Warrants are out on the following individuals: Samuel Frank Ayers, Shenese Danielle Cobain, Curtis Ray Daniel, Ashlee Dee Flanagan, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Isaac Booker Justham, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Faron Walter Kennedy, Taylor Robert Mespelt, Carrie Lynne Miller, Kendra Lynne Montoya, Larry Robert Morgan, Michael Allen Perry Jr., Julianne Nicole Phillips, Joseph Clayton Pritchett, Christopher Thomas Reed, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Steven Edward Robinson, Zachary Shane Stegner and Cameron Michael Wark.
Shenese Danielle Cobain, 30, was charged April 7 with DUII and resisting arrest.
Joshua Scott Dawson, 44, was charged Feb. 28 to two counts of first-degree theft for allegedly stealing two dogs. Bail was set at $5,000.
Justen Mathew Glynn, 32, was sentenced April 5 to five days jail and 12 months bench probation based on a plea of no contest to failure to report as a sex offender.
Issac Booker Justham, 24, was sentenced April 7 to 10 days jail and 18 months supervised probation based on a plea of guilty to second-degree burglary. Charges of second-degree theft and four counts of failure to appear were dismissed. In a separate case, he was sentenced to seven days jail (consecutive to the previous case) and 18 months supervised probation based on a plea of guilty to second-degree burglary. Charges of second-degree theft and failure to appear were dismissed.
Athena Lacie Noble, 38, was sentenced April 5 to 10 days jail, 18 month supervised probation and a $200 fine based on a plea of no contest to identity theft. In a separate case, she was sentenced to 10 days jail (concurrent with the previous sentence), 18 months supervised probation and a $200 fine based on a plea of no contest to identity theft.
Daniel Austin Phillips, 48, was charged April 5 with unlawful use of a weapon constituting domestic violence, menacing constituting domestic violence and second-degree criminal mischief.
Leroy Kent Poage, 72, was sentenced April 5 to three years supervised probation based on a plea of guilty to first-degree theft and making a false claim for health care payment.

3:11 a.m. – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, 47, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 13th Ave./Long St.
9:48 a.m. – Caller reported one set of keys and two vehicle titles missing, 1100 block of 1st Ave. Report taken for second-degree theft.
11:09 a.m. – Caller reported a woodshed break-in and miter saw theft, 1100 block of 1st Ave. Report taken for second-degree burglary and second-degree theft.
2:32 p.m. – Caller reported her neighbor’s dogs escaping and running around the neighborhood, 2300 block of Cedar St. The caller said she’s already gone to court over the matter. Report taken for dog as a public nuisance.
10:10 p.m. – Brittny Ann Gibson, 34, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court, Zelkova Park.
April 4
7:43 a.m. – Caller reported her husband busting her car window with a gun, 1900 block of Willow St. Daniel Austin Phillips, 48, was arrested for domestic violence – menacing and unlawful use of a weapon.
8 a.m. – Matthew Martin, 32, was arrested for second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief, Linn County Jail.
8:16 a.m. – Joshua Kealohanui Leslie, 35, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of fourth-degree assault and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, 1400 block of 24th Ave.
6:30 p.m. – Alexis Morgan Bowers, 22, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft and failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 55th Ave./Main St.
11:47 p.m. – Kayla Gambill, 38, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving uninsured, 24th Ave./Main St.
April 5
5:34 p.m. – Caller reported a female telling her to call the police after two individuals threw a rock at her windshield while driving, 23rd Ave./Main St. The individuals’ dog nearly attacked the female once she stopped to confront them. Matthew Louis Clark, 42, was cited and released for second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief.
8:50 p.m. – Derrick James Freeman, 26, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
April 6
9:22 a.m. – Anson Philip Grazer, 46, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court, 37000 block of Gore Drive.
9:27 a.m. – Caller reported approximately 120 feet of top rail pipe of a chain link fence had been stolen over two different weekends, before and after spring break, from the playground area behind Crawfordsville School, 38400 block of Glass St.
4:34 p.m. – Caller reported a hacked bank account, 4500 block of Long St. The caller filed a fraud report with the bank.
5:41 p.m – David L. Rood, 48, of Lebanon, was arrested for first-degree attempted aggravated theft, first-degree criminal mischief and second degree criminal trespass after a citizen reported suspicious vehicle on neighbor’s property and property owner responded and found a male trespassing in 42400 block of Upper Calapooia Drive. Report taken.
6:27 p.m. – Matthew Gillette, 23, was cited for criminal mischief after a report of a disturbance in which he allegedly damaged a car. 39600 block of Mountain Home Drive. Report taken.
7:29 p.m. – David Rood, 48, of Lebanon, arrested on warrants, 42400 block of Upper Calapooia Drive. Report taken.
April 7
2:51 a.m. – Hailey Dawn Ziems, 27, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft, Wilsonville Police Department.
7:24 a.m. – B. Starr, 25, of Sweet Home, was arrested for fourth-degree domestic assault, strangulation domestic and menacing domestic, North River Drive/Foster Road. Report taken.
10:01 a.m. – Bobbi Stroud, 44, of Sweet Home, was arrested and lodged at Linn County Jail for violating a no-contact release agreement, 1200 block of 46th Avenue. Report taken.
11:57 a.m. – Buzz Starr Dodson Jr., age not listed, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
12:58 p.m. – Dustin Clarneau, 48, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to register as a sex offender, an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation/unauthorized departure, Main St./24th Ave.
2:57 p.m. – Caller reported a Home Depot delivery driver damaging a fence and leaving the area, 5300 block of Main St. Report taken for hit-and-run. Estimated damage: under $2,500.
6:09 p.m. – Caller reported being scammed after purchasing a dog online, 300 block of 10th Ave.
6:30 p.m. – Deputy responded to a report of a motor-vehicle crash in the 29200 block of Berlin Road. Single vehicle had left the area. Report taken.

8:26 a.m. – Caller reported finding video surveillance of a male stealing from O & M Point S Tire and Auto, 4420 Main St. Report taken for attempted second-degree theft, unauthorized entry into motor vehicle, and attempted unauthorized entry into motor vehicle X4. Approximate value: $300.
2:10 p.m. – Caller reported her ex, against whom she’d filed a no-contact order, was following and threatening her, 1700 block of Spruce St.
Jeromie Ray Tenbusch, 40, was arrested for violation of a release agreement.
April 9
7:54 p.m. – Christopher Williams, 35, was cited for driving with a suspended license, 1200 block of 44th Ave.
April 10
3:32 a.m. – Cadence Marie Noble, 20, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original citation, Sankey Park, 877 14th Ave.
4:22 a.m. – David Lee Oviatt, 42, was cited and released for harassment, Main St./12th Ave.
