Public Safety – April 30 – May 7

Every individual named or referenced is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

May 7

6:40 a.m. – Jacob Noel Yonker, 33, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. Amanda June Colson, 32, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

4:13 p.m. – A woman reported her vehicle was entered some time during the day in the Lebanon High School parking lot, 1700 S. Fifth St. Work clothes, a brown bag, cash from her wallet and a vape pen were missing. A report was taken.

7:46 p.m. – A person flagged down a deputy on a traffic stop to tell him that her roommate ate her bowl of tuna fish. The deputy told her this was not a matter for law enforcement.

May 6

4:56 a.m. – Matthew Michael Breeden, 31, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board felony warrant. He also was charged with reckless driving and two counts of reckless endangering. Lebanon Police officers responded to a roll-over crash in the 3300 block of Burdell Boulevard. Three men were in the 1992 Honda Accord.

10:38 a.m. – A caller reported her vehicle entered overnight in the 300 block of Sherman Way. Vehicle registration and a small amount of change were taken. She said her vehicle was likely unlocked. Surveillance video showed a person, likely male, entered the driver side of what appeared to be an unlocked vehicle. Surveillance video was submitted into case evidence. Documentation only at this time.

1:37 p.m. – Teresa Ann Burrece, 48. was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation

10:11 p.m. – Trevor Alden Groff, 44, turned himself in on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to comply and contempt of court. He was transported to the Linn County Jail.

May 5

12:42 a.m. – Austin Wayne Sater, 29, was arrested for strangulation and fourth-degree domestic assault.

3:10 a.m. – A caller reported his Nishiki mountain bike was taken sometime between 12:10 a.m. And 2:45 a.m. Loss value: $120. A report was taken.

4:42 a.m. – Matthew Lee Kline, 28, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court felony warrant for failure to appear.

7:55 a.m. – A caller reported someone took a purple camouflage wallet from her vehicle in the 1600 block of S. Ninth Street. The wallet contained $12 cash, drivers license, food stamp card and insurance card. A multi-colored backpack with unknown contents also was taken. A report for third-degree theft was taken.

8:47 a.m. – Justin Taylor Fields, 26, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He posted bail and was released.

2:06 p.m. – A caller said an unknown man entered an occupied residence and demanded water for his dog in the 37300 block of Gore Drive.
He left on foot through a large filbert orchard. Several deputies searched the area but were unable to locate the man.

8:02 p.m. – Neighbors were arguing over noise at the caller`s property in the 30200 block of Horsehoe Loop. The argument turned into a different argument over a money issue from another guest to one of the neighbors.

As the argument was getting heated, a female`s friend picked up a stick and the caller pulled out his pistol demanding the other man drop the stick. The man dropped the stick and the caller put the pistol away.

Neither side wanted to press charges for anything. No further action.

May 4

9:16 a.m. – A caller reported someone entered his vehicle in the 3100 block of S. 12th Street. Tools and a medic kit were taken. A report for third-degree theft and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle was taken.

8:42 p.m. – A caller found a brown leather purse hanging from a tree at Christopher Columbus Park, 2800 S. 10th St. There was a pink wallet inside that contained cash. A report for found property was taken.

May 3

6:13 a.m. – A caller reported someone broke into her vehicle sometime overnight in the 400 block of W. D Street. The back driver-side window was broken. Nothing was taken and no other vehicles in the area appeared to have been damaged. A report for second-degree criminal mischief was taken.

10:33 a.m. – A caller said she left $1,600 cash in an envelope at Bobo’s at about 11 p.m.on May 2 and someone took it, 1765 S. Main St. A report for first-degree theft was taken.

10:55 a.m. – Shilo Wayne Dunston, 21, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for possession of a controlled substances, heroin. He was cited and released.

1:17 p.m. – Virginia Louise Morris, 33, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to comply and contempt of court.

2:11 p.m. – Season M. Bartley, 37, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. Bartley was given a condition release from the courts.

10:25 p.m. – A caller reported an attempted break in at Kento Food, 2711 block of S. Santiam Hwy. The suspect was a man in his 30s or 40s with light blond hair who was riding a bike. The man tried to pick the locks and “messed around with” the back doors and side windows. A report for attempted burglary was taken.

May 2

6:06 a.m. – A caller reported his vehicle stolen from parking lot of the U.S. MiniMart, 290 W. Oak St. The red Chevy Cobalt had chrome wheels, half a tank of gas and the driver-side low beam lightbulb was out. The keys were inside the vehicle. A report for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle was taken. The vehicle was entered into LEDS/NCIC.

12:14 p.m. – Leslie Lee Gibson, 51, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court.

3:41 p.m. – A caller reported his vehicle was broken into in the past week in the 100 block. The key was broken off in the ignition. Loss value: $350. A report for attempted unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal trespass.

5:55 p.m. – A caller reported a firearm, laptop, external hard drive and spare key were taken from his unlocked residents in the 800 block of Binshadler Street. His Glock 26 and three magazines, HP Stream14 light blue laptop and two terabyte external hard drive were take. Loss value: $640. A report was taken. The gun was entered into LEDS/NCIC.

10:18 p.m. – Amber Elizabeth Martinez, 29, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. She also had a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court.

May 1

7:53 a.m. – Michael Thomas Blohm, 38, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He also had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

Gaylynn Estep, 48, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation. Estep also had a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft.

12:18 p.m. – Joseph Brock Umphress, 29, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge second-degree disorderly conduct. He was cited and released.

3:27 p.m. – Schrene Marie Worley, 48, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge driving while suspended. She also had a Linn County Justice Court warrant for second-degree failure to appear., a Dallas Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge third-degree theft. Worley had three Albany Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear, original charge second-degree theft, failure to appear, original charge third-degree theft and failure to appear, original charge first-degree criminal trespass.

11:49 p.m. – Daryn Talyor Moore, 23, was arrested for menacing and four counts of unlawful use of a weapon. A caller reported someone pulled a gun and walked towards Game Time in the 3100 block of S. Santiam Highway. Moore reported brandished a silver semi-automatic pistol and elevated the weapon toward a crowd of patrons in front of the bar. It was reported that he then fled the scene in a truck. Moore was lodged in the Linn County Jail with charges listed as unlawful use of a weapon, aggravated assault, menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct and pointing a firearm at another, disorderly conduct.

April 30

12:25 a.m. – A man reported the theft of a toiletry bag from his vehicle while he was loading his groceries in the Safeway parking lot, 1983 S. Main St. He said placed the bag on the driver’s seat while he was loading his groceries. He said the bag contained a Kimber .380 caliber compact pistol loaded with three rounds, $3,000 cash, several different credit cards, old lotto tickets, an Apple iPhone 6+, Samsung Galaxy S7, SamFit key cards and a $600 pair of black skinny-framed eyeglasses.

4:28 a.m. – A caller reported $5 to $6 in change taken from his unlocked vehicle in the 700 block of N. Fifth Street. The suspects were in a white nondescript vehicle. A report was taken.

1:42 p.m. – A caller reported a $200 Husky wrench and socket set was taken from her vehicle in the 100 block of E. Carolina Street. A report was taken.

5:33 p.m. – Arlynn Ray Cantrell, 58, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court. Cantrell also had two Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for second-degree failure to appear, third-degree theft, contempt of court and probation violation, original charge third-degree theft.
