Circuit Court

Warrants are out on the following individuals: Samuel Frank Ayers, Shenese Danielle Cobain, Curtis Ray Daniel, Ashlee Dee Flanagan, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Isaac Booker Justham, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Faron Walter Kennedy, Taylor Robert Mespelt, Carrie Lynne Miller, Kendra Lynne Montoya, Larry Robert Morgan, Julianne Nicole Phillips, Joseph Clayton Pritchett, Christopher Thomas Reed, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Steven Edward Robinson, Zachary Shane Stegner and Cameron Michael Wark.

Aaron Bryce Clemmer, 43, was sentenced April 10 to 15 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision and a $200 fine based on a plea of no contest to felon in possession of a firearm.

Buzz Star Dodson Jr., 25, was charged April 10 with two counts of strangulation constituting domestic violence, fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, menacing constituting domestic violence and second-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $10,000.

Michael Allen Perry Jr., 35, was charged April 14 in three separate cases with unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle; unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle; and second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $10,000.

The Court on April 10 approved a motion to dismiss without prejudice charges of third-degree robbery and second-degree theft against Jacob Mitchell Thurber, 31.

Heather Charmaine Tressel, 37, was placed in the DUII diversion program following a plea of not guilty for a BAC below .08%.

8:47 a.m. – Ayla Aalop, 23, was cited for driving with a suspended license and speeding, 46th Ave./Main St.

9:21 a.m. – Deputy checked an illegal camp on U.S. Forest Service land in the 51600 block of Hwy. 20. The camp was clean, and an RV had been moved to ODOT property at milepost 44.

12:39 p.m. – A 17-year-old was arrested for first-degree sexual abuse, Sweet Home Police Department.

12:53 p.m. – Bryan James Watts, 48, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal driving, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

2:01 p.m. – Jesse Lane Davis, 27, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court and an Albany Municipal warrant for contempt of court, 1950 Main St.

3:27 p.m. – Caller reported a need to trespass two males and one female for threatening him and stealing money, Mr. Lucky’s Deli, 1207 Long St. Report taken for second-degree theft.

April 11

7:49 a.m. – Brittney Lynn Castle, 34, was cited for no valid driver’s license, 3900 block of Main St.

8:03 a.m. – Kelly Dee Smith, 63, was cited for expired registration, 3900 block of Main St.

8:21 a.m. – Alejandro Perez Escalante, 47, was cited for speeding, failure to carry proof of insurance and an expired registration, 3900 block of Main St.

8:44 a.m. – Anthony Dale Williams, 21, was arrested for second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief, 200 block of W. Blakely Ave.

10:30 a.m. – Paul Greg Chapple, 58, was cited for driving with a suspended license, 3100 block of Main St.

11:04 a.m. – Caller reported having video of a theft at Trash to Treasure, 4432 Main St. Report taken for third-degree theft. Value: $14.98.

11:11 a.m. – Brent Prather, 44, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after Weyerhaeuser staff reported an illegal camp at milepost 11 on Upper Calapooia Drive. According to the Sheriff’s Office, Pratjer had set up a camp with a disabled vehicle on Weyerhaeuser property. Weyerhaeuser employees asked him to leave days prior. Deputies contacted the camp, which was still there and learned that camp occupants had been off-roading on Weyerhaeuser timber property. Report taken.

11:55 a.m – Sheriff’s Office contacted two transient males in the 50000 block of Quartzville Road. They were advised to clean up their site and move on.

3:15 p.m. – Clarence David Vogel, 22, was cited and released for third-degree theft, east of 47th Ave. on railroad tracks.

3:31 p.m. – David Alexander Slegers, 30, was cited for no driver’s license, 3200 block of Main St.

3:46 p.m. – Andrew James Freitag, 22, was cited and released on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for third-degree theft, 1950 Main St. Also cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for second-degree criminal mischief.

4:44 p.m. – Timothy Loren Ames Jr., 33, was arrested for second-degree attempted theft, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and attempted unauthorized entry into motor vehicle X4, 1950 Main St.

