May 14
10:05 a.m. – Three loose large dogs in the backyard of a residence were attacking a cat, in the 1300 block of S. Williams Street. The cat died. These were the same dogs involved in an attack on May 13. The dog owners were cited. A report was taken.
1:47 p.m. – A 42-year-old man was urinating in public by the gazebo at Ralston Park. He was cited and released. A report was taken.
9:35 p.m. – A caller loaned her vehicle to a friend but the friend did not return the vehicle and blocked her phone. The vehicle was entered into LEDS.
May 13
1:02 a.m. – A caller reported four juveniles in an alleyway in the 500 block of S. Main Street. They were wearing masks and hoodies and three of them had backpacks. All juveniles were referred for curfew. One was referred for minor in possession of a controlled substance, marijuana; another was referred for minor in possession, tobacco. A report was taken.
9:22 a.m. – Someone stole wire and more than $2,000 worth of tools from an unlocked vehicle in the 500 block of S. 15th Street. A report was taken.
1:51 p.m. – A caller said two dogs, one large and brown with Rottweiler-like markings, were playing tug of war with a cat, 1400 block of S. Williams Street. The dog was gone when officers arrived. The cat was badly injured but able to walk with difficulty. The cat did not have a collar. It was transported to Lebanon Animal Hospital. No report was taken.
May 12
8:55 a.m. – A caller reported her purse stolen from Lebanon High School sometime between noon and 9 p.m. the day before. The square burgundy purse had two gold zippers and a long adjustable gold strap. The wallet which was inside had a floral print. A report was taken.
2:40 p.m. – A red and black Schwinn bike was found at the Mobil station. It was entered into LEDS as found property.
3:30 p.m. – A caller said he received three AT&T phones at his old address. When he contacted AT&T, they said there was a phone order that used his name, date of birth and social security number. AT&T sent a fraud notice to Equifax and asked that he return the phones. No money was exchanged. The man asked for a case number to lengthen the fraud alert expiration. No loss. A report for identity theft was taken.
May 11
2:09 a.m. – An audible intrusion alarm was set off at Cascades Elementary School. Some juveniles came off the roof and ran towards Seventh Avenue. Officers made contact with one juvenile who was released to his parent and given a curfew referral. A report was taken.
5:32 a.m. – A caller reported a woman with a bicycle and trailer, carrying an empty Coors can walking in the 700 block of E. Elmore Street. She was staggering and had slurred speech. An officer contacted the 51-year-old woman who appeared to be under the influence of methamphetamine. She did not appear to be a danger to herself or others. Officers advised her to walk her bike until she could ride it safely. No report was taken.
8:51 a.m. – Jeffrey James Allen, 43, was charged with resisting arrest and attempted assault on a police officer.
9:15 a.m. – A Lebanon High School Student was referred for harassment after she was found wandering the halls of the high school looking for another student. A report was taken.
10:05 a.m. – An unlocked vehicle was entered during the night in the the 700 block of N. Fifth Street. An external hard drive, a laptop and keys to the vehicle were taken. A report was taken.
1:08 p.m. – A Walmart employee received a counterfeit $100 bill. A report was taken.
2:58 p.m. – Venjamin Alekseyenko, 35, was arrested for harassment and public indecency. A caller said an intoxicated man in a blue plaid shirt and grey sweatpants grabbed her and exposed himself to her at Duffy’s. Two more people called about the man. A report was taken.
4:09 p.m. – A stroller was taken from Walmart. Loss value $179. A report was taken.
May 10
3:19 p.m. – A caller reported a 42-year-old man was at Ralston Park yelling profanities. He also was chasing a juvenile through the park. No officer was available at the time of the call. Officers contacted the man at RiteAid at 3:38 p.m. The man was charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
4:45 p.m. – Kenneth Lane, 37, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge, second-degree theft. Shawn Patrick Cruise, 36, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge driving while suspended. A caller said two men were sitting under some electrical boxes with exposed wires in the new six-plex near W. Rose and S. Fifth Streets. The caller said none of the units were occupied yet, so she did not know what the men were doing. A report was taken.
