Sept. 6
12:44 a.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated male and a female threatening to beat him up, on Main. Male was having a diabetic reaction and was taken to the hospital.
6:23 a.m. – Male is reported as having threatened to pistol whip a woman. Lots of yelling, verbal threats, posturing. Officer talked with all parties involved until situation calmed down.
7:18 a.m. – A toilet had fallen out of someone’s car during the night and was broken in the roadway on A Street. The porcelain throne was scattered all about. Mess was cleaned up and dumped.
8:18 a.m. – Kenneth Daniel Hellfrich, 39, was cited for a Sweet Home warrant for criminal mischief and trespass.
8:59 a.m. – A male kept calling a female, even after she told him to stop. Officer advised the male his actions border on telephonic harassment, and he could be arrested if he continues to call.
12:46 p.m. – A garage was broken into some time during the night, and Ruger rifle and other items were stolen, Joy Street.
12:59 p.m. – Theft of pink piggy bank, car chargers, $100 first aid kit, gun magazines and ammo reported stolen, Joy Street.
3:28 p.m. – Two vehicle crash on Oak and Second. Railroad arm and truck sign damaged.
6:06 p.m. – A male was unhappy with his order at a business and became hostile, Cascade Drive. Employee asked guests to leave the lobby for their safety.
10:43 p.m. – Sebastian C. Torres, 22, was taken in custody for DUI, Franklin Street.
Sept. 7
4:59 a.m. – Caller reported a male and female kicked in his door and threatened him, 2nd Street. Subjects said something about meth and violating their son.
10:44 a.m. – Macayla Marie Jimenez, 24, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for theft.
Sept. 8
8:43 a.m. – Caller reports ongoing harassment and bullying from a neighbor, Pine Street. Officer told subject the caller wants nothing to do with her.
9:23 a.m. – Caller’s son is off his medication and hit her. He admitted to hitting her to defend his cat. Custody police officer hold and add domestic charge.
12:41 p.m. – Michael K. Lawson, 28, was cited for driving while suspended, and given a warning for defective brake lights.
4:32 p.m. – Caller requested documentation of neighbor harassing and being rude to her, Main Street.
6:12 p.m. – Daisy Green Plagmann was cited for a Lebanon warrant for theft and Albany warrant for contempt of court.
7:34 p.m. – Caller blocked in a driver on Santiam Highway near Kellenberger’s because she appeared intoxicated. Officer noted the driver appeared lethargic and slow to respond. It was learned she had taken sleeping medication then tried to drive to Albany.
9:18 p.m. – Theft of a generator reported from business on Santiam Hwy. Loss value: $498.
Sept. 9
9:24 a.m. – Caller reports windows broken on vehicles overnight, Carolina Street.
10:31 a.m. – Ralph Allen Gibbs, 50, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for reckless driving. Robert Gerold Hunter III, 30, was taken into custody for a Lebanon warrant for criminal mischief. Ruth Darlene Franklin-Archer, 59, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for trespassing. Michael James Klass, 40, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for trespassing.
12:00 p.m. – Jeanie Marie Montgomery-Neil, 64, was cited for failing to drive within lane, Santiam Hwy. Callers reported seeing driver swerving, hit a mail box and drive on curb.
1:49 p.m. – Male subject was arguing on phone and blocking people from driving into a parking lot, Main Street. Officer saw subject talking to himself and worrying about the sun being so red. Officer explained fire smoke is causing the red sun.
5:45 p.m. – Caller reports being followed by another driver. Both drivers pulled into a parking lot and spoke to officer. It was a road rage incident; both parties were counseled.
5:47 p.m. – Driver ran over a fire hydrant on 3rd and Olive streets. Medics requested for neck pain. Car towed. Autumn Elizabeth Joseph, 26, was taken into custody for DUII.
Sept. 10
3:25 p.m. – Ashley Mae Waters, 31, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for trespassing.
