported that flowers were cut and thrown in the street yesterday in the 1000 block of Kees Street. On the day of the call a flower pot was thrown in the street. She said there had been strange activity in the area. An officer suggested she call when it is happening. No report was taken.
6:09 p.m. – A caller said a package that was sent to him was delivered to the wrong address and the person it was delivered to would not return it. An officer contacted the person who the caller said received the package. He denied receiving it but said he would have it delivered to the correct address if he did receive it. No report was taken.
March 28
1:02 p.m. – A caller said someone took three bags of cans three weeks ago from her residence in the 3000 block of Galena Loop. A neighbor said a 17- to 20-year old man has been taking people’s cans in the neighborhood. He is skinny with dark shoulder-length hair, wears a red baseball cap and rides a skateboard. She requested extra patrol as time allows. No additional report was taken.
1:13 p.m. A caller reported that someone went through a Dumpster overnight and made a mess in the 800 block of Garvord Street. He cleaned up the mess and requested extra patrol as time allows. No additional report was taken.
3:54 p.m. – Cooper Dale Dixon, 52, was arrested on Albany Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear. He was cited and released. A caller reported a man sleeping near the bathrooms by the flagpole at River Park, 1235 E. Grant St.
3:59 p.m. – Brennen Tyler Seplocha, 26, was arrested for third-degree theft. He was cited and released.
4:12 p.m. – A caller reported theft of a 5-gallon gas can and 20 gallons of fuel from Gills Landing, 1400 E. Grant St. Estimated loss: $65. A report was taken.
March 27
1:41 a.m. – A caller reported a suspicious vehicle near W. Elmore and S. Second Streets. A deputy contacted the people inside and found they were playing Pokemon. No report was taken.
3:06 a.m. – A caller reported something tapping on the window in the 32700 block of Bellinger Scale Road. Deputies responded but did not locate anyone on the property. They did locate multiple cats. No report was taken.
4:11 a.m. – Alexander Hamilton Burrell, 38, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He was cited and released at the scene.
10:56 a.m. – Benjamin Isaiah Murphy, 20, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s warrant for failure to comply, original charge unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
12:06 p.m. – A caller reported an Amazon package taken from her front porch in the 500 block of W. Oak Street. Two cat litter mats were taken. Caller just wanted the information documented and asked for extra patrol as time allows. No additional report was taken.
6:55 p.m. – Jesse Lee Beska, 33, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge driving while suspended violation. He also had an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge resisting arrest and a Douglas County Community Corrections warrant for parole violation, original charge selling heroin.
8:59 p.m. – A caller located a bag with narcotics paraphernalia in the toilet in the men’s room at James Gang Pizza, 1188 S. Main St. The bag of syringes was disposed of.
9:43 p.m. – John Thomas Lafranchise, 52, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
March 26
9:24 a.m. – A caller reported an attempted break in overnight at a business in the 700 block of Park Street. At 1:10 a.m. three juveniles were captured on video from a neighboring business and the victim business loitering in the area. At 1:12 a.m. one of the juveniles attempted to break in to the business. A report for second-degree attempted burglary and second-degree criminal mischief was taken.
9:49 a.m. – A caller reported the Dollar Tree was not open and they normally open at 8 a.m., 2660 S. Santiam Hwy. A few lights were on but the door was locked and no employees were seen. The caller was concerned something bad was going on. A second person called about the store being closed. Officers contacted the manager. He said the other manager slept in. No report was taken.
9:35 p.m. – A caller reported theft of gas from Chevron, 2684 S. Santiam Hwy. A man driving a small silver car gave the attendant a name and phone number that is not good. He said he would return but did not. Theft amount $35. A report for third-degree theft was taken.
11:01 p.m. – A caller reported seeing a small bear in front of a house on Williams Street near the hospital. An officer found fake small bear in font of a white garage. No report was taken.
March 25
11:17 a.m. – A caller said her cell phone was stolen out of the restroom around 7:40 a.m. at Walmart, 3290 S. Santiam Hwy. The phone was found on Tamarack Street in Sweet Home. It was returned to the owner. A report was taken.
2 p.m. – A caller said his 26 inch black and orange Narco frame mountain bike was stolen on Friday from Lebanon High School, 1700 S. Fifth St. The bike had blue pedals with sheet metal screws coming out and white brake lines. A report for second-degree theft was taken.
2:44 p.m. – A caller reported a shooting bag and supplies were taken from his vehicle in the 400 block of Park Street. He said the back hatch of the vehicle doesn’t lock. A camouflage Cabella’s bag containing 500 hounds of 9 mm, 300 rounds of 223, deer and elk calls, camo ear muffs and coyote .17 HMR five round mag was taken. Estimated loss value: $480. A report was taken.
