Brittany Chantel Coughran, 33, was sentenced Dec. 29 to 20 days jail and 24 months bench probation based on a no contest plea to harassment. A charge of private indecency was dismissed.
Jeffrey Alexander McNees, 29, was sentenced Dec. 21 to 243 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision and revocation of a driver’s license for 12 years and 6 months based on no-contest pleas for the following cases: third-degree robbery. A failure to appear charge was dismissed; first-degree forgery. Charges of identity theft and second-degree criminal trespass were dismissed; unauthorized use of a vehicle and failure to appear. A charge of possession of a stolen vehicle was dismissed; unauthorized use of a vehicle and fleeing or attempting to elude. Charges of third-degree theft, first-degree criminal mischief and criminal driving while suspended were dismissed; unauthorized use of a vehicle; unauthorized use of a vehicle. A charge of criminal driving while suspended or revoked was dismissed; fleeing or attempting to elude and unauthorized use of a vehicle. A charge of criminal driving while suspended or revoked was dismissed; six counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle. A charge of giving false information was dismissed; unauthorized use of a vehicle. Charges of criminal driving while suspended or revoked and failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged were dismissed; second-degree burglary. A charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle was dismissed; charges of third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass were dismissed.
Athena Lacie Noble, 38, was charged Dec. 13 with identity theft.
Alexandra Marie Tevogt, 33, was sentenced Dec. 21 to suspension of a driver’s license for one year, 40 days jail, 24 months supervised probation and $1,701.75 in fines and restitution based on a no contest plea to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and first-degree criminal mischief. Additional charges of reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, fleeing or attempting to elude and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

6:30 a.m. – Caller reported a break-in and theft of items, Sugar City Brews, 501 Main St. Report taken for second-degree burglary and second-degree theft.
8:46 a.m. – Caller reported the presence of a trespassed male at Mr. Lucky’s Deli, 1207 Long St. Officer responded, contacted the male and trespassed him from the location. Michael Evan Matthews, 37, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second- and third-degree theft and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving with a suspended license.
1:19 p.m. – Deputy reported couch dumped at Foster Lake, 43700 block North River Dr.
1:30 p.m. – Deputy contacted male who was mining in 51100 block Quartzville Rd.
2:41 p.m. – Caller reported a grandfather who had run over a 17-year-old’s feet and believed it was done on purpose, 500 block of 4th Ave.
3:38 p.m. – Caller found a purse containing drug paraphernalia while cleaning storage units, 1950 Main St. Property seized for disposal.
Dec. 27
3:20 a.m. – Caller reported that her boyfriend had kicked her in the stomach after discovering that she was pregnant, 1800 block of Tamarack St. The female had no injuries to support her claim. Joshua Scott Dawson, 44, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fourth-degree assault.
10:10 a.m. – Caller reported a tree fallen into a power line, 39600 block of Crawfordsville Drive.
10:34 a.m. – Caller reported tree limbs across road, 39300 block Crawfordsville Drive. The County Road Dept. was notified to respond.
10:43 a.m. – Caller reported a broken vehicle window, 140 block of W. Osage St. Nothing appeared to have been taken.
11:45 a.m. – Tree in road, Berlin/Pleasant Valley roads. County Road Dept. responded.
2:45 p.m. – Austin Wayne Sater, 33, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving with a suspended license, Lebanon Police Department.
4:42 p.m. – Joseph William Farmer, 28, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Jail.
6:24 p.m. – Caller reported fraudulent charges on his account, 4800 block of 48th Loop. Report taken for identity theft and second-degree theft. Approximate loss of value: $850.
8:53 p.m. – Caller reported a male who wasn’t supposed to have contact with her was on her doorstep, pounding on the door and screaming, 1200 block of 46th Court. Dustin Lee Goodspeed, 38, was arrested for probation violation.
9:33 p.m. – Allen Dale Ensley, 33, was cited and released for third-degree theft, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department.
10:52 p.m. – Ricky Montell James, 50, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court, 1200 block of 38th Ave.

3:36 a.m. – Jhenna Marie Lynn Lance, 28, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass and Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of fourth-degree assault and contempt of court, 1600 block of Main St.
9:09 a.m.- Caller reported gas siphoned from multiple vehicles, 4300 block of Main St. Report taken for second-degree theft. Approximate value: $132.30
9:45 a.m. – Deputy reported multiple trees down across High Deck Road near HD1900 line.
10:40 a.m. – Caller reported a break-in and jeans theft from a laundry, 1890 block of Kalmia St. Report taken for third-degree theft. Approximate value: $60.
12:25 p.m. – Caller reported a shed break-in and the theft of tools, 1300 block of 42nd Ave. Report taken for second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. Approximate value: $800.
3:23 p.m.- Macayla Marie Jimenez, 26, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft by receiving, Tualatin Police Department.
3:29 p.m. – Deputy checked report of animal neglect in 28700 block Liberty Rd. Determined it was unfounded.
11:52 p.m. – Robert Lee Edblom, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Corvallis Police Department.

