The alley running north/south between E. Vine and E. Ash streets, between S. Grove and Williams streets, will be closed to through traffic beginning Wednesday, March 9, while the City of Lebanon repairs a sanitary sewer line. Construction is expected to last through Friday, March 11.
Residents in the impacted area will be afforded reasonable access but should expect short
periods of time where access to individual driveways may not be possible in addition to
periodic delays and other related inconveniences.