5:07 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office contacted a transient couple attempting to camp out of two vehicles at McClun Wayside, 41600 block of Upper Calapooia Drive. They were advised where they could legally stay.

7:03 p.m. – Caller reported unauthorized people inside a building, 3600 block of Green River Road. Report taken for first-degree criminal trespass. The residence was re-secured.

April 12

4:42 a.m. – Caller reported a female attacking his significant other, 1100 block of Long St. Leslie Andres Maynard, 30, was cited and released for harassment.

8:52 a.m. – Deputy checking area located a male attempting to camp in a van for the night at Gedney Creek Boat Ramp, 43700 block of North River Drive. He was sent on his way.

9:35 a.m. – Haven Austin Hansen, 27, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving X2, 1950 Main St.

9:51 a.m. – Caller reported a daughter in a motor vehicle crash, 18th Ave./Long St. Report taken. Damage: over $2,500.

9:51 a.m. – Caller reported a wood end table stolen from his truck while it was parked in the 1800 block of Kalmia St. Value: $200.

10:40 a.m. – Deputies recovered a stolen vehicle in the 27700 block of Scott Mountain Road. According to Sheriff’s Office, this was a 2005 Ford F250 stolen out of Salem. A male suspect was seen leaving the truck by a neighbor, who called it in. The truck was discovered to be stolen when deputies arrived to check it out. The male had been picked up by another vehicle and was not located. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

10:54 a.m. – Deputy contacted two people illegally camping at McClun Wayside, 40900 block of Upper Calapooia Drive. Brent Prather and Kayla McKnight were advised to leave.

1:55 p.m. – Eric Buckner II, 34, was cited for operating a kennel and dog as a public nuisance, Sweet Home Police Department.

2:52 p.m. – John Patrick Debrie, 40, was arrested for a restraining order violation, Sweet Home Police Department.

5:30 p.m. – Multiple callers reported a motor vehicle crash, Main St./Hwy. 228. Medics transported an unidentified male to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital with unknown injuries. Damage: over $2,500.

8:31 p.m. – Loris David Whitton, 67, was cited and released on unentered Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to comply on an original charge of offensive littering and failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Sweet Home Police Department.

9:51 p.m. – David Frank McReynolds, 46, was cited for driving uninsured and driving with a suspended license, 3000 block of Main St.

10:31 p.m. – Mollie Molene Anglim, 35, was cited and released for third-degree theft, Hilltop Market, 4824 Hwy. 20.

11:17 p.m. – Richard Dean Raisor, 46, was arrested on a Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office warrant on a stolen vehicle charge and a Yreka Police Department warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of hit-and-run, 28000 block of Riggs Hill Road.

April 13

4:52 a.m. – Jeremy Michael Rea, 39, was cited for driving uninsured, 1200 block of Main St.

8:35 a.m. – Caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot at Holley Christian Church, 40300 block of Hwy. 228. A white 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee ran out of gas and the occupants stayed in the parking lot overnight before being moved along by deputies.

9:25 a.m. – Caller reported a customer failing to pay for propane, Hoy’s Hardware, 3041 Main St. Report taken for third-degree theft. Approximate value: $15.

9:53 a.m. – Caller reported someone siphoning gas from one of his vehicles at 2 a.m., 1300 block of Clark Mill Road.

10:24 a.m. – Caller reported a generator theft, 18th Ave./railroad tracks. Report taken for second-degree theft. Approximate value: $450.

10:29 a.m. – Kaitlin Lay, 26, and Shay Kepler, 25, were cited and released for endangering the welfare of a minor, 2300 block of Harding St.

1:53 p.m. – Caller reported a female leaving without paying for propane, Hoy’s Hardware, 3041 Main St. Report taken for third-degree theft.

1:58 p.m. – Jarrod Roper, age not listed, of Eugene, was cited for traffic offense, Liberty Road/Mountain Home Drive.

9:36 p.m. – Jeffrey Rowe, 53, of Sweet Home, was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief, probation violation, after deputies responded to a disturbance in the 800 block of 43rd Ave. Lodged at Linn County Jail. Report taken.

