August 11
8:16 a.m. – Caller reported their neighbor often drives down the road with her door open, striking parked cars with the door, and the vehicle has new front-end damage, on Jennings. Officers will be on lookout.
10:43 a.m. – Caller reported bicycle stolen from residence in 200 block Gilbert Street. Report taken.
10:54 a.m. – Caller reported their bike was stolen overnight on Manor, a suspect just rode through the area on a different bike, heading down 7th near Walker. Purple Schwinn bicycle entered as missing.
12:05 p.m. – Caller reported their step-son took their vehicle and only has a driver’s permit, Mayfly. Officer advised the step-son that he cannot legally drive without a licensed driver in the vehicle. Caller wanted to report the vehicle as stolen, was advised that it’s a civil issue.
2:08 p.m. – Caller reported possible BB gun pellet marks on windshield of vehicle, 31200 block 1st Street. Deputy arrived to take a look and discovered that the spots were sap from a tree.
5:47 p.m. – Gray Huffy mountain bike left on sidewalk for most of day on Vine, recovered and transported to Justice Court building, 40 N. 2nd.
7:14 p.m. – Caller reported their cans were taken sometime last night, has video of the incident, on Ash. Officer responded, caller estimates loss value at $100 from the 12 stolen hefty bags of cans. Caller wished to have the incident documented via this narrative and extra patrol at night when time allows it.
9:01 p.m. – Caller reported six or more people gathered on the east side of the restrooms after park hours. All parties were advised they were in the park after hours, Park St. They were cooperative and left.
August 12
1:46 a.m. – Caller reported he was assaulted 5 to 10 minutes ago by a man who he met three weeks ago who said he can take his cans every week, on 7th. Doesn’t remember the name of the subject but can point out where it happened. Incident still under investigation.
8:09 a.m. – Randi J Goodwin cited for cellphone use, driving while suspended, and no insurance, 2nd.
8:11 a.m. – Jesus Lopez-Gonzales cited for cellphone use while operating a vehicle, driving while suspended, and no insurance, 2nd and Main.
11:48 a.m. – Caller reported three of their tires were slashed sometime overnight or this morning, 10th. Officer spoke with caller, who said the only undamaged tire was the front driver side tire. It occurred between 10 p.m. last night and 11:45 a.m., all three tires completely flat, each with a gouge mark approximately one and a half inches long. A smiley face was also scratched into the top of the trunk. Estimated damage $450, caller has no idea who would have done this or why, no cameras in the area and no neighbors saw or heard anything suspicious. Caller wants info documented for insurance purposes.
3:06 p.m. – Thomas Edward Clow, 55, was served a Lincoln County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of strangulation and menacing. Cited and released from the Justice Court lobby, 40 N 2nd.
7:09 p.m. – Caller states they received a fraudulent prescription, suspect is unknown, caller told the young female who came to pick it up they’d have to wait till tomorrow, Oak. Report taken for fraud/forgery.
8:41 p.m. – Caller reported a group of people on the corner of Park and Maple with a lot of garbage around them. officer contacted subjects who cleaned up the mess.
10:24 p.m. – Caller said a neighbor ran into their parked vehicle, Kearn. Damage to both vehicles likely to be over $2500 each. Report taken.
August 13
11:34 a.m. – Report taken for theft of bike parts off bike outside of apartment, 2nd.
3:41 p.m. – Caller reported a high-school aged neighbor shooting pellets onto her property, 8th. Officer counselled neighbor, who will move his target.
3:53 p.m. – Alan Wesley House, 37, cited on a Lebanon warrant for a parole violation and new charges of trespassing, Park.
7:45 p.m. – Caller reported two bicycles stolen from carport area, Wheeler. Report taken.
August 14
8:37 a.m. – Caller said her purse was taken sometime yesterday from Walmart or Bi-Mart, Santiam. Said she doesn’t know where or when exactly it was taken, last seen at 6 p.m. last night, noticed it gone this morning when paying for coffee. All fraudulent charges occurred in Albany at Lowe’s and Home Depot. Told to contact Albany Police if a report is needed to work with the bank.