May 9
8:10 p.m. – A caller said when he went fishing, or attempted to go fishing, in the Cheadle Lake area yesterday evening, the smell of feces was so unbearable he had to leave. He said transients were camping in the area. LPD checked the southwest area of the lake and were unable to locate any camps. Officers spoke to walkers in the area who said they did not see any campers. There was a Port-a-Potty in the southwest section of the lake, possibly that’s what the caller smelled. No report was taken.
1:27 p.m. – A caller reported a group of men drinking whiskey from a bottle in Ralston Park. One man was very intoxicated and was yelling and being rowdy. He stood up and was stumbling near the canal. Caller was concerned the man would fall in. Dispatch observed the man via the cameras at the bathrooms. The 42-year-old man had a prior trespass from the park and a misdemeanor Linn County Justice Court warrant. He was cited and released on the warrant and the trespass. He received a new trespass for 180 days.
2:20 p.m. – The front license plate of a vehicle was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 3100 block of S. Eighth Street. LPD took the second plate and entered it into LEDS. A report was taken.
5:52 p.m. – Bobbie Mary Lorrain Horner, 39, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
6:04 p.m. – A CD player and Garmin GPS were taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 500 block of W. Vine Street. There was no obvious damage to the vehicle. The stereo was an unknown brand and the GPS didn’t work. Loss value $200.
May 8
6:58 a.m. – A resident in the 300 block of W. Oak Street said his garage was tagged overnight. He said he only wants it documented. An officer took photos. No report was taken.
7:28 a.m. – A caller near Fifth and W. Oak Streets saw two male juveniles, one with hot pink hair, tagging “Dion” on the garage. This was a misunderstanding. It was the same tag called in by the resident in the previous log entry. The resident spray painted “Celine Dion” on his own property in an attempt to make a point to whomever tagged his property earlier in the day. There was no new crime regarding the pink-haired man. No report was taken.
9:19 a.m. – Leland Paul Friemark, 51, was arrested for DUII and was taken the Justice Center.
9:23 a.m. – Kasey Wayne Miller, 27, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. Miller was given a release agreement due to a medical issue. Anjanette Raye Baker, 51, was arrested on warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
11:10 a.m. – A man said a credit card watch company reported that there were two attempts to use his identification in Newark, Delaware. Both applications for Bank of America cards were denied and he was not out any money. He just wanted documentation to show the credit bureaus so his credit is not affected. It was documented. No report was taken.
1:27 p.m. – A bunk bed was taken from Walmart. A tall male in camouflage clothing is shown on surveillance video. Loss value $179. A report for second-degree theft was taken.
2:09 p.m. – An employee of the Lebanon Community School District reported a juvenile was causing a disruption during her tutoring class and when given an option to calm down or leave, she refused to do either then punched the wall twice, which created a large hole in the sheet rock. She then left. The staff member called LPD back and said they would like to press charges against the juvenile. A report was taken.
11:46 p.m. – Dustin Kyle Coughran, 27, was arrested on a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for probation violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, heroin.
May 7
9:20 a.m. – A giant bird bath was taken from the front yard of a residence in the 700 block of W. Maple Street. A report was taken.
4:07 p.m. – A caller said three men, two older and one younger, were harassing females that were walking on the trails at Cheadle Lake. The men had a brown pitbull with them. The caller requested officers walk the trails and clear out the homeless camps as times allows. No report was taken.
9:47 p.m. – A Chevron employee was given a fraudulent $100 bill approximately 10 minutes before the time of the call. A report was taken.
10:17 p.m. – A bicycle was taken from in front of Bobo’s. Loss value approximately $150.
May 6
11:06 a.m. – A purple “Frozen” zippered pouch which contained a black and white Huawei smartphone, black Samsung slider TracFone, BMW key fob with house key attached to Pittsburgh Steelers lanyard, and other items was found at Walmart.
4:58 p.m. – Donald Wayne Burdine, 71, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. Two witnesses reported a motor home ripped the bumper off another vehicle and took off. Burdine was charged with failure to perform duties of a driver. A report was taken.
6:20 p.m. – Cody Isaiah Milligan, 20, was arrested for minor in possession of a controlled substance, alcohol. He had Albany Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on charges of disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass, failure to perform duties of a driver, property damage, and driving uninsured. He was given a courtesy ride to Albany.
