10:47 a.m. – A caller reported his gray 1997 Honda Accord stolen in the 3400 block of Hawk Arrow Drive. The vehicle was entered into LEDS/NCIC.
8:44 p.m. – Archibald David Mullenix, 39, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. He was cited and released.
8:48 p.m. – Brennan Tyler Seplocha, 26, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for probation violation, original charge possession of methamphetamine, first-degree failure to appear and ID theft.
March 10
10:54 a.m. – A caller reported a female transient at Appletree about an hour before the call. She was wrapped in a blanket and yelling at customers. When asked to leave, she started yelling and threatening staff. No additional report was taken.
1:50 p.m. – Tyrel Atterberry was arrested and later cited and released for a Lebanon Municipal warrant.
6:08 p.m. – A caller reported her 1989 baby blue 2-door Honda stolen in the 2000 block of S. Santiam Highway. The vehicle was entered into LEDS/NCIC.
6:08 p.m. – Kammie Renee Turner, 21, was arrested on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. She was cited and released.
March 9
11:49 a.m. – Ritchie Odell Blackburn, 38, was arrested on a Lincoln County Circuit warrant for failure to appear, original charge DUII.
11:55 a.m. – Joseph Travis Turan, 53, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge reckless driving. He also had an Oregon State Parole Board warrant.
1:21 p.m – Steven Richardson, 41, was arrested on multiple warrants. He was lodged at the Linn County Jail.
5:50 p.m. – Joshua Matthew Shoat, 48, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
7:56 p.m. – Shawna Jean Tidwell, 30, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
March 8
7:32 a.m. – Jenna Elizabeth Knutson, 33, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
8:23 a.m. – Deputies responded to a report of an injured deer that had been hit by a car in the 32400 block of Hidden Valley Road. They responded to the location and euthanized the animal.
2:58 p.m. – A caller reported two teenagers fighting near S. Seventh and F Streets. They decided to have a “friendly fight” after school. Both were referred to the Linn County Juvenile Department for second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass. Their parents picked them up.
11:57 p.m. – Raymond Joseph Carra, 35, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Circuit warrant for failure to comply, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; failure to comply, ID theft and failure to comply, theft. James Anthony Pruitt, 34, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
March 7
7:32 a.m. – A caller reported her locked vehicle was broken into overnight in the 100 block of Kees Street. A backpack and softball bag were taken. A report for first-degree theft was taken.
10:04 a.m. – A caller reported cows on their property in the 39900 block of McDowell Creek Drive. The property owner was considering criminal charges for livestock at large and was to get back to the deputy by the end of the day with her decision.
11:53 a.m. – A man turned in a camera he found in the trash somewhere on Second Street near a church. He believed it was stolen because it still worked. A report for found property was taken.
1:44 p.m. – A caller was concerned about a woman who was slumped over in a wheelchair on the sidewalk near Brookdale Senior Living, 181 S. Fifth St. Officers contacted the woman in the wheelchair. She was OK, she just enjoys watching cars and people go by. No additional report was taken.
2:32 p.m. – Michael James Konkolis, 30, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Megan Lynae McCarthy, 29, was arrested on a state-wide felony warrant out of Lane County Circuit Court for failure to appear.
2:49 p.m. – Lamar Lavonne Wilson, 28, was arrested for menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was lodged at Linn County Jail. Two callers reported a man walking near S. Second and W. Vine Streets scratching cars with a stick and tapping on the doors of residences. A third caller said the man threatened him.
5:22 p.m. – A caller reported her vehicle was entered between 10 p.m. the previous night and 7 a.m. the day of the call. A black tri-fold wallet, which contained a social security card, bank card and other documents, two car chargers, two EBT cards and possibly a quarter tank of fuel were taken. A report for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree theft was taken.
7:16 p.m. – Robert Kenneth LaFollete, 35, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. He was cited and released.
7:22 p.m. – Casey Michael Foss, 37, was arrested on a Benton County Circuit Court misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He also had a Marion County Circuit Court misdemeanor warrant for second-degree theft.
