9:50 a.m. – Alex Mayberry arrested for possession of heroin, 39000 block of Griggs Drive.
10:24 p.m. – Cody Tyler Hahn, 27, cited on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, Marion County warrant for second-degree theft and Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of driving under the influence, Santiam Highway.
May 9
7:57 a.m. – Holly Ann Smith, 38, cited on Linn County warrants for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence and failure to appear on a criminal citation, Ash Street.
10:56 a.m. – Caller reported a male shooting up on the sidewalk near Taco Bell, Santiam Highway. Officer responded. The male was drawing on himself. He had pens, and officer saw no needles.
2:55 p.m. – Caller reported a missing weed eater, 39200 block of River Drive.
3:25 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of $696.73 in items, Santiam Highway. Video showed a female subject scanning a full shopping cart at self-checkout, leaving items behind, not paying and exiting the store. Report taken.
7:33 p.m. – Kendria Mae Wright, 28, cited on Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended, Main Street.
7:39 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of multiple items, a first aid kit, metal water bottle, deodorant and tennis shoes, with a value of less than $100, Santiam Highway.
May 8
6:50 a.m. – Caller reported a broken window, damage valued at $250, Sherman Street.
10:45 a.m. – Caller reported seeing suspicious clouds the previous day, 30900 block of Pineway Drive.
May 7
7:03 a.m. – Caller reported damage to her metal farm gate, 30200 block of Ingram Road. Damage estimated at $100.
May 6
9:23 a.m. – Lerae Nicholle Ruck, 19, cited on Union County warrants for failure to appear and third-degree theft, Main Street.
10:16 a.m. – Report taken for a sex offense, 41100 block of Lacomb Drive.
10:47 a.m. – Caller reported that someone picked up the caller’s prescription without the caller’s permission, Burdell Boulevard. Report taken for theft.
11:52 a.m. – Caller reported someone egged a house, 2800 block of Cascade Drive. The owner was out of town at the time.
1:23 p.m. – Report taken for burglary, 30000 block of Fairview Road.
2:24 p.m. – Lamar Lavonne Wilson, 30, cited for driving under the influence, Main Street, Apple Tree. Caller had reported a van headed south on Main Street from Airport Road was doing cookies in a parking lot.
2:26 p.m. – Caller reported a male threw a rock at his car, cracking his front windshield, 700 block of Russell Drive.
2:37 p.m. – Report taken for theft, 12th Street.
5:03 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a Hyundai Accent, Main Street. Report taken.
5:23 p.m. – Ashley Waters cited for second-degree theft, Main Street, Safeway. Caller had reported the theft of $150 worth of items.
7:26 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of two 19-inch flat screen TVs worth $300, Oak Street. Report taken.
9:26 p.m. – Lamar Lavonne Wilson, 30, cited for driving under the influence, Santiam Highway, Knot Hole.
May 5
7:22 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a bike valued at $150, 12th Street.
8:57 a.m. – Caller reported graffiti on a building, Main Street. Flowers were destroyed by some type of chemical.
12:08 p.m. – Report taken for theft, 300 block of Crowfoot Road.
4:31 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a $90 bicycle, Santiam Highway.
May 4
1:03 p.m. – Leon Miles arrested for driving under the influence, reckless driving and possession of methamphetamine in a single-vehicle crash, 34800 block of Santiam Highway.
10:16 p.m. – Leann Michelle Schneiter, 26, arrested for second-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and harassment, and Dexter Darren Cooper, 29, cited on Lebanon warrant for probation violation, Jennings Street.
May 3
8:18 a.m. – Amanda Colson cited on Lebanon warrant for probation violation and Marion County warrant for delivery of methamphetamine, Santiam Highway.
11:59 a.m. – Caller reported a wallet, phone and two vaping devices stolen, 8th Street. Report taken.
3:20 p.m. – Caller reported a possible home-made bomb in a backyard, 8th Street. Morton Street closed between 7th and 8th, and 8th Street closed between Morton and Harrison. Oregon State Police bomb squad arrived and discovered it was a magnetic fishing device. A plastic container was filled with foam, and the bottom was cut out and sealed around a magnet.
8:04 p.m. – A juvenile taken into custody on a Marion County warrant for probation violation on original charge of first-degree burglary, 8th Street. Transported to Linn-Benton Juvenile Detention
May 2
5:25 a.m. – Katie Linn Wamsley, 24, cited on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation, Benton County warrant for second-degree burglary and second-degree theft, Benton County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of methamphetamine, Albany warrant for failure to appear, Linn County warrant for two counts of possession of methamphetamine, Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of methamphetamine, Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of first-degree forgery, Main Street.