May 5
12:05 a.m. – Christian Phillip Riley, 38, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He was in custody at Linn County Jail, available for release.

9:08 a.m. – Brennen Tyler Seplocha, 25, was arrested on a state-wide felony warrant out of Linn County Circuit Court for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
10:35 a.m. – Contents of the drug collection bin and weapons destroy bin were transported to Covanta for incineration.
11:59 a.m. – A Verizon employee said he saw vandalism when he was working on the cell tower on the water tower behind Walgreens. The lock and gate were damaged and approximately 180 gallons of diesel was siphoned from the generator. A report was taken.
12:49 p.m. – A Meals on Wheels volunteer requested a welfare check on an 87-year-old client because she did not answer her door. Officers made contact with someone who said the woman left with her son. No report was taken.
1:04 p.m. – A resident at the Oregon Veterans Home reported money missing from his room sometime between April 30 and May 3. A report was taken.
2:10 p.m. – Four people were fishing on private property at the boat ramp at 3601 S. Santiam Highway. They were counseled and warned about the trespass ordinance. They all complied and left the property. No report was taken.
2:18 p.m. – Danna Marie Tarrance, 52, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court probation violation. She also had a Linn County Circuit warrant for possession of a controlled substance, heroin.
May 4
3:49 a.m. – Christopher Walter, 37, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree failure to appear. He also had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. A Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital employee reported Walter was being belligerent and cursing at staff. He left the emergency room before LPD officers arrived. He was detained near Williams and Doge Streets. Walter was detained and returned to the hospital. At 5:05 a.m. Walter was in custody to be transported to Linn County Jail.
9:30 a.m. – Michael Joseph Lewis, 42, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. A caller was doing construction behind Safeway and a male threatened city workers. He requested an officer respond.
11:55 a.m. – Anita Ruth Woodrum, 39, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court.
1:24 p.m. – A caller said a toddler had been screaming for several hours, in the 1700 block of Carroll Street. An officer contacted the mother who said her daughter was fighting a nap. She allowed the officer to see the toddler, who was so tired she could not keep her eyes open. No signs of injury. No report was taken.
2:48 p.m. – Arlynn Ray Cantrell, 58, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge third-degree theft.
8:17 p.m. – A caller found a cell phone near the play structure at Century Park. An officer responded and took the phone. A report was taken.
10:21 p.m. – Jacob Allan Smith, 32, was arrested for DUII. His vehicle was impounded. A report was taken.
May 3
8:45 a.m. – Christina Rose Erickson, 21, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
11:45 a.m. – Ryan Axel Tyle, 25, turned himself in on a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for first-degree criminal mistreatment.
12:35 p.m. – Rachele Renae Holifield, 33, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.
12:42 p.m. – A caller said overnight someone cut the north chain link fence at Pennington Seed and entered the property, stole a fuel additive pump, miscellaneous tools, and three metal cigarette buckets. A report for second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief was taken.
12:52 p.m. – Some time between 9 p.m. the previous night and the 7:45 the morning of the call, a dark blue and white children’s Ambush bicycle with front pegs was removed from a porch, 1400 block S. Second Street. Loss value $70.
11:19 p.m. – Kristina Marie Robertson Koll, 46, was arrested for DUII. The vehicle was released to a friend and parked legally.
May 2
5:15 a.m. – A caller said a deer was hit but was still alive and struggling, 32000 block of Berlin Road. The deer was located, moved out of the roadway and dispatched. Public Works was advised. No report was taken.
7:34 a.m. – Someone spray painted the walls and doors of the apartments being built at 1956 S. Second St. The damage will be covered by sheetrock and paint but the caller wanted this documented and requested extra patrol at night. The caller said LPD officers were free to go inside the gate anytime they wish. No report was taken.
10:27 a.m. – Shawn Glen Rodriguez, 27, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge four counts of minor in possession by consumption. He also had an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply and contempt of court, original charge minor in possession by consumption.
11:10 a.m. – Sean Clinton Baker, 33, was arrested for a restraining order violation.
4:07 p.m. – Eduardo Aaron Vasquez, 20, was arrested for a restraining order violation out of Maryland.
