Warrants are out on the following individuals: Calvin Alvin Ames, Samuel Frank Ayers, Brittany Chantel Coughran, Curtis Ray Daniel, Ashlee Dee Flanagan, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Isaac Booker Justham, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Daniel Henry Johnson, Ariel Shanea Kaping, Faron Walter Kennedy, Andrew Donald LeGore, Charles James Marvel, Carrie Lynne Miller, Kendra Lynne Montoya, Larry Robert Morgan, Julianne Nicole Phillips, Joseph Clayton Pritchett, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Paul Levi Shelton, Paula Marie Lea Skyles-Lutzi, Corey Alan Smith, Jacob Mitchell Thurber, Cameron Michael Wark.
Daniel Robert J. Diaz de Leon, 21, was sentenced Aug. 24 to 90 days jail, 36 months supervised probation and $600 in fines based on a no contest plea to three counts of unlawful use of a weapon. A second-degree assault charge, as well as a fourth count of unlawful use of a weapon were dismissed.
Jessica Nichole Dodson-Slocum, 39, was charged Aug. 21 with tampering with a witness.
Jeremy Lee Ferebee, 44, was charged Aug. 17 with identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. Bail was set at $5,000. In a separate case he was charged Aug. 28 with possession of a stolen vehicle. Bail was set at $5,000. In another case he was charged Aug. 17 with identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card, but the court approved a motion to dismiss without prejudice.
Kirk Dee Ferguson, 42, was charged Aug. 24 with menacing, unlawful use of a weapon and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $40,000.
Brandon Ryan Freeman, 29, was charged Aug. 21 with first-degree burglary, third degree theft and harassment. Bail was set at $30,000. In a separate case he was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle. Bail was set at $3,000.
Gabriel Hernandez Hernandez, 22, was charged Aug. 18 with unlawful use of a weapon (knife), domestic violence menacing and interference with making a report.
Alfreda Sophia Herring, 80, was charged Aug. 23 with criminally negligent homicide and first-degree criminal mistreatment. Allegations cite Herring as withholding food, physical care or medical attention from Jack Gerard Herring. She posted 10% of a $50,000 bail.
Joshua Martin Hughes, 21, was charged Sept. 6 with criminal driving while suspended, two counts of reckless driving, and fleeing or attempting to elude. Bail was set at $10,000. In a separate case he was charged Sept. 8 with fleeing or attempting to elude, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.
Trelane Hugh Hunter, 48, was charged Aug. 22 with DUII, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude, resisting arrest and assaulting a public safety officer. Bail was set at $10,000.
Brooke Annabelle Lavern King, 23, was charged Aug. 25 with DUII. She was placed in the diversion program after pleading guilty to the charge with a .14% BAC.
Bryce William McGowan, 40, was charged Aug. 29 with first-degree theft.
Justin James Patton, 24, was sentenced Aug. 30 to a 90-day suspension of a driver’s license, 36 months bench probation and a $100 fine based on a plea of guilty to reckless driving. A DUII charge was diverted.
Christopher Thomas Reed, 39, was sentenced Aug. 25 to 10 days jail, 18 months supervised probation and $23,600 restitution to Cascade Timber Consulting based on a plea of guilty to first-degree criminal mischief. Charges of first-degree theft, four counts of second-degree criminal trespass, and unlawful cut/transport of special forest products were dismissed.
Timothy William Roebuck, 40, was charged Sept. 5 with second-degree assault and fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $50,000.
Wayde Leland Savolt, 24, was charged Sept. 5 with strangulation. He posted 10% of a $20,000 bail.
Shauna Lea Taylor, 40, was charged Sept. 5 with first-degree burglary. Bail was set at $25,000.
Jacob Mitchell Thurber, 31, was charged Sept. 7 with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse for allegations involving a child under the age of 14.

7:54 p.m – Nicole Frame, 36, arrested for fourth degree domestic violence assault and second degree criminal mischief, at the 900 block of 7th Avenue.
9:53 p.m – Kevin Earl Terwilliger, 60, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on original charge of criminal driving, Albany Police Department.
10:33 p.m – Caller reports brother assaulting his girlfriend, 700 block of 12th Avenue. Another caller reported hearing a female screaming. Timothy Roebuck, 40, arrested for fourth degree domestic violence assault, lodged at Linn County Jail.
10:42 p.m – Robert Kevin Gardner, 58, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second degree criminal trespass, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

1:30 a.m – Caller reports male stole two cases of beer, valued loss $60, 7-Eleven, 2405 Main St.
8:00 a.m – Cara Jean James, 44, was cited for 35/20 and driving uninsured, 2000 block of Long Street.
11:17 a.m – Catherine D’Ann Burwell, 51, cited for speed 33/20, 2000 block of Main Street.
10:19 p.m – Caller reported a female going through garbage cans. Officers responded. Christina Abram, 55, was cited and released for second degree criminal trespass.
10:59 a.m – Caller reported a Sears & Roebuck shotgun stolen at the block of 43000 North River Drive. Valued loss of $250.

1:49 a.m – Neil Van Epps, 34, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured. He was taken to jail for a warrant. Christina Cash, 29, of Albany, was cited for a warrant.
1:58 a.m – Joshua Hughes, 21, of Sweet Home, was arrested for felony eluding and reckless driving X2, 2900 block of NE Conser road Albany. He was also cited for driving while suspended, and driving uninsured. He was lodged in the Linn County Jail.
8:51 a.m – Caller reported radar sign to be missing at the 800 block of Mountain View Road. Valued at $5,000, report taken.
12:09 p.m – Hayden Shelton-Clark, 17, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving uninsured.
12:30 p.m – Caller reports a fence was hit at Dollar General. Valued at $50, report taken.
6:27 p.m – Russell Stahl, 50, of McMinnville, was cited for Unlawful Use of Fire, 45000 Quartzville Road, Foster.

8:02 a.m – Kyle Frederick, 26, of Sweet Home, was issued a citation for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, at the block of 37500 Hwy 226.
4:02 p.m – David Justin Laylon, 53, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for second degree burglary.
5:37 p.m – John Pablo Scott, 33, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for third degree escape.
7:44 p.m – Breanna Marie Johnston, 29, was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle. Thriftway, 621 Main Street.
9:08 p.m – Unidentified driver was cited for driving with a suspended license, and driving uninsured.
10:34 p.m – Caller reported holes being drilled in a gas tank at the 4300 block of Main Street. Officer responded. Report taken for second degree criminal mischief and second degree theft.

1:04 a.m – Caller reported two individuals breaking into location and stealing items, report taken for second degree burglary. 3200 block of Main Street.
4:49 a.m – Caller reported a hit and run at 49th and Main Street. Officer responded. Report taken for hit and run. Damage valued under $2,500.
8:43 a.m. – Kenneth Faulconer, 29, arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on a charge of second degree theft.
9:44 a.m. – Ashley Kay Miles, 34, arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on a charge of third degree theft..
9:47 a.m. – John Christopher McNabb, 53, arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.
2:08 p.m. – Officer responded to call about female screaming at people at Sankey Park. She agreed to move on.
2:13 p.m. – Caller reported his neighbor picked all the apples off his tree, 500 block Surrey Lane.
2:24 p.m. – Deputies investigate reported fraud, 41300 block Upper Calapooia Drive.
2:48 p.m. – Andrea Marie Carson, 43, cited for driving without a license, 1100 block 22nd Street.
11:13 p.m. – Travis Ayres, 49, cited for speeding 75/55, 28400 block Hwy. 20.