9:44 a.m. – Police completed a search warrant on Harrison, 1 male and 1 female detained. Tai Rae Carmin, 52, cited on an Albany warrant for contempt of court. Samuel Howard Williamson, 52, cited on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of meth. K9 unit deployed, report taken.
11:10 a.m. – Caller reported a young white female dropped off a fraudulent prescription for liquid Codeine at the Wallgreen’s Pharmacy, 3300 Burdell. Female also dropped off fraudulent prescriptions at Safeway and Bi-Mart for different patient names. Pharmacists will ask management to look into surveillance and follow up at a later time.
11:24 a.m. – Justin G. Griesbach, 47, cited on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence, Santiam.
12:09 p.m. – Caller reported a female stole from the tip jar, approximately $50 taken, Santiam highway. Officer checked area, unable to locate, caller would like to pursue charges, report taken.
12:48 p.m. – Caller reported their black EZ-Lift weight distribution hitch, valued at $400, stolen sometime earlier in the year. The hitch was stored on the ground under a truck parked near a trailer. Report taken. 31200 block 1st Street.
1:11 p.m. – Caller reported her canvas tool bag stolen, 31200 block 1st Street. Black with red stripe, contained assorted automotive tools. Stolen between 9:30 a.m. and noon. 31200 block 1st Street. Report taken.
3:59 p.m. – Caller reported their bike was stolen from the front of Walmart, lock was cut. Incident documented, caller valued loss at $240, no report.
4:16 p.m. – Caller reported a two vehicle crash on Cleveland, appears to be more than $2500 in damage. Both vehicles towed from scene.
August 15
12:26 a.m. – Officer made a traffic stop on 6th near storage units, detained Katrina Lynn Gray, 36, and Joseph Daniel Gregori, 32. Gray had a Linn County warrant for a parole violation, Gregori had a Benton County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence and a Polk County warrant for driving under the influence. Their vehicle was confirmed stolen out of Portland Police Bureau, was towed by AA. Gray given additional charge of false info to police.
11:39 p.m. – Bicycle found on Grove, valued at $10, pieced together and spray painted, unable to identify serial number.
1:43 p.m. – Multiple vehicle collision 32900 block Brewster Road/Golden Valley Drive. Female driver cited for failure to yield right of way.
2:33 p.m. – Caller reported motor vehicle collision. Operator of truck backed into car and left the scene, 31000 block 7th Street. Unknown if operator knew he hit the car. Investigation continuing.
6:29 p.m. – Caller reported purse with phone charger, books stolen between 4 and 8 p.m. previous day. No witnesses. Reported value $20. 31800 Stoltz Hill Road.
8:29 p.m. – Bicycle found in caller’s yard on E, report taken.
August 16
1:18 a.m. – Caller reported finding an injured fawn, 32100 block Hidden Valley/Buck Hill Lane. Deputy contacted caller, who said she would contact ODFW in the morning and have them come and get the fawn.
9:09 a.m. – Caller reported someone stole wood and supplies from new construction on 2400 block of Mountain River, has surveillance footage of the theft around 2 a.m. Footage shows a male driving a white truck away from the construction area with a bed full of wood determined to be a scrap pile. Wood fell from back of truck in front of caller’s residence, and the driver stopped to gather it again. Foreman at site said he’s not concerned about scrap pile, but would follow up if anything of value was taken.
12:46 p.m. – Caller reported hearing a loud noise which he thought was a mouse, but it woke him and he found his sliding glass door open and grease footprints inside his house around 1:30 a.m. on Larson. Caller’s car was towed the night before and he gave the driver a big tip, so he thinks the driver may have done it. Officer responded, left a voicemail with building owner, info noted.
3:10 p.m. – Male and female were arguing by the gazebo and shoving each other, Park. Officer contacted involved parties. Jacob A. Moffat, 35, cited on a Linn County warrant for possession of meth and possession of heroin, as well as failure to appear on criminal citations. Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 22, cited on a Linn County warrant for burglary and failure to appear on an original charge of meth possession. Skyler A. Walls, 30, charged with disorderly conduct, trespass and offensive littering.
