The City of Lebanon will begin the River Road Reconstruction Project on Wednesday, July 7. During construction, River Road will be closed to thru traffic between
Franklin and Garvord streets. Detours will be posted.
Construction is also expected to impact traffic on Franklin Street between Waters Edge Court and River Road. Flaggers will be in place during these times flaggers.
Residents in the impacted area will be afforded reasonable access, but should expect short
periods of time where access to individual driveways may not be possible in addition to
periodic delays and other related inconveniences.
The contractor completing the work will be required to give all residents a minimum 48
hours’ notice prior to the start of construction.
