Street closures planned for River Road, Franklin St.

Lebanon residents will experience a prolonged closure on Franklin Street in coming weeks and a briefer shutdown of River Road starting Feb. 15.
Franklin Street will be closed to traffic for an estimated six weeks starting Monday, Feb. 15, for construction.
The closure will stretch from River Road to the intersection at Russell Drive. Detours will be in place.
The River Road closure will be south of the northern intersection with Mountain River Drive and is expected to last a couple of days, also starting Feb. 15.
During construction (from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) River Road will be closed to through traffic from the north intersection of Mountain River Drive to the south intersection of Mountain River Drive. Motorists will be detoured to Mountain River Drive.
In both locations, residents in the impacted area will be afforded reasonable access but should expect short periods of time where access to individual driveways may not be possible in addition to periodic delays and other related inconveniences.