9:43 a.m. – Caller reported fuel taken from a pickup parked at the caller’s address, 40700 block of Lacomb Drive.
May 1
9:51 a.m. – Caller reported firewood and a plastic bucket fell out of a pickup in front of him while he was driving along Brewster Road, 34100 block of Brewster Road. The items caused significant damage to the front of his vehicle. The driver of the pickup stopped momentarily and then drove away without providing vehicle insurance information.
10:27 a.m. – Earl Elijah Moffett, 28, arrested on Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, Linn County felony warrant for possession of methamphetamine, Franklin Street. Transported to Linn County Jail.
11:03 a.m. – Leslie Lee Gibson, 53, cited on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of methamphetamine, Airport Road.
12:33 p.m. – Caller reported leaving her wallet in a cart in the parking lot, Santiam Highway, Walmart. She went back into the store, and no one had returned it. Report taken for theft.
1:42 p.m. – Caller reported that the caller’s 83-year-old mother was scammed out of money over the Internet. Caller provided with a fraud hotline number and advised to talk to the bank about possibly getting some money back.
3:05 p.m. – Caller reported someone used the caller’s Oregon Trail card to withdraw funds, 30100 block of Santiam Highway.
4:48 p.m. – Brian Edward Anthony Parker, 25, cited on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of methamphetamine, Main Street.
April 30
3:49 a.m. – Caller reported sending money online to purchase a cell phone from a private party in California but the cell phone never arrived, 40000 block of Mt. Hope Drive.
April 29
12:30 a.m. – Caller reported someone attempted to break into a vehicle, Santiam Highway, Walmart. Report taken. A video showed someone pulling up and attempting to break the window in the caller’s pickup. The window did not break.
9:53 a.m. – Caller reported someone took a phone from a vehicle, Burdell Boulevard.
10:23 a.m. – Caller reported a burglary, 38200 block of River Drive. Investigation continuing.
11:09 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a first aid kit, Santiam Highway.
April 28
6:49 a.m. – Jasmine Hutchins cited for trespassing, Oak Street.
9:26 a.m. – Caller reported someone used her personal information to obtain a $3000 line of credit.
4:52 p.m. – Phoenix Blaze Barker, 25, cited on Linn County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon, and Heath Taylor Quinn Richards, 51, cited on Lebanon warrant for probation violation, Main Street.
April 27
1:22 a.m. – Report taken for someone on social media attempting blackmail, 33600 block of Mt. Pleasant Road.
5:37 a.m. – Chad D. Foster, 52, turned himself in on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 2nd Street.
7:53 a.m. – Steven Robert Willcox cited for misdemeanor driving while suspended, Airport Road.
10:05 a.m. – Caller reported that someone attempted to steal fuel from a car, 38500 block of Weirich Drive.
12 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a car dolly a month earlier, Tangent Street. Report taken. Loss valued at $5,000.
1:46 p.m. – Caller reported truck damaged while someone attempted to siphon fuel, 38500 block of Weirich Drive. The shop was entered through an unlocked door, and an oxyacetylene tank, hoses and torch were taken.
5:51 p.m. – Caller reported a female stole sandals, Burdell Blvd.
April 26
1:37 p.m. – Caller reported a wallet taken from the caller’s vehicle, Grace Street. Information documented. Caller only needed a case number to acquire a new driver’s license and Social Security card.
2:29 p.m. – Shawn Baker, 49, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor driving while suspended, criminal trespass and criminal mischief, 38400 block of Mountain Home Drive.
5 p.m. – Caller reported a male stole some items, Main Street. Report taken.
7:55 p.m. – Caller reported a three-wheel bike worth $600 stolen, Main Street. Report taken.
9:02 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle stolen while the owner was trying to sell it, 200 block of Center Street. Vehicle later located by Independence Police Department.
April 25
11:43 a.m. – Caller reported someone entered the caller’s vehicles and took seat covers, truck keys and a box of Kleenex with “I love you, Daddy” written on the side, Oak Terrace. Loss valued at $300. Report taken.
12:56 p.m. – Report taken for a burglary, with multiple firearms and a few power tools stolen, Big Brother Lane.
1:26 p.m. – Caller reported that a female tried to take a package from a porch, Jennings Street. The female gave it to a male after the caller said to give it back. The male gave it back and said he didn’t know the female.
7:12 p.m. – Luke Skipworth cited for fourth-degree assault, Park Street.