6:24 p.m. – Travis G. Hummer, 34, was arrested for theft I and robbery III.
7:10 p.m. – Caller concerned about burnt paper found in a yard near Tolman Dentistry. Officer observed the paper in question and noted it is peelings from a paper birch tree.
Sept. 11
7:19 a.m. – A stolen vehicle was reported seen near 5th and Oak streets. Ariel Shanea Kaping, 26, was cited for a Sweet Home warrant for theft of lost property.
11:18 a.m. – Caller heard three shots fired, Park Street. Officer looked into the matter and learned it was the “21 gun salute” at the American Legion.
11:34 a.m. – Joseph Clayton Ginn, 58, was cited for driving while suspended, driving with no insurance, and for a Lebanon warrant for probation violation, Grove Street.
Sept. 12
8:55 a.m. – $2 in loose change was reported stolen out of a vehicle, Santiam Hwy.
4:45 p.m. – Cody Tyler Hahn, 28, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for theft. Hali Nicole Mentzer, 26, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for driving while suspended violation and an Albany warrant for theft.
6:23 p.m. – Sonny A. Agrelius, 23, was cited for Lebanon warrants for theft; Albany warrants for theft, criminal mischief and trespass; and Linn County Sheriff parole violation.
Sept. 13
11:33 a.m. – Michael Scott Bolfing, 54, was cited for failure to obey a traffic signal.
12:06 p.m. – Vape pen reported stolen from vehicle, Jadon Drive. $150 value.
7:56 p.m. – Male threw a chair and kicked hole in door of caller, Airport Road. Male said he just wanted his food stamp card back from the caller.
10:12 p.m. – Peggy Lynn Gibson, 48, cited for driving while suspended and for a Sweet Home warrant for contempt of court, Santiam Hwy.
Sept. 14
3:56 a.m. – Zachary Shane Stegner, 34, was taken into custody for a Lane County warrant for parole violation.
6:18 a.m. – Driver window of a company van was reported broken into, Airway.
8:10 a.m. – Joshua R. Zurcher, 35, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for driving under the influence, and an Albany warrant for trespassing.
2:48 p.m. – Brennen T. Seplocha, 28, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation.
3:26 p.m. – Jordan Stewart taken into custody for a Lebanon warrant for littering, a Linn County Court warrant for possession of heroin, Albany warrants for theft and giving false information to an officer, a Linn County Sheriff warrant for ID theft; and was charged with attempt to elude in vehicle, attempt to elude on foot, reckless driving, reckless endangering another, hit and run injury, possession of heroin. Santiam Hwy.
10:38 p.m. – Male and female fighting outside, 2nd Street. Melanie Ann Stephens, 52, lit a fire in the back of a pickup truck. She was taken into custody for a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear, criminal citation, driving while suspended; and was transported to the hospital for POH, and charged with arson I.
10:45 p.m. – Christa Lynn Hoskinson, 29, was cited for a Marion County warrant for theft, Linn County warrants for assault and failure to perform duties, and a Lebanon warrant for criminal citation.
Sept. 16
7:03 a.m. – Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 22, Leeroy Travis Freeman, 55, Michelle L. Melbye, 49, and Wesley A. House, 37, were warned about city ordinance violations concerning blocking sidewalks, Park Street.
7:40 a.m. – A vehicle was egged, Wassom Street.
11:46 a.m. – Air compressor and chain saw reported stolen from vehicle, Maple Street.
1:56 p.m. – Caller reported expanding transient camp on his property, Airport Road. Officer gave transients four days to relocate. Nicklaus James Glasser, 31, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for providing false information to an officer.
4:15 p.m. – Caller reported stolen items from his residence, 2nd St. Someone entered his residence through a broken window. Loss value, more than $4,000.
8:57 p.m. – Andrew John Baldwin, 28, was given a warning for driving without headlights.