11:11 p.m. – Heather Lee Elmer, 24, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. She also had two other Linn County warrants for failure to appear.
March 6
8:13 a.m. – A Lebanon High School student was referred for minor in possession, marijuana.
10:56 a.m. – Tisha Housing, 39, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. She also had a Linn County Justice Court warrant for second-degree failure to appear. She was cited and released. A caller reported a dog in a pickup truck was barking since 7 a.m. in the 900 block of S. 10th Street. The dog was moved from the back of the truck and taken to a friend’s house.
12:31 p.m. – Wendy Marie Garrison, 39, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge giving false information. She also had a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for probation violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
3:38 p.m. – David Lewis Sanders, 46, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge misdemeanor driving while suspended.
4:55 p.m. – Charles Egner, 44, was arrested for possession of stolen property when he attempted to pawn the item in Lebanon.
9:52 p.m. – Justin Thomas Parker, 39, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation.
March 5
1:17 a.m. – Bonnie Jean Carpenter, 43, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. She also had a Marion County Supervisory Authority warrant. She was transported to the Lebanon Police Station.
7:16 a.m. – A 17-year-old male was was walking in the middle of the road, near Green Acres Elementary, 700 S. 10th St. An officer gave him a courtesy ride to his destination and counseled him on being in the street. No additional report was taken.
7:55 a.m. – A caller reported tools were taken from his locked vehicle in the 200 block of Honeysuckle Street. It possibly happened the morning of the call since the hatch was pen on his vehicle while he was warming it up. A Mikita Duffle bag tool set that included a Skill saw, Saws All, drill and impact drive was taken. Loss value $500. A DeWalt tool bag with miscellaneous tools also was taken. Loss value $300. most of the tools have the victim’s name or business name on them – Rhinehart or HDB3. A report was taken.
10:27 a.m. – A man reported his Stihl gas-powered blower was taken from the back of his truck sometime in the last 15 minutes in the 1000 block of S. Grove Street. Value $250. A report was taken.
10:52 a.m. – A caller reported two pairs of sunglasses were taken from his unlocked vehicle in the 1000 block of Robbins Way. One pair had camo frames. The other pair had black frames and reading lenses in the bottom half. Loss value approximately $400. A report was taken.
11:50 a.m. – Eric Walter Deveraux, 27, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge third-degree theft. He also had a warrant for failure to appear, original charge third-degree theft.
3:16 p.m. – A caller reported trash being dumped on the old mill property behind the 3000 Burdell Boulevard. The caller did not notice any identifying documents. He requested extra patrol as time allows and would like the subjects to be charged to the full extent of the law. No report was taken.
7:48 p.m. – A caller reported an envelope containing $200 was taken from his unlocked vehicle, which also had the keys in the center console in the 500 block of S. Grove Street. A report was taken.
8:31 p.m. – A deputy responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 43100 block of McDowell Creek Drive. The male and female were looking at the stars. No additional report was taken.
March 4
3:25 a.m. – Timothy Christopher Sloat, 31, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole board violation. He also was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
6:02 p.m. – Bobbie Mary Horner, 40, was arrested on for third-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespass.
March 3
5:43 a.m. – Zachary Timothy Lorain, 29, was arrested on a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for failure to report as a sex offender.
8:07 p.m. – James Lewis Clayburn, 61, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
10:05 p.m. – A deputy responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 31200 block of First Street. People were found sleeping in a day-use only area were told to move along. No additional report was taken.
March 2
5:29 a.m. – Josiah Andrew Bybee, 18, was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass.
8:38 a.m. – A caller reported someone entered her unlocked vehicle and stole a smartphone sometime overnight in the 2600 block of S. Main Road. A report was taken.
8:45 a.m. – A caller reported two vehicles were entered overnight in the 300 block of Jennings Street. A report was taken.
10:06 a.m. – A caller reported a 5×8 trailer was taken sometime overnight in the 1000 block of Tangent Street.
