The City of Lebanon will repair a sanitary sewer lateral on west B Street between South 9th and 7th streets beginning Monday, Oct. 31.
During construction, which is expected to last from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, South 7th Street will be closed to through traffic between B and C streets with detours in place.