3:18 p.m. – Report taken for domestic assault on Grant.
8:57 p.m. – Caller reported his vehicle was stolen sometime yesterday, Grant. Sweet Home police found the vehicle around 9:52 p.m.
August 17
11:31 a.m. – Caller reported someone tried to cash fraudulent checks at the drive thru, Cooperative Way. Incidents occurred June 14 and Aug. 14, under investigation.
12:36 p.m. – Officer cited and released Wren Logan Wright, 41, on an Albany warrant for contempt of court, Park.
3:39 p.m. – Caller reported a subject on a bike towing a trailer going through dumpsters and making a mess, 5th. Officer unable to locate, picked up trash and removed it from park.
August 18
10:46 a.m. – Caller reported that their business was the target of a computer virus attack in an attempt for financial gain. 30100 block Santiam Highway.
12:34 p.m. – Travis Hummer, 34, of Lebanon issued citations for active warrants from Linn County Circuit Court, Sweet Home Municipal Court, Lebanon Municipal Court and Albany Municipal Court. 30500 block Merry Lane.
2:17 p.m. – Weyerhaeuser personnel reported an RV parked in front of a gate in 33700 block Ford Mill Road, at Kauffman Road. Deputy responded. There was some confusion over property lines in the area. RV owner was shown Linn County tax maps and agreed to move off Weyerhaeuser property onto theirs.
3:54 p.m. – Bryan Watts, 45, cited for active Lebanon Municipal Court warrant. 300 block Russell Street.
5:55 p.m. – Caller reported female refusing to leave a residence in 33800 block Mt. Pleasant Road. Amanda Stafford, 44, arrested for two municipal court warrants.
August 19
1:24 a.m. – Caller reported a man hiding on the north side of the building, jumping out and scaring people, 7-11, 1490 Main. Man trespassed, given transport home, promised to go to bed.
3:47 a.m. – Caller reported a bike stolen, Airport. Officers responded, found suspect on foot running. Shane Christopher McNeeley, 22, cited on a Oregon State Parole Board warrant for a parole violation, and a Lebanon warrant for a parole violation. Caller found the individual who stole the bike and was able to recover it. McNeely taken into custody for theft and trespass.
1:44 p.m. – Caller reported a subject camping on east side of Rite Aid near the bridge, Park. Officer contacted subject, who stated he fell asleep and would be moving along within an hour. No report.
2:32 p.m. – Jenny Sue Biggs, 46, turned herself in on a Linn County warrant for a parole violation. Cited and released from police department lobby.
3:49 p.m. – Caller reported being harassed by another dog breeder, out of Utah in disagreement over who is and who is not breeding dogs properly. The other breeder claimed to have a degree in genetics and to be a police officer in Utah. Caller was advised to contact an attorney and have a cease-and-desist letter drafted and sent to the woman in Utah. 30500 block Merry Lane.
3:11 p.m. – Driver Chad Glen Richmond, 51, cited for driving while suspended, Santiam.
6:56 p.m. – Missing person found, juvenile age 17, Ash.
9:40 p.m. – Caller reported suspicious people walking around the Linn County Road Department shops, 31100 block Old Santiam Highway. Deputies located the males riding away from the scene. Joseph Brawner and Justin Gomez were arrested on unrelated warrants.
August 20
11:59 a.m. – Driver of white Chevrolet pickup had coffee sitting on back bumper, Park. Officer let him know and gave it to him before it spilled. No report.
12:35 p.m. – Officer discovered warrants for James Michael Wiggins, 47, on a traffic stop on E. Wiggins had a Douglas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, and Albany warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass and failure to appear on an original charge of theft. Cited and released.
2:09 p.m. – Caller reported male harassing customers at Shell, N Santiam, would like him trespassed. Trevor Stuart Harris, 36, trespassed from Shell and cited for Oregon State Parole Board warrant for a parole violation, and two Albany warrants for criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
7:56 p.m. – Crystal Mika cited and released for criminal trespass, Main.