11:35 a.m. – A gym bag that was stolen in a vehicle prowl was located, in 2200 block of S. Main Road. Items were returned to their owner.
12:16 p.m. – John Andrew Mance, 29, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charges strangulation, menacing interfering with a report and resisting arrest.
12:47 p.m. – A caller reported a silver Under Armour duffle bag containing black Beats headphones and two sets of earbuds was taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 2600 block of S. Main Road. Loss value: $450. The property was recovered. A report was taken.
1:19 p.m. – A purple gym bag was taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 2600 block of S. Main Road. The bag was recovered. A report was taken.
4:34 p.m. Stephan Elam, 59, was arrested on three warrants.
10:28 p.m. – David Edwin Perez, 29, was arrested for DUII. BAC .09.
March 1
10:06 a.m. – A caller reported his gym bag was taken from her unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of Cleveland Street. His wife’s vehicle also was entered. A report for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.
11:59 a.m. – A juvenile was referred for minor in possession, tobacco. A caller saw a group of teenagers standing at the entrance to the Free Methodist Church, 580 F St. One of two teens who were smoking walked away before an officer arrived. A report was taken.
2:43 p.m. – Veronica Lynn Estorga, 33, was arrested on a Clackamas County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge menacing.
2:48 p.m. – Jon Julian Robertson, 46, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge harassment. He was cited and released.
4:31 p.m. – Curtis Raymond Hughes, 43, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
4:48 p.m. – A caller said his neighbor threatened to beat him up after he told the neighbor’s dog to shut up in the 2400 block of S. Third Street. The neighbor also called to report that the first caller threatened him. The original caller had documented multiple incidents of the dogs barking and wanted the owner cited for nuisance dog. Both parties were counseled. A report was taken and will be forwarded to the city attorney’s office for review.
11:53 p.m. – John Andrew Mance, 29, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to comply, original charge second-degree criminal mischief.

3:41 a.m. – Donald Vern Schliske, 53, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
4:46 a.m. – A caller reported a 1993 Honda Civic stolen from the 1500 block of Franklin Street. At 12 p.m. the Albany Police Department recovered the vehicle. A report was taken.
8:36 p.m. – Dylan Ray Shirkey, 25, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge driving while suspended.
6:50 p.m. – Jaime lea Joslin, 41, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, heroin.

7:52 a.m. – A caller reported tools were taken from an unlocked toolbox on his work truck sometime overnight in the 100 block of Camellia Drive. A chainsaw and floor jack were stolen.
12 p.m. – Kelly James Cleveland, 58, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge driving while suspended.
12:14 p.m. – Phillip Leon Lucas, 60, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court and probation violation.
12:38 p.m. – Anna Rochelle House, 33, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft.
6:43 p.m. – A caller reported someone entered her residence and took jewelry in the 100 block of E. Rose Street. Loss value: $300.
11:12 p.m. – Abigael E. Wood, 30, was arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, heroin, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft and resisting arrest. She also had an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.
11:18 p.m. – A caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the 39500 block of Gross Street. A deputy contacted a couple that was sleeping in a broken down car at the park.
Feb. 24
3:51 a.m. – A caller reported that a cow escaped pasture in the 38300 block of Golden Valley Drive. Deputies arrived and guided the cow back home.
7:51 a.m. – Caller reported their neighbors’ loose cows on their property in the 5200 block of Santiam Highway.
Feb. 23
5:57 p.m. – A caller reported a suspicious person in the 1200 block of Cascade Drive. A deputy gave an extremely intoxicated man with a bike a ride home to Cascadia.
Feb. 22
1:37 a.m. – Alexander Hamilton Burrell, 38, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant failure to comply, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
9:18 a.m. – Environmental Health took photographs of property for health violations, 30000 Tolomei Lane.
10:35 a.m. – Tasha Mary Bowers-Curtis, 33, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for DUII.