6:15 p.m. – Robert Carl Robison, 40, was arrested on a state-wide felony Oregon State Police Board warrant for delivery of methamphetamine. It was later determined Robison also violated a stalking order.
May 1
2:11 a.m. – A caller reported her 2008 Volkswagen Jetta stolen between 5 p.m. and 1 a.m., 0-99 block of North Main Street. The vehicle was located by Marion County Sheriffs earlier in the evening. A report was taken.
8:59 a.m. – A 20-year-old man was assaulted at Ralston Park by three unknown males. He said he was in the bathroom at the park when he was jumped. He had injuries to his face but declined medics. A report was taken.
10:02 a.m. – Travis Ray Wilmoth turned himself in on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for contempt of court, failure to comply and second-degree failure to appear. He also had Linn County Supervisory Authority warrants for failure to appear. He was transported to the Linn County Jail.
10:37 a.m. – Someone cut a hole in the southwest corner of the fence at Albany & Eastern Railroad and took a full set of sockets and wrenches sometime between 2 p.m. on April 28 and the time of the call. A report was taken.
2:58 p.m. – Kenneth Eugene Lane, 38, was arrested on a Lane County Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
5:24 p.m. – A teal colored floral clutch purse was stolen from Pay It Forward. It contained almost $600, a torch lighter and a pack of cigarettes. A report was taken.
7:23 p.m. – A residence in the 100 block of E. Sherman Street was entered sometime Saturday night. The caller believed the door may have been left unlocked. A PS3 game system was missing. A report for first-degree burglary was taken.
April 30
10:38 a.m. – Jerol Keith Selby, 55, died by suicide in the 2700 block of Elizabeth Place. His body was released to Huston Jost Funeral Home after the investigation. A report was taken.
11:13 a.m. – A 2007 Ford F150 and an unlocked 2011 GMC Suburban were broken into in the 0-99 block of Grace Street. Items were taken from both vehicles. A report was taken for second-degree theft and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.
3:34 p.m. – A caller said a Chrysler 200 and Dodge Charger were entered and items were taken, 0-99 block of Oak Terrace Drive. A Northface brand black windbreaker jacket, Seahawks jacket and a new set of windshield wipers were taken from the unlocked vehicles. Loss value $190. A report for second-degree theft was taken.
7:01 p.m. – Ashley Nicole Pruitt, 30, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court felony warrant for probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, heroin.
April 29
1:10 a.m. – A caller said a suspicious man was pushing a generator in the 100 block of N. Eighth Street. Officers found a hand cart at the far west end of Mary Street. An old grinder was found in the area of Linn Gear. Officers recovered the grinder. A report was taken.
4:06 p.m. – Two juvenile females were referred for third-degree theft from Rite-Aid. Both were cooperative.
April 28
2:12 a.m. – Monte Dale Lee, 45, was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon and menacing. A caller said a man pulled a gun on him outside of Bobo’s. Officers located the man south of 7-Eleven on Main Street and seized a 9 mm Smith & Wesson.
9:50 a.m. – A caller lost her black zippered wallet, which contained three credit cards, social security card, and Oregon drivers license, at Bob’s the night of April 27. A report was taken.
11:35 a.m. – A resident in the 2000 block of Park Drive said his outgoing mail was taken around Easter Sunday. Some mail had his social security information. A report was taken.
4:55 p.m. – Marie Therese Ramos, 36, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violations, original charge second-degree disorderly conduct. She had a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft.
April 27
6:55 p.m. – Jason Scott Sylvester, 42, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for harassment.
11:15 a.m. – Shelbee Nicole Gerbovitz, 19, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court, original charge second-degree disorderly conduct.
2:23 p.m. – Michael David Brockman, 25, was arrested on a Junction City Municipal Court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.
3:04 p.m. – Gas was taken from a U-Haul truck, 1000 block of Tangent Street. The vehicle also was vandalized. Loss value $300. A report was taken.
April 26
10 a.m. – A man in the lobby of the Lebanon Justice Center said he wanted to get rid of his 37-year-old gun. A report was taken.