August 21
5:32 a.m. – Caller reported male broke a window, is contained, Main near Joyful Days Boutique. Officer responded, Leslie Lee Gibson, 53, cited for disorderly conduct and given exclusion notice.
9:08 a.m. – Caller observed shoplifting at Walmart, 3290 Santiam. Subject changed his clothing after leaving store and ran toward Highway 20. Report taken, total value of stolen items $325.33.
10:48 a.m. – Caller reported a subject in the park holding a bat and behaving aggressively with another male. Officer responded, Leslie Gibson, 53, cited for trespass.
12:15 p.m. – Chase Bank employee reported a person with a bat approaching people at Chase bank and asking for money, Grant. She confronted him and he said to mind her own business but walked away from the area. Officer unable to locate, delayed due to call load.
1:48 p.m. – Driver Nicholas Michael Maynard Woodward, 23, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Williams.
9:52 p.m. – Caller at Mennonite Church on 2nd reported finding a baggie with possible drugs near the location, wanted officer to take it for disposal. Officer responded, collected baggie and substance for disposal.
8:34 p.m. – Caller reported a male and female got gas at Knot Hole, 2412 Santiam, handed the employee a credit card, then drove off. The card declined, and Knot Hole is out $33.05 in gas, they want to press charges. Report taken.
10:33 p.m. – Caller reported homeless person sleeping on campus, wished them removed, Industrial. Officer contacted person on bench, who gathered up all items and left the property.
August 22
12:48 a.m. – Caller reported three males trying to steal the fridge off her front porch, Airport. Officer on scene saw no one around the fridge, will stay to monitor the area.
6:01 a.m. – Candice Gutierrez, 40, taken into custody on active arrest warrant. 2400 block Fuller Lane.
8:16 a.m. – Caller reported van stolen from TM cleaners, 12th. Van found on corner of Maple and Airway, driver was a woman with dementia who drove the Ford to West Coast because she thought she worked there. Then she took the TM janitor’s van, which had keys in it, and drove to Maple and Airway. Caller and woman transported back to West Coast. No report.
6:25 p.m. – Three juveniles seen destroying items on baseball field, 5th. Officer counseled juveniles on their behavior, no report.
August 23
12:08 a.m. – Vehicle spotted in parking lot with open door, Stoltz Hill. Brennen Tyler Seplocha, 28, has an Albany warrant for theft. Cited, will be moving on.
12:10 a.m. – Ashley Cummings,age not listed, arrested for reckless driving after deputy responding to trespass call in 600 block Vaughn Lane came upon suspect leaving the location. According to the police report, the deputy attempted to overtake the suspect vehicle, which allegedly accelerated to 70-80 mph. According to police report, suspect drove through stop sign at 5th and Rock Hill “at no less than 40 mph.” Cummings told deputy she didn’t see the stop sign at the blind intersection, according to the report. She was located in a private driveway at the top of south 5th Street and arrested. Report taken.
2:07 a.m. – Subject was sleeping in gazebo, park. Officer explained park hours and subject left.
2:00 p.m. – Deputies responded to a possible disturbance in 31800 block Stoltz Hill Road, found a stolen John Deere mower that was recovered and returned to its owner.
3:32 p.m. – Karissa Welch, 28, cited for driving under the influence, reckless driving and driving a vehicle without a license after a single-vehicle non-injury crash. 34000 block Bond Road/Lacomb Road.
4:00 p.m. – Stolen motorcycle out of Philomath recovered, 5th.
4:33 p.m. – Deputies located two stolen vehicles abandoned on private property in 35400 block east Lacomb Road. Under investigation. Report taken.
5:31 p.m. – Caller reported suspect passed counterfeit $10 bill with Asian red print on it. 39300 block Gross Street, Waterloo. Report taken.
6:22 p.m. – Caller reported a confrontation between a male and a female at the park, Grant, several bystanders intervened. Jesse Tyler Davis, 37, cited on a Lebanon warrant for a parole violation, an Albany warrant for unlawful use of mace, and a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for a parole violation. He was booked in Justice Court, then cited and released on warrants at 10:22 p.m.
