Circuit court

Warrants are out on the following individuals: Samuel Frank Ayers, Noah David Colgrove, Curtis Ray Daniel, Joshua Scott Dawson, Ashlee Dee Flanagan, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Isaac Booker Justham, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Faron Walter Kennedy, Taylor Robert Mespelt, Carrie Lynne Miller, Kendra Lynne Montoya, Larry Robert Morgan, Julianne Nicole Phillips, Joseph Clayton Pritchett, Christopher Thomas Reed, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Steven Edward Robinson, Paula Marie Lea Skyles-Lutzi and Zachary Shane Stegner.

Charges of strangulation constituting domestic violence and harassment against Jedidiah Trevor Childress, 43, were dismissed without prejudice.

Spencer Earl Crites, 26, was sentenced Feb. 24 to 24 months supervised probation, 240 hours jail and $200 in fines following a plea of no contest to attempted strangulation constituting domestic violence and fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence.

Rhonda Lucille Hodge, 54, was charged Feb. 28 with DUII.

James J. Jones, 40, was charged Feb. 27 with strangulation constituting domestic violence, fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and recklessly endangering another person.

Michael Eric Nickell, 34, was sentenced Feb. 8 to 24 months bench probation, 20 days jail and a $100 fine on a no contest plea to menacing constituting domestic violence. A charge of unlawful use of a weapon was dismissed.

Leroy Kent Page, 72, was charged Feb. 23 with first-degree theft and making a false claim for a health care payment.

Delbert Joe Tunnell II, 48, was charged Feb. 22 with two counts of first-degree forgery, two counts of first-degree theft and two counts of computer crime.

Jonathon Warren Underwood, 29, was charged March 1 with failure to register as a sex offender.

Feb. 27

9:55 a.m. – Davy Phillips, 50, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass, 1900 block Willow St.

10:21 a.m. – Steven Ray Brown, 38, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, Salem Police Department.

11:27 a.m. – Chelsie Baxter, 33, was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, Hoy’s Hardware, 3041 Main St.

11:57 a.m. – Dustin Clarneau, 48, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of unauthorized departure, an Albany Municipal Court cite-and-release warrant for second-degree criminal trespass, a Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on an original second-degree charge, and a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, 1200 block of Long St.

1:14 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office responded to report of two semi trucks stuck in snowbank near Highway 20/Pyramid Ridge Rd. ODOT had them removed by time deputy arrived.

2:35 p.m. – Heather Mae Kelly, 43, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree theft X2 and harassment, Linn County.

Feb. 28

10:18 a.m. – Deputy responded to 51300 block Hwy. 20, assisted driver in vehicle that was stuck in the snow. Tow truck responded to remove vehicle.

10:36 a.m. – Caller reported a phone theft from the previous day, railroad tracks/18th Ave. Approximate loss of value: $99.99.

10:45 a.m. – Joseph Salley, 50, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving with a suspended license, 1800 block of Tamarack St.

1:53 p.m. – Christina Abram, 54, was cited and released for third-degree theft, Sweet Home Public Library, 1101 13th Ave.

2:07 p.m. – Stacy Teixeira, 57, of Sweet Home, cited for driving uninsured, driving while suspended and failure to register vehicle, 4200 block Hwy. 20. Teixeira was then transported to Linn County Jail on warrant.

2:40 p.m. – Machaelray Jensen, 42, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief, and on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court, 1200 block of Main St.

3:27 p.m. – Steven Ballweber, 33, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of failure to perform duties of a driver, a Linn County Justice Court warrant for second-degree criminal trespass, an Albany Municipal Court cite-and-release warrant for contempt of court and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving with a suspended license, 1950 Main St.

7:37 p.m. – Loyd Everett Patten, 56, was cited and released on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court, 3000 block of Main St.

9:10 p.m. – Caller reported a female barging into his home and attempting to hit him, 1300 block of 19th Ave. Officer responded. The parties were separated and the female was trespassed from the location. Kealie Rae Kallai was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

March 1

2:57 a.m. – Peter Robert Piazza, 38, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree animal neglect, Albany Police Department.

1:21 p.m. – Jonathan Underwood, 29, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 1950 Main St.

4:01 p.m. – Caller reported a male and female arguing, with the latter following the former after he’d pushed her away, 13th Ave./Kalmia St. Another caller reported that the female had asked him to call the police regarding issues with the male. The caller handed the phone to a third caller, who reported that the male had stolen her SIM card and was attempting to leave. An officer responded and contacted the female, who said that the male broke her phone. She also reported some domestic violence instances from a day earlier. A report was taken for strangulation, fourth-degree domestic violence assault and second-degree criminal mischief. Approximate value: $100. Checked area for male, but could not find him. The female recovered the SIM card.

5:47 p.m. – Craig Bruce Adams, 44, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal mischief, Eugene Police Department.

7:16 p.m. – Caller reported seeing a UFO, 1800 block of Elm St. Officer responded. The bright lights in the sky were Jupiter and Venus undergoing a conjunction.

March 2

3:14 a.m. – Rachael Robidoux, 33, of Washington, arrested on warrants and for giving false information to police officer, 1700 block Foster Dam Rd. Report taken.