9:21 p.m. – Callers reported reckless driving on Santiam, driving into oncoming traffic, jumping a curb, spinning circles in parking lot of Pacific Pride. Perry Leroy White, 56, was cited for a driving while suspended misdemeanor and reckless driving.
Sept. 17
12:59 a.m. – Caller reported an argument during which she poured the man’s beer down the drain, then he started dumping food out of the refrigerator, 2nd Street.
12:25 p.m. – A soda can with a blue bandana wrapped around it was reported as suspicious, Birch St. An officer picked it up for disposal.
12:29 p.m. – Theft from a storage unit, Aiport Road reported. Owner’s lock was cut off and replaced with a different lock. Snowboarding and camping equipment stolen. Loss value, $720.
2:52 p.m. – Caller said his neighbors are watching or filming him in his home, 12th Street. When asked how they were doing it, caller told officer it’s the same way police do it. Officer informed him they do not have a way to film through walls.
3:09 p.m. – A couple received a fake check in the mail with instructions. When they went to the bank to cash it, they were told it’s a scam. An officer counseled the couple.
4:09 p.m. – Caller reported the meter readers drove through a stop sign without stopping, Morton Street.
8:59 p.m. – A couple reported they were being followed by trucks on county roads the past couple days, and were asked if they were starting fires.
Sept. 18
6:46 a.m. – Officer came across a broken glass door at business, Main St. Officer noted a broken rock by the door, and owner found a c-clamp inside that did not belong. Report was taken for criminal mischief.
11:43 a.m. – Caller reports neighbor takes walnuts from his tree/property, Morton Street. Neighbor said caller used to let him take them, but has since become hostile after neighbor made a low offer on caller’s car for sale.
Sept. 19
10:19 a.m. – Tires were reported slashed, and American flag on the truck was cut up, N. 2nd Ave. The neighbor’s house was egged.
11:21 a.m. – A house and vehicle were egged, 5th Street.
3:34 p.m. – Caller reported driver of a large truck hauling a car threw a lit cigarette out the window, and was concerned because of recent fires, Tangent Street. Officer talked to the driver, who said he does not smoke.
4:59 p.m. – A male called from the lobby and said, “The drop has been made,” then hung up. Dispatch saw a box on the bench, 2nd St. Jerald L. Chasteen, 39, was cited for disorderly conduct II and possession of a controlled substance.
Sept. 20
1:06 p.m. – The lock on a storage unit was broken into, Airport Road. The unit’s renter has nothing of value there, and did not find any items missing.
Sept. 21
9:16 a.m. – An officer was flagged down regarding a theft, Main Street. A heavier-set male with a neck tattoo attempted to steal a cart full of groceries, and punched the reporting person in the face when confronted.
1:47 p.m. – Christopher Charles Rowton, 50, was cited for careless driving, and given a warning for speeding and failing to stop entering roadway, Airport Road.
3:19 p.m. – Caller reported a softball bag with equipment was stolen out of his truck last month, and he found his bat at Play It Again Sports in Corvallis. A store manager said they no longer have the info on who they got the bat from, “this happens all the time,” and they would get the bat back to the caller.
3:47 p.m. – Rachel Janelle Paetsch, 37, was cited for using a cell phone while driving, 2nd Street.
Sept. 22
3:53 p.m. – A motor vehicle crash with injuries was reported, Market St. Arleta Marie Balagot, 30, was cited for following too closely.
8:51 p.m. – A male suspect stole a package of fishing bait worms, Santiam Hwy. $2 loss.
10:35 p.m. – Holly A. Smith, 39, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for parole violation. Chris Lorraine Reigstad, 53, was cited for a Linn County probation violation, a Lebanon warrant for contempt of court, a Sweet Home warrant for driving while suspended violation, and an Albany warrant for contempt of court.
Sept. 23
7:15 a.m. – Jessica Marie Jones, 37, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for driving under the influence of an intoxicant, Cooperative Way.
5:11 p.m. – Shelly Stevenson, 44, of Lebanon, arrested on Albany Municipal Court warrant, 300 block Cascade Drive, after traffic stop.
