The City of Lebanon will begin the River Road Reconstruction Project on Wednesday, July 7. During construction, River Road will be closed to thru traffic between
Franklin and Garvord streets. Detours will be posted.
Construction is also expected to impact traffic on Franklin Street between Waters Edge Court and River Road. Flaggers will be in place during these times flaggers.