6:01 a.m. – Annie Geo Avery, 29, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for allowing a dog at large, 4600 block of Main St.

8:21 a.m. – Brent Anthony Prather, 34, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on original charges of second-degree trespass and second-degree disorderly conduct, 1950 Main St.

1:46 p.m. – Caller reported a theft from 20 minutes earlier, complete with video, 1800 block of Main St.

2:04 p.m. – Jhenna Marie Lynn Lance, 28, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree trespass X2 and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of harassment and contempt, 13th Ave./Kalmia St.

2:17 p.m. – Male entered and stole a dueling pistol from the wall, 700 block of Long St.

2:29 p.m. – Elisha Marie Adams, 41, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

3:08 p.m. – Caller received a ring-camera alert showing two people attempting to remove his lock with bolt cutters, 1200 block of 44th Ave. Report taken for second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree attempted theft.

4:23 p.m. – Caller requested a welfare check on daughter-in-law after a son arrived and reportedly acted odd and threatening, 2500 block of Long St. David Oviatt, 42, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation – burglary.

6:50 p.m. – Michael Sulzinger, 62, was cited for a dog as a public nuisance, 2300 block of Cedar St.

8:14 p.m. – Ann-Marie Margaret Freeman, 26, was arrested on a Linn County Supervisory warrant for parole violation, a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for harassment, a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft, Dollar General, 1937 Main St.

March 3

8:41 a.m. – Caller reported ladders stolen from his work van, 41st Ave./Long St. Approximate loss of value: $400.

8:49 a.m. – Caller reported a previously trespassed male at Thriftway, 621 Main St. Brian Warzinik, 44, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass.

10:28 a.m. – Cody Bowman, 33, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft, 900 block of 6th Ave.

10:54 a.m. – Kyle Hummer, 30, was cited for speeding, 4100 block of Main St.

11:38 a.m. – Caller reported fraudulent charges on a business account. Report taken for first-degree forgery and first-degree attempted theft. Approximate loss of value: $3,428.

12:40 p.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated older male stealing items from Foster Lake Mall, 5480 Main St., then going to The Woods Roadhouse, 6099 Hwy. 20. Benjamin Wilson Allen, 70, was cited and released for third-degree theft X2 and first-degree theft. The property was returned to its owner.

1:24 p.m. – A 16-year-old female was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fourth-degree assault, 1950 Main St.

2:02 p.m. – Caller’s son’s backpack was stolen March 1 from 1280 10th Ave. Chromebook valued at $450.

3:52 p.m. – Caller reported being involved in a minor motor-vehicle crash, 1200 block 12th Ave. No injuries and no lane blockage. Damage: over $2,500.

4:07 p.m. – Deputy responded to report of illegal dumping of trash on Cascade Timber Consulting property in 44600 block Wiley Creek Dr. Investigation ongoing.

4:10 p.m. – Stacy Manuel Teixeira, 57, was cited for driving with a suspended license, 1700 block of Main St.

4:52 p.m. – Stephen Michael Scantlin, 49, was cited and released on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fourth-degree assault, 4500 block of Main St.

5:04 p.m. – Caller reported someone known to him breaking into his bank account, 300 block of 9th Ave. Value: $3,000.

March 4

8:55 a.m. – Cody Newberry, 25, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 78/55, Hwy. 20/Osage St.

10:06 a.m. – Michael Perry Jr., 34, of Sweet Home, arrested for unauthorized use of motor vehicle and for warrant, 40400 block Upper Calapooia Dr. Report taken.

10:09 a.m. – Caller reported a break-in at a vacant house with its doors left unsecured, 3100 block of Long St. Report taken for second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.

12:47 p.m. – Caller reported a male stealing beer on March 3, an incident captured on video, Main Street Market, 1810 Main St. Benjamin Wilson Allen, 70, was cited and released for third degree theft.

2:27 p.m. – Caller reported a stolen mini-motorcycle, 2200 block of Main St. Report taken for second-degree theft.

11:17 p.m. – Cadence Marie Noble, 20, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for harassment – physical, 2200 block of Nandina St.

March 5

2:30 a.m. – Fawn Marie Burleson, 38, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for fraudulent use of credit card, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

3:26 a.m. – Caller reported a possibly intoxicated male entering a vehicle and possibly attempting to drive off, 13th Ave./Main St. Matthew Kincaid Nelson, 24, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal driving. Also cited for driving with a suspended license.

7:06 a.m. – Deputy patrolling Quartzville Road reported impassable deep snow levels at 24.5 miles. Several groups out enjoying snow. No issues.

9:57 a.m. – Caller reported a March 4 theft at Hoy’s Hardware, with video, 3041 Main St.

10:39 a.m. – Lynette Irene Johnson, 44, was cited and released for third-degree theft, 1400 block of 24th Ave.

12:06 p.m. – Deputy reported Freres gate in the 45300 block of Sunnyside Road was missing a lock. There were tracks in the snow going in and out of the road. Also, the GP730 gate was not secured. Sheriff’s Office to follow up.

12:56 p.m. – Caller reported a broken house window, 1400 block of 53rd Ave.