5:14 p.m. – Caller reported his patio freezer was damaged and lock broken, and ice cream and other items were stolen, 9th Street.
5:46 p.m. – Caden A. Smith, 18, was cited for careless driving, Main Street.
Sept. 24
8:55 a.m. – Caller reported a male put marijuana in her business drop box, and showed officer a Ring video of him talking nonsense, Main Street.
2:00 p.m. – A naked male, possibly intoxicated, got into a gold truck, Main Street. He was later transported to Lebanon Community Hospital.
4:09 p.m. – Tyrel Glenn Attebery was cited a Lebanon warrant for theft.
4:40 p.m. – Report from MYPD app indicated a group of people were smoking at the gazebo in Ralston Park. Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 22, was taken into custody for a Lebanon warrant for criminal trespass, criminal trespass and interfering.
Sept. 25
3:19 p.m. – David William Brittain, 45, was arrested on a misdemeanor in Linn County with an additional warrant on file, cited for cell phone use while driving, given a warning for driving with a suspended license.
Sept. 26
1:13 a.m. – James Bruce, 37, of LaPine arrested for outstanding warrant and cited for driving while suspended. 36600 block Rock Hill Drive. Report taken.
10:18 a.m. – Emily Workman, 23, was cited for driving while distracted with a cell phone.
3:49 p.m. – Valerie Nicole Davis, 25, was cited for driving 41 MPH in a 25 MPH zone.
4:56 p.m. – Matthew Wolfe was taken into custody for assault, Berry Street.
8:00 p.m. – Shawn Hoggatt, 35, of Lebanon, arrested on outstanding warrants and possession of heroin, and was cited for driving while suspended, 31400 block Waterloo Road. Deputies stopped a vehicle after identifying the driver as having multiple outstanding warrants and driving privileges suspended. Deputies also observed indicators of criminal activity and conducted search of vehicle. Report taken.
Sept. 27
4:56 a.m. – Bryan Matthew Wilkinson, 38, was cited for a Lebanon probation violation.
4:53 p.m. – Caller said her neighbors were calling her names, and officer counseled her to ignore them, 6th Street. Caller later expressed anger that her issues were not resolved. Neighbor told officer her husband was outside when a Trump rally went down their street, and the caller came out yelling at him. Caller was intoxicated and wanted the dispute resolved. Officer told caller to ignore neighbors, and it’s okay to have differing political views. Caller slammed the door shut.
6:30 p.m. – Alexander Burrell, 41, of Albany, arrested on outstanding warrant, 400 block Center St. Cited and released. Report taken.
6:36 p.m. – Caller reported two people trespassing at a house for sale, Williams Street. Ashley Mae Waters, 31, and Aaron Michael Barger, 35, were trespassed. Waters was cited for a Linn County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, criminal trespass, theft, and failure to appear.
7:53 p.m. – Shane Christopher McNeely, 22, was arrested for a Lebanon probation violation and Oregon State Parole Board felony, and charged with criminal trespass and theft.
Sept. 28
9:27 a.m. – Zachary W. Kemper, 23, was cited for probation violation for being at Ralston Park. He is paroled from city parks until 2023. Bryce A. Bauer, 15, and Tessa M. Borromeo, 16, were given 30-day exclusions for ordinance violation of smoking in a city park.
10:26 a.m. – Sean Daniel Keeton, 29, was cited for a warrant for unlawful possession of cocaine, tampering with a witness, failure to perform driver duties, and criminal mischief.
2:20 p.m. – Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 22, was cited for trespassing on city parks.
Sept. 29
3:30 a.m. – Breatina Louise Tessman, 51, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.
7:51 a.m. – Work tools were reported stolen from a vehicle, Airway. The lock on the car door was drilled out. Loss value, $1,000.
11:16 a.m. – A Deka Marine Master battery was reported stolen from a trailer, Antioch Street. Loss value, $120.
