The City of Lebanon will be opening the Lebanon Senior Center as a cooling center geared
toward the senior population (ages 50 and over). The cooling center will be open Monday, July 25 through Friday, July 29, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Transportation to and from the center will be available within the Lebanon area during those times.
According to the US National Weather Service, many parts of Oregon have excessive heat
warnings this week.
To arrange for a ride, call LINX Transit at 541-258-4920. There will not be accommodations for pets, with the exception of service animals.