8:59 p.m. – Caller reported a female stole her charger, then left the location, 14th. Alicia Jones trespassed and cited for theft.
August 24
8:10 a.m. – Caller reported their Chevy 1500 was broken into last night and tools taken, Tangent. No vehicle damage, report taken for $1300 worth of tools.
8:21 a.m. – Deputy assisted with investigation of open burning situation in 39600 block Mt. Hope Drive. Household items were being burned during burn ban, according to report. Proprietor Mark Morgan of Eugene told deputy that there were a total of 24 campsites on the property, all with 10-amp power service and individual septic systems that are pickle barrels buried in the ground. Each campsite had running water. Occupants pay $575 monthly for rent, the deputy was told.
11:22 a.m. – Caller reported their neighbor’s apple tree is dropping large quantities of apples onto the sidewalk, Grant. Today the caller’s daughter tripped on the rolling apples and fell down. Caller would like a follow-up.
12:37 p.m. – Caller reported three money bags with over $2000 were taken from a safe in the manager’s office, Oak. Report taken.
3:16 p.m. – Single-vehicle crash reported in 1200 block of Cascade Drive. Vehicle went off road at a left-turn corner and launched over a driveway into a ditch. According to report, unknown if intoxicants were a factor. Operator was transported to hospital before deputy’s arrival. Report taken.
4:00 – Reported theft in 1100 block of Crowfoot Road. Approximately $8,000 to $10,000 worth of items reported taken over course of one year. Investigation continuing.
4:21 p.m. – Missing person reported, Maple. Found at 5:22 p.m. with medics by Shari’s and given ride back to residence.
5:27 p.m. – Report received that a male took two TVs from Walmart, 3290 Santiam, then drove off. Officer responded, male who did the theft jumped out and ran across the tracks, driver detained. Del Mar Frank Matloc, 50, cited on Marion County warrant for child neglect and multiple counts of failure to appear. Other suspect unknown, items taken valued at $543.24, Walmart with review video.
8:49 p.m. – Caller stated they need the police, Grant. Officer responded, Christina Nicole Overturf, 33, cited on charge of assault.
9:54 p.m. – Caller reported a man harassed him with a knife at Oak Market a bit ago. A 20s male with a bald head was sitting in a parked vehicle, then uttered something that prompted the caller to walk over to the male subject and ask what he said. The caller told his son to go into the store and not ask the male any questions. The subject then exited his car with a knife and said the caller shouldn’t talk to his son that way. Caller eventually went inside the market and then the man drove off.
August 25
2:36 a.m. – Timothy Metcalf, 64, arrested on outstanding warrant after vehicle was stopped for unreadable license plate, expired registration, 38600 block River Drive. Metcalf issued citations for driving uninsured and operating without privilege and warned for failure to renew. Over a 20-minute span previously, in the same block, Marshall Thompson, 30, cited for driving uninsured. Jesse Langdon, 29, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to display plates.
7:11 a.m. – Caller reported theft of tent and sleep pad from vehicle, Grove. $700 loss value.
8:27 a.m. – Deputies recovered vehicle reported stolen in Salem, abandoned in 34200 block Tennessee Road.
8:45 a.m. – Del Mar Frank Matloc, 50, cited on Marion county warrant for failure to appear 11 times, Santiam.
10:16 a.m. – Citizen came into police department with suspicious package from China she did not order, Grove. Package had mystery seeds, referred citizen to online reporting system as this is an ongoing investigation with the USDA.
11:14 a.m. – Caller reported bike stolen from Lebanon High School football field,1700 5th, loss valued at $400.
12:02 p.m. – During a traffic stop, Patrick Thomas Sundberg, 30, cited on an Albany warrant for theft of mislaid property.
1:49 p.m. – Leslie Gibson and Leeroy Freeman given citations for drinking alcohol in a city park.