12:04 p.m. – Caller reported a male appearing under the influence of something was harassing and yelling at people, Weldwood Drive. Officer contacted the man, who said he was yelling at a garbage can and agreed to not yell at anyone or anything again today.
12:23 p.m. – William Lee McDaniel, 55, was cited for driving uninsured and failure to register his vehicle.
1:07 p.m. – Charles Daniel Coats, Jr., 34, was taken into custody for a Linn County warrant on contempt of court and fraudulent use of a credit card, and for an Albany warrant on contempt of court. Richard Earl Odstrcil Hadacheck, 32, was cited for driving while suspended misdemeanor.
1:26 p.m. – Robert Francis Mitchell Thomas, 33, was cited for a Washington County warrant for parole violation, resisting arrest, and assault.
3:01 p.m. – Desiree Dulin Beauchamp, 28, was cited for theft.
3:53 p.m. – Wren Wright, 41, was cited for an Albany warrant for contempt of court. Wright and Michelle Melbye were counseled on panhandling laws, Weldwood Drive.
Sept. 30
7:18 a.m. – Devon Longtin, 25, of Lebanon cited for illegal alteration/display of plates after allegedly having the wrong license plate on a vehicle, and for moving violation. 31900 block N. Lake Creek Drive/Meadowlark Loop.
10:21 a.m. – Caller reported theft in 39500 block Golden Valley Drive. Less than $500 worth of tools taken from unoccupied home. Report taken.
12:05 p.m. – Seven $100 counterfeit bills were passed to a business on Main Street.
2:48 p.m. – Wesley Alan House, 37, and Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 22, were taken into custody for trespassing on city parks.
3:22 p.m. – Leslie Lee Gibson, 53, was taken into custody for trespassing on city parks.
5:26 p.m. – Isaac David Tuomi, 20, was given a warning for broken windshield, improper exhaust, speed racing, careless driving, no registration, and flat tire, and was cited for failure to carry proof of insurance.
6:35 p.m. – Crystal Potter was taken into custody for a Lebanon warrant.
7:26 p.m. – Alisha Kaye Zerkel, 30, was trespassed from a business on Santiam Highway, and was cited for a Lebanon warrant for contempt of court.
Oct. 1
6:35 a.m. – Caller who was driving a motorcycle reported that the driver of a white Suburban tried to run him off the road, and the passenger was shouting and laughing at him, Oak Street.
8:18 a.m. – Large pile of old mail dumped and burned in front of the Butte Creek 400 line gate, 36200 block Middle Ridge Drive.
11:09 a.m. – Deputies responded to a neighborhood dispute over trash/junk accumulation. 3700 S. Santiam Highway.
12:18 p.m. – Kevin Richard Nixon, 54, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for dog running at large.
12:52 p.m. – Caller reported suspicious activity in a van, Rose Street. Officer observed no suspicious behavior or paraphernalia upon contact, but surmised perhaps there was intimate activity happening.
3:05 p.m. – A female went to an ex-boyfriend’s house to retrieve her property, Milton Street. The male was upset and stabbing a cardboard box, but made no threats to anyone.
6:12 p.m. – Caller reported his and his neighbor’s Trump signs were stolen, 16th Street.
Oct. 2
2:14 p.m. – Austin Ross, 22, Lebanon, arrested on outstanding warrant, 32400 block Southview Lane.
2:57 p.m. – Caller reported animal neglect involving numerous horses at location in 35300 block Ede Road. Criminal investigation continuing. Report taken.
4:39 p.m. – Ronald Scott Edward Tracy, 25, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for assault.
Oct. 3
11:10 a. m. – Caller reported items were taken from their car, Vine Street. The car was unlocked and window rolled down.
12:00 p.m. – Lewis Crane, 23, was taken into custody for an Oregon State Parole Board violation.
1:01 p.m. – A two-vehicle crash was reported on Airport Road. Anthony James Stevenson, 25, was cited for following too closely.