11:03 p.m. – Caller reported three people barging into his home and attacking him, 400 block of Ironwood St.

April 14

2:13 a.m. – Keoni Martin Murray, 64, was cited on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree theft and arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for contempt/second-degree theft, 24th Ave./Main St.

9:19 a.m. – Deputy assisted Linn County Parks staffer in removing an abandoned trailer from McDowell Creek Park, 43100 block of McDowell Creek Drive. 1995 30-foot camp trailer had been left blocking multiple parking spots at McDowell Creek Park. Park ranger had the trailer towed.

10:59 a.m. – Johnny Stone, 30, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass and on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of initiating a false report, 1100 block of 13th Ave.

4:25 p.m. – Gregory Allen Tibbs, 55, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Albany Police Department.

6:58 p.m. – Caller reported being advised of multiple juveniles attempting to steal another juvenile’s bike at knifepoint, 800 block of 14th Ave. Both juveniles were released to their parents. Report taken for menacing.

April 15

2:40 a.m. – Harley Michelle Webb, 29, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Jail.

2:50 a.m. – Davis Arroyo-Sandoval, 42, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of fourth-degree assault, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

7:53 a.m. – Timothy Dean James Morgan, 21, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of animal abandonment, 1950 Main St.

10:42 a.m. – Caller reported “disrespectful cemetery visitors” in the 43600 block of North River Drive. Deputy arrived, but no one was present.

12:24 p.m. – Caller reported being involved in a noninjury motor vehicle crash, 1200 block of Main St. Damage: over $2,500.

12:49 p.m. – Austin Davis Todd, 19, was cited for speeding 62/35, 3100 block of Main St.

2:01 p.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 56, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, All Star Pizza, 1203 Long St.

2:48 p.m. – Deputy patrolling Quartzville Road found a family setting up to target shoot on Giustina land at Canal Creek. They were warned for trespass.

3:25 p.m. – Caller reported a deliberately placed nail in a tire, 1900 block of Willow St. Report taken for second-degree criminal mischief.

3:51 p.m. – Janene Lynn Gust, 62, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Silverton Police Department.

5:49 p.m. – Caller reported having video of a customer removing and taking an expensive poster from the bathroom two days earlier at Rio Theatre, 1439 Main St. Report taken for second-degree theft. Value: $580.

9:37 p.m. – Clarence David Lee Vogel, 22, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft X3, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

9:45 p.m. – Anthony Thomas Wynn, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Keizer Police Department.

10:16 p.m. – Caller reported a female attempting to coerce her dog to attack him, 1000 block of Long St. Brooke Lynn Paige Brown, 49, was cited and released for harassment, resisting arrest and providing false information to police. Also cited for dog as public nuisance. Cited and released on Lane County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

April 16

3:52 a.m. – Joshua Martin Hughes, 20, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of reckless driving, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

4:40 a.m. – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, 47, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 2400 block of Main St.

10:59 a.m. – Caller reported a stolen bicycle, Clark Mill Road/Main St.

11:34 a.m. – Deputy on patrol on Upper Calapooia Drive encountered a couple on a drive near milepost 19. Deputy informed them of area rules, whereupon male informed the deputy that Weyerhaeuser does not own any land. When the deputy responded to the contrary, the male began arguing, declaring that this was not the case, according to his own Internet research. Although the deputy suggested that the Internet may be mistaken, the male “wasn’t convinced,” according to Sheriff’s log. The man’s wife ensured the deputy they were and would continue following the rules.

12:41 p.m. – Curtis Ray Daniel, 48, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass X2 and on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of first-degree theft and a criminal citation, 1400 block of Nandina St.

1:06 p.m. – Black and tan “larger male” Chihuahua mix found on 21st Ave and lodged at Dog Control.

2:02 p.m. – Caller reported an RV break-in with multiple items stolen, 4100 block of Main St.

2:13 p.m. – Caller reported a male yelling and cussing at people, 2400 block of Main St. Darrell Gene Mullenix, 48, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree trespass and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass.