1:51 p.m. – Caller reported a number of bicycles taken from shed in 37300 block KGAL Drive. Last time the bikes were seen was Aug. 8. Black and white Kona valued at $200, black Specialized valued at $100, red and white Schwinn valued at $150. Report taken.
1:57 p.m. – Hay trailer slid into ditch 31300 block Berlin Road/Binegar Lane. Truck blocked both lanes of travel. Deputies and Linn County Road Department staff directed traffic while truck was removed.
4:00 p.m. – Caller reported garbage can stolen during the morning as it sat by the curb. Trash can was valued at $75, 300 block Russell St. Report taken.
August 26
10:55 a.m. – Caller reported a semi ran over a fire hydrant, Santiam. Public works notified.
11:51 a.m. – Caller reported a transient on Park and Oak. Officer cited Leslie Lee Gibson, 53, on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal citation.
11:18 a.m. – Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 22, cited for trespass, Park.
12:55 p.m. – Caller reported subject came into store, demanded $4, and threatened to kill him if he refused to give him $4, Oak. Leslie Gibson, 53, cited for trespass.
5:56 p.m. – Caller reported their push walker was stolen, heard a crash in the garage, Post. Report taken, loss valued at $178.20.
August 27
9:34 a.m. – Anthony Middleton, 57, arrested on active Linn County Circuit Court warrant after criminal mischief report in 31800 block Stoltz Hill Road. Report taken.
10:29 a.m. – Caller reported an outdoor camera was smashed on her property and the memory card was missing, wanted information documented, 7th.
12:32 a.m. – Caller reported male in charge of victim’s bank has been taking money from him, 5th. Report taken for fraud.
1:32 p.m. – Officer tagged a 1980 Chevrolet pick-up for removal on Aug. 31, Lindsay.
2:30 p.m. – Matthew Pitts, 32, arrested for parole violation, lodged at Linn County Jail, 2900 block of Truman Street/Center Street.
2:36 p.m. – Caller reported that their credit cards had been used to make fraudulent purchases. 37600 block Sodaville Cutoff Drive. Report taken and investigation ongoing.
3:12 p.m. – Officer tagged travel trailer for removal on Aug. 31, Ash.
4:48 p.m. – On a traffic stop on 7th, Taylor James Munson, 25, cited for driving while suspended and on an Albany warrant for disorderly conduct. Janell Rae Ramsey, 48, cited on an Albany warrant for contempt of court on an original charge of disorderly conduct.
5:07 p.m. – Caller reported a male threw candy on the ground over a debit fee, then threatened to get a gun, come back, and shoot the caller, Santiam. Officer contacted caller and advised him to call back if the subject returns, and that he probably wouldn’t do anything over a 25 cent charge. No report.
8:36 p.m. – Caller reported a kitten is stuck in his van’s tire and he cannot get it out, Santiam. Officer responded. After jacking up the tire and some effort, the cat came loose. The cat is alive, but its leg is injured. Caller agreed to take care of it for the night and take it to a vet tomorrow. No report.
10:46 p.m. – Caller reported a male looking in her children’s window, 7th. Officer responded and learned a possible identification for the subject, who did not answer the door or the phone. Officer will continue to seek contact, caller wants to press charges, report taken.
11:48 p.m. – Caller reported a female previously trespassed from 7-11, 1490 Main, is back and refusing to leave. Officer contacted Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 22, trespassed her from 7-11, and cited her on an Albany warrant for criminal trespass.
August 28
3:48 a.m. – A vehicle ran into a tree, still has its lights on, E. Officer responded, vehicle still running, driver Jay Baker Jr. charged with driving under the influence, vehicle towed.
7:44 a.m. – Vehicle was broken into and work laptop taken, loss valued at $500, Falcon. No damage to work truck, may have been unlocked, stolen laptop is a silver Dell Inspiron laptop that’s password protected. Report taken.
2:32 p.m. – Caller reported a store truck was broken into, Santiam. Surveillance video taken at 4:42 a.m. showed a masked subject approaching the truck trailer, using a grinder/cutting tool to sever the master lock, and opening the door. The trailer was empty and nothing was taken.
3:08 p.m. – Driver Jen-Hsiu Ko cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, 5th.