1:25 p.m. – Caller reported scam. Caller was tricked into purchasing $2,000 worth of gift cards and giving card information to scammer over the phone. She then had $1,500 taken from a bank account. Report taken. 100 block Central Avenue.
3:30 p.m. – Candice Gutierrez, 40, of Lebanon arrested on outstanding warrant for failure to appear, after caller reported threats in 2400 block Fuller Lane. Report taken.
Oct. 4
11:46 a.m. – Kris Fiala, 54, of Albany, arrested for parole violation. 32800 block Old Mill Road.
2:06 p.m – Caller reported stolen bicycle, 400 block Russell Street. Report taken.
3:41 p.m. – Jason C. Quade, 37, was given a warning for speeding, and cited for following too closely and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle.
4:00 p.m. – A bicycle was reported stolen and items taken from unlocked vehicle, Cox Street.
7:34 p.m. , Michael Scott Phillips, 30, of Lebanon arrested for fourth-degree assault and strangulation, 33100 block Mt. Pleasant Drive after caller reported domestic disturbance. Report taken.
4:46 p.m. – Caller reported theft from residence in 42900 block Green Mountain Drive. Investigation ongoing. Details of what was taken unavailable. Report taken.
9:02 p.m. – Caller reported people were lying in the street at the Grove Street bridge. Four people were questioned about it. One of them appeared under the influence, and explained he was wrestling in the street earlier.
9:48 p.m. – Caller reported his dog got loose and was struck by a green Chevy truck on Hiatt Street. The driver wiped off the front bumper and left. The dog’s paw was injured, but will be okay.
Oct. 5
1:45 a.m. – Caller reported a prowler on 9th Street. James Joseph Cripe, 50, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear for criminal theft.
9:47 a.m. – Tie-down straps and a leathermans tool was reported stolen from a vehicle, 10th Street.
11:51 a.m. – Caller reported fraudulent use of credit card in 31000 block 6th Street. $4,000 total. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
1:33 p.m. – Corey R. Marker, 43, was cited for a driving while suspended violation, driving uninsured, and a Lebanon warrant for contempt of court.
3:05 p.m. – Edwin D. Faulkner, 66, was taken into custody for a Linn County Sheriff warrant for parole violation for possession of a controlled substance.
Oct. 6
11:10 a.m. – Jacob Noel Yonker, 35, was taken into custody for a Lebanon warrant for parole violation for theft.
12:07 p.m. – Caller reported a male, possibly intoxicated, allegedly became irate and threatened to shoot anyone wearing a mask, at Rite Aid. He allegedly said he was a veteran who fought for his country and was not going to wear a mask. Male told officer he is frustrated with having to wear a mask everywhere, but denied making threats.
1:08 p.m. – Ashley Amber Montgomery, 35, was cited for driving uninsured and CWS violation.
7:48 p.m. – David L. Rood, 45, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for theft and a Linn County Court warrant for littering. Marci Joleen Rood, 45, was cited for Lebanon and Linn County Court warrants for probation violation. Both were given a warning for no driver’s license, fail to drive in lane, no use of turn signal, and no working brake lights.
Oct. 7
10:00 p.m. – Mandy Marie White, 40, was taken into custody for police officer hold and was taken to Lebanon Community Hospital.
Oct. 8
8:15 a.m. – Caller reported her car was broken into, Grove Street.
11:46 a.m. – Brandy Lee Dozier, 35, and Leeroy Travis Freeman, 55, were given a 30 day exclusion from city parks for ordinance violation of smoking in a city park.
1:52 a.m. – Caller reported suspicious persons in 34100 block of Brewster Road. Deputy found two males who said they were collecting rocks. They were advised to do it during daylight hours.
12:17 p.m. – Caller reported that sometime between 11 a.m. on Oct. 6 and Oct. 7 someone came onto her property in the 36400 block of Middle Ridge Drive, hit her car and left. Report taken.
