Sweet Home LE logs, court updates Oct. 2-8, 2023

Warrants are out on the following individuals: Calvin Alvin Ames, Samuel Frank Ayers, Brittany Chantel Coughran, Curtis Ray Daniel, Ashlee Dee Flanagan, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Daniel Henry Johnson, Isaac Booker Justham, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Ariel Shanea Kaping, Faron Walter Kennedy, Charles James Marvel, Kendra Lynne Montoya, Larry Robert Morgan, Julianne Nicole Phillips, Joseph Clayton Pritchett, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Paul Levi Shelton, Corey Alan Smith, Jacob Mitchell Thurber.

Jeremy Lee Ferebee, 44, was sentenced Sept. 22 to 13 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections (concurrent with previously imposed sentences), 12 months post-prison supervision and a $200 fine based on a plea of guilty to identity theft. A charge of fraudulent use of a credit card was dismissed. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 18 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections (consecutive to previously imposed sentences) based on a plea of no contest to possession of a stolen vehicle, 12 months post-prison supervision, and a $200 fine.

Matthew David Graber, 39, was placed in the diversion program based on a guilty plea to DUII with a .18% BAC.

Joshua Martin Hughes, 21, was sentenced Sept. 25 to 240 hours jail, 18 months supervised probation, one year and 180 days suspension of a driver’s license, and $500 in fines based on a no contest plea to criminal driving while suspended or revoked, two counts of reckless driving, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. One count of second-degree theft and two counts of third-degree theft were dismissed.
In a separate case, he was sentenced to one year and 180 days suspension of a driver’s license, 240 hours jail, 18 months supervised probation and $400 in fines based on a plea of no contest to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, and recklessly endangering another person.

Breanna Marie Johnston, 30, was charged Sept. 21 with unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Canran Liang, 36, was charged Sept. 29 with unlawful manufacture of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana. He posted 10% of a $10,000 bail.

Shiliang Liang, 36, was charged Sept. 29 with unlawful manufacture of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana. He posted 10% of a $10,000 bail.

Isabel Mendoza-Sanchez, 26, was charged Oct. 2 with strangulation. Bail was set at $1,000.

Yihua Liu, 28, was charged Sept. 29 with unlawful manufacture of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana. He posted 10% of a $10,000 bail.

Jake Dean Napier, 18, was charged Sept. 25 with second-degree burglary and second-degree theft.

James M. Reynolds, 38, was charged Sept. 26 with harassment and domestic violence strangulation. Bail was set at $10,000.

Paula Marie Lea Skyles-Lutzi, 50, was sentenced Sept. 29 to 30 days jail and 24 months supervised probation based on a no contest plea to identity theft and first-degree failure to appear. Four other counts of FTA and a third-degree theft charge were dismissed.

Oct. 2
1:51 p.m – Christopher Kaufman, 33 was arrested for second degree criminal trespass, and giving false information to a police officer. Tanise Ebert, 33, was arrested for second degree criminal trespass.

Oct. 3
11:19 a.m – Caller reported landscaping wires were cut. Officer responded, report taken. Valued loss $1,500.
12:29 p.m – Mark Harden, 72, was cited for failure to carry proof of insurance.
3:00 p.m – Caller reported a check was stolen and later forged. Report taken.
4:08 p.m – Savannah Smith, 42, of Lebanon, was arrested for multiple undisclosed warrants, and was cited for no valid drivers license and driving uninsured.

Oct. 4
4:03 a.m – Brian Peter Warznik, 44, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree trespassing.
4:03 a.m – Leslie Renee Maynard, 51, was arrested by Albany PD on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment.
8:23 a.m – Undisclosed driver was issued a citation for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.
12:51 p.m – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, 47, was arrested for second degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
3:08 p.m – Rebecca Ann Long, 43, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for second degree disorderly conduct.
7:54 p.m – Jaime Castro-Hernandez, 27, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for criminal driving.
8:54 p.m – Kyle Hanscam, 30, was arrested on an Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for reckless driving. Lodged at Linn County Jail.

Oct. 5
2:57 a.m – Bryanna Sue Harley, 31, of Sweet Home, was taken into custody on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for third degree robbery, and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree theft. She was cited on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant. Lodged in Linn County Jail on the Linn County Circuit Court warrant. 6000 Block of Three Lakes Rd SE, Albany.
2:29 p.m – Caller reports hinges were removed from electrical box. Officer responded, report taken for second degree criminal mischief.
2:45 p.m – Ulexis Marie Cloonan, 22, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree trespass.
5:50 p.m – Isabel Mendoza-Sanchez, 26, of Sweet Home, was arrested for fourth degree attempted assault. 1000 block of 6th Ave SW Albany.

Oct. 6
6:01 a.m – Raymond Lyle Tressel, 28, was taken into custody on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges for second degree trespass and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. Tressel also had a Linn County Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for third degree theft. Booked, cited, released.
11:46 a.m – Elizabeth Lynn Riddle, 25, was cited for a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for driving while suspended.
2:33 p.m – Caller reported interior doors at location were damaged. Report taken, estimated damage, $1,000.
6:13 p.m – Justin Joseph Rhoads, 33, was arrested for second degree criminal mischief. Booked, cited, released.
6:54 p.m – Daniel Keith Follett, 32, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation. Cited and released.

Oct. 7
12:45 a.m – Ryan Kay, 43, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, failure to drive within lane, failure to obey traffic control device and driving uninsured.
9:27 p.m – Cynthia Groce, 56, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.
10:09 p.m – Shelly Wagner, 40, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.

Oct. 8
12:46 a.m – Sonia Lopez-Gonzales, 25, of Jefferson, was cited for speeding. 91/55
4:26 a.m – John Andrew Mance, 35, was arrested by Linn County Sheriff’s office on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for second degree criminal mischief.
9:04 a.m – Kasi Savolt, 60, was cited for dog as public nuisance.
9:28 a.m – Erica Danielle Padilla, 34, was taken into custody for hit and run, and resisting arrest,
9:49 a.m – Erica Danielle Padilla, 34, was taken into custody for a Marion County Circuit Court warrant failure to appear on an original charge for second degree disorderly conduct. Padilla also was cited for Clackamas County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges for harassment and second degree trespass.
1:58 p.m – Caller reported bed rack out of pickup truck being stolen. Valued loss, $1,200.
5:45 p.m – Thomas Bobbitt, 23, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.