7:41 p.m. – Lebanon Police officers responded to a call about a fire at the Cheadle Lake boat ramp, 3133 Burdell Rd. A witness said there was a fire in an outbuilding. The witness saw four “kids” on bicycles near the fire. They took off towards Walmart when they saw him.
An officer discovered the electrical panel had been tampered with. Lebanon Fire Department responded and public works was notified. Public works requested officers close the panel and said they would check on it the following day during business hours. A report was taken.
March 24
9:13 a.m. – Bradley Alan Gaylord, 31, was arrested on a Linn County Felony warrant for parole violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He was lodged at the Linn County Jail. Misti Lynn Stuckey, 34, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court. She was cited and released.
2:03 p.m. – A caller said transients are still on a property in the 2700 block of Stoltz Hill Road. Officers had made previous contact on March 17, March 22 and March 23 with three people camping on the 28-acre property. Marci Joleen Rood, 42, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. A newer leaf blower was found on the property. It was cleared from LEDS/NCIC. A report was taken.
9:29 p.m. – Katrina Marie Tenbusch, 38, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply, original charge third-degree theft. She was cited and released.
9:30 p.m. – A caller believed four credit cards were taken from her unlocked car while she was in the Post Office, 55 Walker Rd. A credit card was used at MegaFoods for $24.95. A report was taken.
March 23
9:02 a.m. – A caller said three people who were camped on his 28-acre property in the 2700 block of Stoltz Hill Road left but was told that others have moved onto it. He said he would like them trespassed. An officer checked the area and the three people who were camped there had all of their items next to a gate on Stoltz Hill Road. One of the men told officers they would be out by 3 p.m. An officer checked their previous camp site in the fir trees and they cleaned up the area very nicely. No additional report was taken.
Officers responded to this area and contacted the same three people on March 22 and March 17.
10:25 a.m. – A teacher overheard students talking about a theft at Lebanon High School. Upon further investigation, it was found that a student had taken a bowling ball from Linn Lanes “as a joke.” The bowling ball was described as multicolored, purple and blue. No reports of a stolen ball have been received from Linn Lanes. The student will be returning the ball. No report was taken.
2:32 p.m. – A Lebanon High School student was referred for minor in possession, marijuana. Staff found a vial with oil in it and burned marijuana residue on the end.
March 22
3:51 a.m. – A caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the 3400 block of S. Santiam Highway. A deputy responded and someone was sleeping in the vehicle at the location. No additional report was taken.
9:01 a.m. – A caller reported two counterfeit $50 bills were received at Bobo’s, 1765 S. Main St. A report was taken.
12:17 p.m. – Benjamin Isaiah Murphy, 19, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree theft.
1:20 p.m. – Kirsten Ann Stevenson, 28, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge giving false information to probation officer. She also had a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for probation violation, distribution of a controlled substance, heroin.
1:21 p.m. – Trevin Wayne Fast, 24, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, heroin.
4:47 p.m. – Donna Ashley Lyons, 25, was arrested on a Coos County Circuit Court warrant for second-degree criminal mischief.
4:57 p.m. – A caller reported a transient camp near Stoltz Hill Road and Mazama Avenue on a 28-acre property in the 2700 block of Stoltz Hill Road.
Officers responded to a similar complaint on March 17 and gave the three people who were camped there until March 19 to leave. On March 17, the officer told the people that they would likely be arrested for trespass. The officer also advised to ensure they leave zero mess or face charges on that as well. The caller was told by a neighbor that police had been called out before but it appeared that more people had set up camp. An officer responded and the people were moving items from the property. They said they were waiting for another person to return from a VA appointment to pick up the items. They were advised an officer would be checking back and if they were not moved out enforcement action would be taken.
7:57 p.m. – Robert Clyde Lott, 57, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge DUII. He had a Linn County Justice Court warrant for probation violation, original charge second-degree failure to appear. Lott was also was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and carrying a concealed weapon, a spring-assisted knife.
8:19 p.m. – A deputy contacted a male who was littering food wrappers on his walk home in the 100 block of Russell Drive. The male cleaned up the garbage and continued on his way home. No additional report was taken.
March 21
8:26 a.m. – Kimberly Dianne Brown, 28, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation, original charge attempted unauthorized use of a vehicle. She was cited and released.
10:00 a.m. – Stephanie Ann Bobbitt, 32, was arrested on Benton County warrant for failure to appear. She was cited and released. Whitney Rayann Truett, 24, was arrested for contempt of court.