1:22 p.m. – A caller reported a man with a machete walking behind Walmart, 3290 S. Santiam Hwy. He was not threatening anyone. Officers contacted the 39-year-old man, who was intoxicated and had an open container of alcohol. He was relatively non-cooperative but his only crime was the city ordinance violation for the alcohol. He agreed to let the officer take his machete for safekeeping until he was sober. The alcohol was dumped out and the container disposed of. The officer did not issue a citation.
4:19 p.m. – Tyler Scott Price, 28, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to comply, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
Feb. 21
7:58 a.m. – A caller reported the window was broken out of his vehicle and $400 cash, medical ID and registration were taken in the 500 block of W. A Street. A report was taken.
8:28 a.m. – Coty Allan Carr, 27, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge second-degree theft.
12:52 p.m. – Two Lebanon High School students were referred for disorderly conduct with a recommendation for peer court. They were involved in a “friendly fight.” Both students agreed to meet by the storage shed north of the football field. Between 10 and 20 peers watched until the fight was interrupted by administrators.
4:54 p.m. – Steven Craig Duncan, 46, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant and lodged at the Linn County Jail.
9 p.m. – A caller reported someone broke into his residence sometime between 6 p.m. and the time of the call in the 100 block of S. Second Street. A safe with roughly $22,000 cash inside and $400 that was next to the safe were taken. There were no signs of forced entry. A revolver pistol, holster, cartridges and a Chase Bank check book also were taken. A report was taken.
Feb. 20
2:06 a.m. – Shain Nicholas Hersey, 64, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
7:18 a.m. – CTC Forest Patrol located a flatbed trailer at the CTC Middle Ridge 500 gate that was abandoned. A deputy confirmed it matched a description of a recently stolen trailer, ATV and riding lawn mower from the Waterloo area. Only the trailer was recovered. The victim was contacted and authorized the transport of the trailer.
10:52 p.m. – Coty Allen Carr, 27, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and heroin.. He also had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and heroin.
Feb. 19
10:50 a.m. – Willa Raie Harris, 46, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to comply and failure to appear. She also had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.
12:26 p.m. – A caller reported someone entered her unlocked vehicle overnight and stole pens, pencils, a gift card and two rewards cards in the 1900 block of S. Second Street. A camo sweatshirt also was stolen but was recovered in the parking lot. A report was taken.
1:24 p.m. – Roger Lee Dale Housing, 36, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for probation violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
1:42 p.m. – A caller requested deputies contact a transient living in a vehicle on private property in the 30300 block of Horseshoe Loop. No additional report was taken.
3:54 p.m. – Carl Wayne Villa, 34, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
4:01 p.m. – A caller reported her unlocked vehicle was broken into over the weekend. There 2200 block of Leonard Lane.
6:13 p.m. – A caller reported sunglasses and a yarn cross necklace were taken from his vehicle in the 1700 block of Carroll Street. There was no damage. Loss value $100. A report was taken.
6:35 p.m. – Leslie Marie Hall, 52, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. She also had a Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to perform duties of a driver.
11:20 p.m. – Loa Ann Louise Branton, 27, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.
Feb. 18
12:04 a.m. – Nathan Cobat, 27, was arrested for for unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, pointing a firearm at another and reckless endangering.
12:28 p.m. – Jesse Lee Johnson, 30, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and heroin.
3:38 p.m. – A caller reported a fifth-wheel type camper was broken into in the 35600 block of Bohlken Drive. Small items valued at less than $100 were taken. A report was taken.
4:24 p.m. – Katie Stockwell, 34, was arrested on a Linn County misdemeanor warrant. A subsequent inventory of her vehicle resulted in the discovery of methamphetamine and related paraphernalia. Stockwell was lodged at the Linn County Jail for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, using an invalid license, driving while suspended violation, driving uninsured and failure to renew registration.
4:59 p.m. – Deputies contacted a person removing trash from a vehicle and depositing it along the road in the 31100 block of Waterloo Drive. Deputies instructed that person to clean up their mess, or be arrested. The person stated they would clean up their mess. No additional report was taken.