2:02 a.m. – Ethan Bird, 50, of Brownsville, cited on warrants, 43700 block of North River Drive. Report taken.
2:30 a.m. – Mary Warsham, 39, of Lebanon, was cited on a warrant, cited for driving uninsured, Main/23rd Ave. Report taken.
8:10 a.m. – Katherine Ann Belcher, 49, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal conspiracy, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
2:14 p.m. – Caller reported concerns that a male with whom he had a “beef” was parked across the road and wanted to fight, 42400 block of North River Dr. The male drove off before the Sheriff’s Office arrived.
2:47 p.m. – Caller reported items stolen from his house, 1020 block of 13th Ave. Report taken for second-degree theft.
3:10 p.m.- Caller reported a trailer break-in, 1300 block of 42nd Ave. Report taken for second-degree criminal mischief.
5:23 p.m. – Cara Michelle Coe, 44, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, Albany Police Department.
6:25 p.m. – Caller reported tenants engaged in harassment, 2500 block of Long St. Report taken for second-degree criminal mischief.
9:12 p.m. – Robert Edward Hilliard, 52, was arrested for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Albany Police Department.
9:22 p.m. – Jacob Todd Newberg, 29, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 1500 block of 9th Ave.
11:49 p.m. – Jacob Todd Newberg, 29, was cited for driving with a suspended license, 7-Eleven, 2405 Main St.

6:35 a.m. – Caller reported a service van break-in, Sweet Home School District Office, 1920 Long St. Report taken for first-degree theft, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree mischief.
7:42 a.m. – Caller reported a break-in, Taco Time, 2301 Main St. Report taken for second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief.
9:00 a.m. – Caller reported $500 worth of fir rounds stolen from location in 40100 block Hwy. 228, $50 in property damage. Report taken.
9:24 a.m. – Caller reported a break in and the theft of office supplies, Gregory Home Team – Keller Williams Realty Mid-Willamette, 401 Main St. B.
9:32 a.m. – Leanna Smith, 36, of Cascadia, was cited for failing to signal turn, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. Long St./43rd Ave. Smith was also cited and released on two valid arrest warrants: Linn County unauthorized use of motor vehicle and a Sweet Home Municipal Court failure to appear. Report taken.
10:05 a.m. – Caller reported a disturbance between neighbors, 1280 block of 44th Ave. Kyle Anthony Carter, 31, was cited and released for harassment.
10:14 a.m. – Leanna Kay Lynn Smith, 36, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
10:47 a.m. – Caller reported finding bones in woods, Brush Creek/West Brush Creek roads. Deputy examined them and determined them to be an animal’s bones.
11:43 p.m. – Robert Church, 51, of Sweet Home, was cited for failure to appear on warrants, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured following a traffic stop in the 2500 block of Main St. Report taken.
12:46 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of services, 300 block of Juniper St.
3:28 p.m. – Luke Thomas Ludwig, 37, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Oregon Dept. of Corrections.
7:24 p.m. – Michael Evan Matthews, 37, was cited and released on a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for first-degree criminal trespass, 3200 block of Main St.

8:39 a.m. – Michael Cooper, 41, of Springfield, was cited for driving uninsured, 900 block of Pleasant Valley Road.
12:06 p.m. – Rhonda Rae Sparks, 37, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass and a Linn County Circuit Court statewide felony warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of unauthorized use of vehicle. Also arrested for restraining order violation, 1100 block of 13th Ave.
2:49 p.m. – Caller reported rifle stolen out of vehicle in 24200 block West Brush Creek Rd. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
2:57 p.m. – Deputy transported transient who was allegedly trespassing in 39500 block Crawfordsville Dr. to transient camp in Sweet Home at her request.
4:21 p.m. – Multiple callers reported that a male had stolen a vehicle, 12th Ave./Long St. Report taken for unauthorized use of motor vehicle, first-degree theft, second-degree robbery and menacing.
4:28 p.m. – Cadence Marie Noble, 19, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court cite-and-release warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, 2200 block of Nandina St.
10:25 p.m. – Caller reported a male refusing to get out of her vehicle, Safeway, 1540 Main St. Anthony Ryan Johnson, 20, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a second-degree charge, a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.
10:25 p.m. – Justin Patton, 24, of Sweet Home, was arrested for DUII, reckless driving following a single-vehicle rollover crash in the 28100 block of Ridgeway Road. No injuries were reported. Report taken.
11:20 p.m. – Marcus Wesley Hesson, 51, was arrested on a Linn County parole-violation warrant for failure to register as a sex offender and Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of resisting arrest X2.
Jan. 1
10:09 a.m. – Caller reported a gun was found on his property. It was determined to be an airsoft gun. Liberty/Harmony roads.
12:45 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office reported a 911 hangup in which a female could be heard crying and telling someone to leave her alone, 1500 block of Tamarack St. Female transported by medics. Report taken for domestic violence harassment.
1:29 p.m. – Caller reported that his generator was stolen from his work truck the previous evening, 3000 block of Juniper St. He believed the suspects were parked in the area for four days. Report taken for second-degree theft.
1:56 p.m. – Caller found a shepherd mix dog that had been hit by a car, back leg maybe hip pain. Caller took the dog to vet. Sheriff’s Office working on locating the owner, 2400 block Foster Dam Rd.
2:02 p.m. – Caller reported having surveillance footage of someone breaking into his vehicle the previous evening, 1090 block 37th Ave.
2:22 p.m. – Kevin Earl Terwilliger, 59, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Albany Police Department.
2:45 p.m. – Caller reported a dog found in the 44900 block of Quartzville Road. Deputy was able to have Sweet Home police scan its microchip and return it to its owner.
2:54 p.m. – Michael Andrew Carlson, 32, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for third degree theft, 1712 11th Ave.
7:59 p.m. – Brandin Martin Hugley, 35, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of driving with a suspended license, Lebanon Police Department.
8:11 p.m. – Alexis Morgan Bowers, 22, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft and failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree trespass, Lebanon Police Department.
11:13 p.m. – Jessica Lea Nofziger, 37, was cited on Albany Police Department warrant for second-degree theft. Also cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 4000 block of Osage St.