2:47 p.m. – Stephanie Elise Russitano, 33, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge driving while suspended. She also had an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. She was cited and released.
6:51 p.m. – Heath T. Richards, 49, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had Albany Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear. He was cited and released.
10:26 p.m. – Megan Lynae McCarthy, 30, was arrested on a Lane County Circuit Court warrant for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and failure to appear.
March 20
7:50 a.m. – A caller reported two Deep Cycle marine batteries were taken from the side of his house in the 3100 block of S. 10th Street. He has the theft on camera. The suspect is a white male, 20 to 30 years old. He was wearing jeans, a jacket with a hood and an Under Armor hat. The suspect’s vehicle appeared to be a newer light colored Dodge or Chevy four-door pick up trick with a tool box in the back. Loss value: $200.
9:50 a.m. – Tod James Boyd, 57, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge driving while suspended.
11:19 a.m. – Amanda June Colson, 31, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for unauthorized departure. Jacob Noel Yonker, 36, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for probation violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
11:28 a.m. – A caller said someone entered his residence and took a bag containing a cordless Ryobi and various other tools sometime overnight in the 100 block of W. Cedar Drive. Approximate loss value: $300.
12:57 p.m. – A Lebanon High School student was referred for minor in possession of alcohol. His BAC was .92.
1:42 p.m. – Matthew Reinhardt Vogel, 29, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants. He was cited and released. A deputy contacted Vogel at his vehicle in the 33300 block of Highway 34. He is homeless and was warned for camping. A report was taken.
4:26 p.m. – Toby Jason Tyler, 39, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft.
6:33 p.m. – Alyssa Ann Hayes, 28, was arrested for DUII.
10:10 p.m. – Demetrius Scott, 20, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Circuit warrant for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge third-degree theft.
11:51 p.m. – A caller reported theft of gas from The Knothole, 2412 S. Santiam Hwy. The driver of a purple Honda Civic took $12 worth of gas. She paid the attendant $2. The Oregon State Police and Linn County Sheriff’s Officer were notified. A report was taken.
March 19
3:10 a.m. – McKenzie Taylor Dunn, 23, was arrested on a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for probation violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He also had a Linn County Circuit warrant for ID theft, second-degree theft and second-degree forgery.
2:22 p.m. – Raymond Joseph Carra, 35, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He also had warrants for failure to appear, original charge, identity theft and first-degree theft and failure to abide conditions on unlawful possession of methamphetamine, identity theft, third-degree escape and first-degree failure to appear.
4:34 p.m. – A caller reported two unlocked vehicles were entered in the 500 block of Kearn Street. A wallet and some other items were taken. A report for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle was taken.
8:45 p.m. – Aaron Michael Barger, 32, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree criminal mischief. He also had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and an Oregon State Parole Board warrant.
9:25 p.m. – Chaz Thomas Cantrell, 27, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for strangulation and a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for probation violation, original charge second-degree criminal trespass.
March 18
10:48 a.m. – David Herron, 39, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree criminal mischief.
1:08 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Lebanon Police Department officers responded to near Sodaville Road and Main Street.
March 17
12:24 a.m. – A suspected DUII was reported near KGAL Drive and Santiam Highway. A deputy located the vehicle on Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital property. Neither of the two men inside the vehicle had drivers licenses and neither would admit to driving. Both men were asked to leave the hospital’s property. No additional report was taken.
9:56 a.m. – A caller said he believed he would receive a camper trailer in exchange for multiple gift cards he sent to an unknown person from a Craigslist scam. Total loss: $1,600. A report was taken.
12:49 p.m. – David Rood, 42, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He was cited and released.
The owner of a 28-acre property in the 2900 block of Stoltz Hill Road said he was contacted by a neighbor about a homeless camp being set up on the property. The man asked Lebanon Police officers to contact the campers and ask them to leave. An officer contacted a 42-year-old man, a 42-year-old woman and a 20-year-old woman. The property owner said he was set to close the sale of the property and gave the three people until March 19 to leave. The officer told the people that they would likely be arrested for trespass. The officer also advised to ensure they leave zero mess or face charges on that as well.
3:56 p.m. – A man out for a walk was pushed by another man, in the 31700 block Lawrence Street. He declined to press charges.
5:10 p.m. – Donna Ashley Lyons, 25, was arrested for third-degree theft.
March 15
5:52 a.m. – Dustin Ray Delk, 35, was arrested on a parole and probation warrant.
6:57 a.m. – Kristopher Ray Moak, 31, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant. He also had a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant.