Feb. 17
1:03 a.m. – Keith Greiner was arrested for DUII after multiple traffic violations, field sobriety tests and failing a breath test.
2:58 a.m. – A caller reported parts were stolen from a bicycle that was tied up in the 0-99 block of W. Grant Street. Several expensive parts were missing off the bike. The frame was Cannondale and the parts were aftermarket. A report for second-degree theft was taken.
4:10 a.m. – A caller reported a black Mongoose 21-speed bike stolen from the front yard of a residence in the 1700 block of Carroll Street. A report for third-degree theft was taken.
6:17 a.m. – A woman who is living in her car reported that two men in a gray car pounded on her car window with a gun in a parking lot near Park and E. Oak Streets. The passenger told her to open the door and pointed the gun at her when she refused. She described the man as being in his 20s, with short hair and a small goatee. An officer gave the woman a ride to Shari’s. A report was taken.
7:47 a.m. – Hailee Jo Smith-Daggett, 24, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespass. She also had Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.
9:35 a.m. – A caller received a $1,400 check for $300 chicken feeder. The caller did not cash the check. She was advised to destroy the check and notify the sender she has been in contact with the Linn County Sheriff’s Office. A deputy suggested she put “Cash Only” on any future adds on Craiglist and Facebook.
1:31 p.m. – A caller found a 19-year-old woman sitting on the curb crying in the 600 block of W. D Street. She told the caller that she was in an unsafe situation and requested she call the police. The woman was still under the influence of narcotics and wished to go to the hospital to seek help. Officers gave her a courtesy ride. No additional report was taken.
Feb. 16
9:40 a.m. – A caller reported a Glock 43 9mm pistol, black Kydex waistband holster, full magazine and Oakley sunglasses with an American flag emblem were taken from an unsecured vehicle that was parked in a driveway in the 100 block of Milton Street. Loss value: $720. The pistol was entered into LEDS/NCIC as stolen. A report was taken.
9:46 a.m. – Anna Mary Stewart, 72, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. She was cited and released.
5:12 p.m. – Tyrel Glenn Attebery, 36, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
7:55 p.m. – A caller reported cattle got out of a nearby dairy in the 35200 block of Spicer Drive. The owner was contacted and arranged to pick them up in the morning. No additional report was taken.
Feb. 15
6:01 a.m. – A caller reported his vehicle was broken into overnight in the 500 block of Manor Way. A silver “old fashioned” watch was taken. Loss value: $500. A report was taken.
7:32 a.m. – A caller said the back window of his vehicle was smashed out, 800 block of W. Oak Street. Nothing was taken and there was no other damage. The caller wanted the information documented. No additional report was taken.
8:05 a.m. – A caller reported a flashdrive taken from one unlocked vehicle and $20 cash taken from another unlocked vehicle in the 700 block of Manor Way. A report was taken.
8:41 a.m. – An employee of Albany and Eastern Railroad said four forklift batteries were taken from a locked, gated area on the Laticrete property, 100 Entek Way. He said he has seen transient traffic in the area and requested extra patrol. He said he just wanted the information documented. No additional report was taken.
9:42 a.m. – A caller had concerns about a camp trailer on the property that is being occupied in the 2600 block of Cascade Drive. A deputy contacted county enforcement, who advised him to have the caller file a complaint form with their office. The caller thanked the deputy for his time.
10:05 a.m. – A caller reported the title, registration and an electronic control module taken from his unlocked vehicle in the 700 block of Manor Way. Wiring under the steering wheel was exposed. A report was taken.
10:47 a.m. – Angela Alice Flip, 21, turned herself in on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. A Linn County Sheriff’s Deputy confirmed the warrant and gave her a court date and time. Filip told deputy she is homeless so her attorney authorized the use of his office as a mailing address on the cite.
12:01 p.m. – A caller reported his shed was broken into in the 2600 block of S. Santiam Highway. He said possibly five bags of cans and two cases of motor oil were taken some time between 9 p.m. on Feb. 14 and the time of the call. A report was taken.