8:45 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle stolen, Santiam Highway. Vehicle located in Salem.
9:06 p.m. – Antonio Lopez Ramirez, 45, cited on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court, Santiam Highway.
April 24
9:08 a.m. – Sandra Lynn Ahlbom, 35, cited on Lebanon warrant for probation violation, Grant Street.
1:03 p.m. – Joshua Kealohanui Ben Leslie, 32, cited for strangulation, disorderly conduct and Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of methamphetamine, Santiam Highway. Caller had reported a female crying and a male freaking out and yelling near Schmizza and Dollar Tree.
2 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle damaged during the previous 24 hours, 39300 block of Plagman Drive. Investigation ongoing.
April 23
3:41 p.m. – Jaime Jenson cited for second-degree theft and Lebanon warrant for probation violation, 9th Street.
6:04 p.m. – Caller reported a male just broke the windshield in the caller’s vehicle, Cedar Street. Report taken.
April 22
10:37 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of $30 worth of makeup, Oak Street.
2:43 p.m. – Caller reported paying $1,000 in a Facebook scam, Oak Street. The caller received a message from a friend regarding a grant and withdrew the money “for processing fees” from her bank account and sent it to the scammer via Bitcoin. Report taken.
April 21
12:50 p.m. – Caller reported theft of fuel from a service vehicle, Main Street. Information documented.
1:06 p.m. – Caller reported a male slashed her tires and fled the scene, Ash Street. Information documented.
3:48 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a dirt bike, Evans Street. Report taken.
6:20 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of bedding, clothing and other items worth $415, Santiam Highway. Under investigation.
9:32 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a bicycle worth $148 and a cable lock cut, Oak Street. Report taken. Lock valued at $20.
April 20
10:22 a.m. – Report taken for assault, 35100 block of Brewster Road.
11:40 a.m. – Tina Walters-Pruitt, 46, cited on a warrant for contempt of court, 34100 block of Brewster Road.
April 19
5:13 p.m. – Report taken for assault, Boulder Falls. Victim had a broken nose and black eye and was waiting on an x-ray of ribs.
April 17
12:04 p.m. – Report taken for a violation of no-contact order, 7th Street. Caller had reported a male and female screaming at each other.
12:45 p.m. – Caller reported a bike stolen, Elmore Street.
1:15 p.m. – Caller reported an elderly man had $80,000 taken in an online scam from a purported online girlfriend, 34300 block of East Lacomb Road. Under investigation.
4:20 p.m. – Jasmine Cama Hutchins, 44, cited on Linn County warrant for failure to appear, Grant Street.
5:06 p.m. – Kaitlyn Carol Tibbs, 23, cited on Linn County warrants for third-degree theft and failure to appear on original charge of possession of methamphetamine, 5th Street.
6:57 p.m. – Kenneth Michael Kelley, 35, cited on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear, Airway Road.
7:42 p.m. – Keith Eugene Hoskins, 31, arrested for strangulation, Hiatt Street.
10:10 p.m. – Report taken for assault, Grant Street.
April 16
12:24 a.m. – Jeremiah Lynn Chasteen cited for misdemeanor driving while suspended, Santiam Highway.
4:12 a.m. – Caller reported a debit card taken from the caller’s vehicle and used at 7-Eleven, Main Street. Report taken.
12:08 p.m. – Ron White cited for second-degree criminal trespass, Airport Road.
1:45 p.m. – Crystal Leeann Potter, 39, cited on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation and driving while suspended, Morton Street.
1:52 p.m. – Caller reported a recycling bin missing, Manor Street. Information documented so the bin could be replaced.
4:02 p.m. – Ty Taylor and Tawni Wolfenbarger cited for possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine, 2100 block of River Road.
April 15
11:07 a.m. – William Louis Hufstutler, 60, cited on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court, 5th Street.
6:36 p.m. – Report taken for harassment at an adult group home, 300 block of Washington Street.
7:59 p.m. – Caller reported a cell phone stolen while the caller was working, Santiam Highway. Phone last seen on the counter at Autozone.
April 14
5:32 a.m. – Caller reported a prowler and attempted theft at about 2:30 a.m., 3rd Street. Information documented.
2:03 p.m. – Jolene Ann Flanigan, 29, cited for second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass, Santiam Highway, Walmart. Caller had reported a female walking out without paying for $212.08 worth of items.
4:34 p.m. – Caller reported that someone vandalized her front door with a permanent marker, writing, “Your dog barks a lot. Fix it.” The markings mostly washed off. Information documented. Caller asked the officer to counsel the person if identified.
