Circuit Court
Patrick Bryan Wilson
Patrick Bryan Wilson was sentenced Feb. 22 in Linn County Circuit Court to 20 days in jail with credit for time served in connection to a Sept. 2 assault case.
Wilson pleaded no contest to attempting to commit a class B felony.
He also was sentenced to 36 months probation and ordered to pay $3,551.70 in fines, compensation for injuries and restitution.
James Lee Baker
James Lee Baker was sentenced Feb. 1 in Linn County Circuit Court to 45 days in jail with credit for time served on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and attempting to elude a police officer, both class C felonies.
He was also sentenced to 18 months probation and fined $400.
Baker pleaded guilty on Feb. 1 to both charges.
Baker was arrested in connection to the theft of a vehicle on Dec. 13, 2018.