5:46 p.m. – Bryan James Watts, 42, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. He was cited and released.
11:56 p.m. – Gloria Sue Bennington, 50, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
Feb. 14
8:31 a.m. – A caller reported that on Feb. 13 after lunchtime, someone threw a can of pre-chewed tobacco on her vehicle, Lebanon High School, 1700 S. Fifth St. She requested the surveillance be viewed to see if the person who did that could be identified. The information was documented.
9:27 a.m. – Four Lebanon High School students were issued citations for parking in visitor parking spots. One of the students was issued a warning for parking in an ADA spot and was advised further incidents could result in steep fines. While the officer was issuing citations, a student sent a snap chat to several friends regarding the citations. The officer advised him to spread the word that students will be getting citations if they park in visitor parking spots. No additional report was taken.
11:17 a.m. A man called the Albany Police Department more than 50 times with nothing to report. He was warned for telephonic harassment. No additional report was taken.
4:37 p.m. – A caller said his neighbor has been throwing dog feces over the fence into the caller’s yard. He wanted her counseled. She was not home but an officer left a card for her to contact him. No additional report was taken.
7:27 p.m. – Deana Renee Paul, 47, turned herself in on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant.
9:21 p.m. – Brain Maxwell Andrews, 44, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant.
9:41 p.m. – Clayton K. Reed, III, 39, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He was cited and released.
Feb. 13
6:45 a.m. – Carrie Ann Scott, 27, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
11:38 a.m. – Bryan Matthew Wilkinson, 36, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge third-degree theft. He also had a warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation, original charge third-degree theft.
1:53 p.m. – Bertha Kay Avery, 62, was arrested for DUII.
6:45 p.m. – A deputy was driving east on Highway 20, near Waterloo, when he noticed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. The roadway was dry, traffic was light. The deputy said he had good doppler tone and track. When his front-facing radar gave a 100 mph in a posted 55 mph, zone he turned and caught up with the vehicle. The driver said “My steering wheel is in the way of the speedometer so I couldn`t tell.” The driver was cited for driving while suspended.
7:21 p.m. – Randi Jo Goodwin turned herself in on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge driving while suspended.
9:39 p.m. – A caller said she was attacked by a male with a very small build wearing dark clothing and a ski mask outside apartments in the 600 block of 12th Street. He asked her for a cigarette. When she said no, he struck her on the knee, possibly with a flashlight. She was not injured. A report for harassment was taken.
10:58 p.m. – Richard Ray Botts, 46, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on a criminal citation and contempt of court and probation violation. Kenneth Ray Crawford, 46, was arrested on a Linn County Supervisor Authority warrant for failure to comply, original charge fourth-degree assault.
Feb. 12
2:05 a.m. – Weston Donovan Thompson, 26, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
3:05 a.m. – A Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital employee reported drugs found in a patient’s room during housekeeping. An item tested positive for methamphetamine. Emergency room staff said there were numerous people in the room prior to locating the drugs so it was unknown who it belonged to. A report for found property was taken.
8:12 a.m. – A caller found property including tax documents and other paperwork, at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific Northwest, 200 Mullins Dr. The paperwork shows an address in Eugene. The Eugene Police Department had no record of a theft case involving the individual. A report for found property was taken.
9:10 a.m. – Officers responded to a welfare check in the 39400 block of Klum Street. The kids and family were fine. Kids were playing and everyone thought there was no school. They thought it was Presidents’ Day, which is actually the following week.
9:19 a.m. – A caller reported a theft from her storage shed in the 600 block of S. 12th Street. The lock was cut on a Keter brand plastic storage container. A Delonghi air conditioning unit was taken. Los value $300. The caller was advised about the proper use of 911 and counseled to use it for emergencies only. A report for second-degree theft and criminal mischief was taken.
1:22 p.m. – Shain Nicholas Hersey, 42, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge second-degree theft. He also had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge second-degree criminal trespass.