10:37 p.m. – An older female Labrador was on the loose in front of Green Acres School. An officer took it to the Justice Center. She did not have a collar or chip. Linn County Animal Control was contacted. This was the third time the dog had been at large and picked up. The dog was returned to her owners. The dog’s owners were cited for dog at large and nuisance dog.
1:30 p.m. – An orange and white Stihl BR600 all-in-one backpack blower, serial number 506384602, was taken from Economy Supply. Officers viewed surveillance video and still shots of the suspect and vehicle, which appeared to be a grayish 2002 – 2007 Nissan Murano. Loss value $500. Report for second-degree theft. The blower was entered into LEDS.
2:03 p.m. – Brian Naryan Varma, 38, was arrested for second-degree theft. A Walmart employee said a man ripped a Value Nest security camera out of its wrap. He also had an HDMI cable. He left the store in a white Dodge Caravan. The van was found at Rite Aid. Varma was taken into custody. The license plates on the van matched a different vehicle and will be returned to the DMV.
2:49 p.m. – Alexandra L. Morales-Salinas, 32, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply and contempt of court.
3:23 p.m. – Darrell Gene Mullinex, 42, was arrested on a Lebanon arrest warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. A caller said a man said he is wanted by the police and told the caller to call the police, 100 block of E. Oak Street. A second caller reported an intoxicated man. A report was taken.
April 25
10:35 a.m. – Someone pried open the back doors to 1111 and 1133 S. Main St. Entry was made into both buildings. Twenty cases of Brisk 1 liter plastic bottles were taken. $234 loss value, $500 damage to 1111 S. Main St. $40 damage to 1133 S. Main St. Two reports for burglary were taken. The caller requested extra patrols during night hours.
12:58 p.m. – Macayla Marie Jimenez, 21, was given a courtesy ride from the Lebanon Jail to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital and given a four-hour medical release.
2:05 p.m. – A 44-year old transgender male to female transient was cited for third-degree theft, disorderly conduct and two counts of third-degree criminal trespass. A caller said the person urinated in the back corner booth of the Subway in Walmart and would like her trespassed. A second caller said the person dropped items in the drive-thru area of US Bank. Officers took her into custody and gave her a courtesy ride to the Albany post office.
4:30 p.m. – A vehicle parked near the grocery side of Walmart was keyed along the driver’s side. An officer watched surveillance video but did not see anyone walk the length of the car. Damage estimated at $1,000. A report was taken.
5:15 p.m. – Macayla Marie Jimenez, 21, did not return from four-hour medical release. Report for unauthorized departure.
9:31 p.m. – Kristy Dawn Moore, 46, turned herself in on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for contempt of court and probation violation and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge second-degree theft.
9:44 p.m. – Terra Lynia Thompson, 35, turned herself in on Albany Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear, original charges of second-degree theft.
April 24
8:08 a.m. – Scott Russell Coberly, 63, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court arrest warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a state-wide felony warrant out of Linn County for failure to comply, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He owed 28 days in county jail.
9:29 a.m. – A caller reported a theft that happened the night of April 20 at Pampered Paws. There was no forced entry, but the caller thought entry may have been gained through the mail slot. A silver mini iPad with a black case and a Verizon Wireless router were taken. A report was taken.
9:54 a.m. – A caller said his white Samsung Galaxy S5 phone was taken out of his unlocked vehicle, in the 600 block of S. Second Street. He said he only wanted it documented. No report was taken.
11:02 a.m. – Both license plates were taken from a vehicle in the 1800 block of S. Ninth Street. A report for third-degree theft was taken.
11:09 a.m. – A Jamis brand black full suspension mountain bike was taken from Gill’s Landing, space eight sometime between Saturday night and the time of the call. The caller wanted this documented. There were no suspects. No report was taken.
4:22 p.m. – Jeremy Michael Hicks, 36, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court arrest warrants for contempt of court and probation violation and failure to appear, original charge second-degree theft. He also had three Linn County warrants for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for failure to comply, original charge second-degree theft.
April 23
10:42 a.m. – A Rite-Aid customer said her medication was taken from her bag by a man who left the location. A video showed the man taking it. Loss value $3.30. A report was taken.
