Kenneth Lee Saylor, 37, was sentenced Dec. 4 to 20 days in jail, 36 months of probation, and revoked license for one year, following a no contest plea for two counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle. Charges dismissed: First degree criminal mischief.

3:21 a.m – Michael Doyle, 54, was cited in lieu of custody on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant and an Albany Municipal Court warrant.
4:19 p.m – Katherine Marie Berhoffer, 43, was arrested by Corvallis Pd on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for third degree theft.
4:58 p.m – Danny Keith Lusardi, was cited for failure to stop and remaining stopped for a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
5:25 p.m – Caller reports granddaughter’s backpack was stolen. Officer responded, report taken for second degree theft.
8:04 p.m – Caller reports bicycle was stolen. Officer responded, report taken for first degree theft. Valued loss, $1,200.

7:04 p.m – Buzz Dodson, 26, was arrested for driving while suspended and an undisclosed warrant, and was cited for driving uninsured.

3:51 a.m – Dillon Johnson, 35, was arrested for a warrant.
12:30 p.m – Amy Workman, 46, was cited for driving uninsured.
4:13 p.m – Shay Kepler, 26, was arrested for a restraining order violation. Lodged in Linn County Jail.

11:39 a.m – Paul William Kalina, 48, was arrested by Albany PD on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for theft of services.
11:41 p.m – Lorenzo Corona-Snow 20, of Sweet Home, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. 200 block of S Main St, Brownsville.
8:58 p.m – Scott David Citro, 48, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.
9:09 p.m – Matthew Michael Walsh, 34, was arrested by Salem Pd on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on two counts of second degree criminal trespass and failure to appear on third degree theft.

12:59 a.m – Ulexis Marie Cloonan, 22, was arrested by Albany Pd on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree trespass.
7:09 a.m – James Mathew Reynolds, 38, was arrested for first degree criminal trespass. Cheray Lynn Norman, 30, was arrested for first degree criminal trespass.
9:22 a.m – Kealie Kallai, 20, was arrested for first degree burglary, fourth degree assault and harassment.

5:03 a.m – Susan Marie Asbun-Miller, 49, was arrested by Hillsboro PD on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for third degree criminal mischief.
5:38 a.m – Matthew James Wood, 32, was arrested for first degree criminal trespass.
10:33 p.m – Taylor Ray Plummer, 31, was arrested by Linn County Sheriff’s Office on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for criminal conspiracy.
10:37 p.m – Lanie Nicolle Denton, 26, was arrested by Coos County Sheriff’s Office on a Sweet Home Municipal Court for failure to appear on an original charge of hit and run.
10:40 p.m – Caller reported husband’s phone was taken from location. Officer responded, report taken for second degree theft. Valued loss $700.
11:59 p.m – Heather Kelly, 44, of Sweet Home, was cited in lieu of custody on an Albany Municipal Court warrant. Gregory Norhenberg, 45, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.

12:48 a.m – Earl Ryan Dodge, 29, was cited on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. Dodge was lodged into Linn County Jail for failure to comply on an original charge for giving false information.