12:45 p.m. – Caller reported theft of approximately $3,750 worth of items. 32500 block Denny School Road. Report taken.
4:39 p.m. – $35 in fraudulent bills were passed at a business, Cascade Drive.
5:34 p.m. – Jonathan Christopher Arms, 39, was trespassed for life from Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Oct. 9
1:38 a.m. – Non-injury motor vehicle accident reported 30400 block Fairview Road. According to Sheriff’s Office, driver fell asleep and ran into ditch, flipping vehicle onto its side. No property damage. Driver, who was not clearly identified in report, was cited for driving while suspended.
3:28 p.m. – A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle, 5th Street.
4:17 p.m. – Caller reported stolen license plates, 400 block Gilbert Street. Report taken.
Oct. 10
7:01 a.m. – A hedge trimmer and gas can were reported stolen, River Road.
9:07 a.m. – A bag of tools was reported stolen from a truck, Binshadler Street.
2:04 p.m. – Ammunition was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle, Harden Drive.

4:36 p.m. – Caller reported subjects climbing fence, Main Street. Morgan M. Lumpkin, 22, and Wesley House, 37, were advised to not return to the property.
4:58 p.m. – David Joshua Wall, 26, was cited for driving while suspended, failure to carry proof of insurance, and failure to display plates.
10:51 p.m. – Items were reported stolen from a house, Cooper Street.

12:06 a.m. – Timothy James Shehan, 26, was cited for driving while suspended and failure to carry proof of insurance, and was given a warning for failure to obey a traffic signal.
3:38 a.m. – Allyson Dawn Morehead, 21, was arrested for driving under the influence and reckless driving.
9:56 a.m. – Four tires were reported slashed, 5th Street.
10:38 a.m. – A roll of coins was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle and clothing was reported stolen from a laundry room, Santiam Hwy.
5:24 p.m. – Transients were reported camped out with a tarp wrapped around the Santiam Wagon Road information kiosk.

2:14 p.m. – A juvenile was charged with attempted murder, attempted assault, and assault II, for stabbing a female at Ixtapa.
4:11 p.m. – Caller reported a juvenile may have threatened neighborhood children with his dog and a knife, 11th Street.
6:19 p.m. – $6 in counterfeit bills were reported at a business. Officer determined the bills were real, and employee had used a Sharpie pen instead of counterfeit pen to identify the cash.
7:17 p.m. – Report of deer poached on Cascade Timber Consulting property, 38200 block Mountain Home Drive. Referred to Oregon State Police fish and game troopers.

12:21 a.m. – Drexel Morgan, 34, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, no insurance. 31600 block Berlin Road. Vehicle impounded as nuisance. Report taken.
8:47 a.m. – Caller reported chalk drawings were regularly made on the sidewalk located on her property, 10th Street. Most recent drawings looked like a Santa head and Christmas stockings.
11:35 a.m. – Caller reported his vehicle sustained approximately $1,900 damage when it was hit by an unkown person while parked at Willamette Speedway.
3:36 p.m. – Sean Cassidy, 49, of Lebanon, arrested for parole warrant and transported to Linn County Jail, 32200 block Hardman Road.
10:34 p.m. – A chop saw was reported stolen from a car port, Hiatt Street.
12:35 p.m. – Caller reported three subjects were drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana at Strawberry Plaza. Morgan Marie Lumpkin, 22, was cited for a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation. Wesley Alan House, 37, was cited for criminal trespass (city parks). Leonid Samoylich, 42, was given a 30 day exclusion from city parks and a one year trespass from Conversion Brewing.

3:40 p.m. – Earl Dodge, 27, of Sweet Home arrested on multiple outstanding warrants after report of traffic hazard, 40000 block McDowell Creek Drive.
9:21 p.m. – Jeffery McNees arrested on outstanding warrant, 31900 block Bellinger Scale Road, after report of suspicious vehicle.