4:03 p.m. – Rachele Renae Holifield, 32, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. She also had a Linn County Circuit court warrant for probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. She had a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for third-degree robbery and a Lebanon Muncipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. A Walmart employee said a woman who took a tote bag full of merchandise refused to go back into the store. The merchandise was recovered but the woman ran ran toward Pizza Hut, then back toward Walmart and jumped a fence. The woman was detained. Holifield was charged with second-degree theft. A report was taken.
April 20
1:49 p.m. – Paula Marie Lea Skyles-Lutzi was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court arrest warrants for contempt of court and parole violation. She also had a felony warrant out of Linn County Circuit Court for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, heroin.
2:27 p.m. – A resident in the 700 block of Harrison Street reported the flower garden in her backyard was vandalized a while ago. She also said her garage door was vandalized. Some of the gem stones that were in her flower bed were taken some time during the winter. A report was taken.
9:57 p.m. – Christopher Jon Swisher, 52, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle. He also had a warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
April 17
7:57 a.m. – A 1991 black Honda Prelude was stolen from the 500 block of Maple Street overnight. It was entered into LEDS. Oregon State Police called and said they had tagged the vehicle for towing on the side of Highway 20 just outside of Sweet Home, however when the trooper drove by it this morning it was gone. A report was taken.
10:03 a.m. – A woman reported a black nylon medium sized suitcase, black backpack with white skulls, metal labelmaker, gray purse with chain straps, white “Amy Balderas” Bible, gray fedora and other personal items missing, in the 700 block of E Street. Total loss value $400. A report for second-degree theft was taken.
10:30 a.m. – A woman reported an Android tablet stolen from in the 900 block of Tasha Way. A report for second-degree theft was taken.
12:12 p.m. – A yellow and tan Coleman sleeping bag was found at McDonald’s. It was clean and usable. A report was taken.
12:52 p.m. – A woman said her husband’s identity was stolen in February 2016. They found out when they had their taxes done that someone had already used his social security number to file taxes. She said they contacted Equifax. They also found an outstanding electric bill from Kentucky and received a letter from a collection agency stating they owed an outstanding Dish Network bill of $1,327.25. A report was taken.
1:08 p.m. – Two males and females used a magnetic key to steal items from Walmart. Loss value $673.88. The Albany Walmart store got hit by the same suspects one hour later. A report for second-degree theft was taken.
3:17 p.m. – Macayle Marie Jimenez, 21, was arrested on a Linn county Justice Court warrant for failure to appear. She also had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, a Sweet Home Municipal Court arrest warrant for third-degree theft, failure to appear, original charge of theft by receiving, and failure to appear, original charge third-degree theft. She also was charged with third-degree theft, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, tampering with evidence and supplying contraband.
4:12 p.m. – Randi Jo Goodwin, 32, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court arrest warrant for contempt of court. Jonas Bradley Curtiss, 41, was arrested on two Lebanon Municipal Court warants for contempt of court and probation violation.
8:02 p.m. – A caller said that the locks were cut off two storage units in the 500 block of Harrison Street. The property inside had been gone through. Possible missing items include a suitcase with clothing and a lamp. The caller said she was going to provide a more detailed list of missing items. A report was taken.
April 16
3:26 a.m. – A caller said someone in a white Ford pickup truck was driving very slowly and shining a Mag light around in the 400 block of E Street. Her husband saw a male run out into the street and got in the vehicle. Officers located the vehicle. The people in the truck were out were delivering newspapers. Officers contacted the caller to let her know.
7:59 a.m. – Cody Kent, 28, was charged with fourth-degree assault, strangulation, and coercion. On May 1, he pleaded guilty and was convicted of fourth-degree assault. The other charges were dismissed.
10:59 a.m. – A caller said a woman let a dog poop in the park in the 1300 block of E. Grant Street. When the caller asked her to pick it up, she walked away. Officers were unable to locate the woman.
12 p.m. – A caller said her daughter set up a PayPal account using the caller’s bank information and spent $65. A report was taken.
April 15
8:22 a.m. – Narcotics were located in an inmate’s cell at the Lebanon jail during a routine cell search. A report was taken.
11:16 a.m. – Jacob Noel Yonker, 32, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and parole violation. He also had a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to appear.
April 14
8:46 a.m. – Two drills were taken from a shed at Lebanon High School. Total loss value $350. Report for second-degree burglary.