5:02 p.m. – Bicycle hit by car, cyclist injured, Airport. Medic dispatched, citation issued todriver, whose name was unavailable, for failure to obey a traffic control device.
9:00 p.m. – Caller reported suspicious activity in a car on Weldwood. Hali Nicole Mentzer contacted, denied reported activity, cited on a Linn County warrant for a parole violation.
August 29
1:57 a.m. – Deputy responded to single-vehicle rollover crash in which single occupant was ejected, 30000 block Berlin Road. Driver was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis.

9:23 a.m. – Caller reported attempted burglary in 36800 block Victory Drive. Suspects entered shop, started stacking tools near the door. No tools were reported missing.
11:37 a.m. – Caller reported her purse stolen, noticed it was missing five minutes ago, 2nd. Officer responded, caller stated she found her purse in the yard. She checked it and nothing was missing. No report.
3:28 p.m. – Caller reported two subjects lying in grass, sleeping with a bunch of property around them, Airport. Officer responded, Adam Reel cited on a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft, a Linn County misdemeanor for possession of meth, and an Albany citation for criminal trespass.
8:16 p.m. – Caller reported their renters stole $200 worth of landscaping rocks, 10th. Caller not seeking to press charges, but seeking legal counsel on an eviction of the tenant.

12:42 a.m. – Caller reported female at location refusing to leave I.D. because she has no form of payment, owes $20, Santiam. Pamela Brown, 55, cited on two Linn County warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal citation. A good Samaritan paid for her gas, report taken.
8:26 a.m. – Car hit the guard rail at the railroad crossing, Park. Medics requested, Driver Brandi M. Parsons, 46, cited for careless driving.
2:48 p.m. – Caller reported unwanted person in apartment, wanted him trespassed. Officer responded, discovered caller’s fiancé had a warrant: Cody Aaron Pedigo, 34, cited and released on a Lebanon warrant for a probation violation. Unwanted visitor trespassed from location.
4:27 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle swerving and speeding. Officer pulled vehicle over, driver Alexis O. Bryant, 27, arrested for driving while under the influence of intoxicants, transported to Justice Court.
5:53 p.m. – Caller reported suspicious behavior. Officer contacted Aelisha Adrian Devine, 27, who had a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation. Cited and released.
7:14 p.m. – Ember McAlpin, 37, cited and released on a Lebanon warrant for a probation violation.
8:18 p.m. – A vehicle swerved to miss a deer in 3400 block Coakley Road/Lacomb Drive and a piece of PVC pipe came loose from the roof rack. The pipe hit the front of a passing vehicle, causing minor damage. Occupants exchanged information.
8:41 p.m. – Stolen vehicle out of Sweet Home recovered, Santiam.
9:46 p.m. – Caller reported theft out of Walmart, Santiam. Manager will review security footage, incident under investigation.
10:41 p.m. – Caller reported blue laser being pointed at a passing plane somewhere outside the city of Lebanon. Reported in 2500 block Main Road.

8:40 a.m. – Theft of items from job trailer reported, Main. Trailer lock and brackets were both cut last Thursday/Friday night and last night. items stolen valued at $1700.
9:38 a.m. – Caller reported theft from their vehicle last night, passenger door was open and a speaker and bag were missing, Wheeler. Report taken for theft.
12:23 p.m. – Vehicle hit the truck striping the white line, by Taco Bell, Airport. No injuries, report taken.

3:43 a.m. – Caller reported someone went into his backyard, Randall and Post. Officer responded, contacted Sammy Raymond Hughes, 19. Cited on a Linn County warrant for a parole violation and released.
7:03 a.m. – Nathan N. Shoemaker, 22, and Tiffany A. Bates, 20, taken into custody for possession of methamphetamines and heroin. 36000 block Cold Spring Road/Highway 226. Report taken.