10:24 p.m. – Brennen Tyler Seplocha, 26, was arrested on a Linn County warrant for failure to comply, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
10:33 p.m. – Brennen Sean Scott, 24, was arrested on a Linn County warrant for failure to comply, third-degree theft, felony probation, possession of methamphetamine.
11:23 p.m. – Nicholas Scott Hunter, 36, was arrested on a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for failure to comply, distribution of a controlled substance, heroin.
Feb. 11
8:03 a.m. – Thomas Francis Chohan, 46, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree theft. He was charged with resisting arrest.
9:16 a.m. – A caller reported someone went through her vehicle and stole an air freshener in the 1200 block of S. Seventh Avenue. She said this was the third time someone had gone through her vehicle in the past couple of weeks. She advised the officer that she usually locked their vehicle doors. An officer checked their vehicles and found an unlocked door, pointed it out and locked it for them. She was counseled no additional report was taken.
9:28 a.m. – A caller reported her vehicle was gone through and a black Kershaw folding knife with a broken tip, Scratch-it tickets and change were taken in the 300 block of S. Second Street.
10:13 a.m. – A caller reported a Leatherman multi-tool in a leather case was taken from her vehicle, 1300 block of Hiatt Street. A neighbor noticed the dome light of her vehicle on and the door ajar. There was no damage to the vehicle. An officer educated the caller about cameras and motion lights. A report for third-degree theft and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle was taken.
10:45 a.m. – A caller found the door to her vehicle ajar in the 1300 block of Hiatt Street. There was no damage to the vehicle and no items were missing. An officer educated her about motion sensors and security cameras. A report for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle was taken.
12:19 p.m. – A cow was loose on the road in the 40200 block of Mount Hope Drive. It was returned to its owner. No additional report was taken.
Feb. 10
2:42 a.m. – A person who was delivering newspapers said the front door of a residence was open and a male was asleep on a couch in the 0-99 block of Hiatt Street. He was breathing but did not wake up. An officer shut the door and dispatch contacted the home owner who said the man was supposed to be there. No additional report was taken.
8:33 a.m. – A caller reported an injured sheep in the 39800 block of Griggs Drive. The owner said he would be out to get the sheep. No additional report was taken.
10 a.m. – A caller said the American Legion hot dog trailer was vandalized, 480 Main St. One of the windows was spray painted sometime within the last week. The caller wanted it documented. Photos were taken but no additional report was taken.
1:46 p.m. – A caller reported three juveniles were on top of the mill near the water tower, 3300 Burdell Blvd. The caller could see them from Walgreen’s. The caller saw the juveniles playing on the train cars prior to them going to the mill. The caller did not wish to pursue charges. All three juveniles were strongly counseled and released to their parents. No additional report was taken.
8 p.m. – A driver of a vehicle turned too tightly from Vaughan Lane onto Stoltz Hill Road and his passenger-side tire was sucked into the deep ditch. He needed a tow truck to pull out his vehicle.
10:28 p.m. – Parker Mowdy, 21, was arrested on a warrant. He was lodged at the Linn County Jail.
Feb. 9
10:43 a.m. – A caller reported someone intentionally honking their horn during early morning hours with the intent to aggravate her in the 29800 block of Santiam Highway. No report was taken.
Feb. 8
2:56 a.m. – Timothy Wayne Spencer, 47, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge fourth-degree assault.
10:13 a.m. – Two Lebanon High School students, one 17 years old and one 16 years old, were referred for minor in possession, marijuana.
2:01 p.m. – Wren Logan Wright, III, 38, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. Cited and released.
2:25 p.m. – Kylee Clay Norberg, 27, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to comply, original charge reckless driving.
3:05 p.m. – Ronald Dove, 44, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Justice Court warrant for probation violation. He was cited and released.
3:25 p.m. – Ashley Mae Waters, 28, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge third-degree theft.
6:01 p.m. – Joshua Lee Laub, 28, turned himself in on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He was cited and released.
9:43 p.m. – Ronald Andrew Mowdy, 23, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