8:49 a.m. – A small purple and pink mountain bike was left at Les Schwab overnight. Officers retrieved the Magma Mountain Tamer bike from the location.
8:59 p.m. – Michael Scott Doyle, 46, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and parole violation, original charge second-degree theft.
April 13
1:33 a.m. – Geremy George Byzewski, 24, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for a parole violation, original charge of recklessly endangering another person.
9:24 a.m. – Anthony Pulido, 28, was arrested on charges of harassment and strangulation.
11:20 a.m. – Michael Lee Barnett-Nieschke, 36, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and parole violation, original charge reckless driving.
1:12 p.m. – A woman tried to use a fake ID to withdraw funds from Chase Bank. She was denied, but a bank employee kept the fake ID. A report was taken.
1:56 p.m. – A man in his mid-20s with some facial hair stole an electric wench from Walmart. He was wearing a black T-shirt and black and yellow baseball cap. He was the passenger in a dark green older Ford Taurus. A report for third-degree theft was taken.
2:02 p.m. – Two men were going door to door without a peddler’s license, in 2300 block of Mountain River Drive. They were given a verbal warning and a copy of the written ordinance violation. They said they would comply and left the area.
2:38 p.m. – Michael Eric Scott Lane, 43, was arrested on a state-wide felony warrant out of Linn County Circuit Court for failure to appear, original charge, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
April 12
8:18 a.m. – The front passenger window was broken out of a Honda Accord that was parked behind Schmizza Public House. Unknown loss value. A report was taken.
10:04 a.m. – A silver ring with three diamonds was stolen from the 700 hall girls bathroom. A report was taken.
10:54 a.m. – Stacie Leeann Smith, 28, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court arrest warrant for failure to appear, original charge second-degree theft. She also had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, and a Linn County Circuit Court felony warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
April 11
4:45 a.m. – Kevin Lee Hashman, 40, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
10:26 a.m. – A Lebanon High School student said someone entered the locker room during fourth period on April 6 and took $30 from inside her purse that was hidden in her duffel bag. Nothing else was taken from inside the bag. Two freshmen girls were seen on surveillance leaving the locker room around the time of the theft. The incident is under investigation.
11:46 a.m. – Dustin Bevel, 29, was arrested for fourth-degree domestic assault, strangulation and harassment.
1:58 p.m. – Arlen James Winn, was arrested on a Linn County Justice arrest warrant for failure to appear. He was cited and released.
3:38 p.m. – Someone reported that a fight had occurred at Lebanon High School during the day. It is under investigation.
4:23 p.m. – A caller said her friend was pushed down by an unknown male who attends Seven Oak Middle School. According to the girl, a group of unidentified boys came up to them as they walked
home and harassed them with racial slurs. After getting hit with pool noodles, she said she grabbed one of the boys and then her friend was grabbed by the legs, which caused her to fall back and hit her head on the pavement. One of the girls said a boy produced a large hunting knife but the girl did not feel threatened by it because he was her friend. The group of boys left but some of them returned to ask if the girl who had fallen was OK. No report at this time.
4:43 p.m. – A caller said her 14-year-old daughter was being bullied at school and harassed on the school bus. The information was passed on to the Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
4:43 p.m. – The city attorney’s office reported that a 27-year-old suspect possibly changed the court date on a citation. No report was taken.
6:50 p.m. – A 5-foot tall blue iron heart and a gazing ball were taken from from a residence in the 2700 block of S. Main Road.
7:53 p.m. – A man in his mid-20s took a pair of brown 10.5 Georgia work boots valued at $199 from Wilco. The white male was about 5-feet-4-inches tall, 170 to 180 pounds, with a little scruff on his face. He was wearing a gray Carhart stocking cap and gray thermal shirt. He was last seen driving a late 1990s nice looking 4-door Honda Civic. A report was taken.
April 10
8:47 a.m. – The back office of Habitat ReStore was broken into. A ladder and camera were taken. At about 5 a.m. A man cut the lock on the alley gate then used a ladder to climb and cut the camera from the building. He covered his face using flattened cardboard, wore gloves and a large hat. A report was taken.