7:45 a.m. – Cheryl Lynn Perry-White, 51, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge distribution of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
12:18 p.m. – Hali Harris was arrested on a Linn County Sheriffs Office warrant for failure to comply,original charge second-degree theft. She also had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree theft.
12:58 p.m. – A caller reported someone took a 33-gallon Rubbermaid trash can and $6 to $8 worth of cans in the 800 block of Mazama Avenue. A report for third-degree theft was taken.
2:49 p.m. – A 14-year-old Lebanon High School student was referred for minor in possession of an inhalant delivery device.
March 14
1:25 a.m. – A caller said she thought she heard her doorknob wiggle, but the door was closed in the 200 block of S. Eighth Street. She then heard a noise near a Dumpster and discovered several stray cats. No additional report was taken.
7:16 a.m. – A caller reported a man in the Dumpster yelling and talking to himself in the 2000 block of S. Second Street. Officers contacted the 48-year-old man who was upset because he said someone scavenged through his things which he had placed in the garbage pit area at approximately 11 p.m. the previous night. He said he did not wish to file a report as he did not have any loss value or any suspect.
8:35 a.m. – A caller requested an officer look at trash that was dumped in the 1900 block of Airway Road. The officer found a piece of mail with a name on it amongst several bags of garbage including clothes, children’s toys, a sleeping bag, diapers and a five gallon propane tank. No additional report was taken.
9:55 a.m. – Officers provided extra patrol for an assembly at Lebanon High School, 1700 S. Fifth St. The “assembly involved an estimated 200 plus students and was very peaceful.” At 10:23 a.m. students were back in class.
11:02 a.m. – Mark Wiltrout was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for contempt of court and probation violation and failure to appear. He also had a Multnomah County Circuit Court warrant for third-degree theft.
2:55 p.m. – James Everett Tagen, 44, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge felon in possession of a restricted weapon.
4:03 p.m. – An officer observed a juvenile jump from a second-story window in the 1100 block of W. Airport Road. The juvenile appeared to be OK and ran into the house. No additional report was taken.
9: 07 p.m. – A caller reported her boyfriend was outside yelling at a trespasser on their property in the 33000 block of Berlin Road. The suspect was reported to be intoxicated, white male, 6 feet tall, 175 lbs with a brown goatee. The suspect was tearing down the man’s anti-Trump display. When the man confronted the suspect a verbal argument ensued. The suspect was in a reddish 1990s-era sedan. A report was taken.
March 13
9:09 a.m. – Jacob Joseph Hughes, 19, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree disorderly conduct.
9:47 a.m. – A caller found a meth pipe at Walmart, 3290 S. Santiam Hwy. An officer seized it for destruction.
3:28 p.m. – Veronica Sue Askew, 49, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for contempt of court and probation violation. She also had a Linn County felony warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
4:40 p.m. – Jaime Lea Joslin, 41, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
March 12
7:38 a.m. – Two Lebanon High School students were caught with marijuana in their possession while on campus. They were referred for minor in possession.
10:58 a.m. – A caller found three syringes and a glass smoking pipe in the 1700 block of S. Main Street. An officer retrieved and disposed of them. No additional report was taken.
11:05 a.m. – A caller reported a walk-in freezer behind Bigfoot Bites was broken into overnight, 1112 S. Main St. About 25 boxes of food items and six tubs of ice cream were taken from inside the freezer. The lock and latch were damaged. A report for second-degree burglary was taken.
12:58 p.m. – A caller reported a horse saddle of hers was taken in September of 2015. She never reported it stolen but believed she found it on eBay. A report for theft was taken.
1:06 p.m. – A caller found a 120-piece tool set in the bushes next to his house in the 200 block of Pine Street. He believed it was related to recent vehicle prowls in the area.
1:09 p.m. – Matthew Alma Lacy, 40, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for for third-degree robbery. He was cited and released.
5:50 p.m. – A caller said he received items in the mail that had been stolen several years ago in a vehicle prowl in the 1300 block of Hiatt Street. Information was gathered on the original case. No additional report was taken.
6:31 p.m. – Tina Rood, 40, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant. She was cited and released.
7:56 p.m. – A caller reported a man lying on the ground across from GameStop, 445 Weldwood Dr. Officers contacted the 63-year-old man who was intoxicated and declined medical attention. The man was directed to the courtyard of Walmart. No additional report was taken.
9:15 p.m. – A caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the 38100 block of Weirich Drive. A deputy contacted the people in the vehicle who advised they were visiting a neighbor. No additional report was taken.
