The Linn County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting in the area of Fuller Lane and Russell Drive that occurred early Wednesday, July 8.
Sheriff Jim Yon said his office received a 9-1-1 call at 04:20 a.m. reporting the shooting of a male.
Linn County Deputies and Lebanon Police Officers responded to the area where the victim was located. The Lebanon Fire Department transported the victim with non-life threatening injuries to Corvallis Good Samaritan Hospital. The assailant left the area prior to the arrival of law enforcement, Yon said. Detectives are continuing the investigation into the matter.
