Pay homage to your favorite “Star Wars” character, scene, or planet and enter Lebanon Library’s Star Wars Fan Art Contest.
All ages are welcome to submit art in any medium and format they desire, including but not limited to: sculpture, origami painting, drawing, photography, jewelry, and ceramics. Art work will be accepted from 10 a.m. on April 30 through May 3 at 6 p.m.
Winners will be announced during the “May the Fourth” event on – you guessed it – May 4 (see that date below for details).
Art contest entry forms and contest rules will be available at the library during business hours. The event is free for all ages.
The Lebanon Library will host a “May the Fourth Be With You” Star Wars day from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 4, at 55 Academy St.
The event will include “Star Wars” – themed crafts, games and a movie, plus raffle drawings and refreshments.
A costume contest will be held. Participants are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite “Star Wars” character or object.
