Jessica Nichole Dodson-Slocum, 40, was charged Jan. 5 to a $440 fine, following a guilty plea with attempting to commit a class c or unclassified felony tampering with a witness.
Billy Wayne Hatch Jr, 46, was dismissed Jan. 5 of felony failure to report as a sex offender.
Garrett Reed Stevens, 45, was sentenced Dec. 22 to 24 months of bench probation and 240 hours for jail, following a no contest plea for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

9:45 p.m – Thomas Daniel Elmer, 53, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges for two counts of second degree criminal trespass, and second degree theft. Elmer was additionally cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.

2:49 p.m – Early May Ferguson, 64, was arrested on a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for contempt of court. Ferguson was also cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, driving while suspended and driving uninsured.
8:50 p.m – Christopher Holloway, 52, was cited for driving uninsured. Holloway was arrested for warrants, driving while suspended, failure to carry and present and giving false information to a peace officer in relation to insurance.