9:47 a.m. – A caller said someone tried to pry at the doorjamb near the deadbolt between 5 p.m. on April 7 and 8:30 a.m. on April 8 at 45 E. Sherman St. There was $50 worth of damage done to the doorjamb. It appeared that someone threw a rock and smashed a 3-foot-by-5-foot door window between 6 p.m. on April 9 and 9:30 a.m. on April 10. Three pieces of rock were on the ground. There was $300 worth of damage was done to the window. There were no witnesses and no cameras. A report for second-degree criminal mischief was taken.
8:55 p.m. – Tabitha Rachelle Malcom, 28, was arrested on a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. Malcom also had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for for failure to appear, original charge, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Monica Renee Bodle, 37, was arrested on Washington County Circuit Court for failure to appear. Bodle also had a Linn County Sheriff’s Office felony warrant for failure to appear, a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and a Linn County Supervisory warrant for probation violation. Bodle had property that was placed in evidence for safekeeping. A caller reported that people were shining flashlights inside a motor home parked between Shanico Inn and Appletree. It was unknown what they were doing but the caller thought it was suspicious.
April 9
4:14 a.m. – A caller saw two unknown people break a window with a brick at 54 W. Sherman St. He requested dispatch notify the building owner to advise him of the issue. It did not appear anyone made entry into the building. Maintenance responded to board up the window. A report was taken.
3:15 p.m. – A caller said her purse was stolen around 3 a.m., in the 300 block of Sand Ridge Court. The purse contained five grams of marijuana and 5 hyrdocodon pills, $60 cash, an Oregon Trail card, three pre-paid debit cards, and an Oregon drivers license. A report for second-degree theft was taken.
3:24 p.m. – Six game controllers were stolen from Walmart at 11:11 a.m. on April 6. At 11:23 a.m., four of them were sold to Game Stop the same day. Loss value is more than $100. A report for second-degree theft was taken.
5:11 p.m. – Kenneth Alan Davis, 25, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant out of Marion County for fourth-degree assault. A Walmart employee reported a a man in his late 20s took two pairs of shoes. The suspect was wearing one pair and carrying the other. He left the store and headed toward Carl’s Jr. Loss value $35.
5:53 p.m. – The tires of vehicle that was parked in the 3100 block of S. Santiam Highway were slashed. The passenger side of the vehicle was keyed. There are no cameras in the area that show victim’s vehicle. Total damage estimated at $1,500.
April 8
10 p.m. – An anonymous person reported neighbors being loud and the stereo was very loud, in the 600 block of 12th Street. Officers contacted three minors at the location. A report was taken.
April 7
9:02 a.m. – A woman received a letter from the Social Security office advising her that her Social Security debit card information had been compromised. The card was shut off and a new card was requested to be sent to an address in Miami Beach, Florida. The caller said her Facebook account was hacked on April 3 and a scammer sent out requests to her her friends asking for money. The woman was not out any money. No report was taken.
10:54 a.m. – A 2-year-old girl swallowed about .75 ml of nicotine. She was vomiting and had diarrhea. An officer spoke with a doctor at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital who said those symptoms were expected from a child ingesting nicotine. No other symptoms were observed. An officer spoke with the child’s caretaker who said the girl drank some nicotine used for vaping out of a bottle that was left on a table. This was consistent with what others in the house told officers. They were counseled to clean the house and make sure nothing kids can get into that will harm them. She was notified that they may be contacted by the Department of Human Services. No report was taken.
11:38 a.m. – David Marion Venhaus, 60, was arrested on a warrant out of Butte-Silver Bow, Montana, on an original charge of assault.
1:30 p.m. – R.A. Scott, 23, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt and criminal trespass.
2:04 p.m. – Miriam Silvertooth, 50, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation, original charges of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
3:24 p.m. – A woman reported her wallet stolen from Shari’s last night. She only wanted the property back and did not want to press charges. No report was taken.
3:52 p.m. – Officers disposed of a syringe that was found on railroad tracks near S. Grove and E. Oak Streets.
4:06 p.m. – A caller said a cat behind a building in the 300 block of Sand Ridge Court appeared to have two broken legs. He said the cat was still able to get around and he could not catch it but is going to get a live trap so he can get it help. A report was taken.