9:31 p.m. – Darwyn Reimann, 20, of Corvallis, cited for speeding and careless driving, 112 mph in 55 zone, 30800 block Santiam Highway/Waterloo Road. At 10:02 p.m. Reimann was arrested for failure to carry a driver’s license, reckless driving and interfering with a police officer after being stopped for speeding again, allegedly 112 mph in 33500 block Highway 34/Seven Mile Lane. According to a police report, Reimann refused to exit his car when told he was under arrest and additional units had to be called in. He was taken to Linn County Jail and his car was towed.
10:37 a.m. – Caller reported being scammed out of $1400 two days ago. Report taken for $1450 lost in a “business/employment” scam.
2:15 p.m. – Caller reported mailbox was hit between 6:20 and 7:30 a.m. that day. 30500 block Merry Lane. Value $80. Report taken.

12:50 p.m. – Mark Wagner, 36, arrested and lodged at Linn County Jail on multiple warrants for failure to appear in court. 200 block Alder Street.
2:32 p.m. – Stolen vehicle towed from parked location at stop sign, Russell. Owner contacted on scene, Nathan Daniel Brown, 45, cited on a Sweet Home warrant for contempt of court on an original charge of theft. Brown’s ownership of the car was confirmed, and she said it was missing $160 from her wallet, two cartons of cigarettes worth $84, and miscellaneous tools worth $150. Report taken.
4:28 p.m. – Karine Garabedian, 36, arrested on a US Marshall warrant for an amphetamine offense, F. Vehicle towed, Garabedian transported to Justice Court, both vehicles towed to Justice Court and impounded.

10:37 a.m. – Deputies responded to report of missing juvenile who was believed to be suicidal. They located girl as she was attempting to jump off a small cliff, according to a Sheriff’s report. Deputies were able to get her to safety and she was transported to the hospital for evaluation. 44900 block Quartzville Road.
10:41 a.m. – Caller reported theft of items from front yard, requesting patrols, 6th. Step ladder loss value at $30, pop cans valued at $30.
3:07 p.m. – Felisia Pecue, 29, of Lebanon cited and released on multiple warrants and for first-degree animal neglect, 32400 block Southview Lane. Report taken.
10:08 p.m. – Caller reported vehicle broken into, 40800 block McDowell Creek Road. Wallet and cash taken. Report taken.

7:55 a.m. – Caller reported graffiti on his truck, vandalized overnight, Birch. Said it was related to social media threats from an anti-racist Facebook page. Graffiti said “racist prick” and “fuck you.” Needed a case number for his insurance, no report.
9:57 a.m. – Caller reported finding a live possum in her closet, unsure what to do now, Main. The possum was retrieved and will be relocated to the wild at the Morris Brothers Ponds. No report.
3:35 p.m. – Caller lost his wallet at an unknown location sometime after midnight, Williams. Three withdrawals have since been made. Loss value approximately $44.

9:50 p.m. – Victim said his cellphone was taken from Walmart. He was in the discount aisle and put it down for only a minute. He tracked the phone to the 100 block of Milton. Officer interviewed residents, who denied stealing a phone. Officer stated he would review video footage. Report taken for theft, loss valued at $200.

3:39 a.m. – Jesse James, 35, of Grants Pass, cited for driving while suspended, 36000 block Cold Springs Road/Highway 226. Cited and released.
2:37 p.m. – Gabriel Hard, 20, arrested for reckless driving x3 after allegedly passing a Sheriff’s deputy in the 31400 block of Berlin Road and running a stop sign. Cited and released. Report taken.
11:18 p.m. – Deputy responded to noise disturbance in 39300 block Klum Street/7th Street. A family was watching a movie outdoors on their projector screen on gravel portion at the end of 7th. Agreed to turn volume down.

12:20 a.m. – Robert Peterson, 43, of Lebanon arrested for harassment, interfering with a police officer and resisting arrest following reported domestic disturbance, 41600 block Beaver Lane.
8:53 a.m. – Caller reported a motor vehicle accident in the 30700 block Waterloo Road/Santiam Highway. Caller said she drove her car into a ditch because she was blinded by the sun. She was uninjured and the car was undamaged. She made arrangements to have the vehicle removed from the ditch.
